Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on Dayak wisdom at SMPN 1 Palangka Raya . Local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and harmony with nature, are implemented in PAI learning to strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings while fostering tolerance in a multicultural society. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through participant observation of Dayak culture-based learning, in-depth interviews with teachers as research subjects, as well as with the principal and 17 students as research informants, and documentation analysis. The results show that integrating Dayak local wisdom into PAI learning at SMPN 1 Palangka Raya not only enhances students' understanding of religious values but also shapes better tolerance attitudes. Students become more open-minded and appreciative of cultural and religious differences among their classmates. This Dayak local wisdom-based learning has also proven effective in fostering harmony and peace within the school environment.

Abstract

Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a significant challenge for many villages in Indonesia, including Desa Manunggal in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. The Community Service Program (PKM) implemented by the University of Al-Azhar Medan aims to support the acceleration of SDGs achievement through assistance in managing village governance competitiveness. Desa Manunggal was chosen due to its substantial potential, although it faces challenges in optimizing these resources. The primary objective of this study is to enhance village competitiveness through improved managerial capacity and resource management based on SDG principles, involving community empowerment and strengthening village institutions.The research uses a participatory approach, involving training on village competitiveness management and direct assistance to village officials and the community. This program was carried out in three phases: preparation, training, and implementation, with collaboration between faculty members, students, and village government. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the SDGs concept into every phase of the program, prioritizing sustainable resource management through strengthening village governance and local economic empowerment, including SMEs and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa).The findings of this study show that the PKM program successfully improved the village government's capacity to manage resources and foster sustainable economic development. Active community participation in this program has had a positive impact on SDG management at the village level, improving the quality of life and strengthening transparent and participatory governance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, pengalaman dan pendidikan dewan komisaris terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Perusahaan sektor perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 178 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 perusahaan dengan teknik pengampilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda melalui uji F dan uji t dengan maksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan secara simultan usia, pengalaman dan pendidikan dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Perusahaan sektor perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk lebih mendalam dalam menambahkan variabel lainnya, serta melibatkan sampel yang lebih besar tentang apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBiskita Trans Pakuan Kota Bogor koridor 2 diharapkan dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk beralih dari transportasi pribadi ke transportasi umum sehingga dapat mengatasi kemacetan dan permasalahan lainnya. Penilaian diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja operasional bus sudah sesuai standar. Indikator yang digunakan dalam evaluasi mengacu pada Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 "Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Penumpang Umum di Wilayah Perkotaan dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional pelayanan angkutan umum berbasis jalan Bus BTP Koridor 2 Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Kinerja operasional yang dinilai meliputi load factor, frekuensi, waktu tempuh, kecepatan perjalanan dan ketersediaan bus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 70% dari indikator load factor penumpang dari weekday hingga weekend tidak memenuhi standar, dan hasil rata-ratanya adalah 60,67%. Indikator 5-10 menit yaitu weekday hingga weekend tidak memenuhi kriteria dengan nilai rata-rata 15,08 menit. Frekuensi indikator 4-6 kendaraan/jam sudah mencapai standar 4 kendaraan/jam. Waktu tempuh bus 60-90 menit sudah mencapai standar 68,25 menit. Kecepatan bus 10-30 km/jam telah mencapai standar 24 km/jam. Ketersediaan bus dengan indikator 80-90% sudah mencapai standar 93%. Hasil rekapitulasi untuk enam metrik faktor beban yang tidak tepat sasaran pada rata-rata hari kerja hingga akhir pekan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kinerja operasional bus BTP Bogor Koridor belum memenuhi standar karena faktor bebannya masih di bawah 70%.Kata kunci: Load Factor, Headway, Frekuensi, Waktu Tempuh, Kecepatan Perjalanan, KetersediaanABSTRACTBiskita Trans Pakuan Bogor City corridor 2 is expected to encourage people to switch from private transportation to public transportation so that they can overcome congestion and other problems. Assessment is needed to find out whether the operational performance of the bus is up to standard. The indicators used in the evaluation refer to the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 "Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Passenger Transport in Urban Areas in Fixed and Regular Routes”. This study aims to determine the operational performance of road-based public transportation services Bus BTP Corridor 2 Bogor City. This research uses quantitative methods. Operational performance assessed includes load factor, frequency, travel time, travel speed and bus availability. The results showed that 70% of the passenger load factor indicators from weekdays to weekends did not meet the standards, and the average result was 60.67%. The 5-10 minute indicator, namely weekdays to weekends, does not meet the criteria with an average value of 15.08 minutes. The indicator frequency of 4-6 vehicles/hour has reached the standard of 4 vehicles/hour. Bus travel time of 60-90 minutes has reached the standard of 68.25 minutes. The bus speed of 10-30 km/hour has reached the standard of 24 km/hour. The availability of buses with an 80-90% indicator has reached the 93% standard. The recapitulation results for the six load factor metrics are not on target on the average weekday to weekend. Based on this, the operational performance of the BTP Bogor Corridor bus has not met the standard because the load factor is still below 70%.Key word: Load Factor, Headway, Frequency, Travel Time, Travel Speed, Availability

