Abstract

Setiap anak mempunyai latar belakang kehidupan sosial dan tumbuh kembang yang berbeda, tetapi dengan adanya perbedaan tersebut setiap anak berhak menerima pendidikan layaknya anak yang lain. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pendidikan inklusi di TK Talenta dan implementasi pendidikan inklusi pada model pembelajaran sentra imtaq muslim di TK Talenta. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data yang didapatkan akan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pendidikan inklusi di TK Talenta dimana sekolah menerima dan mendidik Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) sebagaimana layaknya anak lainnya, selain itu TK Talenta juga menerima semua anak dari berbagai ragam suku, agama, ras, perbedaan antargolongan, memodifikasi kurikulum 2013 dengan membuat program pembelajaran kedua yang bernama Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) dan persiapan pembelajaran sentra imtaq muslim dengan membuat RPPM dan RPPH dan penempatan anak berkebutuhan khusus menggunakan model kelas regular.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak khususnya melalui deteksi dini tumbuh kembang diperlukan sebagai acuan tenaga kesehatan maupun tenaga pendidikan dalam mengidentifikasi pertumbuhan anak sejalan dengan perkembangannya, namun pelaksanaannya masih perlu dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi perkembangan anak melalui deteksi dini tumbuh kembang sejalan dengan regulasi yang berlaku di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, deteksi dini tumbuh kembang diarahkan pada pemantauan sejalan dengan tingkat kesehatan dan kesiapan anak memasuki masa sekolah formal; kedua, dalam implementasinya, deteksi dini memerlukan komitmen pelaksanaan secara komprehensif serta berkualitas.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 Darurat merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran yang dimunculkan oleh Kemendikbud, dengan menekankan pada aspek dasar penguasaan kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MI Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun sejalan dengan Kurikulum 2013 Darurat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Pengambilan data mengguakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum 2013 Darurat telah dilaksanakan di MI Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun sejak pertama kali diwacanakan tahun 2020. Selain menjadi solusi Pembejalaran Tatap Muka Terbatas dan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Kurikulum 2013 Darurat oleh sekolah juga menjadi salah satu “senjata” perbaikan mutu pendidikan mengingat status sekolah ini yang masih berada pada tingkat Akreditasi B.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in elementary school-age children. This research uses descriptive research, namely research based on literature review which is described through descriptions using library sources such as books, journals, and laws and regulations related to the research topic. In this study, it was explained that the covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the learning process that occurred in Indonesia because the learning carried out had to be online or online. Many obstacles faced by teachers and students in the learning process occur such as the difficulty of understanding the material to the increasing level of student stress that affects the mental and psychology of students. Therefore, efforts are needed to be made by teachers and parents to minimize the psychological impact that occurs. Efforts are being made to provide guidance, mentoring, and motivation given by parents to their children to improve students' learning mood so that learning motivation also increases. In addition, teachers as educators must improve skills in utilizing technology so that learning is carried out more interesting and fun

Abstract

Female leadership in the college field still shows a small percentage compared to men. On the other hand, there is a leadership dilemma faced by women at the top, between being managerial leaders or academic leaders. This paper aims to describe the model of female leadership in college. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that women who entered the realm of leadership, in general, have a feminist and transformative leadership style. Feminist leadership is a particular characteristic inherent in female leaders, while transformative leadership is a solution to women's leadership dilemmas. Transformative leadership itself prioritizes the process of change and improvement in an organization

