Abstract

Para pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan di Lingkungan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau merasa telah memberikan kinerja terbaik dan berharap mendapatkan imbalan tambahan berupa insentif, di samping gaji atau upah mereka, sebagai penghargaan atas prestasi yang telah dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, etos kerja, karakteristik individu, serta kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Pertanahan di Lingkungan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dengan populasi sebanyak 253 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 155 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, etos kerja, karakteristik individu, serta kompensasi, sementara variabel dependen adalah kinerja pegawai. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui tautan google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan persamaan Y = 2.003 + 0.056X1 + 0.197X2 + 0.263X3 + 0.067X4 + 0.255X5 + 0.316X6 + e. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,540, yang berarti 54% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel bebas, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, etos kerja, karakteristik individu, serta kompensasi. Sisa 46% variasi kinerja pegawai tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of environmental responsibility and community support in shaping perceptions of halal tourism through the Social-Ecological Systems (SES) Theory. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and a survey-based approach, data were collected from 300 respondents across three major halal tourism destinations in Indonesia: Lombok, Aceh, and West Sumatra. The findings reveal that community support significantly influences the perception of halal tourism, highlighting the importance of cultural alignment and local participation in tourism development. Additionally, environmental responsibility positively affects perceptions of halal tourism, suggesting that sustainable practices enhance the sector’s appeal. The study emphasizes that integrating ecological concerns with community engagement fosters a more inclusive and sustainable halal tourism model. These insights contribute to the growing discourse on sustainable tourism, offering practical implications for policymakers and industry stakeholders in designing effective halal tourism strategies. By aligning tourism development with environmental stewardship and local community interests, halal tourism can achieve long-term success while maintaining cultural and ecological sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP) Kelas IV Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara individu, masing-masing variabel juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, meskipun dengan tingkat pengaruh yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif, kepuasan kerja yang optimal, dan motivasi yang tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan komunikasi, pengawasan, dan pemberian insentif untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, KSOP Gunungsitoli This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP) in Gunungsitoli. Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out in Paminjahan District, Bogor Regency, with the target of RT/RW, Hamlet Head, Village BPD, village government officials, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Management. The business actors involved are those who have businesses in the field of trade and services. This PkM activity was carried out to provide public and business actors with an understanding of the legality, goals, and benefits of BUMDes for increasing development and improving the welfare and prosperity of the community fairly and equitably. Through an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) income, business activities are expected to continue to develop by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities. Thus, the PkM activities held include socializing about the legality, goals, and benefits of BUMDes and socializing about professional human resource management in managing BUMDes in the village. The socialization was adjusted to the problems and needs faced by BUMdes administrators in Paminjahan District, Bogor Regency. The method of implementing the activity consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, making and submitting proposals, coordinating teams and partners, and preparing training tools and materials. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of socialization. Socialization is carried out through counseling (material presentation) and discussion. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after the program's implementation with interview and observation methods. After that, a report was prepared for further publication. The material presented in the socialization was in the form of the Legality of BUMDes, as well as the benefits and goals of BUMDes towards increasing development and prosperity for all communities in the village. Based on the results of the implementation, the objectives of this implementation can be broadly achieved, which is shown through the improvement of the value order of society in the field of education, especially in economics.

Abstract

Halal tourism has become a significant global trend, forming a distinct market segment. Despite promotional efforts by governments and local communities, visitor numbers to halal destinations remain inconsistent. This study explores religious commitment as a moderating variable within the Theory of Trying framework, a model that effectively explains high-involvement consumer behaviors like tourism. While the Theory of Trying is less commonly applied in consumer behavior research compared to the Theory of Planned Behavior, it offers valuable insights into understanding tourist behavior. The study specifically examines whether religious commitment strengthens the intention of tourists to engage in halal tourism in Aceh. Employing a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis, the findings reveal that attitudes toward success, failure, the process, and subjective norms significantly influence consumption behavior, with attitudes toward the process showing the strongest effect, highlighting the importance of psychological factors in shaping consumer intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employee empowerment on affective commitment, moderated by employee engagement and trust in supervisors. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire as the data collection tool. The data were collected from a purposive sample of 327 employees working at UT's central and regional offices. Before distribution, validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the instrument. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results indicate that employee empowerment positively affects affective commitment, and this relationship is moderated by employee engagement and trust in supervisors. Based on these findings, UT management should prioritize developing empowerment programs that foster employee engagement and maintain trust in supervisors to enhance the affective commitment of educational staff

