Abstract

Industrial development management must be implemented optimally by business actors, it is an absolute requirement for companies to be able to develop rapidly. The strategies implemented are certainly needed by business actors, starting from utilizing market digitalization, building distribution channels, to providing services that make it easier and satisfy consumers. This research was carried out at a home industry (UMKM) for Bintang Mas Mushroom Chips in Kauman Srengat, Blitar Regency. This research is to find internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for developing MSMEs in the Bintang Mas mushroom chips industry. The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. Alternative strategies used by the company, namely increasing production capacity and quantity in a continuous improvement framework to meet market demand, expanding cooperative relations between companies and farmers, companies and customers, signifying various promotions, discount strategies for chips mushrooms on certain days, product packaging quality innovation that is more creative and attractive

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) engaged in the world of Food and Beverage (F&B) in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. One of these partners was established by the RT 01 association in the Sentul Village area with the lack of a conventional marketing system owned by these MSMEs. By providing various trainings and also providing socialization on the importance of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved so that it can cover more business targets and can be a better sales support. MSMES are also provided with service assistance in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Business accounts with optimal digital media management. marketing communication is able to build a brand. In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

Abstract

Archives are a collection of documents that are stored systematically so that anything needed can be found quickly and accurately (Gie, 1996:118). Every work and activity of government and private offices requires data and information. One source of information that must be owned by an office is archives. Therefore good archive management is needed. Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. The problem in this research is how to manage archives at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and to find out what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general archive management at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri, among others: 1) Arrangement of archives 2) Storage of archives 3) Borrowing of archives 4) Retrieval of archives 5) Maintenance of archives 6) Security of archives 7) and shrinkage of archives. The obstacles faced when managing records include: 1) Human resources managing records. 2) Limited filing facilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObesity is one of several causes of infertility in men, this accurs because off changes lifestyle, accurring in the diet. Consuming foods high in cholesterol and fatty foods can trigger obesity. High-fat diet can increase the production of free radicals that have a negative impact on the quality and amount of sperm motility. Virgin Coconut Oil contains lauric acid and polyphenols, which can capture free radicals. Objective of this study was to prove that Virgin Coconut Oil administration might increase the number and motility of spermatozoa in Wistar rats with high-fat diet (HFD). The study using Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design. Thirty male Wistar rats aged 2 months and weighing 150-200 grams were divided into 5 groups: negative control (normal diet), positive control (HFD), first treatment group (HFD with VCO 1 ml/day), second treatment group (HFD with VCO 1.2 ml /day), and third treatment group (HFD with VCO 2 ml/day). The mean number of sperm in three treatment groups increase compared to the positive control group (375 million/ml), P1 (566.67 million/ml), P2 (510 million/ml) and P3 (500 million/ml), however statistically was went significant (p = 0.1). The mean percentage of sperm motility in the 3 treatment groups increase compared to the positive control group, P1 (43.33%), p2 (36%) and P3 (32.50%). however, statistically was not sinificant (p = 0.2). Virgin Coconut Oil cannot increase the number and motility of spermatozoa in male Wistar rats with hig-fat diet (p > 0.05).Keywords: high fat diet, virgin coconut oil, sperm number, sperm motilityABSTRAKSalah satu penyebab infertilitas pada pria adalah obesitas, ini terjadi karena adanya perubahan gaya hidup, terjadi pada pola makan. Mengonsumsi makanan berkolesterol tinggi dan berlemak dapat mencetuskan terjadinya obesitas. Diet tinggi lemak dapat meningkatkan produksi radikal bebas yang dapat berdampak buruk pada kualitas jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa. Virgin coconut oil (VCO) mengandung asam laurat dan polifenol yang memiliki fungsi menangkap radikal bebas sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pemberian virgin coconut oil dalam meningkatkan Jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa pada tikus Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak (DTL). Penelitian menggunakan Posttest Only Randomized Control Group Design. Tiga puluh tikus jantan Wistar umur 2 bulan dan berat 150-200 gram, dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok: kontrol negatif (pakan normal), kontrol positif (DTL), perlakuan I dengan DTL dan VCO 1 ml/hari, perlakuan II VCO 1,2 ml/hari dan perlakuan III VCO 2 ml/hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata jumlah spermatozoa pada 3 kelompok perlakuan menunjukkan peningkatan dibanding kelompok kontrol positif (375 jt/ml), P1(566,67jt/ml), P2 (510 jt/ml) dan P3 (500 jt/ml). Analisis uji statistik untuk rerata jumlah spermatozoa pada semua kelompok tidak berbeda bermakna (p=0,1). Rerata presentase motilitas spermatozoa pada tiga kelompok perlakuan juga menunjukkan peningkatan dibanding kelompok kontrol positif, P1 (43,33%), P2 (36%) dan P3 (32,50%). Namun uji statistik tidak bermakna (p=0,2). Pemberian VCO tidak dapat meningkatkan jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa pada tikus jantan Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak (p > 0.05). Abstract

The goal of this research is to elucidate how dividend policy contributes to the relationship between business valuation and profitability levels. Purposive sampling is used in this study to choose 22 logistics and transportation companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. Version 8.0 of the WarpPLS program was used to analyze the data. The study's findings suggest that business value is positively impacted by management ownership, liquidity, and profitability. Profitability has a favorable impact on dividend policy, which serves as a bridge connecting profitability and business value.