Abstract

Hubungan agama dan negara selalu menjadi subyek menarik dan diskusi selama berabad-abad lamanya, persoalan tersebut tidak pernah terselesaikan secara tuntas dan selau muncul teori-teori baru dalam menjembatani Islam dan negara. Dalam konteks kekinian, hubungan negara dan agama semakin hangat dan marak diperbincangkan bersamaan dengan kebangkitan umat Islam di hampir seluruh dunia Islam karena pada dasarnya Islam adalah satu sistem kepercayaan dimana mempunyai kaitan yang erat dengan politik. Pada dataran realitas, komunitas Islam bersifat spiritual sekaligus temporal yang memberikan kerangka makna dalam bidang politik.Kenyataan tersebut memunculkan problem akademik yang nyata yakni: Bagaimana membumikan Islam sebagai ajaran moral yang mampu memberikan makna di dalam proses perubahan sosial politik yang telah berlangsung dalam dinamika politik bangsa. Tema pokok yang menjadi wacana (discourse) menarik adalah kaitan negara dan Islam dan konsep Islam tentang negara.Tulisan ini akan membahas persoalan di atas dengan fokus pada pemikiran komparasi pemikiran M. Natsir dan Nurcholis Madjid tentang Islam dan negara serta relevansi pemikiran keduanya dengan kontek keindonesiaan dalam bidang politik.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of multicultural education studies in the digital era and the implications of multicultural education on the formation of social character in the digitalization era, with the rapid development of technology today, it certainly has an impact on the condition of education, including the study of multicultural education. The method used in this article is a qualitative method with a literature review. Data collection techniques are carried out with a conceptual approach. The data collection technique in this study was carried out with documentation techniques. This technique is used to track documents, data, and information in books, magazines, scientific journals, articles, and so on that are relevant to this research. The author uses content analysis (content analysis) to analyze the data. The results of the study show that the condition of the rapid progress of information and communication technology has a negative impact. Therefore multicultural education, in this case, seeks to provide understanding to the community, especially students, to know about multicultural values, namely the attitude of accepting, appreciating, and respecting all forms of difference. To avoid unwanted conditions such as radicalism, racism, discrimination, and so on.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji implementasi kurikulum dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif lokal dan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan Islam diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks geografis dan budaya serta bagaimana pengaruh globalisasi mempengaruhi proses tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari studi literatur dan wawancara dengan para praktisi pendidikan Islam di beberapa negara.Dalam konteks lokal, fokus analisis terletak pada bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan Islam diadaptasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan tantangan spesifik masyarakat setempat. Hal ini meliputi penyesuaian isi, metode pengajaran, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Peneliti mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi yang digunakan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai agama sambil memastikan relevansi pendidikan dengan kondisi sosial dan budaya setempat. Secara global, artikel ini mengeksplorasi dampak globalisasi pada manajemen kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Analisis mencakup bagaimana standar internasional dan praktik terbaik diadaptasi dalam kurikulum lokal, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mempertahankan identitas pendidikan Islam di tengah tekanan global. Studi ini juga menyoroti kolaborasi internasional dan pertukaran pengetahuan antar lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The use of school information systems that still use manual means in terms of learning evaluation makes it difficult in terms of assessment. This article will explain how to design a web-based school evaluation system at a vocational school. In this study, the methods used are research and development methods and data retrieval methods by making observations and interviews. The results of the final product research learning evaluation tool can be used in vocational schools and can facilitate schools in making learning evaluation tools. Development and research results can then be concluded that the process of developing web-based learning evaluation tools consists of assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product results in the form of web-based learning evaluation tools. Based on the tests conducted, the development of web-based learning evaluation tools on aspects of software engineering, learning media, and visual communication can be categorized as very feasible, so this learning medium can be used as a learning medium to help the learning process. Based on the results of field tests, students' responses to web-based learning evaluation tools from the motivational aspect get a percentage of 81.94% (category "Very Good"), gain with a percentage of 83% (category "Very Good"), and convenience with a percentage of 76.61% (the category of "Very Good"), and usefulness with a percentage of 83.65% (category "Very Good"), and when on average get a percentage of 76.61% categorized as "Good".

Abstract

This article discusses the important contribution of character education as the main glue in improving the quality of superior Islamic education in Indonesia. Character education is considered a fundamental aspect in shaping students as individuals with noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. The study highlights how the implementation of Islamic character values can enrich the educational process and provide long-term benefits to learners, educational institutions, and the wider community. Through the development of quality Islamic education that is integrated with character education, it is expected to create a conducive learning environment for students' spiritual and intellectual growth. The research methods used include a comprehensive analysis of the development of the Islamic education curriculum that integrates character education, as well as tracing the resulting positive impacts. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the relevance of character education in creating a superior generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. The implementation of character education as the main glue in Islamic education is a significant step in improving the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia.