Abstract

This article aims to explain how the involvement and success of the Persatoean Arab Indonesia (PAI) in integrating Arab-Hadrami society into a part of the Indonesian nation. PAI was originally a social organization founded in Semarang in 1934. But along the way, this organization turned into a political organization because of the demands of its time. This article uses historical research methods in four steps, i.e., heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The main source in this article is the personal archive of A. R. Baswedan, organizational archives of Persatoean Arab Indonesia (PAI), and Koempoelan Toelisan Gerakan al-Irsjad. While the supporting sources come from contemporaneous newspapers, e.g., Pewarta Arab, Insaf, Matahari, Al-Ma’arif, ad-Dahna, Hadhramaut dan Aliran Baroe, as well as secondary sources derived from books, journals, and other scientific articles relevant to this topic. The results showed that: (1) Persatoean Arab Indonesia (PAI) was founded as a solution to reconcile the opposition among sayidi and non-sayid groups that divided the Arab-Hadrami community in the Dutch East Indies. Along the way, PAI then gained the support of the two conflicting groups; (2) PAI succeeded in integrating the Arab-Hadrami community into part of the Indonesian nation. Although at first the Indonesianized of this organization was doubtful, with its various programs, PAI managed to attract sympathy from nationalists and the Indonesian people that they were part of this nation.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the profound philosophy of life held by the Mandailing ethnic group in maintaining the relationship between humans and the environment from a cultural ecological perspective. Employing an ethnohistorical approach, this research analyzes and synthesizes relevant ethnographic literature along with field research data. The focus of this study is on the philosophies "Poda Na Lima" and "Holong do Maroban Domu, Domu Maroban Parsaulian" as locally inherited wisdom passed down through generations by the Mandailing ethnic group to foster a harmonious relationship with nature. Key figures such as village chiefs, traditional leaders, religious figures, and community elders from Mandailing Natal Regency serve as research subjects and informants. The research findings conclude that "Poda Na Lima" and "Holong do Maroban Domu, Domu Maroban Parsaulian" impart local wisdom values such as compassion, cleanliness, and health in maintaining the harmonization of the relationship between humans and nature. These philosophies continue to be inherited and practiced in the daily lives of the Mandailing community, particularly among agrarian populations in rural areas. In practice, nature is positioned as a source of wisdom, not an object of exploitation, and is internalized to preserve ecological balance.

