Abstract

Pendidikan di era globalisasi dan disrupsi teknologi menuntut perubahan paradigma pembelajaran dari pendekatan yang berpusat pada guru menjadi berpusat pada siswa guna mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa. Namun observasi di SMA AL-Mukhtariyah Rajamandala menunjukkan bahwa praktik masih didominasi metode konvensional seperti ceramah dan pengugasan satu arah, yang kurang mendorong pemahaman mendalam dan berpikir kritis. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, tim peneliti Pascasajana bahasa Inggris dan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dari IKIP Siliwangi menyelenggarakan workshop bertajuk "Penguatan Literasi Digital melalui Deep Learning dan Transformative Learning" untuk 33 guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-edukatif dengan presentasi, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi tools berbasis AI. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 100% peserta menyetujui materi relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran modern, dengan 75% menyatakan kepuasan tinggi. Namun pemahaman tentang Pembelajaran Transformatif (31,3% sangat setuju) dan integrasi ide teknologi (43,8% sangat setuju) memerlukan pendalaman lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi meliputi perpanjangan durasi lokakarya, penambahan sesi praktik, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan pentingnya kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran berbasis deep learning dan pembelajaran transformatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Improving the production of organic rice can be achieved by using certified superior seed varieties. The research aimed to test the adaptability of several superior rice varieties in organic farming systems to obtain varieties suitable for rice growth and yield in the Cipatujah District of Tasikmalaya Regency. A single-factor randomized complete block design was used in this study to test 3 superior varieties, namely Ciherang, Inpari 32, and Mekongga varieties. Each treatment was replicated 20 plots, resulting in a total of 60 experimental plots. The analysis results indicated that the soil at the demonstration plot location met land suitability and rice plant growth requirements with S1 (very suitable) criteria based on parameters such as pH, organic carbon content (C-organic), nutrient content of Nitrogen, Phosphor, and Potassium, bulk density, particle density, porosity, and soil texture. The superior variety treatments had a significant impact on plant height growth, although there were no significant differences observed in terms of tiller number, productive tiller number, grain yield per hill, filled grain per hill, grain weight per hill, and 1000-grain weight. The Ciherang variety showed the highest plant growth response and larger yield components compared to Mekongga and Inpari 32. The use of certified seeds in organic rice cultivation practices was proven to yield higher results compared to seeds from previous cultivation practices.

Abstract

Soil quality improvement can be achieved through the application of soil ameliorants such as Biochar. Developing superior varieties that are efficient in fertilization is also an effort to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers. This study aims to improve fertilization efficiency through the application of Biochar and the development of hybrid large red chili varieties at Siliwangi University. The research method used a Split-split plot design, consisting of large red chili varieties as the main plot, Biochar dosage treatment as the sub-plot, and different doses of inorganic fertilizers as the sub-sub plot. The main plot treatment consisted of four levels: Baja Variety (V1), UNSIL-01 (V2), UNSIL-02 (V3), and UNSIL-03 (V4). The sub-plot had two levels: without Biochar (B0) and 10 tons/ha of Biochar (B1). The inorganic fertilizer treatment consisted of three levels: 25% (P1), 50% (P2), and 75% (P3) of the standard dose. Each treatment was repeated three times, resulting in 72 research plots. The slow pyrolysis of coconut shell produced biochar with an average efficiency of 33.7% based on the dry weight of the feedstock. Optimal pyrolysis conditions, with temperatures ranging between 275°C and 485°C over 6 to 9 hours. Among the tested chili varieties, UNSIL-03 (V4) and Baja (V1) showed the highest growth performance, particularly in height and stem diameter, in biochar-amended soil. The application of 25% of the standard inorganic fertilizer dose, in combination with biochar, was sufficient to achieve optimal plant growth across most varieties, especially Baja (V1) and UNSIL-03 (V4).

Abstract

This digital business training program is a PKM program conducted at SMK Boedi Luhur emerged as a successful initiative in shaping students into individuals who are responsive to technological developments and business competition in the digital age. Through Project Based Learning methods, Workshops, and Seminars, the program successfully stimulates students' interest and identifies their talents in various aspects of digital business. The students' success in completing digital business projects not only reflects quality academic achievement, but also has a positive impact on SMK Boedi Luhur's reputation as a progressive educational institution. Industry recognition, media reports, and successful student testimonials reinforce the impression that SMK Boedi Luhur is a quality educational center and responsive to the needs of the job market. The improved reputation of the school is also reflected in growing student enrollment and community demand. This program opens the door for students to achieve success in the digital business world, making SMK Boedi Luhur a container that produces empowered and competent individuals. Through close ties to industry, community involvement, and resounding alumni achievements, SMK Boedi Luhur is proving itself to be an educational institution capable of shaping the future of students in the dynamic digital age.

