The increase in cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (covid-19) has led the Central Government to the Village Government to issue regulations regarding covid-19. Implementation of handling and preventing Covid-19 using a communication strategy canalizing techniques. The trick is to gather various village stakeholders and village organizations to form a Task Force and Volunteer. The task force and volunteers have the goal of inviting the community to carry out a joint movement in breaking the chain of spreading Covid-19. The Covid-19 Task Force and volunteers also formed a posyandu for youth groups and health cadres consisting of mothers. Stakeholders such as village officials, village consultative bodies, youth organizations, youth mosques, task forces and the Health team, through coordination meetings, produced several programs as a step to accelerate the spread of covid-19. Programs such as spraying disinfectants, counseling on healthy living habits, socializing the handlers of covid-19, implementing physical distancing, handling covid-19 posts, distributing cloth masks, and making isolation rooms. The communication strategy used by Kesamben Village has proven successful in inviting the community to prevent the acceleration of the spread of Covid-19 and to increase public awareness of the importance of implementing health protocols. Increasing public awareness such as using masks when leaving the house as a habit, applying physical distancing and adopting clean and healthy living habits. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the researcher uses interview techniques, observation and documentation.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SHAFCO MULTI TRADING MEDAN Lestari, Yuni; Syamsuri, Abd. Rasyid

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Shafco Multi Trading Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel Kompensasi (X1) sebesar 2.04 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel yang sebesar 1.663. Maka t hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai t tabel atau 2.043 > 1.663 kemudian terlihat pula bahwa nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 atau 0.044 < 0.05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel Kepemimpinan Transaskional (X2) sebesar 6.427 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel yang sebesar 1.663. Maka t hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai t tabel atau 6.427 > 1.663 kemudian terlihat pula bahwa nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 atau 0.000 < 0.05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan variabel Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai f hitung adalah 111.422 dengan tingkat sig 0,000 oleh karena itu nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 111.422 > F tabel 3.11 hal ini menunjukkan bahwan Ho ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen X1 dan X2 secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y.

Reality shows that social studies learning outcomes on Strengthening the Maritime Economy and This research aims to: (1) Describe the process of implementing the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) Cooperative learning model in improving social studies learning outcomes on Conflict and Integration in Social Life for Class 8C students at SMPN 13 Magelang. This research is Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 stages, namely: Planning, Action and Observation, and Reflection. The research subjects were 35 students at SMP Negeri 13 Magelang. Data collection in this research used observation sheets and student assessment sheets. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was obtained that social studies learning data on Conflict and Integration in Social Life for class 8C students at SMPN 13 Magelang after implementing learning using the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) Cooperative Learning model in cycle I was 77.12 on average after carried out in cycle II, the average was 81.37. These results show that the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) Cooperative learning model can IPS studies learning outcomes for class students at SMP Negeri 13 Magelang

Bener Dam is one of the new dams built in Bogowonto River, in Guntur Village, Bener District, Purworejo Regency. Bener Dam was constructed to fulfill the irrigation and raw water demand, and also as a flood control, and a micro-hydro power plant, conservation, and tourism that can improve the economy. The diversion works of the Dam consist of the construction of a cofferdam and a diversion tunnel. The cofferdam and diversion tunnel need to be planned well to prevent the river from overflowing through the main dam and causing material losses and casualties. Therefore it is necessary to study the performance of cofferdam and the diversion tunnel of Bener Dam against the flood discharge. In this study, the diversion tunnel flood routing was carried out by HEC-RAS software version 4.1.0. The design flood uses return periods of 25 and 50 years. The flood routing simulation is carried out by two scenarios: the flow simulation on the existing conditions and the flow simulation on the diversion tunnel. The research results show that the Bogowonto River still can accommodate 25-year, and 50-year floods along the river channel. The cofferdam with a peak elevation of +235 m which is designed with a discharge of 410 m3/s is also capable of diverting the flood discharge with a return period of 25 years and 50 years. The diversion tunnel of Bener dam is planned by a horseshoe shape F, with a 25-year flood design with 7m tunnel diameter Based on the flood routing analysis, it was found that the maximum water elevation in the diversion tunnel was +221 m, and with outflow of 332 m3/s. The 50-year flood routing in the diversion tunnel results maximum water elevation of +222 m with an outflow of 396 m3/s. The flood simulation shows the flow characteristics in the diversion tunnel in the form of open channel flow because the tunnel is not filled by water. Then, the maximum flow velocity on the diversion tunnel is ±14.3 m/s which exceeds the permissible velocity so it can cause damage due to erosion and affect the amount of sediment transport.

