Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of digitizing administration using some features of Google Workspace at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ikhlas, Sidoarjo. This research emphasizes how the use of some Google Workspace features, namely Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Meet, and Google Forms can improve the efficiency of pesantren administration. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with pesantren administrators and students. The results of the study are expected to show an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in managing pesantren administration after the implementation of Google Workspace.

Abstract

Synthetic lubricants have environment problems because they are difficult to decompose and be-come pollutant materials when disposed into the environment. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for biodegradable lubricants. One of the methods to achieve biodegradability of a lubricant is by using eco-friendly base material and nanoparticles from organic materials as additives, such as nanofibers, cellulose and graphene nanoplatelets. In previous studies, it has been confirmed that applying bacterial cellulose at various volume percentages into polyester (POE) oil has reduced friction and wear of the material up 49%. Other studies also mentioned that the addition of several layers of graphene as an additive to Polyalphaolefin (PAO) oil have decreased the value of the fric-tion coefficient from 0.15 to 0.08. In this study, due to their desirable properties, the bacterial cellu-lose (BC) and graphene nanopartcles were used as additives in polyester (POE) oil. Four types of lubricant specimens with different additive content were prepared for the study. The friction tests were carried out using a reciprocating pin on disk type tribometer at temperatures of 65°±3°C and 27°C. The results indicated improvements in the tribological properties; 60% friction reduction at temperature of 65°±3°C and 66.7% at a temperature of 27°C, with the presence of both BC and graphene in POE compared to those without the additives. In addition, the wear analysis from the results of micro-surface observation of the specimen indicates the reduction of the specific wear rate values as the effect of additives. It is found that the specific wear rate decreased from 6.09×10-6 mm3/N.m to 4.82×10-7 mm3/N.m at 65°±3°C and from 1.57×10-6 mm3/N.m to 2.38×10-7 mm3/N.m at 27°C with the presence of both BC and graphene in POE compared to those without the addi-tives.

Abstract

Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kota Bandung (Studi: Pada Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap kebijkan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau publik di Kota Bandung. Pemerintah Kota Bandung Telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 07 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau sebagai upaya penyelesaian permasalahan ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Bandung. Ruang terbuka hijau publik di Kota Bandung masih menemui kenadala dari segi  pemeliharaan dan pengamanan. Dalam menelusuri persoalan di atas, penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan oleh Charles O. Jones yang mencakup organisasi, interprestasi, dan aplikasi. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan (observasi dan wawancara). Teknik penentuan informan yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kota Bandung Bandung (Studi: Pada Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik), aktivitas organisasi dengan adanya penataan struktur, tugas dan fungsi, yang tidak di imbangi dengan sumber daya dari segi teknis maupun oprasional belum mampu memberikan hasil yang di harapkan, interpretasi pemahan tujuan kebijakan pun masih rendah baik aparat maupun pemerintah, aplikasi belum sepenuhnya merespon dan mengadaptasi dinamika perubahan dan tuntutan masyrakat. This thesis is the result of research on the implementation of the open-scale green management policy in Bandung (study: public green open space). This research is based on the author's interest in the public wisdom of public green public management in Bandung. The city of Bandung has issued Regional Regulation Number 07 Year 2011 on the open-scale green management as an effort to solve the open-day green problem problem in Bandung. The public green open space in Bandung is still in harmony of the maintenance and security. In the searching above, this research uses the theory of policy implementation by Charles O. Jones that includes organizations, interpretations, and applications. The method used in this writing is a qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The data is obtained through literature study and field study (observation and interview). Technique of determining informants is using purposive sampling. The results of this study show that the implementation of green open space management policies in Bandung Bandung (study: public green open space), organizational activity with structuring structures, tasks and functions, which are not on the way with the technical and negative source of abnormalities have not been able to deliver results that expect in, interpretation of policy purpose is still low in the apparatus or government, the application has not been completely responded and adapted the dynamics of change and the demands of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership and work discipline have on employee performance at PT Salad Segar Lestari Jakarta either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling where the entire population was used as a sample, in this study there were 65 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 18,557 + 0.571 X1 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0.593 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 34.1% and the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 5.840 > ttable 1.669 then Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work discipline and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 14,655 + 0.672 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0.764 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 57.7% and the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 9.401 > ttable 1.669 then Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership and work discipline variables on employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y = 14,410 + 0.018 X1 + 0.659 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the multiple correlation test r = 0.764 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 57.1% and the remaining 42.9% which is influenced by other factors, the f test of fcount 43.511 > ftable 2.75 means that it can be concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Traditionally, criminal law only recognizes humans as subjects of criminal law or perpetrators of criminal acts. However, considering that many companies carry out various business activities that harm society in ways that violate the law, society and criminal law experts have begun to question: should companies whose business activities are very detrimental to society not have to bear the burden of criminal responsibility? Are only their managers able and must be punished? This question has led to the acceptance of the concept of corporate criminal responsibility. Criminal acts for which criminal responsibility can be imposed on corporations are called corporate crimes. The concept of corporate criminalization is a concept of criminal law that has not been accepted by criminal law for long. Although this concept first appeared in England in the 19th century, in other countries this concept was only accepted in the 20th century. For example, France only recognized the concept of corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts in 1994, Luxembourg and Spain in 2010, and Italy in 2011. The increasing number of criminal cases against corporations in the US and Canada also only occurred in the 21st century. The US and Europe in recent times have been faced with various criminal cases involving corporations, such as environmental pollution, unfair business competition, food and drug products that are harmful to health, fraud involving company accounting records, worker accidents, bribery, and financial crimes. The role of corporations is very large in human life on this earth. With human dependence on corporations that is very large, it is possible for corporations to do whatever they want, the most important thing for them is to get big profits. So it is not surprising if corporations violate the applicable regulations. In relation to this, can corporations be held accountable for these violations under Indonesian criminal law.

