Abstract

Bullying of children is a social problem that is getting more and more attention, especially in rural environments where there are limitations in the child protection system. This study aims to examine the model of resolving bullying cases against children in villages in Cirebon regency with a fair approach, both in formal law and local wisdom. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of several parties, such as village officials, community leaders, victims, perpetrators, and child protection institutions. Bullying perpetrators are also at risk of experiencing mental health disorders, such as uncontrolled emotional symptoms. On the other hand, children who are victims of bullying will suffer as a result of physical and non-physical violence. One of the steps that can be taken to help perpetrators or victims of bullying is to give more affection, rebuild confidence, and involve them in various positive activities. It is essential to provide an understanding of the adverse effects of bullying. The results of this study show that the fair settlement model combines for restorative mediation, the involvement of indigenous leaders, as well as education and recovery of victim trauma, and the resolution of repeated bullying cases. This study recommends the need for integrity between the state legal system and local values in handling cases of bullying against children.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the legality of the mudarabah system based on Law No. 21 of 2008 and how the implementation of mudarabah contracts in property investment. To get answers to the above problems, the author uses descriptive qualitative research (library research), which focuses on manuscript and text studies using normative, juridical and historical approach methods with deductive data analysis. The results show that legally, the mudarabah system has been regulated in Law No. 21 of 2008 through Articles 19 and 20 related to the collection and distribution of funds by Islamic banks. However, the implementation of mudarabah contracts in property investment has not fully complied with the provisions of the law, especially in the aspects of profit-sharing transparency (Article 21 letter b), risk monitoring (Article 26), and dispute resolution mechanisms (Article 55). This finding theoretically confirms the strength of the Islamic Banking Law in distinguishing partnership-based contracts from the conventional interest-based system. Practically, the implementation of mudarabah contracts in accordance with sharia principles can increase customer trust and loyalty, while non-compliant implementation has the potential to reduce the credibility of Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

The research objectives are; First, to determine student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs. Second, to determine student compliance with regulations. Third, to determine the correlation between student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah school. This type of research is quantitative, data collection techniques are carried out using observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research show that student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs with the highest score is 95 and the lowest is 75. Calculation of the average student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs shows that the score is 81, including in the medium category which is located in the interval 81-85. From the results of calculating the average compliance with school regulations, it is known that the value is 74.16, namely in the interval 71-76 and is included in the medium category. According to calculations using the product moment correlation formula, namely the calculated r value = 0.509 and the r table value at a significant level of 5% from the r table distribution table, and the formula for the r table (df=n-2) df=36-2=34 then, rtable of 34 is 0.339. Because r countr table, the results are significant. This means that the hypothesis which states that "there is a correlation between student achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah School for the 2022/2023 academic year" is accepted as true.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in overcoming the problem of student tardiness at SMA Muhammidiyah 1 Medan. The results of the study show that Guidance and Counseling teachers play a role in providing guidance, direction, and individual counseling to students who come late to school. The reasons for being late for students vary, such as difficulty getting up early, tired of helping parents after school, or a lack of interest in math. The provision of individual counseling services by Guidance and Counseling teachers has succeeded in showing a decrease in cases of students arriving late to school. Thus, the application of individual counseling services can be a solution in overcoming the problem of student delays at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesesuaian dan efektivitas regulasi yang ada, khususnya PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 dan PERMA Nomor 3 Tahun 2018, dalam mendukung implementasi sistem e-court di Indonesia pada berbagai kasus hukum, termasuk pidana, perdata, dan hukum Islam. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan empiris untuk memahami implementasi regulasi di lapangan. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan praktisi hukum, hakim, dan pengguna e-court, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan dari dokumen resmi, jurnal, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi yang ada telah memberikan landasan hukum yang cukup memadai, terdapat kendala dalam konsistensi penerapan, literasi teknologi, dan perlindungan data pribadi. Novelti penelitian ini terletak pada analisis komprehensif terhadap perlindungan hak-hak prosedural dan keamanan data dalam sistem e-court, termasuk tanggung jawab lembaga peradilan sesuai dengan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, peningkatan pelatihan, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memastikan bahwa sistem e-court dapat berfungsi secara efektif, adil, dan aman.

