Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pada pendidikan Islam, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang terus menerus harus diperbaharui dan ditingkatkan. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan inovasi pembelajaran sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dosen dan manajemen pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap dosen-dosen di beberapa institusi pendidikan Islam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk menguji peran mediasi inovasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dosen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran. Lebih lanjut, inovasi pembelajaran berperan secara signifikan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dosen dan manajemen pembelajaran yang efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam. Inovasi pembelajaran tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan keefektifan pengajaran, tetapi juga memfasilitasi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan profesional dosen dan pengelolaan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan Islam. Dengan mengintegrasikan inovasi pembelajaran dalam strategi pedagogik, dosen dapat lebih efektif dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan memaksimalkan potensi mahamahasiswa. Kajian ini juga menawarkan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang program pengembangan dosen yang mendukung penerapan inovasi pembelajaran sebagai bagian dari kompetensi pedagogik.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : The syllabus is the primary reference in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The readiness of the syllabus will also impact the preparedness of the RPP because the syllabus first shows the purpose of learning to be implemented. Purpose : This research aims to explain the management of English learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walikukun Academic Year 2022/2023 through syllabus preparation. The research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi East Java. Design/methods/approach: This research is a qualitative research with a field approach (Field Research). Sources of primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents amounted to 10 people from 5 schools in Central Java. Data analysis by triangulation through data reduction, presentation; and conclusion. Findings: Research results show that the management functions applied in English learning subjects are learning planning, organization of learning, and mentoring-evaluation-development. Second, the syllabus compiled at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walikukun in the Academic Year 2022/2023 is divided into 2 (two), namely: Thematic Syllabus of English Class and Thematic Syllabus of English Outside the Classroom. Research : implications/limitations: This research provides suggestions for future researchers to deepen research, especially related to the evaluation of the implementation of management in English subjects at school. Originality/value: This study found an important finding that the management of English subjects for students has two important things, namely the existence of a good learning system and a good syllabus that contains material in class and outside the classroom.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: This states the core problem of the article in a concise and concise manner Purpose: This research identifies the core competencies that educators should possess, including pedagogical ability, content mastery, and interpersonal and technological skills. Furthermore, the importance of continuous professional development and a supportive educational environment is discussed.  Design/methods/approach: Through a qualitative approach, this article explores various methods and best practices that educators can apply to improve teaching quality. Findings: The results showed that developing educators' competencies improved the quality of learning and strengthened student engagement and motivation. Research implications/limitations: Here, you can explain characteristics of design or methodology that impacted or influenced the interpretation of the findings from your research. They are the constraints on generalizability, applications to practice, and utility of findings that result from how you initially chose to design the study or the method used to establish internal and external validity of the result of unanticipated challenges that emerged during the study. Your research may have multiple limitations, but you need to discuss only those directly related to your research problems. Originality/value: This article provides strategic recommendations for higher education institutions in designing professional development programs that are effective and responsive to the needs of educators and students.

Abstract

Female leadership in the college field still shows a small percentage compared to men. On the other hand, there is a leadership dilemma faced by women at the top, between being managerial leaders or academic leaders. This paper aims to describe the model of female leadership in college. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that women who entered the realm of leadership, in general, have a feminist and transformative leadership style. Feminist leadership is a particular characteristic inherent in female leaders, while transformative leadership is a solution to women's leadership dilemmas. Transformative leadership itself prioritizes the process of change and improvement in an organization

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang menyerang dunia memberikan dampak pada pendidikan yang mengharuskan sekolah secara online. Kegiatan membuat Mind Mapping menjadi salah satu cara untuk memberikan media pembelajaran yang inovatif yang juga mampu memberikan variasi dalam pembelajaran selama di rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak dalam hal menuangkan ide/gagasan, inisiatif, kecakapan, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, mengaktualisasikan imajinasi anak dan juga keberanian anak dalam berpendapat. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif lapangan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kreativitas anak. Kegiatan membuat Mind Mapping tentang 4 sehat 5 sempurna diterapkan kepada 3 orang anak yang berusia 5 tahun yaitu Hafis, Nadia, dan Putri yang berada di Dusun I Bangun Sari, Perkebunan Tanah Gambus, Kecamatan Lima Puluh, Kabupaten Batu Bara, Sumatera Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah anak mampu menuangkan ide kreativitas, kecakapan, inisiatif dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Anak menghasilkan karya sesuai dengan ide dan gagasan yang dimiliki anak dan mengaktualisasikan imajinasinya.