Abstract

Desa Cibatu merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Cikarang Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi yang memiliki penduduk sebanyak 20447 Jiwa [1] dengan rata rata bekerja sebagai wirausaha atau pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Pemerintah Indonesia telah memberikan pelayanan online perihal pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha bagi masyarakat yang memiliki usaha, baik itu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah maupun usaha lainnya. Adapun manfaat dari kepemilikan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah sebagai legalitas kepemilikan usaha. Terkait usaha menengah yang usaha ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri, yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan yang dimiliki, dikuasai, atau menjadi bagian baik langsung maupun tak langsung dari usaha kecil atau usaha besar dengan jumlah kekayaan bersih atau hasil penjualan di Desa Cibatu lebih banyak dibanding jenis usaha lainnya. Sehingga apabila pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Desa Cibatu tersebut memiliki legalitas usaha dengan membuat Nomor Induk Berusaha, maka pelaku UMKM tersebut memiliki banyak kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

The increasingly massive unemployment rate is a very bad condition for the domestic economy; the role of the government is very important in minimizing unemployment. This condition is a very heavy burden for the community and the government; if it continues, it will continue to impact the decline in people's purchasing power. From this background, the purpose of this research is to analyze directly the minimum wage variable and the level of labor force participation in the unemployment rate, as well as the direct effect of the minimum wage on labor force participation, then the indirect effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate through the mediation of the level of labor force participation. The data analysis method used in the research is path analysis on the minimum wage variable, unemployment rate, and labor force participation rate as intervening variables. The results showed that the direct relationship between minimum wage and labor force participation rate had no effect. The direct relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate had no effect. The direct relationship between the labor force participation rate and the unemployment rate had a positive effect. The indirect relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate by the mediation dimension of labor force participation rate did not mediate the two.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis secara menyeluruh menciptakan sebuah persaingan yang semakin ketat dan tajam, baik di pasar regional, nasional, maupun pasar internasional. Setiap pelaku usaha disetiap kategori bisinis saat ini harus mampu bersaing untuk memenangkan persaingan baik segi inovasi, kualitas produk ataupun harga yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, guna meningkatkan kinerja penjualan terlebih dimasa covid 19. Metode pengabdian yang kami lakukan dalam menyampaikan materi kepada masyarakat dikemas dalam bentuk mini seminar secara daring. Abstract

Effluent dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap lingkungan. Dampak negatif pada lingkungan disebabkan oleh polutan organik sedangkan dampak positif sebagai sumber unsur hara. Penelitian ini dilakuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi volume effluent peternakan sapi dan takaran pupuk anorganik terhadap petumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Percobaan dilaksanakan di lahan peternakan Mifama farm yang terletak di Kelurahan Ciherang, Kecamatan Cibereum, Kota Tasikmalaya dari bulan Februari sampai bulan April 2024. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 6 kombinasi perlakuan, A = Effluent 0% kapasitas lapang + 300 kg/ha Urea + 150 kg/ha SP36 + 100 kg/ha KCl, B = Effluent 100% kapasitas lapang, C = Effluent 100% kapasitas lapang + 225 kg/ha Urea + 112,5 kg/ha SP36 + 75 kg/ha KCl, D = Effluent 100% kapasitas lapang + 150 kg/ha Urea + 75 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl, E = Effluent 50% kapasitas lapang + 225 kg/ha Urea + 112,5 kg/ha   SP36 + 75 kg/ha KCl, F = Effluent 50% kapasitas lapang + 150 kg/ha Urea + 75 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Kombinasi volume effluent peternakan sapi dan takaran pupuk anorganik berpengaruh terhadap panjang tongkol tanpa kelobot, berat tongkol berkelobot per tanaman dan berat tongkol tanpa kelobot per tanaman. Tapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang dan diameter tongkol tanpa kelobot. Kombinasi effluent peternakan sapi 50% kapasitas lapang dan takaran pupuk anorganik 150 kg/ha Urea + 75 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl berpengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap makanan olahan ayam yaitu fried chicken. Fried chicken merupakan makanan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan usaha fried chicken setelah peneliti melakukan pengamatan selama 4 tahun terakhir di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken yang berada di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu metode sampling jenuh dengan semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pengusaha fried chicken di Cikarang Usaha. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan observasi yang kemudian hasilnya akan di uji melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken di Cikarang Utara. This research was motivated by the high public interest in processed chicken food, namely fried chicken. Fried chicken is a food that is in great demand by the public, this is evidenced by the increasing growth of fried chicken business after researchers made observations for the last 4 years in North Cikarang. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, creativity and innovation on the business success of fried chicken in Cikarang Utara. This research is a quantitative study. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling method in which all populations were used as samples. The samples used in this study were 80 fried chicken entrepreneurs in Cikarang Utara. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and observation, then the results would be tested through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted showed that the variables of motivation, creativity and innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of fried chicken in North Cikarang.

Abstract

Background: Millennials tend to want to try everything they see on the internet, characters who like to try and be expressive as an example of one of them are food, this of course affects the lifestyle of the millennial generation. Various kinds of bakeries spread across Indonesia, sales of Holland Bakery always occupy the third position. Holland Bakery offers a variety of interesting products to consumers. Aim: This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived value and price on repurchase intentions through the mediation of consumer satisfaction moderated by personal selling. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used the Non Probability Sampling Method with a purposive technique. The population used by the community in Bekasi district. The samples obtained were 100 consumer respondents who consumed Holland Bakery. This research data analysis fully uses SmartPLS 4.0. Findings: Personal selling can play a role in strengthening the perceived value of consumer repurchase intentions of Sari Roti and BreadTalk brand bread , but not so for Holland Bakery brand products that personal selling has a direct role on repurchase intention.
