Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan informasi dan kearsipan menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung efektivitas administrasi dan tata kelola lembaga pendidikan. Informasi yang terorganisasi dengan baik memungkinkan proses pengambilan keputusan berjalan lebih efisien, serta memperkuat akuntabilitas dan transparansi lembaga. Dalam konteks ini, manajemen arsip berfungsi sebagai landasan dokumentasi historis, legalitas, dan bukti operasional yang harus dijaga secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Penerapan strategi pengelolaan informasi dan kearsipan mencakup perencanaan sistem pengelolaan dokumen, digitalisasi arsip, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di bidang administrasi. Teknologi informasi juga memegang peran sentral dalam transformasi sistem kearsipan, dengan penerapan sistem manajemen arsip elektronik (e-arsip) yang mendukung efisiensi penyimpanan, pencarian, dan keamanan data. Standarisasi prosedur serta regulasi yang jelas menjadi kunci dalam membangun sistem kearsipan yang handal dan konsisten. Lembaga pendidikan yang mampu mengimplementasikan strategi pengelolaan informasi dan kearsipan secara optimal akan memiliki keunggulan dalam hal efisiensi operasional, ketepatan layanan, dan pelestarian pengetahuan institusional. Pengelolaan informasi yang baik juga berkontribusi dalam mendukung akreditasi institusi serta menjadi sumber data penting untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan penelitian. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi setiap lembaga pendidikan untuk menyusun dan melaksanakan strategi yang terstruktur, adaptif, dan berorientasi jangka panjang dalam pengelolaan informasi dan kearsipan.

Abstract

One of the crucial issues in education is the need to integrate character values into the learning process. This requires the optimization of curriculum management as a strategic instrument for shaping a school culture rooted in values. The curriculum functions not merely as a formal administrative document but as a value-based framework that guides the overall direction of education. This study aims to describe the role of curriculum management in integrating character values, particularly within the context of Islamic educational institutions at the elementary level. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that effective curriculum management facilitates collaboration among teachers, principals, and stakeholders in designing learning strategies that embed values such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, and cooperation. The success of value integration strongly depends on the alignment between curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, strengthening school culture through value-driven vision and mission, as well as professional teacher development, serves as a key supporting factor. Therefore, curriculum management plays a central role in ensuring that learning is not only academically oriented but also transformative in shaping students' character.

Abstract

Abstrak Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan, pengelolaan arsip inaktif di lembaga pemerintahan menghadapi tantangan yang semakin rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran knowledge management dalam pengelolaan arsip inaktif di lembaga pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literatur review dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan dan pemilihan sumber literatur yang relevan, termasuk artikel, buku, dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan arsip inaktif, karena dapat membantu organisasi mendokumentasikan praktik terbaik, mempermudah akses terhadap informasi, serta mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan arsip inaktif. Dengan demikian, knowledge management dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengelolaan arsip inaktif. Namun, diperlukan kebijakan yang tepat dan dukungan penuh dari pimpinan lembaga agar sistem knowledge management dapat diterapkan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat adopsi teknologi Blockchain untuk keamanan arsip digital di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi solusi potensial untuk mengatasinya. Melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), ditemukan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi ketidakpastian regulasi, biaya implementasi tinggi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, risiko keamanan dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Dampak dari hambatan ini antara lain perlambatan inovasi, rendahnya kepercayaan pengguna dan tantangan teknis-operasional. Untuk mengoptimalkan adopsi Blockchain, diperlukan strategi kolaboratif antara pemerintah, industri dan akademisi mencakup penguatan regulasi, peningkatan infrastruktur, edukasi serta pengembangan teknologi yang lebih skalabel dan aman. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam memperluas pemanfaatan Blockchain untuk keamanan arsip digital. Abstract

The existence of a very fast world shift in the world of education in a globalized manner provides a new direction in developing deep thinking with the existence of very sophisticated technology. The literacy we face today is indeed very quickly accepted and requires a lot of understanding and data. The research objective was to describe and analyze the implementation of transformational leadership by school principals to create a culture of literacy for teachers and students in schools. The research method with qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Primary data sources in research; principals, teachers and students. Data collection tool with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Research result; transformative school principal programs include holding workshops on the use of digital literacy every 1 semester 2 times, in sub-district KKG events and utilizing social media in communicating and utilizing internet media as a learning medium.

Abstract

Peran gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dan positif diharapkan bisa meningkatkan budaya kerja dan Kesejahteraan karyawan. Namun pada gaya kepemimpinan otoriter belum bisa membangun budaya kerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang baik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui tinjauan pustaka dan studi literatur untuk mengkaji Peran Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Membangun Budaya Kerja yang Mendukung Kesejahteraan Karyawan. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pencarian, analisis, dari berbagai sumber yang relevan, seperti jurnal, artikel, dan buku, baik cetak maupun elektronik. Literatur yang dikumpulkan melalui perpustakaan dan data online kemudian dievaluasi untuk menilai relevansinya terhadap topik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis akan mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan dalam pendidikan. Gaya kepemimpinan tersebut mendukung untuk inklusif dan partisipatif lebih efektif dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk budaya kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan. Sehingga perlu adanya gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat meningkatkan rsa nyaman dan menciptakan kesejahteraan karyawannya.

Abstract

This article discusses the important contribution of character education as the main glue in improving the quality of superior Islamic education in Indonesia. Character education is considered a fundamental aspect in shaping students as individuals with noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. The study highlights how the implementation of Islamic character values can enrich the educational process and provide long-term benefits to learners, educational institutions, and the wider community. Through the development of quality Islamic education that is integrated with character education, it is expected to create a conducive learning environment for students' spiritual and intellectual growth. The research methods used include a comprehensive analysis of the development of the Islamic education curriculum that integrates character education, as well as tracing the resulting positive impacts. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the relevance of character education in creating a superior generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. The implementation of character education as the main glue in Islamic education is a significant step in improving the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in elementary school-age children. This research uses descriptive research, namely research based on literature review which is described through descriptions using library sources such as books, journals, and laws and regulations related to the research topic. In this study, it was explained that the covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the learning process that occurred in Indonesia because the learning carried out had to be online or online. Many obstacles faced by teachers and students in the learning process occur such as the difficulty of understanding the material to the increasing level of student stress that affects the mental and psychology of students. Therefore, efforts are needed to be made by teachers and parents to minimize the psychological impact that occurs. Efforts are being made to provide guidance, mentoring, and motivation given by parents to their children to improve students' learning mood so that learning motivation also increases. In addition, teachers as educators must improve skills in utilizing technology so that learning is carried out more interesting and fun

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era. This study used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were tested for validity and analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. This study showed that the strategic management of Islamic education in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Sambas changed in terms of the culture of the teaching and learning process and teacher performance based on intense digitalization. In terms of management, the principal at MIN 1 Sambas has implemented a Madrasa-Based Management Strategy in the Digital Era and carried out Online Training Program for the teachers.

Abstract

This study examines the principal's policy in managing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in schools. This study uses a qualitative type of field research. Madrasah principals, teachers, and committees are the primary data sources. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained from relevant journals, books, magazines. The location of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Malang. The findings of this study state that distance learning and problems during the Covid-19 period and analysis of basic policies by madrasah principals in managing distance learning with distance learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic include policy analysis regarding student needs the use of learning applications. Evaluation activities and policies in the online learning process will be used. The importance of this research will be to provide solutions in learning to regulate flexibility in choosing a curriculum that is by the learning needs of students during the pandemic, as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture related to the curriculum during an emergency.
