The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality dimensions of service quality are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward patient satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection used questionnaires. Data analysis method used quantitative analysis using validity and reliability test, F test, the coefficient of determination, t test and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that the quality of service that consists of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) simultaneously significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, Tangibles variable (X1), Reliability (X2) and Empathy (X5) showed significant effect on satisfaction (Y). While, variable Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) partially did not show significant effect on satisfaction (Y).

The struggle of women to occupy public positions is not as easy as that of men. The totality of domestic and public roles that are carried out simultaneously by women leads to multiple roles that must be played. The strength of the patriarchal culture is also a measure of the inappropriateness of women in occupying public seats, especially in politics. This misunderstanding does not only come from men and society, even many women are not aware of the roles they carry out. So far, women's participation in politics appears more often as election participants or as voting members and not many women participate in the election organizing committee. The policy of affirming the 30% quota for women's representation is not only at the level of election participants, but also applies at the level of organizing elections, starting at the central level to local committees. This has been clearly stated in Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. This article is the result of qualitative research using data collection techniques through documentation and interviews with the Jombang KPU commissioner team. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the data on the 2019 election results related to the implementation of the election obtained unsatisfactory results, especially related to the quota for representation of women election organizers. The condition of not fulfilling the quota took place both at the KPU commissioner level, the District Election Committee (PPK), and the Voting Committee (PPS). Meanwhile at the level of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) it is in the condition that the 30% quota for women's representation is fulfilled.

E-desita is a form of strengthening digital-based village archiving systems with the ultimate aim of strengthening village governance. Karangpatihan Village is one of the villages that has a high number of people with disabilities in Ponorogo Regency. Karangpatihan Village needs to strengthen village governance. The aim of this research is to collect data on the disabled community to support the realization of a disability-friendly inclusive village in Karangpatihan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is the development method. The type of research that will be carried out uses the R&D (Research and Development) method starting from stages (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning, (3) developing a preliminary form of product, and (4) preliminary field testing. This research was conducted at the Karangpatihan Village Office, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. This research produces an e-desita application that is used in managing population data, especially for people with disabilities in Karangpatihan Village

The background of this research is that there are still many reading difficulties experienced by children with special needs with dyslexia. This happens because of the lack of more attention that teachers should give to dyslexic students, and also because there are several factors such as biological, cognitive, and problems in social relationships that cause children to experience dyslexia. The aims of this research are (1) to find out reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina State SLB Palembang, (2) to find out the factors that influence reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina State SLB Palembang, (3) to find out efforts teachers in overcoming reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina Palembang State SLB. The type of this research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There are three dyslexic students at the school, namely student D, student S, and student R. The difficulty in reading for dyslexic children at the Pembina Palembang State Special School is that there are three dyslexic students at the school, namely student D, student S, and student R. Students D & S students have difficulty distinguishing letters and numbers (directional dyslexia), and can only read if they read one letter at a time to understand their meaning (Spelling Dyslexia). Meanwhile, student R has difficulty in spelling words into syllables (Phonological Dyslexia). (2) Factors that influence reading difficulties for dyslexic children at SLB Pembina Palembang are environmental factors, lack of motivation to practice, and lack of interest in learning. (3) The teacher's efforts in overcoming reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina Palembang State Special School are using the letter recognition method, using the image method, and paying special attention, both through special learning after KBM and parental guidance and motivation at home.

This study aims to determine the effect of using STEM-based worksheets on learning outcomes of knowledge, attitudes and skills of sixth grade elementary school students on puberty. This research is a quantitative research. The method used is a quasy experiment. The design in this study is The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were students of class VI SDN 33 with a total of 30 students as the experimental class and class VI of SDN 29 as many as 27 students as the control class. The instrument given was in the form of a written test consisting of knowledge, attitude and skills variables. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the use of STEM-based worksheets on the learning outcomes of knowledge, attitudes and skills of sixth grade elementary school students on puberty.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tlemang Village, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency Indonesia, have difficulties in marketing and do not yet have appropriate methods for marketing products. This research aims to determine the business conditions in Tlemang Village MSMEs and analyze appropriate product marketing methods that Tlemang Village MSMEs can carry out. The focus of this research uses SWOT analysis. This article uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this article come from primary data, namely interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from previous research and relevant articles. The data analysis technique in this research uses an interactive model by Miles and Huberman with components of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research using SWOT analysis can use the following strategies: SO strategy: maintain and improve product quality, improve human resource quality, improve product marketing; WO strategy: increase product innovation, open new target markets so that sales are wider, market products in offline and online stores; ST strategy: increase product promotion activities to the public, maintain stability in product selling prices; WT strategy: expand market network, create packaging that attracts consumers, find the right method for marketing activities. As a recommendation, the local government should support MSMEs in Tlemang Village in adopting innovations such as digital collaboration, affordable quality control tools, and participation in business incubation programs.

