Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to describe the teacher?s efforts to improve disciplin of aged 5-6 years at PAUD Bunda Pontianak. The method use isn this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. Data subjects in this research are 2 teacher?s in PAUD Bunda Pontianak. The techniques used in this research were observation, interview, and documentation using data collection tools like is observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation picture. The results of data analysis show that the teacher?s afforts to improve disciplin in children aged 5-6 years in the indicators of learning planning, learning implemantation, and assessment at PAUD Bunda Pontinak. PAUD Bunda Pontianak learning planning has not been effecetive, implementation of learning has not been effective not according to plan, and the teacher immediately maks an assesment to see the disciline of the children. Assessment in PAUD Bunda Pontianak uses daily assessment in form the RPPH, anecdotal records, and monthly assessment that are collected monthly.Keyword   : Assessment, Discipin, Teacher Effort.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship of basic level of basic education with the performance of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap District Kubu Raya District. The method used is descriptive with quantitative approach with a total sample of 32 people. The result of the research shows that the result of the level of basic education level of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap sub-district of Kubu Raya Regency with the largest percentage (68.75%) is in the medium category. While the performance of teachers with the largest percentage (65.625%) also fall into the medium category ..Product Moment-0,007 correlation value. The value is compared with the value of r_ (table) with a significant level of 5%, ie df = n-2 = 32-2 = 30 obtained value r_ (table) = 0.361 (-0.007 <0.361), which means Hₒ accepted and Hₐ rejected. Thus, in this study showed that the results of tiered level of basic education of early childhood teachers there is no positive and significant relationship with the performance of early childhood teachers in Sungai Kakap District Kubu Raya. Keyword : Basic Level Basic Training,Teacher Performance, Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

AbstrackSelf-confidence is a personality trait that implies confidence in one's own abilities. Children  self confidence is very influenced by how parents or educators grow their self confidence. A common issue in this study is "How Role of Teachers in Developing Self-Confidence in 4-5-Year-Old Children in Southern Pontianak Psalm 21". Of the general problems will be examined specific problems namely; how the teacher's role as a guide, motivator, and inspiration, in developing the confidence of children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Psalm 21. This research was conducted in the form of qualitative and descriptive research.The data collection tools are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, documentation data, and field note data. The results showed: (1) The role of the teacher as a guide in developing self-confidence by explaining to children in advance the tasks to be given. The teacher directs and helps the child if the child is having difficulties(2) The role of the teacher as a motivator in developing the child's confidence by encouraging, encouraging the child to have the courage to complete the task. 3) The role of the teacher as an inspiration in developing children's confidence by demonstrating or exemplifying the task at hand. Keywords: Teacher's role,Develop Children's Self Confidence

Abstract

AbstractBased on the results of data analysis shows that the level of understanding of teachers in translating the program semester there are 92.7% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. Level of understanding of teachers in interpreting the semester program there are 50% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. Level of understanding of teachers predicted in the semester program there are 50% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. Level of understanding of teachers in translating the RPPM there are 68.75% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. The level of understanding of teachers in interpreting the RPPM there are 53.12% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. The level of understanding of teachers in the forecast in the RPPM there are 69.80% of respondents who have a low understanding. Level of understanding of teachers in translating the RPPH there are 71.8% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. The level of understanding of teachers in interpreting the RPPH there are 55.20% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. The level of understanding of teachers in the forecast in the RPPH there are 57.30% of respondents who have a moderate understanding. Keywords: comprehension level, learning planning

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the level of understanding of parents towards the basic concept of ECD in Sengah Temila District. The research method used is quantitative, with the form of survey research, data analysis using descriptive statistics. Data is collected by indirect communication techniques and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. The sample used was 99 respondents. The results of the study show (1). parents' understanding of the notion of ECD 92% is categorized as "very understanding", (2). parents' understanding of the purpose of PAUD 54% enter the category "very understanding", (3). parents' understanding of the function of PAUD 93% entered the category "very understanding", (4). parents' understanding of ECD learning 92% enter the category of "very well-informed", (5). parents' understanding of the PAUD curriculum 83% enter the category of "very understanding", (6). parents' understanding of the role of parents in PAUD 86% enter the category of "understand". So that it can be concluded that parents' understanding of the basic concept of PAUD in Sengah Temila Subdistrict is categorized as "very understanding". Suggestions for research by parents can be present at each school to hold a meeting, and parents can increase their understanding of the basic concepts of PAUD by learning things about PAUD through media, books, and parents.Keywords: Basic concepts of early childhood education, Parentes, Understanding