Abstract

Due to poverty, children have to be on the street or involve in child labour to support the families’ economy to survive. As a consequence, children have to drop their school activities out. Refering to article 28 of the Convention of The Rights of The Children (CRC) children have the right to education and the states party recognizes to achieving this right by providing primary education compulsory and available free on the basis to equal opportunity. Non formal education is an alternative education for street children and working children, intended for them to fulfill their right to education. The aim of this study is to identify important factors that are essential for designing and implementing educational program for out-of school children, such as street children and working children. In addition, this study is intended to identify training needs for tutors who facilitate street children and working children in their non formal education program. In order to achieve the research objectives, series of FGDs and in depth interviews with staff of NGO working with out-of school children, tutors who facilitate children’s learning processes, and street children and working children as the beneficiaries of the non-formal education program implemented by the NGO.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the role of women in the marital law viewed from thegender perspective. The role of women in the marital law viewed from a gender perspectiveis intended to achieve a harmonious equal partnership between men and women or genderequality and justice, especially in marriage life. The marital law in Indonesia has placedmen and women in the same position. However, being further investigated, there are stillsome issues that are still affected by gender bias, particularly in terms of the rights andobligations of husband and wife.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam diimplementasikan di beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam di MAN 2 dan SMAIT Insan Mulia Surakarta. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk mencari beberapa masalah yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis nilai Pendidikan Nilai Islam. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum di sekolah-sekolah serta madrasah Islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, sebagian besar lembaga pendidikan Islam tidak ketinggalan zaman, meskipun sebagian besar lembaga pendidikan Islam di Surakarta menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya fasilitas, sumber daya yang ada, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, tetapi banyak pula lembaga yang telah berupaya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pelajaran agama maupun pelajaran umum. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa penerapan kurikulum Pendidikan Nilai Islam yang integratif lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai moral siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada tantangan dalam pelaksanaan Pendidikan Nilai Islam, ada peluang besar untuk percaya bahwa ini dapat menawarkan janji besar untuk pengembangan siswa tidak hanya secara akademis, tetapi juga menyelaraskan perilaku mereka dengan moral yang baik berdasarkan Islam.

Abstract

The existence of a very fast world shift in the world of education in a globalized manner provides a new direction in developing deep thinking with the existence of very sophisticated technology. The literacy we face today is indeed very quickly accepted and requires a lot of understanding and data. The research objective was to describe and analyze the implementation of transformational leadership by school principals to create a culture of literacy for teachers and students in schools. The research method with qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Primary data sources in research; principals, teachers and students. Data collection tool with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Research result; transformative school principal programs include holding workshops on the use of digital literacy every 1 semester 2 times, in sub-district KKG events and utilizing social media in communicating and utilizing internet media as a learning medium.

Abstract

The development of the Society 5.0 era requires educational institutions, including madrasas, to adapt to digital dynamics to increase competitiveness. This article aims to analyze branding and digital marketing strategies that can be applied by madrasas in facing challenges and opportunities in the current era. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and secondary data analysis. The results of the study show that strengthening branding through visual identity, superior values, and consistent narrative can build a positive image of madrasas. Meanwhile, the use of digital marketing such as educational content on social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and the consistency of data-driven "campaigns" can expand reach and interaction with the public. The combination of these two strategies not only increases the visibility of madrassas but also encourages stakeholder participation in creating a competitive education ecosystem. The implications of this research provide practical guidance for madrasah managers in designing effective communication strategies in the midst of digital transformation.