Abstract

Abstrak: Potensi pertumbuhan transaksi e-commerce di Indonesia tampak optimis. Nilai transaksi telah menunjukkan lintasan kenaikan yang konsisten dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Bank Indonesia (BI) telah memproyeksikan bahwa total nilai transaksi e-commerce di Indonesia diperkirakan akan mencapai Rp 476,3 triliun pada tahun 2022. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka, para pemasar dapat memperoleh keuntungan dengan memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh tentang proses pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh calon pelanggan ketika mempertimbangkan pembelian melalui perdagangan elektronik. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian ini akan menggunakan metodologi Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) untuk secara metodis mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan menginterpretasikan variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen dalam konteks perdagangan elektronik. Hasilnya, telah ditentukan bahwa banyak faktor yang memberikan dampak substansial pada keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam ranah perdagangan elektronik. Faktor-faktor ini termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada kualitas produk, peringkat produk, ulasan produk, dan harga produk. Variabel tambahan yang dapat memengaruhi pilihan pembelian termasuk kualitas informasi, kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas layanan, risiko yang dirasakan, dan niat untuk melakukan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Marketplace, E-commerce, Keputusan Pembelian, Perilaku Konsumen Abstract: The growth potential of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia looks optimistic. Transaction values have shown a consistent upward trajectory in recent years. Bank of Indonesia (BI) has projected that the total value of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia is expected to reach IDR 476.3 trillion in 2022. To improve their performance, marketers can benefit by gaining a thorough understanding of the decision-making process carried out by candidates customers when considering purchases through electronic commerce. To achieve this goal, this research will use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to methodically identify, assess, and interpret the variables that may influence consumer buying behavior in the context of e-commerce. As a result, it has been determined that many factors have a substantial impact on consumer decisions in the realm of e-commerce. These factors include but are not limited to product quality, product ratings, product reviews, and product prices. Additional variables that can affect purchase choices include quality of information, trust, security, quality of service, perceived risk and intention to make a purchase.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi membuat pertukaran budaya menjadi sangat cepat, terlebih lagi di Indonesia saat ini Korean wave atau budaya Korea menjadi budaya yang sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Akulturasi kebudayaan tersebut tentunya mempengaruhi gaya hidup masyarakat, salah satunya adalah terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisa Fenomena Korean wave dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Korean food di Lawson. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan uji asumsi klasik dan SEM dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable Korean Wave dan Brand Image memiliki pengaruh yang significant terhadap keputusan pembelian Korean food di Lawson.

