Abstract

Abstrak: Promosi merupakan suatu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang menjadi salah satu faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan suatu program pemasaran. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha masih belum melakukan metode promosi yang baik di media sosial. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya strategi promosi di media sosial. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku usaha di Desa Karangsari, Kecamatan Darma, Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 20 orang. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan dengan pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi di media sosial dapat mengidentifikasi kelemahan pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan produknya. Selain itu, pemateri dan mahasiswa berhasil memberikan pembelajaran dan solusi kepada pelaku usaha. Kata Kunci: Strategi Promosi, Media Sosial, Pelaku Usaha.

Abstract

Parenting assistance in Sinar Jaya Village combines local wisdom with modern methods to improve the quality of childcare. This assistance aims to analyze the parenting strategies applied and their impact on children's development. The results of the assistance show that the combination of traditional values and modern approaches provides positive results in shaping the character of children who are independent, noble, and ready to face the challenges of the times. that this combination has a positive impact on child development, including improving children's social, emotional, and cognitive abilities. In addition, this mentoring also identifies challenges and opportunities in the implementation of these parenting strategies. that this combination has a positive impact on children's development, including improving children's social, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine, explain, and analyze the role of social workers in the elderly social rehabilitation assistance program (ATENSI-LU), especially the role of social workers in implementing the stages of the service process and providing assistance to the elderly. This research design is descriptive-qualitative research. The informants were social workers, the elderly, and the head of the institution (supervisor of social workers). The data collection techniques used were focus group discussions, interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data validity used tests of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The role of social workers in the ATENSI-LU program is quite good, because they have been able to carry out eleven roles, namely as: Enabler, Broker, Advocate, Mediator, Negotiator, Educator, Initiator, Empowerer, Coordinator, Researcher, and Group facilitator, but there are two roles that have not been implemented, namely the role of Activist and Public speaker. This is because social workers depend on the assignment of the head of the institution and budget availability. Social workers lack the courage to innovate and be creative in making policy improvements to improve the quality of services and assistance, and fulfill the needs and rights of the elderly. Social workers assume that the task of informing the problems and needs of the elderly is the task of the head of the institution. The role of social workers still needs to be improved because: (1) Not all types of social worker roles can be implemented, (2) Social workers have not been able to carry out each role optimally, (3) Social workers focus more on administration to reduce inspection findings, and (4) The program is implemented by all employees, making it less professional. To improve the role of social workers then: (1) Social workers need to better master the program, be more sensitive and concerned about receiving complaints from the elderly, and fight for the fulfillment of the needs and rights of the elderly. (2) STPL Bekasi needs to establish cooperation to improve and develop the capacity of social workers. (3) The Ministry of Social Affairs needs to socialize the program, coordinate, and improve and develop the capacity of social workers.

Abstract

Research on Social Support in the Healing Process for People with Mental Disorders aims to obtain an overview of emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support, informational support and group support at the Bina Laras Kediri Social Rehabilitation UPT for People with Mental Disorders. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The number of informants in this research was 5 people with the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were: (1) interviews; (2) observation; (3) documentation study. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through: (1) trust test; (2) transferability test; (3) dependency test; and (4) certainty test. The results of the research show that the social support provided by the Bina Laras Kediri Social Rehabilitation UPT is quite good, but there is still one aspect that needs to be improved, namely the aspect of informational support, this support is still not provided optimally and effectively by social workers. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes a program, namely Friends of Hearing through Recreation Group, with the aim of helping reduce stress, improving the client's mood, improving the client's mental well-being through positive social interactions, improving social skills, building self-confidence, and providing positive experiences in the environment. which supports. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the development of the interactive e- Module in the context of improving students' scientific literacy skills. The approach employed in this research involved a systematic literature review, detailing the latest developments from 2019 to 2023 in the use of interactive e-Modules to enhance scientific literacy among students in Indonesia and abroad. The Meta-synthesis techniques were applied in this research. The samples utilized were sourced from 2019-2023 and were retrieved from international journals Google Scholar, Scopus, and Eric with the keyword "Interactive e-module and Scientific literacy”. A total of 233 journal articles were obtained and after being reviewed 209 articles were eliminated because they did not include international articles relevant to this research. Consequently, only 24 articles were used in this research. This type of research used Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research findings indicate that the E-Module is based on Discovery Learning, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), PBL (Problem-Based Learning), PjBL (Project-Based Learning), IBL (Inquiry-Based Learning), SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society), SSI (Socio Scientific Issues), and Flipped classroom can improve students' Scientific Literacy. The type of technology used in making E-Modules included Macromedia Flash, Virtual Laboratory, Flip PDF Professional, PhET Applications, and Articulate Storyline. The implications of this literature review are anticipated to provide direction for the development of educational policies, curriculum design, and further research to increase scientific literacy in the digital era.

