Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang mengajar dengan model Problem-Based Learning berbantuan media Lintwova untuk mencapai Kriteria Pencapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) dan (2) adakah peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan model Problem-Based Learning berbantuan media Lintwova. Metode Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari SMP 2 Bae dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes berupa pretest dan posttest dengan 5 soal sesuai dengan indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan model Problem-Based Learning berbantuan media Lintwova mencapai Kriteria Pencapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa setelah penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Lintwova dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a promotional strategy focused on school excellence in improving competitiveness and educational quality at SMPN 2 Kauman. The research focuses on three main aspects: the implementation of a promotional strategy based on production excellence (art classes, tahfidz classes, achievements, and cultural events), the efficiency of digital and offline promotional channels in influencing applicant interest and the institution's image, and identifying obstacles and suggestions for improving the quality of promotion in line with the quality of educational services. This study applies a qualitative approach with a case design through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study findings indicate that the school has consistently implemented a promotional strategy based on excellence through flagship programs and public activities that are in line with community needs. Utilizing dual promotional channels in-person through school events and online through social media has been shown to increase school appeal, although the effectiveness of digital channels still needs to be strengthened in terms of content quality and publication consistency. Key identified obstacles include limited funding, a lack of human resources trained in digital marketing, and the lack of a data-driven promotional evaluation system. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening school promotional management by establishing a dedicated team, planning promotions based on performance indicators, professionalizing digital content, and integrating promotions with improving the quality of educational services. This study confirms that promotional strategies that prioritize excellence and are supported by professional governance have significant potential to sustainably improve school competitiveness.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik di SD 3 Barongan, yang ditunjukkan melalui studi pendahuluan dengan rata-rata capaian hanya 36%, berada di bawah Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Proses pembelajaran yang monoton, berpusat pada guru, dan minim media kontekstual menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi aktif serta minat belajar siswa. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada perlunya penerapan model pembelajaran yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam membangun pemahaman konsep secara mandiri dan bermakna. Model Discovery Learning berbantuan media CLEAVER (Cognitive Learning Application With Augmented Reality and Voice Recognition) yang terintegrasi dengan nilai lokal Gusjigang diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan model tersebut apakah memenuhi KKTP, (2) menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, serta (3) menganalisis peningkatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa kelas V SD 3 Barongan yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes (pretest-posttest), dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif kuantitati dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model discovery learning berbantuan CLEAVER berbasis Gusjigang efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa, ditunjukkan oleh 85% siswa yang mencapai KKTP, rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 81, serta nilai gain 0,57 dalam kategori sedang.The problem in this study is the low ability to understand mathematical concepts of students at SD 3 Barongan, which is shown through a preliminary study with an average achievement of only 36%, below the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The monotonous learning process, centered on the teacher, and minimal contextual media causes low active participation and interest in learning for students. The urgency of this study lies in the need to implement a learning model that encourages active involvement of students in building conceptual understanding independently and meaningfully. The Discovery Learning model assisted by CLEAVER media (Cognitive Learning Application With Augmented Reality and Voice Recognition) integrated with local Gusjigang values is expected to be able to answer this challenge. This study aims to: (1) analyze students' mathematical concept understanding abilities with the model whether they meet the KKTP, (2) analyze differences in conceptual understanding abilities before and after learning, and (3) analyze improvements. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 20 fifth grade students of SD 3 Barongan who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a test (pretest-posttest), and the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive and n-gain tests. The results showed that the Discovery Learning model assisted by CLEAVER based on Gusjigang was effective in improving students' mathematical concept understanding abilities, as indicated by 85% of students achieving KKTP, an average posttest score of 81, and a gain score of 0.57 in the moderate category.