Abstract

Kurikulum memegang peranan sentral dalam sistem pendidikan, berfungsi sebagai pedoman dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Landasan kurikulum merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pengembangannya, meliputi landasan filosofis, psikologis, sosial, dan pedagogis. Masing-masing landasan tersebut memberikan arah bagi tujuan pendidikan dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas konsep kurikulum secara komprehensif dan bagaimana landasan kurikulum berkontribusi dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang efektif dan adaptif. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang landasan kurikulum dapat membantu pendidik merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan perkembangan zaman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka yang diambil sesuai dengan pokok bahasan dan analisis mendalam sehingga dapat ditarik simpulan dan temuan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Mount Marapi in West Sumatra is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia, with a long history of eruptions and lahar floods dating back to the colonial era. Despite various disaster mitigation approaches that have been developed, most remain technocratic and have yet to fully integrate historical knowledge sources and the local narratives of surrounding communities. This article proposes a conceptual framework for disaster mitigation grounded in historical and community-based perspectives, using Mount Marapi as a case study. The interdisciplinary approach combines disaster history, disaster anthropology, spatial geography, and public policy. The analysis draws on colonial archival reconstruction, synthesis of contemporary literature, and exploration of local knowledge held by the Nagari communities on the slopes of Mount Marapi. The findings show that colonial-era archives from the Dutch East Indies contain valuable data on lahar flow patterns, eruption intensity, and policy responses, which can inform historically risk-based mitigation systems. Meanwhile, local communities possess ecological and spiritual knowledge of natural signs preceding disasters, passed down through generations and forming socially rooted early warning systems. However, integrating these two knowledge systems into contemporary mitigation policy remains limited, primarily due to the lack of formal mechanisms to accommodate collective memory as a policy foundation. Through narrative and policy analysis, this article formulates a conceptual strategy that positions history as an active risk archive and communities as co-producers of mitigation strategies. It also proposes actionable steps such as digitizing disaster archives, creating a historical hazard atlas, and strengthening locally based early warning systems. Thus, disaster history serves as a retrospective memory and an operational foundation for developing contextual, participatory, and sustainable disaster mitigation systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and administration of multicultural education at the Nurul Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School in dealing with the cultural diversity of santri. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, this study was conducted at the Nurul Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School, East Kalimantan, in November 2024. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with ustadz (teachers), teachers, boarding school leaders, and santri (students), as well as direct observation and documentation analysis. The results showed that the understanding of multiculturalism among ustadz and santri varied, with ustadz emphasizing the importance of tolerance and unity among santri to prevent cultural conflict. In contrast, santri demonstrated adaptability through using Indonesian as a connecting language and learning the language and dialect of their respective regions. Implementing multiculturalism in Islamic boarding schools takes place naturally through integrating religious values as a unifying element and using Arabic and Indonesian as a means of communication. Despite facing challenges such as limited facilities and differences in the character of santri (Islamic boarding school students), Islamic boarding schools can create an inclusive and harmonious environment through a daily approach based on Islamic values. The conclusion of this study confirms that Nurul Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School manages cultural diversity without a formal program specifically for multicultural education. This Islamic boarding school is a real model of how multiculturalism can be effectively applied in daily life, ultimately improving social adaptation, language skills, and attitudes of tolerance among santri.

Abstract

Activities in public open spaces are most often carried out by children. Scientifically playing activities are very supportive of children's development such as learning and adapting to their sensory abilities. One of the play spaces that can be used by children is in public spaces, especially in residential areas. Many children do not have a yard to play in, so a playground is very important and is often the only place for children to play. The park is part of a green open space that mainly functions as a pollutant reducer and rainwater absorber. In its development, the use of the park has turned into a place that can accommodate residents. The Sawangan Elok Complex is one of the complexes located in Bojongsari District, Durenseribu Village, Depok City, which does not yet have public playground facilities for community activities, namely children's play activities and sports, especially in a settlement. For this reason, it is necessary to know what criteria must be met in presenting children's play activities and exercising in a playground to reduce boredom maintain health and increase the body's immunity so that it is not easily exposed to the corona virus during a pandemic like now. These criteria are used as the basis for providing a playground so that the use of the park can be felt directly by the surrounding community.
