Abstract

Penelitian ini diambil dengan judul “Analisis Kinerja Keuangan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Kabupaten Brebes”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja keuangan Bank Mandiri Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Diskriptif Kualitatif, berusaha mendeskripsikan gambaran yang senyatanya dari fenomena yang terjadi pada kinerja keuangan di Bank Mandiri Kabupaten Brebes. Current ratio pada Bank Mandiri selalu mengalami penigkatan, namun kinerja perusahaan kurang baik karena angka rasio kurang dari ketentuan. Cash ratio selalu mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan, sehingga kinerja perusahaan juga kurang baik karena perusahaan belum mampu memaksimalkan aktiva lancar berupa kas bank dan deposito. Quick ratio selalu mengalami penurunan dan peningkatan. Dalam hal ini kinerja keuangan dari perusahaan bisa disimpulkan kurang baik karena aktiva lancar perusahaan berupa kas bank dan piutang belum menjamin hutang lancar perusahaan. Debt to total Aset ratio di nilai sudah baik karena jumlah kekayaan bersih lebih besar dari jumlah kewajiban yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Total Debt to Equity Ratio dinilai kurang baik karena jumlah kekayaan bersih jauh lebih kecil dari jumlah kewajiban yang di miliki perusahaan.

Abstract

Vocational high school students need to have high integrity to be able to complement their skills, so that in the future, these students can meet the needs of the world labour market. Students who engage in academic dishonesty often have low self-efficacy and are affected by peer conformity. This study empirically examines the effect of self-efficacy on academic dishonesty, the effect of peer conformity on academic dishonesty, and the combined effect of self-efficacy and peer conformity on academic dishonesty among students at SMK "X" Purbalingga. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results indicate a significant effect of self-efficacy and peer conformity on academic dishonesty, with an F-value of 58.481, p = 0.000, and an R-square of 0.353. This demonstrates that self-efficacy and peer conformity contribute 35.3% to academic dishonesty. This study proves that self-efficacy and peer conformity significantly impact academic dishonesty among students at SMK X Purbalingga.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas jenis kolaborasi ini peneliti bekerja sama dengan kolaborator yaitu guru kelas sedangkan observer sebagai pemberi ide menilai hasil kinerja guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, sedangkan guru kelas yang melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran bersama peneliti. Pada siklus pertama dan siklus kedua masing-masing terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan pemberian tes lisan dan observasi. Pemberian tes lisan digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar, sedangkan lembar observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui keaktifan guru dan siswa saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Adapun indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah ≥75% dari seluruh siswa mendapat nilai ≥65.Hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada siklus pertama ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa berjumlah 14 siswa (77.7%) sedangkan yang belum tuntas dalam hasil belajar berjumlah 4 siswa (22.2%) dengan nilai rata-rata 67.6. Hasil kinerja guru dan siswa pada siklus pertama berkriteria baik dengan rata-rata skor 109 dan 94.3. Pada siklus kedua ketuntasan hasil belajar berjumlah 16 siswa (88.8%) sedangkan yang belum tuntas dalam hasil belajar berjumlah 2 siswa (11.1%) dengan nilai rata-rata 72.2. Hasil kinerja guru dan siswa pada siklus kedua berkriteria sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 114.6 dan 101. Hal ini terbukti bahwa melalui metode Berpikir Berpasangan Berbagi mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 6 Sindurejo Kabupaten Grobogan