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat”. menurut peraturan menteri kesehatan Republik Indonesia no. 1204/menkes/sk/x/2004 tentang persyaratan kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit, dinyatakan bahwa:”. penelitian KKN ini bertujuan untuk meninjau seberapa besar peran staff administrasi di RSJ Marzoeki Mahdi pasca dikeluarkannya PP No. 21 tahun 2020 tentang PSBB dalam rangka percepatan penanganan Covid 19 pengumpulan data ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. dari hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa, (1) peran staff administrasi sangatlah penting dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan Covid 19, RSJ Marzoeki Mahdi (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan para staff administrasi khususnya di RSJ Marzuki Mahdi kota Bogor.

Abstract

Pemahaman masyarakat tentang bahaya dan dampak negatif dari pinjaman online (pinjol) ilegal dan judi online. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh KKM UNIBA Kelompok 49 Desa Sinar Jaya Kecamatan Mandalawangi untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan strategi pencegahan agar warga desa dapat melindungi diri dari risiko yang terkait dengan kedua masalah tersebut. Dalam acara sosialisasi ini, para narasumber dari lembaga hukum dan aparat kepolisian memaparkan informasi terkait definisi, ciri-ciri, dan dampak negatif dari pinjol ilegal dan judi online. Diskusi juga mencakup langkah-langkah praktis untuk menghindari terjebak dalam jerat pinjaman yang tidak sah dan menghindari keterlibatan dalam aktivitas judi yang melanggar hukum. Selain itu, peserta diberi kesempatan untuk bertanya dan berbagi pengalaman serta solusi terkait masalah yang dihadapi. Diharapkan melalui penyuluhan ini, masyarakat Desa Sinar Jaya dapat lebih waspada dan berpengetahuan luas tentang cara melindungi diri dari ancaman pinjol ilegal dan judi online, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya legalitas dalam kegiatan finansial dan hiburan. Dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, diharapkan risiko dan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dapat diminimalisir.

Abstract

A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 randomly selected employees, and SPSS 25 was used to calculate path analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The purpose of this research is to look at the impact of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at PT Pampas Electric. This study's research strategy is descriptive verification using a quantitative approach. The results showed that the talent management variable (X1) had both good validity (all valid statement items) and excellent reliability (Alpha Cronbach score of 0.809). The knowledge management variable (X2) is highly valid and reliable (α = 0.839). Path analysis revealed a substantial positive impact of talent management (X1) on employee performance (β = 0.562, p < 0.05) and knowledge management (X2) on employee performance (Y) (β = 0.481, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that PT Pampas Electric's staff performance may be improved through effective talent management and knowledge management. The study concludes that talent and knowledge management play an important role in boosting employee performance. The practical implications of this research include the significance of firms successfully managing and developing personnel and knowledge in order to attain peak performance.

Abstract

Among the numerous verbal narrative structures in the archipelago, Hikayat stands out as one of the oral traditions that has flourished in the eastern regions of the archipelago, particularly in the North Maluku area. One of the Hikayats that has gained widespread popularity in North Maluku society is the Hikayat 7 Putri. This Hikayat is believed to be the genesis or foundation of establishing four major Sultanates in North Maluku: the Sultanates of Jailolo, Bacan, Tidore, and Ternate. Based on the abovementioned description, conducting an in-depth study or research regarding the environment depicted in the Hikayat 7 Putri is necessary. The narrative unfolds various structures describing the environment (location) where the story takes place. The narration delves into the terrestrial-sky-terrestrial region, which serves as the primary setting in the story. From the visualization of this environment, it could potentially become an effective medium of mass communication. In examining or researching the Hikayat 7 Putri of North Maluku, various theoretical approaches are required to dissect its narrative structure. The visual narrative theory serves as the primary analytical tool in this study, and it is complemented by the ecological (ecosystem) theory in exploring the cultural (geographical) data of North Maluku society. The Visual Narrative theory is considered capable of dissecting the story's environmental structure (location) in the North Maluku region, which serves as the Ecological (ecosystem) structure of the Hikayat 7 Putri itself. Consequently, this narrative approach can be visualized broadly and translated in detail through scientific analysis, serving as an effective medium of mass communication. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis?; 2) Bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis?; dan 3) Bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis?. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh karakteristik organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis; 2) Pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis; dan 3) Pengaruh karakteristik organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis yang berstatus Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sebanyak 60 orang sehingga menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, regresi linier berganda, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Karakteristik organisasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis; 2) Karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis; dan 3) Karakteristik organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis. Adapun saran yang peneliti ajukan yaitu sebaiknya Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis mengenalkan suatu sistem penilaian kerja yang menitikberakan pada pengembangan dan menciptakan iklim kerja yang mendorong manajemen karir secara komprehensif, memberikan keleluasaan dan kebebasan dalam memutuskan prosedur yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan serta menyelesaikan pekerjaan, serta menerapkan sistem punishment bagi pegawai yang kurang memiliki disiplin kerja.
