Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, workload and compensation on employee performance with a study at PT Inti Trio Bhakti Jaya. The research design uses a casual quantitative method, namely knowing the effect between the variables studied. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability which is distributed via Google form to employees of PT Inti Trio Bhakti Jaya. This study involved 70 respondents who were the total number of employees of PT Inti Trio Bhakti Jaya. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square). Using a Likert scale with a range of 1-5 as a measurement. The results showed that Training is not significant to employee performance, Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Compensation is not significant to Employee Performance.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi yang terus meningkat akan mampu menjaga tingkat kompetitif, mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan merebut pangsa pasar, sehingga setiap elemen dari organisasi harus menyadari penting dan urgensinya dari perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja sebagai individu dan kinerja tim kerja atau departemennya. Teknologi dan digitalisasi dipercaya dan terbukti dapat menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi, sehingga lahir karya dan sejumah terobosan dari organisasi. Sesi seminar nasional yang membahas dan bertajuk peran teknologi dan digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan performa bisnis dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen pengabdi pada Hari Sabtu, 16 November 2024. Seminar dibawakan oleh delapan dosen pengabdi yang berasal dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Simpulan adalah organisasi hari ini dihadapkan pada suatu problematika dengan tuntutan untuk mampu bersaing dengan memberdayakan penggunaan teknologi dan digitalisasi. Tidak hanya manajemen puncak yang memiliki peran dan andil dalam meningkatnya kesadaran dan kinerja organisasi, namun pemerintah sebagai regulator dan perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi dan digitalisasi untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing melalui peningkatan kinerja organisasi di tanah air.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM) research in the context of globalization, cultural diversity, and innovation within organizations. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset comprising influential works, co-authorship patterns, and keyword frequencies, the study aims to uncover the prevailing themes, emerging trends, and collaborative networks in contemporary HRM literature. The analysis encompasses a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from diversity and globalization to sustainability and training. Key findings reveal an overarching emphasis on diversity and globalization, indicating a heightened awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with managing diverse workforces in the globalized business environment. The study also identifies trends such as the evolving importance of sustainability and the recognition of training as a vital aspect of HRM practices. Co-authorship networks and influential works spotlight the collaborative nature of HRM research and the seminal contributions that have shaped the field. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of HRM's role in navigating the complexities of the globalized organizational landscape, shedding light on both the enduring themes and the evolving priorities in HRM scholarship.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Training Quality, Work Environment, and Gender Equality Policy on the loyalty of female workers in the ethnic tourism sector of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 female employees through structured questionnaires, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal significant positive relationships between all three independent variables and employee loyalty. Training Quality exhibited the strongest influence (β = 0.663, p < 0.001), followed by Gender Equality Policy (β = 0.470, p < 0.001) and Work Environment (β = 0.335, p < 0.01). The findings underscore the importance of investing in effective training programs, fostering a supportive work environment, and implementing robust gender equality policies to enhance employee loyalty. This research contributes to the understanding of workforce dynamics in the tourism sector and offers practical implications for managers seeking to improve retention and performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and rewards on employee productivity in retail companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 140 retail employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that compensation, organizational culture, and rewards all have significant positive effects on employee productivity. Compensation emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by organizational culture and rewards. These results suggest that fair compensation, a supportive organizational culture, and effective reward systems can significantly enhance employee performance in the retail sector. The study provides practical recommendations for retail companies to improve workforce productivity through strategic human resource management.

Abstract

This research explores the multifaceted factors influencing the success of business development programs in Central Java Province. Specifically, it examines the impact of training initiatives, industrial partnerships, and government policies on the participation and effectiveness of development programs. A sample of 120 businesses and entrepreneurs in the region was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the data analysis method. The results reveal significant relationships between the variables under investigation. Businesses perceiving favorable government policies are more likely to participate in development programs. Likewise, investments in training programs and engagement in industry partnerships are positively associated with participation in development initiatives. The goodness-of-fit analysis demonstrates that the Estimated Model adequately represents the data, affirming its validity and reliability. The research provides valuable insights into the interconnected nature of factors contributing to the success of business development programs in Central Java Province, highlighting the importance of collaboration, supportive government policies, and training initiatives. These findings can inform policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders in the region, aiding in the design and implementation of more effective development programs.

Abstract

Selama pandemi COVID-19, jumlah wisatawan ke Jawa Barat menurun sebesar 49,57 persen pada tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen destinasi pariwisata dan dinas pariwisata Bandung, khususnya dengan meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan untuk kembali ke Bandung, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar Bandung melalui sektor pariwisata. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua wisatawan yang pernah mengunjungi Bandung setidaknya sekali dalam satu tahun terakhir dan berdomisili di Jakarta; sampelnya terdiri dari 150 orang yang tersebar di seluruh Jabodetabek. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM. Destination image dan memorable tourism experiences memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, dan memorable tourism experiences dapat memediasi dampak destination image terhadap revisit intention. Hasil penelitian ini mungkin memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada bagaimana manajemen destinasi pariwisata Bandung dijalankan. Diharapkan bahwa dinas pariwisata Bandung dapat menggunakan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara citra destinasi dan pengalaman wisata yang berkesan terhadap niat untuk berkunjung kembali untuk membantu meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi destinasi mereka.

Abstract

Dalam makalah ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memberikan suatu pencarian terhadap implementasi berkaitan dengan variabel yang ada dalam makalah ini berasal dari makalah-makalah yang berasal dari jurnal reputasi. Makalah ini juga dalam hasil nanti memberikan suatu perspektif dari temuan makalah yang berasal dari literatur sebagai bentuk kontribusi dalam penelitian. Implementasi UWES 9 S telah ada dan dilaksanakan, juga dikaitkan dengan keterlibatan karyawan yang ada dalam organisasi dengan mengukur menggunakan dimensi-dimensi yang ada dalam UWES 9S secara spesifik. Secara langsung dalam makalah ini perspektif yang mungkin bisa menambahkan sebagai bagian kontribusi hasil bahwa tidak ada ruginya menerapkan UWES 9S yang ada tetapi semua kembali lagi disesuaikan dengan kemampuan organisasi, budaya organisasi, kemampuan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dengan penggunaan teknologi, juga keterlibatan karyawan bisa menjadikan organisasi tumbuh dan berkembang apabila dikelola dengan maksimal.
