Abstract

This study aims to understand in depth how social protection programs in the form of the Family Hope Program (PKH), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), and Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) are implemented as social security instruments for underprivileged communities in Jambi City, particularly in an effort to reduce their dependence on informal lending practices and high-interest loans. Referring to Campbell's descriptive qualitative research method approach, this study emphasizes the narrative and contextual depiction of phenomena through case studies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with beneficiaries, village officials, and social assistance officers in three sub-districts with the highest poverty rates in Jambi City. The results show that the existence of the PKH, BLT, and BSU programs has provided tangible benefits in meeting basic household needs, especially food and children's education. This has resulted in a decrease in the frequency of vulnerable communities taking out high-interest loans, which are generally intended to cover urgent consumption needs.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of teachers’ professional competence and students’ learning motivation in improving academic achievement in high school Economics. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey design, the study involved 283 randomly selected students from grades X to XII at Senior High School State 2 Sukoharjo during the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected using a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both teacher professional competence and student motivation significantly influence students’ achievement, both jointly and individually. Among these, teacher competence is more dominant in explaining variations in student outcomes. These findings highlight the need to strengthen teacher capacity and implement learning strategies that foster students’ intrinsic motivation as key efforts to enhance instructional quality at the senior high school level. The study is limited by the scope of its variables and reliance on perception-based data; future research is recommended to incorporate qualitative approaches and contextual factors for more profound insight.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of religiosity and environmental literacy on green purchase intention among university students, as well as the mediating role of pro-environmental identity. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The study applies quantitative analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The population in this research includes all university students in Surakarta. The sample consisted of 150 students, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to predetermined respondents. The data analysis techniques used include multiple regression analysis, mediation test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study are as follows: (1) Religiosity and environmental literacy have a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. (2) Pro-environmental identity has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. (3) Religiosity and environmental literacy have a positive and significant effect on pro-environmental identity. (4) Pro-environmental identity acts as a mediating variable between religiosity and environmental literacy on students' green purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) pendapatan terhadap perencanaan pensiun, (2) perspektif waktu masa depan terhadap perencanaan pensiun, (3) literasi keuangan terhadap perencanaan pensiun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penggunaan metode survei ini berupa pengisian angket atau kuesioner oleh responden secara langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK swasta di Surakarta sejumlah 912 guru dan sampel penelitian yang ditetapkan sebanyak 278 guru. Teknik pengampilan sampel yang diguakan ialah proportioner random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi hirarki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendapatan terhadap perencanaan pensiun, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perspektif waktu masa depan terhadap perencanaan pensiun, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan literasi keuangan terhadap perencanaan pensiun guru SMK swasta di Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan lingkungan sosial terhadap penggunaan QRIS pelaku UMKM di Kota Surakarta serta apakah perbedaan tingkat pendidikan dapat memoderatori literasi keuangan dan lingkungan sosial terhadap penggunaan QRIS atau tidak. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 pelaku UMKM Kota Surakarta yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan data dikumpulkan melalui angket berisi skala likert 1-5 poin. Uji validitas melalui Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha (?) dan uji hipotesis melalui analisis regresi hirarki dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial berdampak pada penggunaan QRIS pelaku UMKM Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah (tidak memoderatori) pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan dan lingkungan sosial terhadap penggunaan QRIS.

Abstract

ABSTRAKArtificial Intelligence (AI) berkembang pesat dan memainkan peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dari social influence dan kualitas informasi terhadap penggunaan chatbot AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Atas se-Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 110 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan chatbot AI dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa social influence memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan chatbot AI dan kualitas informasi juga terbukti berperan signifikan dalam mendorong penggunaan chatbot AI pada konteks pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Social Influence; Kualitas informasi; Penggunaan Chatbot AIABSTRACTArtificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly developing and plays a significant role in education. This study aims to determine the level of social influence and information quality on the use of AI chatbots. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were high school teachers in Surakarta. This study used a random sampling technique with a sample size of 110 teachers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that teachers have a high level of acceptance of the use of AI chatbots in learning. Furthermore, the research findings indicate that social influence has a significant influence on the use of AI chatbots, and information quality has also been shown to play a significant role in encouraging the use of AI chatbots in educational contexts.Keywords: Social Influence; Information Quality; Use of AI Chatbot

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah peningkatan transparansi atau keterbukaan terhadap publik, yang menjadi tuntutan umum terutama di sektor publik dapat memperkuat efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Artikel ini menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan melakukan analisis menyeluruh terhadap sejumlah artikel penelitian terdahulu yang fokus pada tema pengaruh karakteristik pengelola keuangan dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil literature menunjukkan bukti empiris yang kompleks mengenai dampak karakteristik pengelola keuangan sekolah, mencakup elemen seperti tingkat pendidikan, latar belakang pendidikan, usia, pengalaman, dan gender, serta tingkat transparansi, terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan di lembaga Pendidikan. Oleh karena itu peningkatan transparansi atau keterbukaan terhadap publik, yang menjadi tuntutan umum terutama di sektor publik, dapat memperkuat efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah serta memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kualitas pendidikan. Diharapkan kita sebagai anggota masyarakat dan pelaku pendidikan dapat memahami dampak Society 5.0 dalam kehidupan bersama serta strategi penanganan yang diperlukan. Selain itu, kita juga perlu merenungi sikap yang akan diambil untuk menghadapi perubahan tersebut di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceptions of online learning on satisfaction mediated by online learning readiness among UNS Economics Education Students in online learning. This research is a survey-based quantitative descriptive approach. A proportional random selection procedure was used to select 205 UNS Economics Education students class 2019–2022 as the sample for this research. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method for validity testing, Cronbach's Alpha for reliability testing, and hierarchical regression analysis for hypothesis testing, SPSS 23 software was used. Research findings show that: (1) online learning readiness has a positive and significant effect on student readiness in online learning; (2) online learning readiness has a positive and significant effect on UNS Economics Education student satisfaction; and (3) online learning readiness has a positive and significant effect on UNS Economics Education student satisfaction; and (4) online learning readiness mediates the relationship between perceptions of online learning and satisfaction of UNS Economics Education Students

Abstract

Motivation is considered to be one element in increasing interest in becoming a teacher. Data from the UNS Career Development Center shows that students who graduate from the Faculty of Teaching and Education, Sebelas Maret University who work as teachers tend to have low levels. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were 138 Sebelas Maret University students and Jendral Soedirman University students. The analysis in this research uses path analysis. Based on the test results, it shows that (1) the experience of mastering PLP in MBKM has a positive and significant effect on students' self-efficacy decisions (2) emotions have a positive and significant effect on students' self-efficacy decisions (3) emotional support has a positive and significant effect on efficacy decisions students' self-efficacy (4) self-efficacy decisions have a positive and significant effect on students' motivation to become economics teachers.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the application of the Merdeka Curriculum through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in making tumpeng to increase student creativity in the production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta. The independent curriculum focuses on student-centered learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The object of this research is student creativity in production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta for the 2024/2025 academic year with a total of 286 students. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model increases student creativity through making tumpeng in the production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta.