Abstract

Abstrak: Menyanyi merupakan multidisiplin ilmu yang mengkoordinasi seluruh aksi fisik-mental manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk pengembangan nilai nasionalisme melalui kegiatan menyanyikan lagu nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelompok B1.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanguru dinilai sudah berpengalaman dan baik dalam mengajar serta sabar, komunikasi yang efektif antara anak dengan guru dan guru dengan orang tua serta media audio visual juga dapat mendukung dalam proses penerapan metode ini. Gairah setiap anak dalam kegiatan menyanyikan lagu nasional berbeda-beda, masih ada beberapa anak yang masih sulit diajak untuk menyanyikan lagu nasional dengan sikap yang sesuai. Kata Kunci : Bernyanyi, Lagu Nasional, Nilai Nasionalisme   Abstract: Singing is a multidisciplinary science that coordination of all human mental-physical action. The purpose of this research to the development of the value of nationalism through national sang. The method used in this research is descriptive, qualitative shaped. The subjects were teachers and children aged 5-6 years in the study group B1.Hasil menunjukkanguru rated already experienced and well in teaching and patient, effective communication between children and teachers and parents as well as audio-visual media can also support in the process application of this method. The passion of each child in the activities of the national singing songs varies, there are still some children who still find it difficult to sing the national anthem with the appropriate attitude. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the introduction of the Jarimatic method in early numeracy learning for the children aged of 5-6 years old at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Barat. The research method  was the descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the teachers and children in group B1. The data collection techniques that were used: direct communication, direct observation and documentary studies. In analyzing the data that was done by finding and compiling the obtained data then describing it, selecting the important ones, making conclusions so that the obtained data can be developed and evaluated. It can be concluded that the introduction of Jarimatika method in early numeracy learning for children aged 5-6 years old in TK Negeri Pembina was given repeatedly by the teacher through three stages, namely the active stage, the iconic stage, and the symbolic stage. The early numeracy ability from the children aged 5-6 years old at the enactive, iconic, and symbolic stages of theJarimatic method Introduction was gradually developed. It will be better if the games and media used by the teacher in introducing the Jarimatic method is made to be more appealing so that it will be very interesting to learn about calculation. Keywords: Jarimatic Method, Early Numeracy Learning, Children 5-6 Years Old

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive with a quantitative research form. The data source of this study was a kindergarten teacher. The sample used in this study was 78 kindergarten teachers with a certified civil servant status. The data collection techniques was indirect communication techniques with data collection tools in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Then, collected data was analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques with central tendency formula  Mean, Mode, and Standard Deviation. Based on the results of data analysis the professional competence of kindergarten teachers about learning mastery in Pontianak was in the category of "Medium" which is indicated by a percentage of 64% with an average amount of 6.58 and the total average of 3 indicators of learning mastery was 3.79 (It means from 78 teachers there are 50 teachers who master the characteristics). Curriculum Mastery was included in the category of "medium" which is indicated by a percentage of 51% with an average number of 2.51 and the total average of three indicators of curriculum mastery was 1.34 (It means from 78 teachers there are 40 teachers who master the curriculum). Mastery of ethical insight and professional development in the category of “Medium" as indicated by a percentage of 54% with an average number of 2.53 and the total average of  three indicators of mastery of ethical insight and professional development was 1.66 (It means from 78 teachers there are 42 teachers who are good at communicating with students).  Keywords: Professional Competence, Kindergarten Teacher

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of learning based multimedia presentation and learning motivation on receiving information  ability by third grade of elementary school in Pontianak. The research design use 2 x 2 factorial. The sampling technique which  population sampling is 60 students in 2 class. Liliefors test was used to test data normality. Barlett test of Chi Square statistic was used for testing data homogeneity. Analysis of variance (ANAVA) was used to analyze data followed by two line. The finding in this research are: (1) Receiving information ability on  learning with animation class have superior or higher than dari Receiving information ability on  learning with image class; (2) There are interaction on  learning based multimedia presentation with learning motivation on receiving information ability; (3) Student have great learning motivation and learning with animation have superior than great learning motivation and learning with image; (4) Student have low learning motivation used learning with image have superior than student have low motivation used leaning with animation. The result of this research are expected to have implications for learning in classrooms for teacher and student.

Abstract

Membesarkan anak dibutuhkan kesiapan, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan orang tua. Terlebih jika anak lahir dengan keadaan yang memiliki potensi spesial yang berbeda dengan anak rata-rata kebanyakan. Anak berkebutuhan khusus mempunyai hak yang sama dengan anak lain dan dapat hidup mandiri, berprestasi sesuai dengan minat dan potensi yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, orang tua wajib bertanggung jawab memenuhi hak-hak anak dalam segala aspek kehidupan, seperti bersosialisasi di lingkungan, berekreasi, dan berkegiatan lain yang bertujuan memperkenalkan anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kehidupan di luar rumah. Selain itu orang tua perlu konsisten dan bersikap terbuka terhadap lingkungan sekitar dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dibutuhkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak bagi orang tua dengan anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus dalam membesarkan anak - anak spesial dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan potensinya. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan pendampingan pada orang tua khususnya yang berada di Kota Pontianak dengan bekerja sama bersama ULDAC (Unit Layanan Disabilitas dan Asesmen Center) Kota Pontianak. Terhubung dengan orang-orang tua yang anak – anaknya dilayani di ULDAC Kota Pontianak, diperoleh beragam masalah pengasuhan dan tumbuh kembang yang dialami oeh orang tua dalam membesarkan anak mereka. PKM Program Studi PGPAUD menjebatani dengan mengadakan FGD berkala, menganalisis masalah dan merumuskan bersama orang tua dan ULDAC sehingga menemukan rumusan solusi yang ditawarkan sebagai hasil luaran yang diharapkan dicapai.
