Abstract

Memiliki kinerja yang optimal merupakaan tujuan manajemen diseluruh perusahaan, tetapi kinerja yang baik dapat dicapai apabila proses kerja yang diberikan perusahaan sesuai dengan tugas, tanggung jawab, dan fungsi daripada karyawan tersebut. Pada dasarnya kinerja karyawan tidak selalu mengalami peningkatan tapi juga bisa terjadi penurunan. Kinerja karyawan yang menurun tentu sangat berpengaruh bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya untuk tetap menjaga konsistensi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui pengaruh Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada UD. Surya Pramartha Motor. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD. Surya Pramartha Motor dengan responden merupakan seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 40 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan uji instrument penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikan T dan uji F. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi perusahaan agar mengevaluasi kembali beban kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawannya agar mereka tidak merasa terbebani dan menimbulkan stres kerja, serta memperhatikan lingkungan kerja karyawannya agar mereka lebih nyaman dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) yaitu belum tercapainya target kredit pada tahun 2023 dan dapat dilihat juga target tersebut mengalami fluktuatif di setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 47 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin baik lingkungan kerja pada Perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin meningkat disiplin kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung.

Abstract

Warti Buleleng dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 66 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin efektif komunikasi yang terjalin di perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin meningkat motivasi kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng.   This research was conducted based on the gaps found in previous studies (research gap) and the different focuses of discussion on communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service with a sample of 66 respondents selected using saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were deemed suitable for use and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t-test. The results show that (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more effective the communication within the company, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the higher the employee work motivation, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more conducive the employee work environment, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk memastikan bahwa kinerja karyawannya selalu berada pada tingkat yang optimal. Upaya mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan evaluasi kinerja serta perbaikan berkelanjutan agar kualitas sumber daya manusia terus berkembang sehingga perusahaan mampu tumbuh, unggul, dan tetap bertahan dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Gianyar yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kerjasama tim juga terbukti berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. In an era of increasingly competitive business, companies are required to ensure that their employees' performance is always at an optimal level. Efforts to maintain and improve employee performance can be carried out through performance evaluation and continuous improvement so that the quality of human resources continues to develop, enabling the company to grow, excel, and remain competitive. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work discipline, and teamwork on employee performance. The research sample consisted of all 100 employees of PT. Saka Agung Abadi Gianyar Branch. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, while the data analysis technique used regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a critical component in ensuring the success and competitiveness of a company, particularly within the domain of logistics services, where promptness and effective work execution are paramount. The present study focuses on analyzing the influence of work-life balance, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Aeronusa Inti Raya in Denpasar. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method. The population of this study consists of 52 employees of PT Aeronusa Inti Raya in Denpasar. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, whereby the entire population is considered the respondents. The data is collected through the implementation of a Likert scale questionnaire, while the subsequent data analysis employs the technique of multiple linear regression. The findings of the study suggest that work-life balance exerts a beneficial influence on employee productivity. Organizational commitment has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant influence on work productivity. This suggests that employee engagement and loyalty play a substantial role in enhancing work performance. Conversely, work discipline has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This suggests that adherence to established rules and punctuality can enhance work effectiveness. Concurrently, all independent variables have a substantial impact on the productivity of PT Aeronusa Inti Raya employees in Denpasar

Abstract

Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa is a nature-based tourism service company that serves domestic and foreign tourists. The company is required to have qualified employees in order to provide optimal service. However, employee performance has not been optimal due to the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and individual characteristics that have not been fully optimized. This study used a quantitative method with saturated sampling technique, where all 36 employees were sampled. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that if leadership is good, performance will also increase, (2) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that the better the organizational climate, the higher the employee performance, (3) individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that the better the individual characteristics of an employee, the higher the employee performance shown.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). This is a quantitative study. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office), totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, where the selection in this study utilizes the entire total population. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office).

Abstract

In the era of globalization, advances in science and technology have driven the rapid development of the global economy. These conditions require organizations to be able to improve human resource performance in order to remain competitive. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate, organizational commitment, and competence on employee performance at Breeze Garment in Denpasar. The sample size for this study consisted of 30 employees selected using a saturation sampling technique. Research data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Breeze Garment in Denpasar. Furthermore, organizational commitment and competence were also found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, future researchers are advised to include additional variables that may influence employee performance and to expand the sample size, thereby yielding more comprehensive and accurate findings in the future.

Abstract

In order to create innovations that can improve the competitiveness and quality of a company, the development and improvement of employee performance must be a top priority for the company. One factor that can affect employee performance in a company is emotional intelligence. The ability to manage emotions enables employees to continue to carry out their responsibilities professionally even under pressure. Another factor that can affect employee performance is workload. The workload assigned to employees must be balanced with their competencies and abilities; otherwise, sooner or later, it will cause problems that can disrupt employee performance. Another factor that affects employee performance in a company is work stress. Employees who experience stress will generally experience a decline in performance due to mental tension. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, workload, and work stress on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Berlimpah Anugerah Sejati, located at Jl. Cargo Permai No.9X, Ubung, Kec. Denpasar Utara, Kota Denpasar. The population in this study was all 36 employees of PT Berlimpah Anugerah Sejati Denpasar. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly intense and dynamic business competition, companies are required to adapt quickly to changes in the business environment. One of the key factors determining a company’s success is the quality of employee performance. Therefore, employees are expected to continuously improve their performance so that organizational goals can be optimally achieved. Efforts companies can undertake to maintain and enhance employee performance include conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing various continuous improvement measures. These steps aim to improve the quality of human resources so that the company can survive, grow, and excel in competition. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and teamwork on employee performance. The research sample includes all 31 employees of PT. ANDS BALI, with the sampling method using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using regression techniques. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and teamwork have a positive and significant influence on improving employee performance.