Abstract

The mealybug Maconellicoccus multipori (Takahashi) was identified on black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) seedlings in a greenhouse in Bogor, West Java, using both molecular and morphological characterization. Two mealybug isolates were successfully amplified with primer pairs targeting the LCO region of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (COI) gene, yielding a 491 bp PCR product. The nucleotide sequences of both isolates (GenBank accession numbers LC666906 and LC666907) were identical. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the Bogor isolates clustered closely with M. multipori populations from China and Thailand, with high sequence homology of 99.30% and 99.10%, respectively. Morphological observations of the adult female specimens further confirmed their identity as M. multipori, based on key diagnostic features including body size, antennal segmentation, cerarii pattern, and distribution of pores and ducts, which correspond to descriptions in established taxonomic keys. This study provides the first molecular characterization of M. multipori in Indonesia. The COI sequence data obtained enhances reference databases for DNA barcoding and strengthens early detection strategies for pest monitoring. These findings are crucial for supporting quarantine inspections, management, and control of M. multipori in black pepper nurseries and preventing its spread to other crops.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Sebagian wanita yang bekerja selain bekerja dan mengurus rumah tangga juga banyak wanita yang aktif di kegiatan organisasi. Salah satu organisasi keagamaan yang beranggotakan wanita adalah ‘Aisyiyah. Hal ini sering kali menimbulkan konflik peran ganda. Konflik peran ganda yang terjadi pada wanita dapat menimbulkan suatu masalah, diantaranya adalah masalah komunikasi, hubungan pribadi, dan masalah lainnya. Menghadapi konflik yang dialami setiap manusia memiliki cara atau strategi sendiri dalam mengatasi konflik. Namun pemahaman wanita dalam mengelola konflik peran peran ganda masih perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen konflik peran ganda pada anggota PCA Purwokerto Utara agar mampu mengelola konflik, yang diawali dengan identifikasi konflik, mengenal gaya manajemen konflik yang digunakan sehingga memudahkan anggota PCA dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang dialami. Sebanyak 52 Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah Purwokerto Utara ditargetkan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah, pre-test post-test, dan pelatihan, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan aktivitas mandiri. Keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini dapat diketahui dari meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta tentang konflik peran ganda yang ditunjukkan dari hasil pre-test (M = 4,0) dan post-test (M = 5,39). Hasil pelatihan juga menggambarkan gaya manajemen konflik Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah Purwokerto Utara yang menjadi peserta dalam pelatihan ini, cenderung menggunakan strategi win-win solution seperti kompromi dan kolaborasiKata kunci: Konflik; peran ganda; Gaya Manajemen konflik; Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah. ABSTRACTSome women work in addition to working and taking care of the household, and many are also active in organizational activities. One religious organization with female members is 'Aisyiyah. This often gives rise to dual role conflict. Dual role conflict that occurs among women can cause problems, including communication, personal relationships, and other issues. Facing conflict, each person has their own methods or strategies for resolving it. However, women's understanding of managing dual role conflict still needs to be improved. The objective of this activity is to implement a dual role conflict management system for PCA Purwokerto Utara members so they can manage conflict effectively. This begins with conflict identification and understanding of conflict management styles used, thus facilitating PCA members' resolution. A total of 20 Aisyiyah Branch Leaders in Purwokerto Utara are targeted to participate in this activity. The methods used in this activity include lectures, pre-tests, post-tests, training, discussions, questions and answers, and independent activities. The training results illustrate that the conflict management style of the North Purwokerto 'Aisyiyah Branch Leadership who participated in this training tends to utilize win-win solution strategies such as compromise and collaboration.Keywords: Conflict; dual roles; conflict management style; Branch Leader of 'Aisyiyah.

Abstract

Dalam merancang digester biogas skala besar dan beroperasi jangka panjang dengan ketersediaan bahan baku setiap hari, penting untuk mengetahui waktu retensi hidrolik (HRT) dari substrat guna mengoptimalkan proses dekomposisi dan mendapatkan kualitas biogas yang baik. Komposisi gas terutama metana (CH4) menjadi dasar penentuan kualitas biogas. Pendekatan eksperimental menggunakan digester anaerobik tipe batch berkapasitas 50 liter dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh HRT pada proses dekomposisi anaerobik terhadap kualitas biogas. Campuran kotoran sapi dan air dengan perbandingan 1:1 dan 1:2 digunakan sebagai substrat. Selanjutnya, kondisi proses dan kualitas biogas dianalisis dan dievaluasi dengan variabel HRT 3, 7, 14, 21, dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas biogas tertinggi diperoleh dari proses dekomposisi anaerobik dengan komposisi substrat 1:1 dan pada HRT 28 hari, dengan kandungan CH4 sebesar 62,23 %vol dan nilai kalor sebesar 21745,71 kJ/m3. Hasil investigasi ini dapat dijadikan acuan di dalam merancang digester biogas skala besar dan beroperasi jangka panjang untuk berbagai tipe digester yang berbeda. Semakin lama HRT substrat pada proses dekomposisi anaerobik di dalam digester, semakin tinggi persentase kandungan CH4 dalam biogas, dan semakin tinggi pula nilai kalornya.

