Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi diversifikasi sumber pendanaan serta efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Kayutrejo Widodaren Ngawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah ini sangat bergantung pada tiga sumber pendanaan utama, yaitu dana pemerintah, sumbangan masyarakat, dan yayasan. Meskipun demikian, dana yang tersedia belum mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan yang berkembang. Diversifikasi sumber pendanaan, yang melibatkan sektor swasta, masyarakat, dan alumni, ditemukan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan stabilitas keuangan dan kualitas pendidikan. Selain itu, pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih transparan dan efisien diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap dana yang ada digunakan secara optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan anggaran yang baik dan diversifikasi pendanaan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan agar madrasah terus memperkuat kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In today's global world, developing human resources through education and training is very important for a company's success. This research looks at the challenges organizations face in a competitive environment, where the quality of human resources often decides the outcome. The goal of this study is to create good strategies for managing training programs to improve the skills and performance of employees. The study uses a review of three main journals, looking at both the ideas and real-world practices of training management. The findings show that using digital tools, focusing on employee skills, and regularly checking progress can make training more effective. The study concludes that these strategies are important for long-term improvements in employee quality, and suggests that companies should use mixed methods in managing their training programs.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of education and training management in improving the quality of public services in government agencies. The background of this study stems from the need to improve the competence of civil servants so that they are able to provide fast, accountable services that meet the demands of modern society. The purpose of this study is to determine how training management, from planning and implementation to evaluation, affects the improvement of ASN capabilities and professionalism. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study and official document analysis approach. The results show that good training management can improve employees' technical knowledge, social skills, and professional attitudes. In addition, the use of participatory and technology-based learning methods such as e-learning has been proven to increase the effectiveness of training. Continuous evaluation is also an important factor in ensuring the success of training programs. Overall, this study confirms that professional training management oriented towards competency development is a long-term investment in efforts to improve the quality of public services and realize good governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of public relations management (PR) as a strategic means in strengthening the branding of Islamic educational institutions in the midst of increasingly competitive competition from educational institutions. Strengthening branding is no longer understood as limited to the promotional aspect, but as a systematic process in building public image, reputation, and trust through planned, integrated, and sustainable communication. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design on one of the Islamic educational institutions that is actively developing public communication strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then it will be analyzed using interactive analysis techniques that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that public relations management plays a significant role in building institutional identity, strengthening positioning, and increasing engagement with stakeholders through digital media and strategic partnership activities. The implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating functions in public relations management has been proven to be able to increase the visibility of institutions and expand collaboration network trough internal communication, evaluation, and value-based branding. These findings confirm that professional and adaptive public relations management is an important instrument in supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah secara signifikan pola komunikasi dan strategi pengelolaan hubungan masyarakat (humas) di berbagai sektor, termasuk lembaga pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen humas pada lembaga pendidikan Islam di era digital, dengan menyoroti strategi, tantangan, serta implikasinya terhadap peningkatan citra dan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam yang telah memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana komunikasi institusional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen humas di era digital tidak lagi terbatas pada fungsi publikasi, tetapi telah berkembang menjadi fungsi strategis yang mencakup pengelolaan reputasi, komunikasi krisis, serta pembangunan relasi yang partisipatif dengan pemangku kepentingan. Pemanfaatan media sosial, situs web resmi, dan platform komunikasi daring terbukti meningkatkan transparansi dan memperluas jangkauan informasi lembaga. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya tantangan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, kurangnya perencanaan strategis berbasis data, serta potensi risiko disinformasi di ruang digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model manajemen humas yang adaptif, berbasis teknologi, dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam agar mampu memperkuat daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam di tengah dinamika transformasi digital.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an economic development concept that summarizes society's values to build a new paradigm in development that is people-centered, participatory. This study examines every process of community empowerment through non-formal education programs in the village of Baturetno, Banguntapan, Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This activity is a development of community service. The community empowerment program results indicate that there are exogenous (government) and endogenous (community) factors in determining the program's success. The function of empowerment and other support is only a companion in line with the mentoring function concept. It is necessary to strengthen awareness, cooperation, and more active communication in improving the welfare of the economy, education, social, culture, and village infrastructure.