Abstract

Garut is one of the regions in West Java that has a lot of tourism potential. However, the number of tourists visiting Garut in 2014–2023 has not fully reached its target. This study aims to examine the effect of the perception of social media content and perception of city image on tourist attitude and their impact on electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) intentions and visit intentions. The study used a quantitative approach. The population is domestic tourists from outside Garut, who are in the provinces of West Java, Jakarta, and Banten, who in the last 3-6 months have travelled and are over 18 years old. We took the sample using the convenience sampling technique, then followed it up with snowball sampling to target 220 respondents. Data were processed using Structural Equation Modelling. This study found that perceptions of social media content and perceptions of city image affect tourist attitude. Tourists' attitude affects e-WOM intentions and visit intentions. E-WOM intentions affects visit intentions. Tourist attitude mediate the effect of perceptions of social media content and perceptions of city image on both e-WOM intentions and visit intentions. The managerial implication is that the efforts to generate tourist visit intentions are through strengthening their attitude built by perceptions of the city's image, and by encouraging their intention to actively participate in e-WOM activities related to tourism in Garut, supported by designing more attractive social media content. ABSTRAK DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA Garut merupakan salah satu daerah di Jawa Barat yang memiliki banyak potensi wisata. Namun, jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Garut dalam kurun waktu 2014-2023 belum sepenuhnya mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi atas konten media sosial dan persepsi atas citra kota terhadap sikap wisatawan serta dampaknya terhadap niat melakukan Electronic Word-of-Mouth (e-WOM) dan niat berkunjung wisatawan ke Kota Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan nusantara dari luar Garut, yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat, DKJ Jakarta, dan Banten, yang dalam 3-6 bulan terakhir pernah melakukan perjalanan wisata, dan berusia di atas 18 tahun. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yang dilanjutkan dengan snowball sampling dengan target 220 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa persepsi atas konten media sosial dan persepsi atas citra kota memengaruhi sikap wisatawan. Sikap wisatawan memengaruhi niat melakukan e-WOM dan niat berkunjung. Niat melakukan e-WOM memengaruhi niat berkunjung. Sikap wisatawan memediasi pengaruh persepsi atas konten media sosial dan persepsi atas citra kota, baik terhadap niat melakukan e-WOM maupun terhadap niat berkunjung. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini bahwa upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengelola destinasi wisata di Garut untuk membangkitkan niat berkunjung wisatawan, adalah melalui penguatan sikap yang dibangun oleh persepsi atas citra kota, serta dengan mendorong niat mereka untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan e-WOM terkait wisata di Garut, yang ditunjang dengan merancang konten media sosial yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work-life balance on personnel performance at Tanjungpinang Police Resort. The research employed a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 200 non-commissioned officers. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that leadership style, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work-life balance had positive and significant effects on personnel performance. The research model indicating that 96.4% of the variation in personnel performance could be explained by these four independent variables. Organizational commitment had the strongest influence on performance, followed by work-life balance, leadership style, and work motivation. These findings provide important implications for developing strategies to improve police personnel performance through strengthening organizational commitment and work-life balance, as well as developing effective leadership styles and appropriate motivation systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout, eustress/distress, and employee wellbeing on employee performance . The study used quantitative methods with data collection through surveys of permanent employees who worked before and during the pandemic. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling technique with a minimum number of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics with presentation in tabular form, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that burnout has a significant negative effect on employee performance, while eustress has a significant positive effect. Employee wellbeing was also shown to have a positive effect on employee performance, indicating that employees who feel emotionally and psychologically wellbeing tend to perform better. The conclusion of this study is that companies should pay attention to employees' burnout and wellbeing conditions to maximize their performance, especially in facing post-pandemic challenges in the New Normal era. These findings can be the basis for company management to develop strategies to improve wellbeing and manage stress in the work environment so that employee performance remains optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance, the effect of employee behavior on employee performance, the effect of organizational climate on employee performance, the effect of job description on employee performance, the effect of motivation on employee performance, the effect of workload on employee performance in motivation moderation, the effect of employee behavior on employee performance in motivation moderation, the effect of organizational climate on employee performance in motivation moderation and the effect of job description on employee performance in motivation moderation. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey method. The research instrument is a questionnaire for employees of PT. Bulir Emas Nusantara (BEN) in Karawang Regency. The sample in this study was 97 employees of PT. Bulir Emas Nusantara (BEN). The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) Smart PLS 3.2.7 to test the nine hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee behavior has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, job description has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance in motivation moderation, organizational climate has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance in moderation. Conclusion Motivation does not moderate workload, employee behavior, organizational climate and job description on employee performance.