Abstract

Magnetohydrodynamics is a method for generating electricity by utilizing the interaction between a magnetic field and an electrolyte fluid. MHD components: salt water electrolyte, Neodymium N52 magnet, and Cu-Zn electrode. The MHD used is a coarse salt water electrolyte. The purpose of the MHD model is as an innovative technological breakthrough that is used to support increasing the efficiency of the power generation system. The lowest efficiency is shown in the second data with variations in salt content of the 5 grams/liter experiment without MHD support, which is 0.08%. The highest efficiency is shown in the twentieth data with variations in salt content of the 95 gram/liter experiment supported by MHD, which is 0.59%. The maximum efficiency increase that can be achieved is 0.37% with variations in salt content of 60 grams/liter.

Abstract

””Overcurrent Relay is one of the protection system tools in the electricity network. Overcurrent Relay works based on the increase in fault current that exceeds a certain safety value and a certain period of time. The type of relay that will be used in this test is the IDMT NX203A Overcurrent Relay. The purpose of this test is to get a good practicum module and to prove the inverted time relay characteristic curve according to British Standard BS142. In the test, the tool to be assembled is tested for its work function so that in data collection errors can be avoided while the relay on the module will be given a current setting of 2A; 3A; and 4A with TMS0.05; 0.5; and 1.0 which will be connected to a digital timer so that if the fault current exceeds the setting current, the relay will automatically give a signal and the digital timer will show the time when the current is cut off. The final result is a practicum module where each tool functions under normal working conditions and a graph of time against relay current for setting current 2A, fastest time 0.498s at 9A fault current and 0.05 TMS, longest time 12.991s at 4A TM fault current. . 1.0. Current setting of 3A for the fastest time is 0.572s at fault current of 9A and TM 0.05, for the longest time is 35.854s at fault current of 4A and TM 1.0. Current setting of 4A for the fastest time is 0.708s at fault current of 9A and TM 0.05, for the longest time is 55.979s at fault current of 5A and TM 1.0.

Abstract

The savonius wind turbine with variations in the diameter of the sweep and the air gap is a technological innovation with treatment using changes in the diameter of the sweep and the distance of the air gap between the blades. And it has low self-starting and relatively high torque. The purpose of the study was to create five models and test the performance of the Savonius wind turbine with variations in sweep diameters of 500 mm, 480 mm, 460 mm, 440 mm and 420 mm with air gaps of 30 mm, 50 mm, 70 mm, 90 mm, and 110 mm. . And analyze the turbine performance to get the best Coefficient of Power (CP) from the five turbine gaps. The stages of the research method include the preparation of a literature search, turbine design planning, tool making, tool testing, data collection, data analysis, and the final stage. The results of the tests carried out showed that the Savonius turbine with an air gap of 70 mm with a CP value of 0.232 had maximum work at low wind speeds (4 m/s) and at high wind speeds (10 m/s). obtained a CP value of 0.0695

Abstract

The purpose of making this final task is to apply the solar power system as a source of electrical energy to move the water pump automatically in fish ponds. This system works automatically with the Water Level Control tool sensor (WLC), so that if the water level drops or rises then the water pump will automatically work. On this automated system use the Smart Relay SR2B121BD and the ZelioSoft 2 application. Data retrieval carried out at 10.00 -14.00 WIB, obtained data pumps 1 and 2 for a height of 1 cm for 30 minutes and a height of 2 cm for 70 minutes. The amount of discharge the pump produces 1 and 2 ranges from 37 L/M to 45 L/M. Pump 1 Test results obtained an average efficiency of 7.68%, with the highest efficiency of 11.03% and the lowest efficiency of 5.26%, while the average pump efficiency of 2, 7.05% with the highest efficiency of 10.66% and the lowest efficiency of 5.41%. The average efficiency of the solar panels is 11.20% with the highest efficiency of 14.60% and the lowest efficiency of 7.29%
