Abstract

Desa Wisata Jatiluwih merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang ada di pulau Bali, tepat berada di kawasan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Perpaduan potensi wisata alam dan budaya menjadi daya tarik desa wisata ini. Apalagi saat UNESCO menetapkan Subak Jatiluwih sebagai Situs Warisan Dunia pada 2012 lalu. Namun dalam proses pengelolaan di desa wisata ini masyarakat lokal belum melibatkan masyarakat adat secara keseluruhan mengingat banyaknya pura, subak dan tempat sakral lainnya yang ada di Desa Jatiluwih. Padahal, kunci keberhasilan desa wisata adalah komitmen masyarakat setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat Desa Wisata Jatiluwih dan menilai penerapan kriteria dan prinsip Desa Wisata pada kondisi eksisting. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, mengumpulkan data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam, serta data sekunder dari penelitian terdahulu dan pihak terkait. Walaupun metode analisisnya sama dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Jatiluwih masih sangat rendah, sehingga masyarakat setempat membutuhkan daya ungkit yang lebih optimal untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengelolaan desa wisata mulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan hingga pemantauan. Hal ini akan menanamkan bahwa nilai-nilai dari trihita kirana di masyarakat desa masih hidup dan digunakan sebagai kekuatan budaya dan etnografi desa.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is employee happiness at work and employee satisfaction in meeting their needs while working. The level of employee satisfaction can be influenced by organizational culture and work environment. The purpose of this research was to find out how the influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction (Study on Employees of UD Putra TS Majalengka). The research method used the descriptive verification method. The population in this study were all employees of UD Putra TS Majalengka with a total of 167 people. The saturated sampling technique was chosen as the sampling technique so that the total population as a whole was used as the research sample. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which is first tested by the instrument (validity and reliability), the classical assumption test, and the model feasibility test, which is then tested by the hypothesis. The results showed that partially organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. In this study, the work environment has a high influence on job satisfaction compared to organizational culture.

Abstract

Abstrak: Promosi merupakan suatu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang menjadi salah satu faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan suatu program pemasaran. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha masih belum melakukan metode promosi yang baik di media sosial. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya strategi promosi di media sosial. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku usaha di Desa Karangsari, Kecamatan Darma, Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 20 orang. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan dengan pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi di media sosial dapat mengidentifikasi kelemahan pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan produknya. Selain itu, pemateri dan mahasiswa berhasil memberikan pembelajaran dan solusi kepada pelaku usaha. Kata Kunci: Strategi Promosi, Media Sosial, Pelaku Usaha.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly tight business competition, employee performance is the key to company success. A positive organizational culture and transformational leadership style can influence employee motivation, productivity and commitment, which in turn improves organizational performance. This research investigates the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Quantitative research methods were carried out on 100 employees at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX. The results of path analysis show that organizational culture and transformational leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediator. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory and practice by highlighting the importance of organizational culture and leadership style in improving employee performance.

Abstract

One of the complicated phenomena that has become a topic of discussion in various countries is climate change resulting from various human activities, one of which is business activity. This is the responsibility of all parties, including the economic sector with the banking finance sub-sector, so that the concept of green banking emerges which is a development of the concepts of green finance and green economy. This research aims to look at the development of green banking theory. The research method used in this research is a literature review. The results of the study show that the concept of green banking is seen from various aspects, including factors that influence it, namely environmental interests, stakeholder pressure, policy guidelines, economic factors, and requests for loan facilities. When viewed from consumer perceptions, green banking practices are quite well known by most people, however, there are still people who do not understand the existence of this green banking concept, so banks must contribute to educating customers about the importance of this. On the other hand, sustainability reports and sustainability development reports are also inseparable from this green banking concept, because completeness and consistency of reporting periods are a form of implementing green banking in banking which can increase corporate value. The banking sector, which is one of the main sources of financing for business activities, must consider the business activities it finances to contribute to environmental sustainability. This is in line with the issuance of regulations from the government that support the application of the green banking concept in various countries, including in Indonesia with the existence of POJK no 51/POJK.03/2017 concerning the application of the green banking concept carried out by banks in Indonesia with the aim of avoiding financing. for businesses that have the potential to damage the environment, social and governance, this is related to the policy of providing banking credit facilities which requires an Environmental Impact Assessment.

