Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of entrepreneurs' financial literacy on the performance of Surakarta City MSMEs (2) the influence of entrepreneurs' managerial competence on the performance of Surakarta City MSMEs (3) find out whether the level of education can strengthen the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurs' managerial competence. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 254 entrepreneurs in the city of Surakarta, obtaining a sample of 131 using convenience sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a 1-5 point Likert scale questionnaire and dummy variables via Google Form. Data were processed using SPSS 25 software with instrument validity testing using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha, hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with descriptive statistical tests and analysis prerequisite tests. The findings are (1) there is a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurs' financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Surakarta City. 2) there is a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurs' managerial competence on the performance of MSMEs in Surakarta City. (3) the level of education is not able to strengthen the literacy and managerial competence of entrepreneurs on the performance of MSMEs in the City of Surakarta. The implication is consistent with the Resourced Based View theory that financial literacy and managerial competence can improve the performance of MSMEs by attending seminars or training so that they can create new thinking to develop their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial socialization and financial technology literacy on financial behavior moderated by financial education in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNS. This study used a quantitative research type with a population of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNS students. The sample was determined as many as 160 samples were taken using a non-sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a five-point Likert scale of 1-5 points distributed via Google Forms. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and test the reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The hypothesis is tested through Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) after performing descriptive statistical tests and analysis prerequisite tests. All data was processed using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study proved that there was a significant and positive socialization of family finance and financial technology literacy on the financial behavior of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNS students and that financial education could not moderate the socialization of family finance and financial technology literacy on the financial behavior of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNS students.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive research type with 395 respondents as undergraduate students of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta as research subjects. The sampling technique uses probability sampling technique with a proportional random sampling approach. The data collection technique used is documentation and questionnaires. The validity test technique uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the reliability test technique uses Croanbach's alpha. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (hierarchical regression test, t-test, and assumption of determination coefficient) with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study show: Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on saving decisions, Materialism has a negative and significant effect on saving decisions, Self-control cannot moderate the relationship between financial literacy and materialism on saving decisions, Financial education can moderate the relationship between financial literacy and materialism on saving decisions which is reinforced by the results of the study in the discussion.

Abstract

Peran universitas dalam mendukung kewirausahaan mahasiswa secara efektif dengan memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa merupakan topik yang mendapat perhatian penelitian yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan universitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui Teori Perilaku Terencana. Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui metode survei ini melibatkan 345 mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari responden. Kemudian, uji validitas diukur menggunakan validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan universitas terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, norma subyektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif pula terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Seperti yang diharapkan, semakin tinggi need for achievement yang dimiliki mahasiswa, semakin kuat efek positif dari dukungan universitas yang dirasakan terhadap sikap terhadap kewirausahaan, norma subyektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to preserve Javanese culture, which is starting to be lost in today's society. Therefore, the UNS 66 FKIP KKN team held socialization and training on giving atur pambiwara. The presenter used several methods in this activity, such as a discussion method regarding the procedures for reading Javanese scripts properly and correctly, and the question-and-answer method to know the participants’ understanding and explore further material. Furthermore, simulation and practice methods were also used to give participants a real example and experience. The participants' engagement and participation were outstanding. The result of this programme was the emergence of a desire among residents to learn more about the Javanese language, particularly in giving atur pambiwara, as evidenced by the plans of residents who wanted to hold this activity regularly. This activity also gives an opportunity to cultivate residents' talents or interests, so hopefully, it can become a forum for channelling residents' interest in atur pambiwara activiti.

Abstract

Green entrepreneurship is an interesting subject to discuss in the entrepreneurship sector. However, research related to this field is still limited, so further research needs to be done. This study was conducted to determine the effect of sustainable entrepreneurship education and altruism on green entrepreneurial intentions moderated by the type of field of study. The sample in this study were 380 active students of Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with data collection through questionnaires. The moderating regression analysis method was used as a data analysis technique. The results obtained in this study, namely: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between sustainable entrepreneurship education on green entrepreneurial intention; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between altruism on green entrepreneurial intention; 3) Type of field of study can moderate the relationship between sustainable entrepreneurship education on green entrepreneurial intention; 4) Type of field of study can moderate the relationship between altruism on green entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The topic is related to factors that can contribute to the financial management behavior and has not been extensively researched by previous researchers. This study aimed to examine the influence of financial knowledge and family financial socialization on the financial management behavior with financial risk tolerance as a moderating variable. This research approach employed is quantitative with a survey method. The sample consists of 269 active Diploma and Bachelor's degree students at Universitas Sebelas Maret was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was collected through an online questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was conducted using moderated regression analysis with SmartPLS software. The research results show that financial knowledge and family financial socialization influence financial management behavior. Additionally, financial risk tolerance has also been proven to moderate the relationship between financial knowledge and family financial socialization on financial management behavior. This research is useful for educational institutions, parents, and stakeholders interested in promoting the financial management behavior of students

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is an important and interesting thing to discuss because there are still few studies in the field of entrepreneurship that discuss social entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine how the influence of empathy and social support on social entrepreneurial intentions moderated by entrepreneurship education variables. This research is a quantitative study using survey method with the research population is Diploma and Strata-1 students of Sebelas Maret University. The sample set as many as 271 samples and taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a 1-5 point Likert scale online questionnaire distributed through google forms. Data analysis was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis with SmartPLS software. The results prove that there is an influence of empathy and there is an influence of social support on the intention of social entrepreneurship. In addition, entrepreneurship education strengthens the relationship between empathy and the relationship between social support to social entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

The phenomenon and topic of digital entrepreneurship learning remain popular for analysis in the era of digitization. Previous literature reviews discussed the context and concept of digital entrepreneurship only. This article presents a literature review aimed at facilitating the search for research publications on digital entrepreneurship, in order to understand the track record, learning models, the impact of implementing digital entrepreneurship learning, and future research opportunities. The article has used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the Scopus database. This article has used "digital entrepreneurship" keyword for search the resources in January 2014 to May 2023 period. The result of the literature screening process yielded 19 relevant journals. The results of the literature review indicate that research on this topic has shown a significant increase and has the potential to continue to grow. Digital entrepreneurship learning can be designed using experiential learning approaches or the Internet of Things (IoT) and technology approaches. The implementation gives an impact on business opportunities, entrepreneurial intention, innovation, entrepreneurial attitude, and student problem-solving. This study contributes to providing an overview of learning models that can be replicated or modified in future research. Highlights: Growing research on digital entrepreneurship education; impactful learning approaches identified. Experiential and IoT-based methods enhance digital entrepreneurship learning outcomes.
