Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kolonisasi S. aureus banyak ditemukan di hidung bagian depan (nares anterior). Kolonisasi memegang peranan penting dalam terjadinya infeksi dan dapat dipengaruhi berbagai hal salah satunya faktor risiko yang ada. Faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya kolonisasi S. aureus dapat berasal dari faktor usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, lama kerja, kebiasaan mencuci tangan, alat pelindung diri dan hand hygiene agent.Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi kolonisasi S. aureus pada petugas kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro (RSND) Semarang.Metode : Penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional. Subyek penelitian 76 responden dari petugas kesehatan baik medis dan non medis di RSND Semarang. Prosedur penelitian meliputi pengambilan nasal swab dan wawancara dengan alat bantu kuisioner. Identifikasi kolonisasi dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium sesuai standar mikrobiologi. Analisis data menggunakan analisa bivariat (uji chi-square / fischer exact) dan analisa multivariat (regresi logistik).Hasil : Dari 78 responden terdapat 28,2% (22/78) dengan kolonisasi S. aureus positif. Analisa bivariat diperoleh jenis kelamin laki-laki (p = 0,037), tingkat pendidikan non perguruan tinggi (p = 0,001), pekerjaan tenaga non medis (p = 0,001), lama kerja kurang dari 1 tahun (p = 0,006), dan alat pelindung diri ≥ 2 jenis (p = 0,10) mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kolonisasi S. aureus. Analisa multivariat diperoleh lama kerja kurang dari 1 tahun paling berpengaruh terhadap kolonisasi S. aureus pada petugas kesehatan di RSND ( p = 0,043 ; RP = 3,611 ; IK 95% = 1,041-12,522).Kesimpulan : Prevalensi kolonisasi S. aureus sebesar 28,2 % dan lama kerja kurang dari 1 tahun merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya kolonisasi S. aureus pada petugas kesehatan di RSND.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih bervariasi, berinovasi, berkualitas dan bernilai jual tinggi bagi pelaku UMKM Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik di Desa Mangunharjo, Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta pengembangan usaha UMKM. Pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian yaitu; cara mengolah produk dengan menggunakan teknologi tepat guna, membuat aneka kerupuk dan keripik dengan berbagai macam variasi rasa, melakukan grading, pemberian merk, serta pengemasan yang tepat dan representatif, agar  produk lebih tahan lama dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk mengolah kerupuk dan keripik, telah disiapkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. UMKM Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik di Desa Mangunharjo juga diberi pelatihan manajemen dalam membantu mencarikan solusi dari permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Problematika permasalahan UMKM mitra selanjutnya dirujuk menjadi beberapa program solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bidang perbaikan proses produksi dan pemasaran. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Pelatihan dan pedampingan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah munculnya usaha ”Aneka Kerupuk dan Keripik Khas Desa Mangunharjo”. Nilai dukungan dari nilai tambah produksi pengolahan Kerupuk dan Keripik khas Desa Mangunharjo yang berkualitas dan khas berpotensi menjadi oleh-oleh khas dari Desa Mangunharjo, Semarang.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna, Kualitas Produk, Pemasaran

Abstract

Endometrial cancer (EC) is the fourth most frequent gynecological cancers, and its incidence and mortality rates have increased over the last decade. Cytotoxic therapy with carboplatin and paclitaxel is the recommended first-line treatment for EC patients. However, the options for following therapy are limited. The latest advances in molecular studies have uncovered the nature of genetic alterations in EC, compelling methods for further research into the treatment of EC since they may disclose to tailored pharmacological therapy. The aim of this study to identify novel drug candidates in treating EC using genomics variants and biological pathway. The genomic variants of  EC were downloaded from cBioportal database. We established connection between the biological EC risk genes from cBioportal database and the DrugBank database. Finally, we used Connectivity Map (CMap) analysis to identify possible drugs whose mechanisms coincided with therapeutic targets and rank them based on the scoring system. We identified novel potential candidate drugs for EC, they are Bosutinib and Nilutamide which exhibit robust scores in the CMap analysis compare to paclitaxel. We also discovered BCR-ABL1 and AR as potential biomarker-driven therapy in EC. This study demonstrates the possibility of using genetic network analysis combined with bioinformatics to repurpose drugs for the treatment of EC. Further study will investigate the mechanisms of using BCR-ABL1 and AR targeting in the treatment of EC.

Abstract

Hydraulic Fracturing merupakan kegiatan stimulasi untuk memperbaiki sumur karena adanya kerusakan pada formasi dengan menginjeksikan fluida dasar perekah pada tekanan tinggi untuk menciptakan saluran dan ditahan dengan material pengganjal (proppant) agar saluran atau rekahan yang terbentuk tidak menutup kembali. Sumur AX pada Lapangan BY merupakan salah satu sumur yang dilakukan stimulasi menggunakan hydraulic fracturing pada tanggal 14 November 2019. Sumur AX memiliki mineralogy batuan limestone dengan permeabilitas yang rendah yaitu sekitar 9,8 md dengan nilai porositas berkisar 17% sehingga sumur ini tidak produktif untuk memproduksikan hidrokarbon. Fluida perekah yang digunakan adalah Water Base Fluid yaitu fluida perekah berbahan dasar air dan proppant yang digunakan adalah Carbolite 20/40. Proses pelaksanan hydraulic fracturing dimulai dengan melakukan breakdown test,step rate test, mini frac, dan main frac dengan tahapan mentransfer proppant dimulai dengan pre-pad, slug, pad, dan flush. Setelah dilakukan stimulasi metode hydraulic fracturing, sumur AX mengalami kenaikan permeabilitas sekitar 363,46 md dengan permeabilitas rata-rata berkisar 44,72 md diikuti dengan kenaikan productivity index berkisar 3,20. Laju produksi pada sumur AX sebelum diproduksi sebesar 41 BLPD dengan produksi minyak sebesar 3 BOPD dan setelah dilakukan hydraulic fracturing,mengalami kenaikan sebesar 272 BLPD serta produksi minyak sebesar 112 BOPD, sehingga sumur AX dikatakan berhasil dari segi operasional dan produksi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pay out time didapatkan hasil pada hari ke-20 sumur AX dapat menutupi biaya hydraulic fracturing.