Abstract

In the Islamic context, investing is highly recommended so that the future can be guaranteed. Of course, investments made by Muslims must be in accordance with Islamic rules. Investing in economy Islamic concepts will provide a sense of security and comfort for Muslim investors, without fear of deviating from Islamic teachings. As a devout Muslim, of course, investment choices must be appropriate and in accordance with the concept of Islam. The difference between conventional Islamic investment lies in the benefits given. The advantages of Islamic investment are in the form of profit sharing, while the conventional concept is interest. In the teachings of Islam, interest is haram, because it does not recognize value for money. In the view of Islam, money will not developed by itself but must go through productive and ruleful efforts. The purpose of making this paper is to discuss the advantages and risks in Islamic investment. This paper uses a literature review approach that comes from journals, books, the internet, and other sources. The results show that the advantages of Islamic investment are riba-free, minimal risk, Islamic management, halal and promoting social activities. Meanwhile, the risks that may be faced by investors are the risk of losing capital, the risk of uncertainty of return, and the difficulty of selling investment products. From the results, it was found that currently Islamic investment products are favored by non-Muslims alike. The concept of profit sharing is considered more profitable than interest. It can be concluded that Islamic rules can now be accepted by various groups of people in the world.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work discipline and work-life balance on employee productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia's Sukabumi Branch Office. A quantitative correlation approach was used to obtain data from 100 employees via a Likert questionnaire. The findings of the investigation revealed that both work discipline and work-life balance had a considerable favorable impact on employee productivity. It was discovered that the higher the level of work discipline and work-life balance, the higher the expected work productivity. Although no significant relationship was found between work discipline and work-life balance, both together affect work productivity. Regression analysis shows that both have a significant impact individually on work productivity. Work discipline affects work productivity by 0.261 units, while work-life balance affects it by 0.335 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows that about 20.5% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by work discipline and work-life balance. Although the regression model can explain a small portion of the variation in work productivity, there are still other factors affecting work productivity that are not included in this model. This study provides important insights for company management in improving employee productivity through the implementation of good work discipline and optimal work-life balance. It is hoped that the results of this study can be the basis for company policy in establishing a favorable workplace and supporting employee productivity.

Abstract

Di era Society 5.0 para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk adaptif, bergerak cepat menghadapi segala perubahan yang tidak dapat terprediksi, para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk dapat menyelesaikan segala tantangan dan permasalahan social dengan memanfaatkan segela jenis bentuk inovasi teknologi informasi. Untuk mempersiapkan hal demikian maka dibutuhkan literasi teknologi kepada pengguna dan pelaku usaha agar mampu menggunakan aplikasi teknologi, mampu mengakses dan mampu mengevaluasi informasi dengan baik. Desa Nangka merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Kadugede Kabupaten Kuningan dikepalai oleh Kepala Desa Bapak Sukmana, S.T., terdiri dari 2 Dusun, dimana di Desa Nangka sebagian besar mata pencaharian masyarakatnya adalah bercocok tanam, 90% warganya menanam sayuran di pekarangan, adapun jenis sayur yang ditanam adalah, cabai, bawang, bayam, kangkung, sawi, untuk nantinya ditampung di bank sayur desa yang akan dijual ke konsumen. Pengelolaan administrasi di Bank Sayur tersebut dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu UMKM dimana pengelolaan manajemen perkantoran ini dibutuhkan sebagai kegiatan administrasi yang dilakukan sehari-hari seperti mencatat, mengawasi dan mengontrol. PkM ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan, meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam memanfaatakan perangkat teknologi informasi sehingga penyelenggaraan administrasi penunjang bisnis berjalan dengan tertib. PkM ini dilaksanakan selama 3 hari, dengan cara memberikan pelatihan administrasi perkantoran menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel dan powerpoint. Pelatihan ini mendapat antusiasme dari mitra dan respon sangat baik, sehingga hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan mitra untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Tren freelancing atau bekerja secara lepas di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini dikarenakan tempat kerja, fleksibilitas waktu kerja, dan generasi muda yang ingin memiliki pekerjaan bermakna bagi dirinya. Berdasarkan penelusuran penulis, di Kabupaten Kuningan terdapat kurang-lebih 50 pekerja lepas di bidang ilustrasi yang menggantungkan hidupnya lewat pekerjaan menggambar ilustrasi. Beberapa di antaranya sudah menjalani profesi tersebut bertahun-tahun, sisanya rata-rata telah aktif bekerja kurang dari 5 tahun. Angka di atas tidak termasuk para ilustrator pemula yang belum lama aktif berkarya. Melalui fleksibilitas kerja yang dimiliki freelance illustrator memungkinkan mereka menerima pekerjaan baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Pekerjaan tersebut dapat datang melalui sosial media maupun platform tertentu yang menghubungkan antara pekerja lepas dengan klien/perusahaan. Dengan skema tersebut menuntut para freelance illustrator memiliki daya tawar yang baik untuk menarik calon klien mereka, salah satunya melalui portofolio. Pada kenyataannya, di Kabupaten Kuningan masih banyak yang belum menyadari itu dan belum memiliki portofolio yang dikemas secara baik. Berkenaan dengan itu maka perlu sebuah upaya dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut, salah satunya melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung (worskhop). PkM ini memiliki tujuan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan freelance illustrator di Kabupaten Kuningan dalam merancang portofolio sebagai salah satu daya tarik atas jasa yang ditawarkan. PkM ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari, dengan cara memberikan materi tentang portofolio ilustrasi serta mempraktikkannya, Pelatihan ini mendapat antusiasme dan respon yang baik dari peserta sehingga hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan peserta dalam merancang portofolio karya ilustrasi untuk menunjang promosi jasa yang hendak ditawarkan.