Abstract

Ethnomathematics is a science that studies the existence of mathematical concepts in social culture. One of the cultures in Indonesia is traditional games, which are a reflection of local wisdom. Traditional games can be linked to mathematics learning through an ethnomathematics approach. One example is the game of porok. The Porok game is among the most popular traditional games in Penaga Village, Bintan Bay and the Riau Islands. This game can potentially be explored regarding its use in mathematics learning. Thus, this research aims to dig deeper into the mathematical concepts and activities of the porok game as a form of ethnomathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design. The data source for this research is the head of the Dang Merdu studio in Penaga Village, Bintan Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out through 4 stages of analysis: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and cultural theme analysis. The research found basic activities and mathematical concepts in this game. The mathematical activities obtained are counting, measuring, explaining, playing and planning. Apart from that, this game has mathematical concepts, namely, value comparison, addition, geometric figures and probability, arithmetic sequences and series, probability and rotation.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide legal assistance in drafting anti-bullying policies at Tarbiyyah Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Limbang Jaya 2 Village. The program involves lecturers, students, and the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) to create a safe and bullying-free learning environment. Key activities include socialization, training, group discussions, and the drafting of anti-bullying policies based on national law and Islamic moral values. A participatory approach was employed by involving teachers, students, and parents throughout the process. The program's results indicate increased awareness and understanding of bullying, both from the perspective of positive law and moral-religious principles. The drafted policies cover bullying definitions, reporting mechanisms, sanctions, and case handling procedures. Initial implementation of the policies showed positive changes in students' attitudes and behaviors, as well as increased engagement from parents and teachers in creating a bullying-free environment. This program is expected to serve as a model adaptable for other educational institutions. Program sustainability is maintained through regular evaluations and the establishment of an anti-bullying committee at the school. This collaborative approach significantly contributes to fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious educational environment

Abstract

The development of methods and the use of technology in learning Arabic has become the focus of attention in the context of education. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of learning methods and technology integration in teaching Arabic. The research method used is a literature study that reviews the development of literature related to classical and modern methods such as grammar-translation, direct, reading, and speech, as well as the application of technology such as audiovisual, e-learning, and games in the learning process. The results of the study show the obstacles in the application of methods and technologies, as well as the proposed innovative efforts to overcome these challenges. In conclusion, the development of Arabic learning methods and technologies remains relevant and sustainable in the digital era.

Abstract

Program Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) merupakan salah satu stratefi penting dalam mendukung internasionalisasi bahasa Indonesia. Upaya tersebut membutuhkan pengajar BIPA yang kompeten dan terlatih sehingga diperlukan penguatan kapasitas bagi calon pengajar, khususnya mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (PBSI) JBSI FBS UNM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kompetensi mahasiswa sebagai calon pengajar BIPA, memberikan pengalaman langsung mengajar penutur asing, dan menghasilkan bahan ajar, tugas, serta konten edukatif bagi kebutuhan mitra. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui program internship pada tiga lembaha BIPA, yaitu UPT Bahasa UNJ, UPI, dan UM, dengan melibatkan 24 mahasiswa PBSI JBSI UNM dalam rentang waktu empat bulan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan (seat-in, tutor sebaya, pembuatan bahan ajar, pembuatan konten), serta evaluasi oleh instruktur dan mentor lembaga mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa terlibat aktif sebagai asisten instruktur, tutor, dan pendamping kelas pada program reguler, darmasiswa, dan pascasarjana. Mahasiswa juga menghasilkan bahan ajar BIPA level A-1 dan A-2, media audio-visual, artikel ke-BIPA-an, serta video publikasi program. Pelajar BIPA merasakan manfaat pendampingan berupa peningkatan kelancaran berbicara dan pemahaman materi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi mitra dalam pemenugan kebutuhan tenaga pendamping dan pengayaan sumber belajar, sekaligus meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa sebagai calon pengajar BIPA. Program internship terbukti efektif sebagai strategi penguatan kompetensi dan mendukung upaya internasionalisasi bahasa Indonesia melalui kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan lembaga BIPA

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of an experiential learning based training on organic food cultivation in increasing family food security, while also exploring the potential for behavior change and economic resilience. Employing a qualitative research design, the study used case study method. Participants engaged in an experiential learning program designed to impart skills and knowledge in organic food cultivation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation study, and analyzed using thematic analysis triangulation. The findings highlight the participants' evolving perceptions of the link between organic food cultivation and family food security within the unique urban environment. The training resulted in shifts in consumption patterns and dietary habits within families, fostering healthier choices. Furthermore, the cultivation of organic produce contributed to family finances, reducing expenditure on purchased produce. The study underscores the impact of experiential learning in fostering practical skills and behavior change in an urban community setting. The research contributes to the understanding of how experiential learning interventions can positively influence family food security within specific urban localities. This study suggests that integrating experiential learning approaches into training initiatives can empower urban families to cultivate their own organic produce.