Anak dengan disabilitas intelektual memiliki permasalahan membaca yang perlu diperhatikan dan ditangani secara efektif. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya intervensi untuk membantu anak disabilitas intelektual meningkatkan kelancaran membaca. Teknik repeated reading sering direkomendasikan karena dilinilai mampu meningkatkan kelancaran membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas teknik repeated reading pada anak disabilitas intelektual untuk meningkatkan kelancaran membaca. Asesmen dilakukan pada seorang anak disabilitas intelektual kelas 3 SD melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes psikologi di rumah dan di sekolah. Hasil intervensi yang dilakukan selama 15 hari berturut-turut sebanyak 15 sesi dengan durasi 60 menit setiap sesi menunjukkan peningkatan kelancaran membaca pada anak disabilitas intelektual. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dicoba pada partisipan dengan karakteristik lain, misalnya pada anak dengan disleksia atau anak usia prasekolah dengan perkembangan normal yang masih membutuhkan bantuan untuk membaca dengan lancar.

Technological developments contribute significantly to advances in the field of health, including the emergence of e-health as a digital-based health information service. With the majority of the population owning smartphones, telemedicine is a solution to overcome limited health resources through audio, visual communication, and remote discussions. There are factors that influence the implementation of telemedicine, namely financial factors, organisational rules and regulations, and technological infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of telemedicine and describe the factors that influence the use of telemedicine in the community. This study is a correlational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all families (head of family) in Jatimulyo Village. The sample in this study used all families with total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed statistically between financial factors on the use of telemedicine (p=0.026), regulatory factors and organisational rules on the use of telemedicine (p=0.000), technological infrastructure factors on the use of telemedicine (p=0.019). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between financial factors on telemedicine, organisational rules and regulations factors on the use of telemedicine, technological infrastructure factors on telemedicine

Abstrak — Proses pencarian dan perangkingan siswa bermasalah merupakan salah satu bagian penting bagi kegiatan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Bimbingan konseling mempunyai peran yang besar dalam membimbing siswa menghadapi berbagai masalah, sehingga instansi pendidikan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang cerdas dan berkepribadian yang kuat. Banyaknya data siswa yang harus diproses untuk digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas siswa dan kelas yang berhak mendapatkan bimbingan konseling. Hal ini menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi peneliti Bimbingan Konseling. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman peneliti, bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan sanksi pelanggaran siswa di SMK masih dikerjakan secara manual, termasuk diantaranya di SMK N 1 Tanah Grogot. Dengan sistem yang konvensional, guru badan konseling membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dalam menangani siswa bermasalah dan hasil penanganan yang terkadang tidak/kurang valid. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kartu pencatatan pelanggaran ketertiban oleh siswa, lembar tata tertib siswa di SMK N 1 Tanah Grogot. Aplikasi penghitung point kesalahan ini dirancang dengan menggunakan berbasis web dengan harapan dapat mempermudah hak akses yang dituju. Aplikasi ini dirancang sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan bagi guru dan badan bimbingan konseling sekolah dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah Guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam penanganan siswa bermasalah guna menentukan point kesalahan dan memperoleh data-data yang valid dengan menerapkan Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode FMADM ini adalah cara memberikan keputusan dengan menyeleksi alternatif pada semua atribut. Diharapkan dengan dirancangnya program ini kinerja badan konseling pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, khususnya pada SMK N 1 Tanah Grogot semakin efisien serta tepat sasaran dalam menentukan siswa dan kelas bermasalah dan dinilai pantas untuk mendapatkan konseling dan penanganan selanjutnya. The purpose of this study is to elaborate on how Islamic education contributes to maintaining the mental health of adolescent students in the midst of the increasingly massive development and influence of social media in today's era. The method used in this research is the library method, namely the search for data and information in the form of written sources related to the Minimum Competency Assessment. The data collection technique in this research is documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The contribution of Islamic education in maintaining the mental health of students can be done by instilling faith values in students so that they are aware of their nature as God's creation, instilling awareness to always carry out worship, instilling an attitude of gratitude to students, and instilling a positive learning attitude.
