Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanaka di Desa Timbang Kabupaten Kuningan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Timbang tentang penggunaan fintech yang aman dan terpercaya, serta meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat dalam penggunaan fintech agar terhindar dari berbagai ancaman keamanan seperti kebocoran data dan penipuan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring bertemu dengan masyarkat pelaku UMKM Desa Timbang, dengan pendekatan sosialiasi dan pelatihan. Sesi sosialiasasi di paparkan pengetahuan mengenai fintech (pengertian, peran dan jenis fintech, manfaat dan resiko), dilanjut dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kesadaran dan literasi keuangan, terakhir di lanjut dengan pelatihan praktik penggunaan fintceh (demonstrasi transaksi dan panduan keamanan) diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. Hasil menunjukan 80% dari mereka mengalami peningkatan tingkat pemahaman dari rendah menjadi tingkat sedang atau tinggi.

Abstract

Education at MA Miftahuttholibin Timbang faces challenges in providing a stimulating learning environment, especially related to limited facilities, access to training for teachers, and the lack of information technology infrastructure. Apart from that, students also face learning motivation problems and a lack of understanding about growth mindset. This research aims to implement strategies to increase understanding and application of growth mindset among students. Socialization activities are carried out to educate students about the importance of a growth mindset. The focus is to synthesize students' understanding of this growth mindset and provide relevant practice. This material leads to monitoring personal goals and increasing understanding through the use of technology as an educational tool. Mentoring programs and changing the assessment paradigm from final results to the learning process are also implemented. The results show an increase in students' understanding and acceptance of the growth mindset. Students are more active in planning personal goals and evaluating their progress. The use of technology helps deepen students' understanding of this concept. Suggestions for strengthening technological infrastructure, holding training programs for teachers, and continuing mentoring programs are given to support the implementation of a growth mindset on an ongoing basis. It is hoped that with the strategies implemented, students can apply a growth mindset in everyday life and overcome learning obstacles. It is also hoped that the implementation of this strategy can become a guide for other educational institutions in strengthening the understanding and application of growth mindset among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Kecamatan Lemahsugih Kabupaten Majalengka . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut :1) untuk menganalisis seberapa besar beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. 2) untuk menganalisis seberapa besar stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. 3) untuk menganalisis seberapa besar beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan seluruh karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. Populasi berjumlah 40 karyawan dan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil uji secara parsial bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 5,358 artinya t hitung > t tabel ( 5,358>2,027) dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima. Beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh sebesar 43%, berarti beban kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji secara parsial stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 5,075 artinya t hitung > t tabel ( 5,075>2,027) dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 maka H2 diterima. Stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh sebesar 42,1%, berarti stres kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji simultan dari variabel beban kerja , stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan menunjukan bahwa Fhiung sebesar 19.067 dan Ftabel sebesar 3.25 sehingga Fhitung>Ftabel (19.067 > 3.25) dan signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,001< 0,05), maka H3 diterima. Beban kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48.9% artinya beban kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signiikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the online learning about two dimentional and three dimentional shapes for second grades of SDN 243 Cicabe, using a realistic approach with video assistent. The method for this study is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of this study is 2nd grade students from SDN 243 Cicabe Bandung with a total of 25 students consisting with 14 male students and 11 female students. The instruments for this study is using abservation sheets, question about two dimentional and three dimentional shapes, and interview questionaries for students. The result show there was an increase for the quality of learning when was realistic approach were used. Its shown with the average point of two dimentional and three dimentional shapes material is 73 and its classified as good the higest is 95, and the lowest is 40. The completion for the test show 72% student get a score above the minimum criteria, and 28% student still get bellow the minimum criteria.

