Abstract

Abstrak. Studi ini menganalisis framing headlines pada media berita daring terkait pemberitaan pidato RM dari BTS di APEC CEO Summit 2025, sebuah momen bersejarah yang menandai pertama kalinya seorang artis K-pop berpidato di forum tingkat tinggi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif, sebanyak 30 judul berita berbahasa Inggris dari media mainstream, industri, dan hiburan dikumpulkan serta dikategorikan berdasarkan framing, nada, dan pola leksikal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diplomasi budaya dan soft power ekonomi merupakan frame yang paling dominan, mencerminkan bagaimana pesan RM selaras dengan wacana global mengenai kreativitas, inovasi, dan pertukaran budaya. Media hiburan, sebaliknya, banyak menggunakan frame yang bersifat fan-centered dan menunjukkan sentimen emosional, menegaskan peran budaya partisipatif dalam menyebarkan narasi soft power. Analisis nada menunjukkan dominasi nada netral, tanpa adanya liputan bernada negatif. Temuan ini menyoroti sifat hybrid dari diplomasi selebritas dan memperlihatkan bagaimana selebritas diposisikan dalam ekosistem media yang saling terhubung untuk memengaruhi wacana internasional. Abstract. This study examines how online news media framed BTS RM’s keynote speech at the APEC CEO Summit 2025, an unprecedented moment marking the first time a K-pop artist addressed the high-level forum. Using qualitative content analysis, 30 English-language headlines from mainstream, industry, and entertainment outlets were collected and coded for frame categories, tone, and lexical choices. The findings reveal that cultural diplomacy and economic soft power were the dominant frames, reflecting how RM’s message aligned with broader global discourses on creativity, innovation, and cultural exchange. Entertainment outlets, however, frequently employed fan-centered and affective frames, illustrating the role of participatory cultures in shaping the circulation of soft-power narratives. Tone analysis shows a strong prevalence of neutrality, with no negative coverage detected. These results highlight the hybrid nature of celebrity diplomacy and demonstrate how cultural figures operate within interconnected media environments to influence international discourse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a digital book-based Project-Based Learning model compared to a digital book-based lecture model, as well as learning interest, on children's literary literacy in fourth-grade students at Morosunggingan Elementary School, Jombang. The study used a quantitative approach with a two-by-two factorial experimental design involving one hundred and two students. The research instruments, a literary literacy test and a learning interest questionnaire, met validity and reliability requirements. The experimental group received treatment through a digital book-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, while the control group received a digital book-based lecture model. Data obtained through the treatment and posttest were then analyzed using a two-way ANOVA in SPSS 27. The results showed a significant influence of the learning model and learning interest on children's literary literacy, as well as a significant interaction between the two. The PjBL model proved more effective than the lecture model, especially for students with high learning interest. The combination of a digital book-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and high learning interest is the most effective strategy for improving literary literacy because it enriches the learning experience and fosters student independence and creativity. These findings imply the importance of integrating digital technology and a project-based approach in literature learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik kelas X SMK BLK Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan, persentase peserta didik yang belum mencapai KKM pada tes kemampuan penalaran matematis mencapai 74,59%. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) berbantuan Bing AI terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik; (2) pengaruh keaktifan belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis; dan (3) interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keaktifan belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experiment menggunakan desain faktorial. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMK BLK Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik sampling tertentu dan terdiri dari kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran MURDER berbantuan Bing AI serta kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran PBL. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan penalaran matematis dan angket untuk mengukur keaktifan belajar peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji prasyarat (uji normalitas dan homogenitas) serta uji hipotesis dengan analisis variansi dua jalan (ANOVA dua arah). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran MURDER berbantuan Bing AI terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik; (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh keaktifan belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis; dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keaktifan belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran MURDER berbantuan Bing AI dengan pendekatan kontekstual dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik.

Abstract

The transformation of learning in higher education places digital libraries beyond simply providing information access, but rather as strategic instruments that determine the quality of student performance and learning outcomes. This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of digital library use and the quality of digital collections on student performance and learning outcomes, with information literacy as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design using the Structural Equation Modeling method on 200 students of the Graduate School of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya, intakes of 2023 to 2025. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using measurement and structural models to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that the quality of digital collections significantly influenced student learning outcomes and information literacy, while the use of digital libraries had no direct effect on student performance. Information literacy was shown to have a very strong influence on student performance and played a significant role in mediating the influence of the quality of digital collections and the use of digital libraries on performance and learning outcomes. These findings provocatively emphasize that access and intensity of digital library use will be meaningless without adequate information literacy, thus information literacy emerges as a determining factor that transforms the quality of digital library resources and utilization into tangible academic achievements. This research provides theoretical contributions in strengthening the integrative model of digital library-based learning as well as practical implications for higher education administrators to shift the policy focus from merely technology development to strengthening the quality of collections and student information literacy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kebijakan perlindungan data pribadi dalam pemanfaatan platform Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) Generatif, Gemini di Indonesia. Seiring dengan Implementasi penuh UU No. 27 Tahun 202 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP), terdapat urgensi kritis untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana model bahasa besar memproses data pengguna secara transparan dan akuntabel. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normative melalui oendekatan kebijakan publik, studi ini mengidentifikasi adanya kesenjangan signifikan antara evolusi algoritma yang cepat dengan kerangka pengawasan regulasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meskipun UU PDP membeikan landasan hukum yang kuat, kompleksitas teknis dalam pemrosesan data otomatis dan pemenuhan hak subjek data masih menjadi persoalan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrase Gemini yang efektif memerlukan pembentukan segera otoritas perlindungan data yang idependen dan standarisasi audit AI guna menjaga kedaulatan digital nasional. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskurusus kepastian hukum dan hak konstitusional dalam menghadapi inovasi teknologi disrupsi.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has become a vehicle for the spread of hoaxes, negatively impacting the lives of the digital community in Indonesia, particularly in West Java. On the other hand, public awareness regarding how to distinguish hoaxes remains low; this situation is further exacerbated by the emergence of AI technology, making it extremely difficult for the public to determine whether a piece of news is a hoax or not. To address the spread of hoaxes, the West Java Provincial Government issued a policy through West Java Governor’s Decree No. 700.05/Kep.1261-Diskominfo/2018 regarding the establishment of the Jabar Saber Hoaks program. This program aims to protect the public from the negative impacts caused by hoaxes. This study aims to analyze the policies of the Jabar Saber Hoaks program. Using a literature review approach, the findings indicate that the Jabar Saber Hoaks program’s policies have not been implemented optimally in protecting the public from the negative impacts of hoaxes. One reason for this is that Jabar Saber Hoaks only verifies information of questionable accuracy circulating in digital media, while community empowerment programs aimed at improving digital literacy have not been widely implemented. Consequently, many people in West Java have been affected by hoaxes, resulting in both moral and material losses.
