Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal berdirinya SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Sambi Boyolali dengan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan gambaran mendalam terkait objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan meninjau aspek komunikasi internal yang bagus, struktur organisasi, suasana organisasi yang agamis, sumber daya manusia yang ikhlas, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Analisis eksternal mengacu pada perizinan ke Dinas Pendidikan, pengumpulan bantuan dana pembangunan gedung sekolah, dan adanya dukungan penuh dari PCM dan PDM. Ditinjau dari analisis SWOT, berdirinya SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Sambi memiliki lebih banyak keunggulan dan peluang. Oleh karena itu, SMP Muhammadiyah layak untuk berdiri dan eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menawarkan konsep boarding school dan tahfiz Al-Qur’an. Kontribusi penelitian ini secara teoritis dapat menambah wawasan keilmuan dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, dan secara praktis dapat menjadi rujukan dalam menganalisis internal dan eksternal lembaga pendidikan lain menggunakan analisis SWOT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy of the SMAIT Ibnu Abbas Klaten principal in improving the quality and absorption of graduates at state universities. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive qualitative from Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the head of SMAIT Ibnu Abbas Klaten has strategies including: (1) Set two targets, namely that graduets can enter the top 10 state universities based on the Times Higher Education World University Ranking (THE WUR) with an average score of 600 and based on the Computer-Based Written Examination by the Institute for Higher Education Entrance Tests (LTMPT); (2) Create and implement programs for the realization of goals, namely forming a success team for further studies, tutoring by internal teachers, involving professional staff, try outs, spiritual programs, mabit programs with parents, study tours to state universities, collaboration with private universities, teacher upgrading through in house training, teacher deliberations subjects and other associations; (3) The school principal conducts tiered evaluations through supervision of the vice principal of curriculum, student affairs and counseling guidance.

Abstract

Improvement and evaluation of education is currently being carried out by the Indonesian government, namely by mapping the quality of education with a program called the National Assessment. The implementation of a computer-based National Assessment, abbreviated as ANBK (Computer-Based National Assessment) is an assessment of the quality of each education unit and equality program at the elementary and secondary levels with instruments in the form of Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), character surveys, and learning environment surveys. The purpose of this study was to find out about the evaluation implementation of ANBK at the Tanjungsari Banyudono Muhammadiyah Elementary School. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the implementation of ANBK previously used the online ride-hailing mode which later became independent online the following year. After switching to independent online, it was accompanied by improvements in facilities and infrastructure such as increasing electrical power from originally 900 watts to 2,200 watts, internet speed from previously 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps and adding laptop devices, this was done for the smooth implementation of ANBK. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of ANBK is the limited number of laptops. Even though it had been attempted by borrowing the teacher's, it turned out that not all of the teacher's laptops were in good condition. While the supporting factors are the improvement of facilities and infrastructure such as increased power and internet speed, and students who have been provided with computer/laptop operation training long before the implementation of ANBK through ICT extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This research examines internal and external environmental factors and builds strategic planning to improve educational quality. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an in-depth image of the research object at SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Sambi Boyolali. Data gathering methods included interviews, observation, and document analysis—data analysis methods included data reduction, data presentation, and verification. According to the research findings, the internal analysis of SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Sambi Boyolali has more advantages than negatives. Opportunities outnumber risks in external assessments. The numerous benefits and prospects demonstrate that the school can establish obvious and demonstrable school quality. Strategic planning based on the SO-WO-ST-WT analysis can include developing the school environment into an ideal learning community, conducting human resource training and development, forming achievement clubs, improving the quality of school services, forming an organizational school activity evaluation team, utilizing funds effectively and efficiently, establishing resource sharing, and developing school branding. The theoretical contribution of this research can help the scientific understanding of Islamic education management. It can be a helpful tool for understanding the role of schools in enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

