Abstract

The Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM) conducts data collection to collect accurate and integrated data to formulate more effective policies in protecting and empowering MSMEs. The data collection target in 2024 includes 4 million data from five provinces, with Bekasi District targeting 100,000 data. To ensure broad participation, this activity involves various parties, including practitioners, academics, and communities. The data collection aims to address issues faced by MSMEs, such as lack of accurate data, access to financing, and training support. Through systematic methods, including the formation of teams and the use of mobile applications for data collection, it is hoped that this data collection can increase the economic potential of MSMEs and positively contribute to the local economy. The results of this activity show that collaboration between government, academia, and the community can improve the effectiveness of MSME development in Bekasi District. The results of this activity also showed an exceeding of the data collection target by 100.08%.

Abstract

Komposit hybrid adalah komposit yang tersusun atas dua serat dengan jenis dan karakteristik yang berbeda agar diperoleh material dengan sifat mekanik yang lebih baik. Pada penelitian ini, komposit hybrid dibuat dari anyaman serabut kelapa dan fiberglass yang dicampur matriks dengan menggunakan metode vacuum infusion. Metode ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pompa vakum untuk menghisap matriks hingga seluruh matriks membasahi/melapisi serat komposit. Komposit hybrid yang telah dibuat selanjutnya dipotong dan dilakukan uji tarik berdasarkan ASTM D638-01 untuk mendapatkan karakteristik mekanik komposit tersebut. Komposit hybrid dibuat menjadi 3 variasi yang berbeda berdasarkan jarak anyaman serabut kelapa, yaitu jarak anyaman 1 cm, 1,5 cm, dan 2 cm. Hasil uji tarik menunjukan bahwa nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi ditemukan pada komposit hybrid dengan jarak anyaman 1,5 cm dengan nilai tegangan tarik maksimum 61,7 MPa dan regangan0,019. Sedangkan komposit hybrid dengan jarak anyaman 1 cm memiliki nilai tegangan tarik maksimum 23,8 MPa dan anyaman 2 cm memiliki nilai tegangan tarik maksimum 47,3 MPa. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tarik tertinggi diperoleh bukan pada komposit dengan jarak anyaman terkecil (paling rapat). Jarak anyaman terkecil diduga memiliki tingkat keterbasahan serat oleh matriks yang kurang memadai sehingga komposit tidak dapat mencapai kekuatan tertinggi (optimum). Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa komposit yang dibuat dari serabut kelapa yangberbentuk anyaman dapat mencapai kekuatan tarik tertinggi pada jarak anyaman yang cukup kecil namun masih dapat memberikan tingkat keterbasahan serat yang baik.

Abstract

This research focuses on the analysis of digital-based educational leadership skills in public middle schools (SMP Negeri) in the northern region of Bandung City, emphasizing the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation. The study highlights seven main digital-based leadership skills: Digital Attitude, Leadership Ability, Communication Skills, Social Skills, Team Building Skills, Change Management Skills, and Trustworthiness. Through interviews with school principals, the study reveals that leadership in Bandung City public middle schools has adapted to technological advancements, such as using virtual media to communicate school programs and policies and holding online meetings. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews with school principals in public middle schools in Bandung City. Data processing and analysis were conducted using Nvivo 12 software. The qualitative approach allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of digital-based leadership skills from the perspective of educational practitioners, while the use of Nvivo 12 helps in efficiently organizing and analyzing the data. The findings indicate that principals in public middle schools in Bandung City have generally demonstrated digital-based leadership skills.

Abstract

Drones are one of the latest technologies that are developing rapidly to provide positive benefits in society. Drone development can be done in various ways, including by improving the performance of the drone frame. Drone frames can be made of various types of materials, one of which is composite material that has mechanical properties that can be adjusted to needs. In this study, coconut fiber was chosen as the composite material because of its abundant availability, light weight, and environmentally friendly. Coconut fiber composites are made to be one of the alternatives for drone frames. To overcome its low strength, coconut fiber is used together with fiberglass to become a hybrid composite. Tensile tests, bending tests, and impact tests were carried out to determine the mechanical characteristics of the hybrid composite. The test results are then used as the basis for determining the drone design. Two types of tensile test specimens were made using the hand lay-up method where the type of fiber was varied to see the effect of variations in fiber types on the strength of the composite. The first type is a composite with fiber in the form of coconut fiber mats and fiberglass mats, and the second type is a composite with fiber in the form of coconut fiber mats and WR (Woven Roving) fiberglass. The tensile test results show that the second type of composite is more recommended because of its higher strength and more consistent results. The test results show that the second type of composite has a tensile strength of 32.7 MPa, a flexural strength of 82.4 MPa, and is able to absorb impact energy of 2.34 Joules. And finally, in this research, the hybrid composite was made into a drone frame and then integrated with electrical components so that the drone can fly