Abstract

Nowadays, use of steel sheet material for gas tube 3kg in gas tube manufacture industry is increase in order tosupport governmental program about conversion of energy from kerosene to gas (LPG). Characteristic whichqualify for material of gas tube have been arranged in SNI 1452:2007 or JIS G3116 SG295 (standard of Japan).In JIS standard, it is arranged quality of raw material to be used in gas tube application steel like chemicalcomposition and tensile test. In other side production of local gas tube manufacturer is limited, while demand ofgas tube is increased, that’s why government gives opportunity to import tube of LPG 3kg. Meanwhile control ofraw material quality (steel plate) paid less attention so there are much gas tube damage like leaking and burstingin using. Therefore the study of raw material characteristic done to produce gas tube 3kg for both local and importproduct in metallurgy. The tests taken are tensile test, elongation, micro structure. This study aim to compare andanalyze the product in the metallurgy & valid standard in Indonesia, that is harmonies to Standard of IndonesiaNational (SNI) 1452:2007 and Japan Industrial Standard (JIS) G3116 SG295.

Abstract

Primary Community Service at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Tugurejo District, Semarang City aims to provide solutions to social and humanities problems that impact performance, efficiency and work productivity faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo in order to improve the quality of learning. The problem faced by teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo, Semarang City is that they have not yet maximized good digital literacy skills. In particular, teachers have not been able to apply technology optimally in creating learning media that is relevant to students' characters and the latest technological developments. The application of Artificial Intelligence through the creation of animated video-based learning media for teachers at SDN 01 Tugurejo will have an impact on strengthening digital literacy for teachers. In an independent curriculum, teachers have the freedom to adapt learning methods, materials and media to suit the needs and characteristics of students. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process. The method used is to provide socialization, training and assistance in creating animated video-based learning media using Artificial Intelligence. Thus, teachers who have good digital literacy will support the creation of an interactive and quality learning process.

Abstract

The need for vehicles for the Indonesian people is increasing with increasing mobility and increasing people's economic status as well as the ease of credit provided by banks and existing financing institutions making it easier for people to own them. This gives the company a great opportunity to further develop its sales not only in big cities but also in regions and regencies. Various kinds of motorbike brands have sprung up, many motorbike manufacturing factories are competing to create and make products to meet the needs of their consumers. Several well-known motorcycle brands in Indonesia come from the land of the rising sun such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether product design and promotion influence the decision to purchase a Honda Beat automatic motorbike in Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The objects in this study were all the people of the Sananwetan sub-district, taking samples from this study using the slovin formula and obtaining a sample of 100 people from 53,555 populations. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data. The results showed that product design and promotion had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat automatic motorbikes in Sananwetan District, Blitar City.

Abstract

Industrial development management must be implemented optimally by business actors, it is an absolute requirement for companies to be able to develop rapidly. The strategies implemented are certainly needed by business actors, starting from utilizing market digitalization, building distribution channels, to providing services that make it easier and satisfy consumers. This research was carried out at a home industry (UMKM) for Bintang Mas Mushroom Chips in Kauman Srengat, Blitar Regency. This research is to find internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for developing MSMEs in the Bintang Mas mushroom chips industry. The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. Alternative strategies used by the company, namely increasing production capacity and quantity in a continuous improvement framework to meet market demand, expanding cooperative relations between companies and farmers, companies and customers, signifying various promotions, discount strategies for chips mushrooms on certain days, product packaging quality innovation that is more creative and attractive

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) engaged in the world of Food and Beverage (F&B) in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. One of these partners was established by the RT 01 association in the Sentul Village area with the lack of a conventional marketing system owned by these MSMEs. By providing various trainings and also providing socialization on the importance of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved so that it can cover more business targets and can be a better sales support. MSMES are also provided with service assistance in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Business accounts with optimal digital media management. marketing communication is able to build a brand. In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

Abstract

Archives are a collection of documents that are stored systematically so that anything needed can be found quickly and accurately (Gie, 1996:118). Every work and activity of government and private offices requires data and information. One source of information that must be owned by an office is archives. Therefore good archive management is needed. Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. The problem in this research is how to manage archives at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and to find out what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general archive management at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri, among others: 1) Arrangement of archives 2) Storage of archives 3) Borrowing of archives 4) Retrieval of archives 5) Maintenance of archives 6) Security of archives 7) and shrinkage of archives. The obstacles faced when managing records include: 1) Human resources managing records. 2) Limited filing facilities.