Abstract

Secara umum hasil belajar matematika siswa masih rendah sehingga  perlu penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang berbantuan media pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan. Problem Based Learning (PB)L berbantuan game untuk  meningkatkan hasil belajar  siswa.  Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan Research and Development yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono menggunakan model Brog and Gall dengan 10 langkah penelitian yang disederhanakan dan disesuaikan menjadi 7 langkah penelitian sesuai kebutuhan peneliti, yaitu (1) analisis potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan informasi, (3) desain produk, (4)  validasi desain,  (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk dan (7) revisi produk. Triangulasi data digunakan untuk menjamin validitas instrumen dengan cara membandingkan antara informasi melalui observasi, wawancara maupun dokumen.  Hasil penelitian penerapan  model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media pembelajaran interaktif  sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Terdapat tiga validator yaitu  ahli media, materi, dan bahasa menunjukkan hasil yang sangat tinggi, dengan persentase masing-masing 92,65%, 96,4%, dan 92,65%, mengkategorikan media ini sebagai "sangat layak". Respon dari guru dan siswa juga sangat positif, dengan rata-rata nilai 97,3% untuk guru dan 97,5% untuk siswa,  Oleh karena itu, penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media  game  interaktif  dapat dikatakan   efektif dan layak digunakan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.In general, students' mathematics learning outcomes are still low, so it is necessary to apply the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive learning media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of game-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve student learning outcomes. This study applies Research and Development developed by Sugiyono using the Brog and Gall model with 10 embedded research steps and adjusted to 7 research steps according to the researcher's needs, namely (1) analysis of potential and problems, (2) information collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial and (7) product revision. Data triangulation is used to ensure the validity of the instrument by comparing information through observation, interviews, and documents. The results of the study on the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive learning media are very suitable for use in the learning process. There are three validators, namely media, material, and language experts, who show very high results, with percentages of 92.65%, 96.4%, and 92.65%, respectively, categorising this media as "very suitable". The responses from teachers and students were also very positive, with an average score of 97.3% for teachers and 97.5% for students. Therefore, the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive game media can be said to be effective and suitable for use in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Mathematics communication could develop conceptual understanding and mathematics problem-solving and reasoning. An excellent mathematics communication influences the problem-solving of learners. The mathematics communication skill characteristics are rigorousness, economy, and freedom. This research aimed to describe the learners’ mathematical communication failures in solving problems reviewed from the characteristics. This research is qualitative. There were 30 graders of VIII grade of Islamic JHS Maslakhul Huda, Sluke, Rembang. This research selected two learners that failed to communicate their problem-solving results based on the characteristics. The instruments to collect data were problem-solving tasks and interview guidelines. The findings showed that: (1) the learners that failed to communicate the problem-solving results only met the rigorousness and freedom characteristics, and (2) these learners only had rigorousness characteristics.

Abstract

Jamur tiram atau dalam bahasa latin volvariella volvacea budidaya jamur tiram ini, membutuhkan akurasi dan toleransi kepresisian dalam mengendalikan suhu serta kelembapan yang menyerupai ekosistem habitat jamur tiram sebenarnya, fase inkubasi yang membutuhkan suhu udara 23-28C dengan kelembapan 60- 70%, Fase pembentukan Tubuh dan buah membutuhkan suhu udara 28-32C dengan kelembapan 70-90%. Pengelolaan suhu udara dan kelembapan oleh pembudidaya jamur tiram dilakukan dengan cara penyemprotan serta aerasi kumbung yang masih manual, sehingga pada tahapan fase inkubasi dan fase pembentukan tubuh jamur, belum optimal. Akibatnya hasil panen jamur menurun karena banyak miselium yang rusak saat fase inkubasi. perancangan system akan dilakukan dalam dua tahapan, fase pertama pembuatan wiring perangkat keras, kemudian fase kedua pengintegrasian logika fuzzy di perangkat lunak yang secara keseluruhan akan berupa internet of things (IoT) guna memudahkan dalam proses monitoring. Kinerja logika fuzzy pada sistem ini dilihat dari respon PWM kipas, durasi pompa dan kualitas jaringan pada koneksi internetnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai PWM kipas berhasil merespon berbagai kondisi suhu. Durasi penyalan pompa juga bisa merespon perubahan kelembaban ruangan jamur. Sedangkan kualitas jaringan dari hasil percobaan diperoleh nilai konektifitas berupa nilai jitter buffering data 0,72 ms, nilai ping jaringan saat kondisi transmitter(Tx) dan received (Rx) 0,29 ms, dan delay sebesar 0,97 ms atau secara keseluruhan rata-ratanya kurang dari 1ms merupakan kondisi yang termasuk baik untuk penyelenggaraan sistem IoT.

Abstract

The quality of assessment instruments plays an important role in determining the accuracy of measuring student learning outcomes in science learning in elementary schools. A good test instrument must meet certain criteria, such as validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discrimination power. This study aims to analyze the quality of daily science test items in grade VIc elementary schools based on these four criteria. The study used a quantitative. The subjects were 19 sixth-grade students, while the instrument analyzed consisted of 25 multiple-choice questions. Data processing and analysis were carried out using Microsoft Excel to calculate item validity through item correlation with total score, test reliability using internal consistency, difficulty level index, and discrimination index. The analysis results showed that 17 questions (68%) were declared valid, while 8 questions (32%) were invalid and needed to be improved. The results of the reliability test indicated that the test instrument had good reliability and was suitable for use as a measuring tool for student learning outcomes. Judging from the level of difficulty, 20 questions (80%) were moderate and 5 questions (20%) were easy, indicating a relatively balanced level of difficulty. Based on the discrimination power, 16 questions (66%) had very good discrimination power, 4 questions (16%) were good, 4 questions (16%) were sufficient, and 1 question (4%) was poor. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the quality of the sixth grade science daily test questions is classified as good and the test instrument is suitable for use, but improvements are still needed on invalid questions and those with low discrimination power so that the quality of the assessment is more optimal. This study emphasizes the importance of teachers' abilities in compiling and analyzing test items to ensure that the assessment of science learning is objective, valid, and reliable.