Abstract

Sumber pendapatan utama MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in adalah SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) dan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Begitupula dengan santrinya yang berjumlah sekitar 100an, dengan demikian sumber dana Pesantren masih sangatlah terbatas. Keterbatasan dana ini lah yang menjadikan honor pendidik/guru/ustadz di MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in masih terbatas. Kesejahteraan guru pada suatu lembaga pendidikan harus difikirkan dengan matang. Kesejahteraan guru akan menunjang profesionalisme seorang guru tersebut.. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru/ustadz, maka Pesantren perlu membentuk UMKM atau koperasi. UMKM ini perlu didaftarkan agar memiliki akses pembiayaan dan akses bantuan dari pemerintah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in yang terletak di Kampung Buwek Desa Sumber Jaya Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren mengenai pentingnya legalisasi Usaha Menengah Kecil Mikro (UMKM) Pesantren, dan selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan terhadap staff atau ustadz atau guru yang mengelola usaha Pesantren.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat berperan dalam perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia, selama ini yang banyak berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pemerataan perekonomian di Indonesia. Beberapa permasalahan yang kerap terjadi di UMKM adalah kesulitan pemasaran, keterbatasan SDM, kesulitan bahan baku, keterbatasan inovasi dan teknologi serta keterbatasan pembiayaan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendampingan terhadap para pelaku UMKM. Pendampingan manajemen bisnis dan digital marketing bisnis adalah suatu bentuk bantuan atau dukungan yang diberikan kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi hingga meningkatkan volume penjualan. Saat ini, UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian karena memberikan dampak besar yang positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan menggerakkan roda perekonomian di daerah. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, Byfa Cake sebagai mitra. Byfa Cake memproduksi kue kering dan kue basah yang berada di daerah Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The Indonesian government launched a health program to deal with health problems, especially public health, with the POSYANDU program so that children under five get health that can be monitored early in the community environment. The program usually runs for 6 months and is usually carried out every three months due to lack of community resources in the implementation due to the large working area, to deal with these problems make the community a partner by applying the concept of community empowerment so that they can be independent and the level of human health in each region can increase. This study aims to find out and describe the concept of empowerment used in the implementation of the posyandu program with the health services of children under five in the RT 075 Housing area cikarang central park north cikarang. The research shows that health and administrative services, especially for mothers, aim to improve the quality of better data collection and good services, so there needs to be support from many parties, one of which is support from the government as the highest institution both financially, facilities and infrastructure, as well as coaching cadres.

Abstract

This study analyzes the need for communication strategies in the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. As a transformative educational approach, PjBL emphasizes 21st-century skills, with communication playing a central role in ensuring effective collaboration and learning outcomes. Although PjBL encourages interaction and teamwork, significant communication challenges persist in its implementation, particularly in higher education settings. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a parallel convergent design, integrating qualitative and quantitative data simultaneously. The study involved two universities in West Java, with data collected through interviews, surveys, and literature review. The findings reveal three essential communication strategies that are needed to support the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model effectively: (1) strategic use of technology as a communication medium, (2) regulated frequency of interaction to maintain group coherence, and (3) multimodal forms of communication, including verbal, nonverbal, and digital, tailored to project needs. These strategies are instrumental in enhancing collaboration, clarity, and efficiency throughout the project process. Results show that 35% of students have adequate digital literacy, 40% face difficulties using digital tools, and 25% express the need for additional training to improve their communication skills on digital platforms. Additionally, structured and scheduled communication significantly enhances group collaboration. This study highlights the importance of developing communication strategies that include digital literacy training and the optimal use of technology to support effective communication in PjBL. These findings provide a foundational insight for future research and policy development aimed at integrating targeted communication frameworks into innovative, student-centered pedagogies.

Abstract

Suplemen tablet tambah darah, yang mengandung zat besi, sangat penting untuk pemenuhan gizi mikro pada ibu hamil dan anak. Kekurangan gizi mikro, seperti zat besi, berpotensi menyebabkan stunting. Program suplementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan status gizi masyarakat Indonesia, mencegah stunting, dan mendukung pertumbuhan yang optimal. Tinjauan Sistimatis literatur ini untuk menganalisis hubungan suplemen tablet tambah darah dalam pemenuhan gizi mikro dan pencegahan stunting pada anak (balita dan batita) di Indonesia. Pencarian literatur secara sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi artikel yang relevan dalam 3 basis data utama (Scopus, Pubmed, dan Google Scholars). Studi mengenai konsumsi tablet tambah darah untuk pemenuhan gizi mikro pada kasus stunting diperlukan tinjauan sistematis dengan batasan inklusi atrikel yang terbit Tahun 2015-2024, free full text, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Dari 10 artikel yang dianalisis, sebagian besar menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) pada ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin dan menurunkan risiko anemia, yang berkontribusi terhadap pencegahan stunting pada anak. Namun, tingkat kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi TTD masih rendah akibat efek samping dan kurangnya kesadaran. Selain itu, faktor sosial-ekonomi juga berperan dalam status gizi anak, di mana keluarga dengan pendapatan rendah memiliki risiko lebih tinggi terhadap anemia dan stunting. Kesimpulannya Suplementasi TTD berperan penting dalam pencegahan anemia dan stunting pada anak. Namun, efektivitasnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi serta faktor sosial-ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi yang lebih intensif serta kebijakan multisektoral untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to implement interactive media of digital snakes and ladders games in learning popular scientific article texts and assess its impact on student engagement and understanding. The background of this study is based on the low activity and motivation of students in participating in Indonesian language learning, especially in the material of popular scientific article texts which demand critical thinking skills and active communication. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with the subjects being students of class VIII E and VIII G at SMP Negeri 6 Cimahi. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the use of digital snakes and ladders learning media significantly increased students' enthusiasm, learning spirit, and understanding of the material. Both classes showed positive responses to the learning media used, with good average scores in terms of enthusiasm, cooperation, understanding of the material, and a positive attitude. Although there are minor differences between the two classes in some aspects, in general, this media has proven effective in creating an interactive and meaningful learning atmosphere. Thus, digital snake and ladder game media can be an innovative alternative in Indonesian language learning that supports the development of 21st-century competencies.