The role of human resource management in organizations in the Kartasura sub-district has been well designed and implemented in accordance with the needs of the region and the residents of Kartasura. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of human resource management in the Kartasura sub-district is carried out. This research was conducted using qualitative methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review studies. The role of human resource management itself is divided into three. First, in administration, the Kartasura sub-district is responsible for carrying out the work program activities that have been designed. Second, operational and advocacy roles are carried out to control employees so that they can contribute well so that the work carried out can run effectively and efficiently. Third is the strategic role of human resources that must be carried out to support the work program that will be carried out. With the existence of a strategy in the work program that will be carried out, it is hoped that it can provide results that are in accordance with the goals desired by the company or organization.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection are ways to find and get the ideal member or employee with a set number of quotas. Recruitment and selection are a series of processes used by companies or organizations in search of superior human resources with the required qualifications and standards. The purpose of this research is to learn about the recruitment and selection processes in the Solo Dreamers community, as well as the qualifications and standards of the Solo Dreamers community. The research is qualitative and descriptive, with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. The results reveal that the recruiting and selection process has been well designed by the Solo Dreamer community in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community. The recruitment process is conducted using open methods and delivered through social media platforms. Selection process in the community of Solo Dreamer, i.e., (1) administrative selection, (2) interview selection, (3) probation or internship (kondisional). Nepotism is an interesting topic when discussing recruitment and selection in an organization or company. In this study, it is revealed that nepotism is forbidden and should be avoided in order to obtain ideal and quality human resources. Selection by looking at social media candidates is one of the most influential qualification assessments in the recruitment and selection process in the Solo Dream Community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya meneliti tentang literasi Al-Qur’an Lokasi penelitian ini di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta, Lembaga pendidikan yang menanamkan pendidikan karakter, sekolah swasta yang diselenggarakan oleh Majelis Dikdasmen PDM Surakarta. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. mengkaji upaya peningkatan nilai karakter religius peserta didik melalui pembiasaan Literasi Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan cara menyusun kerangka terlebih dahulu sebagai persiapan awal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa indikator keberhasilan Literasi Al-Qur’an dapat dilihat apabila siswa membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik, menghafal minimal 30 juz, memahami apa yang dipelajari serta dapat mengaplikasikan kehidupan sehari-hari, serta melakukan dokumentasi bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data berupa tulisan atau gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan literasi Al-Qur’an salah satu media dalam mendekatkan diri kepada Allah untuk mencapai ketenangan dan ketentraman batin pada setiap siswa untuk membentuk pribadi yang matang, serta mampu meyakini dalam beragama. Dampak dari kegiatan ini terhadap peserta didik yaitu perubahan sikap karakter religius, menurut teori Gay Hendricks dan Kate Ludeman ada 8 Aspek sikap religius berupa kejujuran, adil, bermanfaat, rendah hati, bekerja efisien, memiliki visi dan misi, disiplin, dan keseimbangan diri. Dimisalkan sikap terhadap guru, orang tua dan sesama teman, serta dapat memotivasi dirinya sendiri dengan tanggung jawab dan kewajiban ibadahnya, seperti membaca Al-Qur’an, belajar ilmu agama, shalat Dhuha dan shalat dzuhur berjama'ah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi akademik yaitu pelaksanaan Supervisi, Teknik-teknik supervisi, hambatan-hambatan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi, dan tindak lanjur supervisi guna meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analsis data adalah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada setiap awal tahun pengajaran melalui kegiatan rapat dengan melibatkan guru, supervisi dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh tim pelaksana supervisi. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik individual dan kelompok. Evaluasi supervisi dilakukan pada setiap akhir semester. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi adalah guru yang menanggapi secara positif tentang pelaksanaan supervisi, terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dengan guru dan kepala madrasah dengan guru. Hambatan supervisi adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang supervisi sehingga tidak mendapatkan kesempatan membantu pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala madrasah, adanya guru yang bersikap membatasi diri karena usia maupun kemampuan di bidang IT dan kesibukan kepala madrasah.

Abstract

This research analyzes income sources at Islamic Schools of Victoria from 2015 to 2023. The focus of the study includes income diversification, the contribution of each source to total income, and cross-year trends. This research method uses a library research approach, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data is processed from the school's annual financial report. The research results show that government grants dominate the source of income, with a contribution that continues to increase from 79.29% in 2015 to 84.73% in 2023. In contrast, the contribution to school fees shows a relative decline and total income shows an increasing trend despite fluctuations. Total revenue increased from $27 million in 2015 to $44.7 million in 2023, for an average annual increase of 5.7%. The small decline in 2020 can be attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting tuition payments and donations. The main income therefore comes from government grants-operating, which contributed more than 80% of total income since 2020. Other sources, such as tuition fees, donations and investment income, show significant fluctuations. This study highlights the importance of strategic financial management for the sustainability of educational institutions. Fokus kajian mencakup diversifikasi pendapatan, kontribusi setiap sumber terhadap total pendapatan, dan tren lintas tahun. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Data diolah dari laporan keuangan tahunan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hibah pemerintah mendominasi sumber pendapatan, dengan kontribusi yang terus meningkat dari 79,29% pada 2015 menjadi 84,73% pada 2023. Sebaliknya, kontribusi biaya sekolah menunjukkan penurunan relatif dan Pendapatan total menunjukkan tren peningkatan meskipun terdapat fluktuasi. Total pendapatan meningkat dari $27 juta pada 2015 menjadi $44,7 juta pada 2023, dengan rata-rata kenaikan tahunan sebesar 5,7%. Penurunan kecil pada 2020 dapat dikaitkan dengan pandemi COVID-19 yang memengaruhi pembayaran biaya sekolah dan donasi. Oleh karena itu pendapatan utama berasal dari hibah pemerintah (government grants-operating), yang berkontribusi lebih dari 80% dari total pendapatan sejak 2020. Sumber lain, seperti biaya sekolah, donasi, dan pendapatan investasi, menunjukkan fluktuasi yang signifikan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan strategis untuk keberlanjutan institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Program (P5) is one of the programs in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This program is a project-based co-curricular activity that aims to encourage students to become competent, character-based lifelong learners who behave in accordance with Pancasila values ??to achieve Graduate Competency Standards. With this background, this study aims to identify the influence of facility and infrastructure management in supporting learning based on the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMP Negeri 2 Gatak. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence and challenge of facility and infrastructure management in supporting project-based learning that can contribute to the evaluation and impact on the quality of learning. In addition, collaboration between teachers, schools, and parents of students has also proven important to increase the effectiveness of the use of facilities and infrastructure. With the Improvement of facility and infrastructure management to support the success of the P5 program, as well as the development of teacher competencies in the implementation of the independent curriculum, it is hoped that it can focus on strengthening character and active involvement of students. ABSTRAKProgram Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) adalah salah satu program dari implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Program ini merupakan kegiatan kokurikuler berbasis projek yang bertujuan untuk mendorong peserta didik menjadi pelajar sepanjang hayat yang kompeten, berkarakter, dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nila-nilai pancasila untuk mencapai Standar Kompetensi Lulusan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbasis Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMP Negeri 2 Gatak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan tantangan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbasis projek dapat berkontribusi terhadap evaluasi dan dampak pada kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara pihak guru, sekolah, maupun orang tua siswa juga terbukti penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan sarana dan prasarana. Dengan adanya Peningkatan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung keberhasilan program P5, serta pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, diharapkan dapat fokus pada penguatan karakter dan keterlibatan aktif siswa.