Abstract

The development of digital media enhances creativity but also raises ethical issues. Users need digital communication skills to get positive effects. The purpose of this counseling is to determine the ability of digital communication skills of Generation Z at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah, Bandung City, as the next generation of the nation towards the Golden Indonesia 2045. This counseling uses a qualitative approach, using a case study approach to six Generation Z participants who come from schools at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah, Bandung City, The techniques used in the qualitative research method of the case study approach focus on observation and in-depth interviews with 6 informants consisting of three students and three female students, Using mass communication theory developed by McQuail, The results of the counseling show that Generation Z has a fairly good level of digital literacy, as evidenced by their ability to choose websites that can be trusted and communicate digitally well on social media. The findings obtained, generation Z students, understand the importance of upholding digital communication standards, as well as how to overcome ethical dilemmas that arise online, especially on social media. However, the emergence of social media also raises digital communication problems such as the spread of hoaxes, doxing, bullying, cyberbullying, fraud, and negative online behaviors that have an impact on the education sector

Abstract

With the emergence of a campaign on sustainable development carried out by the UN, this movement stimulates all communities to practice environmental preservation activities. The purpose of research is to analyze the theoretical development of green consumer behavior. Increasing problems and issues regarding environmental sustainability every decade continue to be the main focus of many parties. The theory of green business continues to develop and gives rise to many derivatives. The difference in this study is it summarizes and explains the development of theories regarding green consumer behavior. The method used in this research is literature review. The number of articles used as samples was 52 articles discussing green consumer behavior from various journal sources. It was found that the theory of green consumer behavior continues to develop over time. From these developments, five similar research categories were found, including: factors influencing green consumers, characteristics of green consumers, the cost of becoming a green consumer, the point of view of green consumers and the impact of green consumer behavior. The green consumer theory is one of the theories of green marketing that was also born from the green economy, where this theory is a conservation of the social humanities sector

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist in waste processing that can have economic value for the community. This activity is in collaboration with Karang Taruna Jagaita Village and community representatives from June 2 to July 28, 2023. The activity began with socialization regarding the importance of waste management, knowing the potential of waste that can have economic value, knowing the negative effects of waste, sorting and separating waste into categories that can be recycled and those that cannot be recycled. Furthermore, waste processing is carried out which is ready to be used for BSF maggot breeding. The results of the mentoring activity are that the community understands how to process organic waste and maggot breeding and also obtains economic benefits.

Abstract

A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 randomly selected employees, and SPSS 25 was used to calculate path analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The purpose of this research is to look at the impact of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at PT Pampas Electric. This study's research strategy is descriptive verification using a quantitative approach. The results showed that the talent management variable (X1) had both good validity (all valid statement items) and excellent reliability (Alpha Cronbach score of 0.809). The knowledge management variable (X2) is highly valid and reliable (α = 0.839). Path analysis revealed a substantial positive impact of talent management (X1) on employee performance (β = 0.562, p < 0.05) and knowledge management (X2) on employee performance (Y) (β = 0.481, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that PT Pampas Electric's staff performance may be improved through effective talent management and knowledge management. The study concludes that talent and knowledge management play an important role in boosting employee performance. The practical implications of this research include the significance of firms successfully managing and developing personnel and knowledge in order to attain peak performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the psychological and situational factors that influence students' willingness to communicate (WTC) in speaking classes. This study focuses on second-year students of the English Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo who have completed the course “Speaking for Professional Context.” Using a qualitative design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with ten participants selected through purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was used to identify the main themes in the data. The results of the study indicate that both psychological and situational factors significantly influence students' WTC. The most influential psychological factor is self-confidence, while the prominent situational factors include the interlocutor and the role of lecturers. Other prominent themes include learning anxiety, the influence of topic type on perceived communicative competence, classroom atmosphere, and instructor strategies. In practice, these findings can provide information and strategies for student learning and teaching activities in the classroom

Abstract

In the digital era, advances in information technology have changed the way consumers seek information before making purchasing decisions. By using purchase intention as an intervening variable, this study seeks to examine how influencer marketing and electronic word-of-mouth (E-WoM) influence purchasing decisions. This objective is based on the need to explain the psychological mechanisms that link digital marketing strategies with consumer buying behavior, as well as answer the differences in previous research results related to the mediating role of purchase intention. This research uses a survey method combined with a quantitative approach. Customers who had experienced influencer marketing and product-related E-WoM were given questionnaires to fill out in order to collect data. To test the relationship between variables, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that customer purchase intention is significantly influenced by E-WoM. Purchase intention also has no mediating effect on the relationship between influencer marketing and purchase decision. This study and previous research suggest that there is a different role of purchase intention as a mediator in the purchase decision process. For marketing professionals, these findings underscore the importance of effective influencer marketing and E-WoM management strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention and purchase decisions. Selecting influencers who are credible and relevant to the product and encouraging positive reviews from consumers are recommended to improve marketing