Abstract

Job appraisal is a crucial component in human resource management that functions to evaluate employee performance while supporting strategic decision-making, such as promotion, training, and incentives. This study discusses the role, methods, challenges, and impact of job appraisal on employee productivity and development in organizations. The methods reviewed include 360-degree assessment and competency-based assessment, which have been proven to provide comprehensive evaluations and support individual competency improvement according to organizational needs. This study also identifies several key challenges, such as rater bias, lack of transparency, and employee resistance to the assessment process. To overcome these challenges, assessor training, the application of data-based technology, and open and inclusive communication are recommended strategic steps. In addition, employee involvement in the assessment process through discussion and two-way feedback has been shown to increase trust and participation in the evaluation process. The results of the study indicate that systematically and objectively designed job appraisals can significantly improve employee productivity, motivation, and development. In addition, effective job appraisals are an integral part of a sustainable human resource development strategy, encouraging the creation of an inclusive, collaborative work culture, and supporting the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

Abstract

Perkebunan kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu jenis perkebunan yang menempati posisi penting dalam sektor pertanian atau perkebunan. Penelitian sistem prediksi hasil panen kelapa sawit menggunakan metode Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk membantu petani dalam merencanakan dan mengelola perkebunannya secara lebih efektif. Sebelum adanya sistem tersebut, petani sering kali menghadapi tantangan besar dalam memperkirakan hasil panen secara akurat, sehingga mengakibatkan penggunaan sumber daya yang tidak efisien dan kerugian ekonomi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara dan catatan petani kelapa sawit selama kurun waktu Januari 2023 sampai dengan Januari 2024. Sistem yang diusulkan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, meliputi pengumpulan dan pra-pemrosesan data, pembangunan dan pelatihan model LSTM, serta evaluasi kinerja model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model LSTM mampu memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat dibandingkan metode sebelumnya, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) yang rendah. Sementara itu, pada proses pembuatan model, presentase data latih dan data uji sebesar 80%:20% dengan nilai sequence data sebesar 640. Parameter yang digunakan sebanyak 128 hidden unit, dan jumlah epoch sebanyak 150, sehingga menghasilkan nilai MSE sebesar 5,3968. Diharapkan dengan diterapkannya sistem ini dapat membantu petani dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan perkebunan serta memanfaatkan peluang pasar secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas penggunaan algoritma Decision Tree dalam klasifikasi penyakit Parkinson (PD) yang berfokus pada efektivitas teknik seperti CART, C4.5, dan berbagai metode ensemble untuk meningkatkan akurasi diagnostik. Seiring meningkatnya prevalensi PD di kalangan lansia, deteksi dini menjadi sangat penting karena memungkinkan perawatan yang lebih efektif dan pemantauan progresi penyakit. Decision Tree dan teknik ensemble-nya seperti Random Forest, AdaBoost, dan RUSBoost banyak diterapkan karena struktur hierarkinya yang mudah diinterpretasikan dan kemampuannya dalam menangani data numerik dan kategorikal. Dalam beberapa studi, algoritma ini dikombinasikan dengan teknik balancing data seperti SMOTE dan RUS, serta metode seleksi fitur seperti lasso dan informasi gain. Kajian literatur ini mencakup analisis efektivitas berbagai pendekatan berbasis Decision Tree dalam mengatasi tantangan data tidak seimbang, seperti yang umum dijumpai dalam dataset klinis dan vokal terkait Parkinson. Melalui tinjauan sistematis ini, ditemukan bahwa teknik ensemble Decision Tree umumnya meningkatkan akurasi dan sensitivitas, terutama ketika diterapkan pada dataset yang telah diproses dengan metode balancing data. Studi ini bertujuan memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif tentang kekuatan, keterbatasan, dan potensi optimalisasi penggunaan Decision Tree dalam membantu diagnosis klinis Parkinson, menawarkan kontribusi signifikan terhadap upaya peningkatan keandalan diagnosis berbasis machine learning