Abstract

This study compares students’ mathematical problem-solving skills between those taught using the GeoSpace-assisted Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model and those taught through direct instruction. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design was employed. The participants were two eighth-grade classes at a junior high school, with one class assigned as the experimental group and the other as the control group. Mathematical problem-solving skills were measured using an essay test based on NCTM indicators: understanding problems, planning strategies, implementing solutions, and reviewing results. The instrument demonstrated adequate validity and reliability. The experimental group received instruction using the RME model supported by the GeoSpace application, while the control group received direct instruction without digital media. Data analysis using an independent samples t-test showed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher posttest scores than the control group (p < 0.05), with a moderate effect size. In addition, learning gains in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. These findings indicate that the GeoSpace-assisted RME model is more effective in improving students’ mathematical problem-solving skills than direct instruction. The use of realistic contexts and interactive visual representations supports students’ conceptual understanding. However, as the study involved only two classes, further research with a broader sample is recommended to strengthen the generalizability of the results.

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi merupakan aspek yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pembelajaran matematika, Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa salah satunya memfasilitasi siswa dengan membiasakan soal open ended. Untuk  mendukung hal tersebut guru harus meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan keterampilan dalam menyusun soal open ended. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru SD 4 Dersalam dalam menyusun intrumen soal open ended, dan (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru SD 4 Dersalam dalam menyusun instrumen soal open ended. Pelaksanaan pelatihan penyusunan instrumen soal open ended untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis guru SD 4 Dersalam dirancang dalam beberapa tahap, antara lain: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan ini adalah (1) Guru SD 4 Dersalam memperoleh pengetahuan tentang Strategi penyusunan soal open ended, dan (2) Guru SD 4 Dersalam dapat meningkat keterampilan dalam pembuatan soal open ended. Kata kunci: pelatihan; soal open ended; kemampuan komunikasi matematis; guru SD. Abstract Communication is an aspect that has an important role in learning mathematics. In order to improve students' mathematical communication skills, a learning model is needed that facilitates students to actively convey mathematical ideas. Therefore, teachers must improve their mathematical communication skills and skills in preparing open ended questions through a workshop on the preparation of open ended question instruments. The purposes of this workshop are (1) to improve the knowledge of teachers of SD 4 Dersalam in preparing open ended questions, and (2) to improve the skills of teachers of SD 4 Dersalam in preparing open ended questions. The implementation of the workshop on the preparation of open ended question instruments to improve the mathematical communication skills of teachers of SD 4 Dersalam was designed in several stages, including: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained in this workshop were (1) SD 4 Dersalam teachers gained knowledge about the strategy of preparing open ended questions, and (2) SD 4 Dersalam teachers could improve their skills in making open ended questions. Keywords: training; open-ended questions; mathematical communication skills; elementary school teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif implementasi model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) serta menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis pada tiga domain kompetensi siswa kelas XI Bisnis Digital (BD) di SMKN 1 Ponorogo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek aktif dalam membangun pengetahuan melalui pengalaman belajar yang autentik. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 32 siswa kelas XI BD dan satu guru pengampu, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran, seperti modul ajar, perangkat asesmen, dan produk proyek siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi metode, triangulasi sumber, dan member checking untuk memastikan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL dilaksanakan melalui enam tahapan sistematis, mulai dari penentuan pertanyaan pemantik, perencanaan proyek, penyusunan jadwal, pelaksanaan dan monitoring, pengujian hasil, hingga refleksi dan evaluasi. Tahapan tersebut mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang autentik, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual dengan dunia kerja. Penerapan PjBL terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar secara holistik, yakni pada domain kognitif melalui penguatan pemahaman konseptual dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, domain afektif melalui pengembangan sikap profesional, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi intrinsik, serta domain psikomotor melalui penguasaan keterampilan teknis komunikasi bisnis. Adapun tantangan implementasi meliputi adaptasi paradigma pembelajaran, heterogenitas kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan teknologi, dan manajemen waktu. Tantangan tersebut diatasi melalui pemberian scaffolding intensif, penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kelompok, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta koordinasi pembelajaran lintas mata pelajaran guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan relevan dengan tuntutan industri.
