Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi di mana pertumbuhan fisik anak-anak terhambat, terutama tinggi badan yang tidak sesuai dengan usia mereka. Jika tidak dicegah atau diatasi sejak dini, kondisi ini dapat sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Target nasional untuk tahun 2024 adalah menurunkan prevalensi stunting hingga 14%. Namun, di Kota Payakumbuh, terdapat 291 balita yang mengalami stunting pada tahun 2022, dan 43 balita mengalami kondisi pendek di wilayah kerja Puskesmas X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas fisik, bakteriologis, dan higiene pengolahan air minum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain case control. Sampel terdiri dari 41 rumah balita kasus stunting dan 41 rumah balita yang tidak stunting sebagai kontrol. Indikator pengukuran bakteri E.coli dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel air minum yang diperiksa menggunakan Sanitarian KIT Compact Dry EC/DC, dan Koliform diperiksa dengan metode yang sama, menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90,2% kualitas fisik air memenuhi syarat, namun 84,1% kualitas bakteriologis tidak memenuhi syarat, dan 58,5% higiene pengolahan air minum tidak baik. Hasil analisis bivariate diperoleh bahwa higiene pengolahan air minum dengan p-value 0,014. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara higiene pengolahan air minum dengan stunting. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini perlunya edukasi keluarga mengenai pengolahan air minum yang aman dan higienis.

Abstract

Malnutrition and stunting conditions in pediatric patients undergoing hospitalization also contribute to the increase in morbidity, mortality, length of treatment, and health costs. This Study aims to identify the characteristics of children with severe malnutrition and stunting in the inpatient ward of RSUD Bekasi in 2023. A descriptive cross-sectional study conducted from January to December 2023 in the Sakura inpatient ward of RSUD Bekasi. Data were collected from a total sample 343 patients based on nutrition records and reports, including patients aged 0-18 years who were hospitalized during the period in 2023. The data were then analysed to determine the proportion of malnutrition and stunting based on age, length of stay, and medical diagnosis. The result show proportion of malnutrition and stunting is highest among patients aged 0-3 years (64.8%), a length of stay ≤7 days (64.8%) being far more common than those with a length of stay >7 days (35.2%). Pediatric patients with malnutrition and stunting are in the medical diagnosis group of gastrointestinal disorders (28.6%), and respiratory disorders (20.9%). This indicates that patients with malnutrition and stunting require more attention improve their nutritional status and address complication to order to reduce the length of hospital stay.

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia has been the government's main focus in recent decades. Improvements in information and communication technology, especially in the digital era, have played a significant role in changing the overall economic landscape. The research method used in this journal is a research library study which is a library study, meaning that information is collected through the use of library sources, such as literature searches. The digital economy is an engine that drives economic growth in the form of daily economic activities in carrying out buying and selling by carrying out digital transactions and communicating digitally also through the web or marketplace which is part of e-commerce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Development inequality is an important issue that affects the society and economic stability of a region. This study aims to analyze regional development inequality in the districts/cities of Central Sulawesi Province during the 2018-2022 period. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis using secondary data and the Williamson Index analysis method as a measuring tool to assess the level of inequality between regions. The data analyzed included Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in each district/city of Central Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the Williamson index calculation of the level of regional development inequality in Central Sulawesi Province was 0,97, which indicated a high level of inequality. However, in 2022 there was a decrease in the Williamson Index to 0,46. Nevertheless, the level of inequality between districts/municipalities in Central Sulawesi Province is still categorized as high. This decrease in the Williamson Index indicates an improvement in the distribution of development, but more intensive efforts are still needed to achieve a more effective development balance from the local and central government to reduce development inequality.

Abstract

Abstract: Rizky Convection Business is a sportswear production company based on Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Every day they receive orders from schools and agencies that need sportswear. However, Rizky Convection often faces challenges, especially in managing raw material inventory, allocating production time and processing orders that come in large quantities. For this reason, order data needs to be grouped to make it easier for employees to work on it. The data that will be processed in this study is order data from 2022-2024. One way to do this is to apply data mining techniques, one of which is the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of this study is to model the use of K-Means Clustering to improve production management and procurement of raw materials for fabrics at Rizky Convection. K-Means Clustering is the grouping of a number of data into clusters (groups) so that each cluster will contain data that is as similar as possible. The results of K-Means Clustering grouping with 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, the large order group has 25 order data, cluster 2, the small order group has 361 order data and cluster 3, the medium order group has 100 order data.Keywords: data mining; order data; K-Means; sportswear manufacturing. Abstrak: Usaha Konveksi Rizky merupakan perusahaan produksi pakaian olahraga yang berpusat di Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Setiap hari mereka menerima pesanan dari sekolah dan instansi yang membutuhkan pakaian olahraga. Namun Konveksi Rizky sering menghadapi tantangan terutama dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kain, pengalokasian waktu produksi dan pemrosesan pesanan yang datang dalam jumlah banyak. Untuk itu, data pesanan perlu dikelompokkan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam mengerjakannya. Data yang akan diproses pada penelitian ini adalah data pesanan dari tahun 2022-2024. Salah satu cara untuk hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik data mining, salah satunya metode K-Means Clustering. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan penggunaan K-Means Clustering untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan pengadaan bahan baku kain di Rizky Konveksi. K-Means Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin. Hasil pengelompokkan K-Means Clustering dengan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 kelompok pesanan banyak memiliki 25 data pesanan, cluster 2 kelompok pesanan sedikit memiliki 361 data pesanan dan cluster 3 kelompok pesanan sedang memiliki 100 data pesanan.Kata kunci: data mining; data pesanan; K-Means; konveksi.