Pasein gagal ginjal terminal di Indonesia semakin meningkat dan bertahan hidup dengan kualitas hidup yang cukup baik. Pengukuran kualitas hidup diperlukan instrumen yang mudah dipahami oleh pasien. KDQOL-SFTM merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pilot testing kuesioner KDQOL-SFTM versi Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah 20 responden kelompok sakit yang mengalami gagal ginjal dengan hemodialisa di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul dan 20 responden kelompok sehat berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan dokter Puskesmas Bantul. Data yang diambil adalah waktu penyelesaian wawancara dan pendapat responden terhadap kuesioner KDQOL-SFTM. Data dianalisis dengan uji T-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata waktu penyelesaian menjawab kuesioner pada kelompok responden sakit adalah 20 menit 28 detik dan pada kelompok sehat adalah 12 menit 28 detik. Pendapat responden terhadap kuesioner 10% mengalami kesulitan dalam menjawab pertanyaan, 47,5% responden menemukan pertanyaan yang membingungkan, 65% responden menemukan kata-kata sulit dipahami dan 100% responden menyatakan tidak ada pertanyaan yang menyinggung atau membuat sedih. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada waktu penyelesaian wawancara antara kelompok responden sakit dan sehat. Disimpulkan bahwa kuesioner perlu diperbaiki sebelum dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas mengukur kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal terminal.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kosmetik Wardah di Kendal, dipengaruhi oleh endorsement selebriti. Konsumen yang tertarik untuk membeli kosmetik wardah merupakan demografi penelitian ini. Seratus orang disurvei secara keseluruhan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam metodologi ini. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan dukungan selebriti secara signifikan meningkatkan keinginan konsumen untuk membeli produk yang diteliti. Ketertarikan terhadap kosmetik Wardah tidak berkorelasi dengan persepsi konsumen terhadap merek. Kata kunci : kualitas produk,citra merek,celebrity endorser,minat beli. ABSTRACT The goal of this research is to analyze how product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements all work together to affect sales of wardah cosmetics in Kendal. Participants in the research are made up of those who have shown an interest in buying wardah cosmetics. In all, one hundred persons were asked their opinion. This approach relies on multiple linear regression. This study found that both product quality and celebrity endorsements significantly increased consumers' desire to buy the studied products. Interest in Wardah cosmetics does not correlate with consumers' perceptions of the brand. Keywords: product quality, brand image, celebrity endorser, purchase intention.

Pengembangan tanaman kelapa sawit pada Inceptisols lahan kering mempunyai prospek yang cukup baik, apabila disertai dengan usaha pengelolaan tanah yang tepat dan varietas yang sesuai. Kesuburan tanah seperti ketersediaan dan jumlah hara yang ada di dalam tanah merupakan faktor penting yang dibutuhkan tanaman kelapa sawit untuk berproduksi dengan baik. Unsur hara yang diperlukan tanaman untuk tumbuh terdiri dari 16 unsur hara yang ada di dalam tanah terdiri dari unsur hara makro (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S) dan unsur hara mikro (Fe, Mn, Bo, Mo, Cu, Zn, Cl, dan Co). Satu di antara faktor yang mengakibatkan penurunan atau hilangnya unsur hara dalam perakaran tanaman adalah pengelolaan tanah yang kurang tepat. Satu diantara upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan identifikasi ketersediaan unsur hara di lahan tersebut dan memberikan pengelolaan yang sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan unsur hara pada lahan kelapa sawit dan menghitung kebutuhan dosis pupuk N, P, K serta kapur yang dibutuhkan tanaman kelapa sawit pada 4 lokasi penelitian dengan pengelolaan yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survey pada jenis penggunaan lahan kelapa sawit dengan cara menentukan titik pengamatan sampel tanah pada kedalaman 0-30 cm dengan menggunakan ring sampel untuk tanah utuh, sedangkan tanah terganggu diambil dengan cara komposit. Hasil penelitian kelas tekstur lempung berdebu sehingga memiliki pH sangat masam, C-organik sedang, Nitrogen sedang, P-tersedia sedang, K-dd sangat rendah, Ca-dd sangat rendah, Na-dd rendah, Mg-dd sangat rendah, dengan kejenuhan Al tinggi KTK rendah, kejenuhan basa sangat rendah.

There are so many types of mixed cats from various cat breeds, so many people find it difficult to identify and classify them. Therefore, we need a method that can classify the type of cat breeds. In this study the authors used the K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm to make it easier to recognize and classify cat breeds based on certain characteristics. The author took samples of 2 types of cat races, namely the Anggora race and the Kampung race. The implementation stage is to determine the euclidean distance and sort it and then determine the value of K to find the nearest neighbor. In testing, the authors used 50 training data and 50 test data with 6 attributes used, namely body shape, nose width, nose height, food type, hair type and hair length. The results of the classification of cat breeds using the k-NN method obtained an accuracy rate of 94% and an error rate of 6%.

Manusia perlu membangun relasi dengan manusia lainnya karena pasti akan membutuhkan bantuan orang lain untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya. Interaksi yang terjadi antara dua individu atau lebih menghasilkan relasi. Salah satu relasi yang bisa dibentuk yakni berupa pertemanan. Hubungan pertemanan memiliki beberapa aspek yang mampu menjalin adanya interaksi antar individu salah satunya yakni adanya timbal balik. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori yang dicetuskan oleh George Caspar Homans yaitu teori pertukaran. Salah satu karakteristik teori pertukaran yang mencolok yakni cost and reward. Manusia Ketika melakukan interaksi selalu mempertimbangkan cost (biaya atau pengorbanan) dengan reward (hadiah atau manfaat) yang didapat dari interaksi. Pada hubungan pertemanan dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa analisis pertemanan siswi kelas II Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan yang diungkapkan oleh Homans pada teori pertukaran. Hubungan pertemanan tersebut cenderung bertahan dengan sebuah interaksi karena kedua individu memperoleh keuntungan berupa hadiah.

This study aims to examine previous research to determine the effect of job autonomy and workload on the intention to leave mediated by job stress for millennial workers. This study applies various theories, namely the theory of Job Demand Resources (JDR), and Conservation of Resources (COR) to explain the relationship between variables. As a literature study article, this article contributes to developing a conceptual framework about intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. This article is important for management and further research considering that not many previous studies have used the theoretical framework of Job Demand Resources (JDR) and Conservation of Resources (COR) to test similar research models. This study has limitations in obtaining research that examines job autonomy, workload, job stress and intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. Nevertheless, this study brings up a new framework that illustrates the contribution of job autonomy, workload, and job stress to intention to leave.
