Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode berkisah melalui media visual dan pengaruhnya terhadap penguasaan nilai-nilai religius pada anak di TPA Sidomulyo Palangka Raya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis one group pre-test post-test design. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam penerapan metode berkisah melalui media visual terdapat sejumlah tahapan-tahapan, seperti membuat media pendukung, menyiapkan materi kisah, serta perlakuan (penerapan metode berkisah melalui media visual). Adapun pengaruhnya, berdasarkan rata-rata N-Gain Ternormalisasi maka dihasilkan nilai 0,34 sehingga termasuk pada kategori sedang, sementara hasil uji Paired Simple Test mendapatkan nilai 0,000. Nilai 0,000>0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh, sehingga diketahui bahwa metode berkisah melalui media visual terhadap penguasaan nilai-nilai religius di TPA Sidomulyo Palangka Raya adalah berpengaruh pada tingkat/kategori sedang.

Abstract

Through the Decree of the Minister of State for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) No. Kep-117/M-MBU/2002 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Practices in BUMN, BUMN is obliged to implement GCG principles. The GCG principles required by this decision include the principles of transparency, independence, accountability, liability and the principle of fairness. The problem formulation in this research is (1) What is the role of independent commissioners in BUMN in the context of improving good corporate governance? (2) How are the powers, functions and responsibilities of independent commissioners in BUMN regulated in the context of improving good corporate governance? (3) What is the concept of the role of independent commissioners in BUMN in the context of good company improvement? This type of research is normative juridical legal research, which is a process of discovering legal rules, legal principles and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues faced. The legal basis for state financial companies is that if Persero Negara currently in Indonesia suffers losses in its business transactions, Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning Entities is considered to be a state los. By State-Owned Enterprises, Article 1 paragraph (1) states that because the person in charge of managing the Persero is the State-Owned Enterprise, which is in the hands of the Board of Directors, it is the Board of Directors as the party hereinafter referred to as BUMN, that is the Business Entity that must be responsible. Therefore, all provisions and principles that apply to limited liability companies apply to companies as regulated in Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. Abstract

The existence of social demands and ideal images that must be maintained on their main Instagram accounts limits students' interactions. To express their more honest personal sides, many students choose to create second Instagram accounts as a space for freer and more authentic expression. This study aims to understand how PAI UIN Palangka Raya students use their second Instagram accounts as a means of self-expression and personal spirituality. Using a mixed method with a Sequential Explanatory design, data were collected through questionnaires (Google Form) and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using SPSS 27. The research findings show that the use of Instagram second accounts and the level of self-expression of PAI students are in the moderate category, with an average of 36.75 and 35.50, respectively. Regression analysis shows a positive and significant effect of the second account on self-expression (B = 0.585; p = 0.000), meaning that the more active students in using their second account, the higher their self-expression on social media. Behind this data, it turns out that Instagram is not only a means of social communication, but also a space for reflection in line with urban Sufism values to integrate modern life with spiritual practices. Students post spiritual reflections, prayers, and feelings that cannot be displayed on their main accounts. These findings have implications for educational institutions, particularly Islamic Education Study Programs, to take advantage of this phenomenon as an opportunity to encourage students to express religious and humanitarian values creatively on social media, while maintaining academic ethics and norms.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of teachers' pedagogical competence in building students' social interaction in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. The pedagogical competence examined includes seven indicators: mastery of student characteristics, mastery of learning theory, curriculum development, implementation of educational learning, student potential development, communication, as well as learning assessment and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative narrative approach with one PAI teacher and 12 grade XI students as informants. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing processes. The research results show that teachers have attempted to apply pedagogical competence in the learning process, but its implementation is still limited to lecture methods, less varied use of learning media, and communication that is not yet fully two-way. This impacts the low active participation of students and limited development of healthy social interactions in the classroom. These findings confirm the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competence through reflective training and the use of more inclusive learning strategies. This research contributes to the development of PAI learning approaches that not only focus on cognitive achievement but also encourage character building and students' social skills, which are essential in addressing educational challenges in the 21st century era.