Abstract

In Silau Bonto Village, the most affected MSMEs are in the culinary and handicraft sectors, which have a high volume of daily transactions but still operate without adequate digital systems. Through this program, the community service team introduced and trained MSME actors to use a digital-based archive management application that is easy to operate. This application enables MSMEs to store and manage archives in a systematic, secure, and efficient manner. The implementation method of this community service consisted of training activities using approaches such as socialization, technical training, and direct field assistance. Silau Bonto Village, located in Asahan Regency, has a significant number of MSME practitioners, many of whom have never used digital data archiving systems. To address this issue, an archive management application that utilizes a database system was introduced, specifically using a Macro VBA-based application aimed at helping MSMEs manage their archives more quickly and neatly.Keywords: creative UMKM;  data archive; VBA macro application  Abstrak: Di Desa Silo Bonto, UMKM yang paling terdampak adalah sektor kuliner dan kerajinan tangan, yang memiliki intensitas transaksi harian cukup tinggi namun masih dilakukan tanpa sistem digital yang memadai. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memperkenalkan dan melatih pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi manajemen arsip berbasis digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk meyimpan, dan mengelola arsip secara sistematis, aman, dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Desa Silau Bonto adalah desa yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang saat ini masyarakatnya sudah banyak sebagai pelaku UMKM, namun tidak sedikit masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang sama sekali belum menggunakan arsip data secara digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi manajemen arsip data yang proses penyimpanannya menggunakan database yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi macro VBA dengan tujuan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan rapi.Kata kunci: aplikasi macro VBA; arsip data; UMKM kreatif

Abstract

Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship between the role of officers in the success of measles rubella immunization (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how digital escape through K-pop serves as a coping mechanism for young adult women facing stress and personal challenges. Using content analysis and in-depth interviews with five female participants aged 20 to 25, this study focuses on individual experiences in accessing K-pop content, interacting in online communities, and developing hobbies related to K-pop, such as fan art and fan fiction. This research employs Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as its theoretical framework, with an emphasis on the levels of love and belonging and self-esteem. The findings reveal that engagement in the K-pop world provides a safe and supportive space for participants to express themselves, build their identities, and receive emotional support online. This study highlights how popular culture and the digital context can function as significant coping mechanisms in the daily lives of young adult women. This study contributes to contemporary cultural studies and psychology by demonstrating that the K-pop world can serve as an alternative space for fulfilling the emotional and psychological needs of young adult women.

Abstract

Purpose – This article aims to examine the factors that influence and inhibit a math mindset and how to develop it. Some people still believe in several myths that mathematical intelligence is innate and only suitable for men. This myth not only fosters math anxiety but also hinders the growth of students' mindsets and the achievement of students’ academic goals.Methodology – The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) adhering to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. After carrying out a search process using Publish or Perish for articles indexed by Scopus, 72 articles were obtained as the final result of several selection stages. These articles were reviewed one by one, allowing us to answer the Research Question (RQ) of this study.Findings – The results indicate that two factors contribute to a math mindset, namely internal and external. Meanwhile, factors inhibiting a math mindset include math anxiety, family, and educators, as well as several other factors. Family and educators play important roles in debunking myths and fostering a growth mindset in math.Contribution – The results of this study contribute to the efforts of the government, teachers, and parents in promoting the development of the mathematical mindset in children and students. By understanding that mathematical intelligence can be mastered by everyone without exception, the government, teachers, and parents can jointly implement a curriculum that emphasizes the importance of the learning process rather than the results.

Abstract

Minat stakeholder Universitas Al Washliyah untuk menabung di bank syariah masih tergolong minim meskipun potensi pasar dan nilai-nilai keislaman yang dianut cukup kuat. Permasalahan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat tersebut. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang sangat pesat telah mendorong institusi keuangan, termasuk bank syariah, untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital guna menarik nasabah. Selain itu, persepsi positif dari lingkungan sekitar (word of mouth) serta faktor religiusitas individu menjadi determinan penting dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada Stakeholder Universitas Al Washliyah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan karakteristik atau kelompok tertentu dalam populasi berdasarkan rumus Yamane. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 95 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan memggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Teknik analisis data mencakup uji instrumen (uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji analisis deskriptif), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas), regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis (uji t/parsial, uji F/simultan dan uji R2/koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Digital marketing, dan Religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan Minat Menabung dengan variasi sebesar 31,6% dan 48,5%  sedangkan Word of Mouth tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:, Digital marketing, Word of Mouth dan Religiusitas
