Abstract

Background: The coverage rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still relatively low from the achievement of the national target. Kabupaten Kediri  decreased in exclusive breastfeeding coverage from 62.4% to 56.3%. Kecamatan Ringinrejo is one of the sub-districts with the lowest proportion of exclusive breastfeeding, which is 58.6%. The most influential thing in decreasing the exclusive breastfeeding coverage rate in this region is the mother's knowledge and attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples studied were 77 people who had babies aged 6-12 months, lived with their children, and with mother’s own care in the Kecamatan Ringinrejo. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. The independent variables are knowledge and attitudes of mothers. The dependent variable is exclusive breastfeeding. Data were collected using interviews according to the questionnaire. Data analysis using fisher exact test. Results: Knowledge does not affect exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.619 and attitudes do not affect exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 0.531 Conclusion: there is no relationship between knowledge on exclusive breastfeeding and there is no relationship between attitudes towards exclusive breastfeeding in the Ringinrejo, Kediri. Support from health workers and families need to be increased so that mothers are more committed to exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Knowledge, attitude, and exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer is the main cause of women death in the world. Based on breast cancer data at POSA RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya during 2010-2013 showed that 34.051 breast cancer women patient have been visited.Methods: The aimed of this study was to analyze the correlation between perceived benefits and perceived barriers with breast cancer stadium based on Health Belief Models in Patient who visited in POSA RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya. This research was a descriptive analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 49 respondents then analyzed using Spearman Rho Test.Result: The result showed that there was a significant correlation between perceived benefits with breast cancer stadium with p=0.03, while also perceived showed correlation with breast cancer stadium with p=0.028.Conclusion: It can be concluded that perceived benefits and perceived barriers related to breast cancer stadium. A breast cancer patient should look for treatment early to prevent higher morbidity.

Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the mental health of pregnant women. Women are prone to psychological problems such as fatigue, emotional disturbances, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Anxiety of pregnant women must be prevented so as not to cause negative impacts on pregnant women and their fetuses. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the triggers for anxiety in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic based on a systematic review. Method: The method used to search in PubMed, ProQuest, Google Scholar with the publication year starting 2020-2021. The critical appraisal used is The Joanna Briggs Institute JBI. Results: 20 articles met the inclusion criteria. Research and studies were conducted in China, Iran, Canada, Turkey, Indonesia and the USA. Anxiety trigger factors are identified into 2, namely threats to physical integrity and threats to the integrity of one's own system. Threats to physical integrity consist of age, parity, physical activity, trimester of pregnancy, pregnancy complications, food availability, COVID-19 prevention efforts. Threats to the integrity of the self system consist of education, occupation, history of depression, unplanned pregnancy, family income, location of residence, presence of caregivers, health facility services, COVID-19 information, life partners, social support, counseling, telemedicine and insurance services. Discussion and conclusion: There are many factors that cause anxiety during a pandemic. There is a need for new identification to identify risk factors for anxiety in pregnant women so that more comprehensive prevention efforts can be carried out involving various health professions in the service. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menunjukkan faktor protektif atau pendukung, dan faktor resiko atau penghambat program penanganan stunting yang ditemui di kelurahan lokus stunting dengan kasus stunting terbanyak di Kota Surabaya. Penduduk kota Surabaya memiliki latar belakang sosial-budaya dan ekonomi serta lingkungan yang beragam. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion yang dilaksanakan bersama tim kelurahan yang terdiri dari Kader, PLKB, PKK, tim Rumah Dataku, guru PAUD, serta TPK di sepuluh (10) kelurahan di bulan September-Oktober 2022 menggunakan panduan pertanyaan yang disusun oleh tim peneliti. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan kategori faktor protektif dan faktor resiko. Hasil data menggambarkan keragaman situasi di masing-masing kelurahan. Hasil akan dikombinasikan dengan hasil data audit stunting sebagai rekomendasi strategi penanganan stunting kepada Dinas terkait di Surabaya.

Abstract

Introduction: Female adolescents are a group that is prone to anemia due to puberty, experiencing menstruation, and an inappropriate diet. Community service activities aim to increase the understanding of young women about anemia to be able to make prevention efforts. Methods: Community service activities are carried out through webinars with a zoom platform. Activities include lectures, and interactive discussions, interspersed with fun games. A total of 32 teenagers participated in the activity until the end. The media used during the activity was in the form of presentation slides. Evaluation is done by asking open-ended questions and the opportunity to provide feedback to the participants. Results: Teenagers enthusiastically participated in the webinar on anemia discussion. Adolescents can mention the meaning, causes, signs and symptoms, and efforts to overcome anemia. Teenagers are interested in consuming COO-BIT! which is introduced. Conclusion: The teenagers understand anemia prevention and are committed to paying attention to healthy nutritional intake after participating in the discussion terrace. Abstract

Abstract. People with HIV-AIDS (PLWHA) are powerless in undergoing ARV treatment programs for the rest of their lives. Compliance with treatment of HIV patients in Indonesia is still a major problem, as evidenced by Lost Follow Up (LFU) for treatment and ART by 21.87%. This decrease in ART adherence ultimately makes patients susceptible to opportunistic infections and has a poor quality of life. The design of this research is pre-post test with control group. The approach used in this study is a non-equivalent control group. The sample used by the purposive sampling technique at the NGO CAKAP AIDS Turen was 48 respondents. Collecting data using a medication adherence question- naire. Statistical test using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an influence of empowerment with a p-value of 0.017 <0.05 with a coefficient of 0.309. Based on these statistical results, it can be concluded that the empowerment of HIV patients can affect medication adherence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas mobile health application dalam mendukung kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Tinjauan penelitian ini mengakses empat database yaitu Pubmed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect dan Scopus dengan tinjauan menggunakan Item Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). Kelayakan artikel: populasi adalah ODHA, intervensi adalah mobile health aplication untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA, desain penelitian dipilih menggunakan Randomized Controlled Trial, dan diterbitkan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Kata kunci disesuaikan dengan Medical Subject Heading yaitu “Mobile Health Aplication" DAN "Quality of Life" DAN "PLWHA" Sebanyak 484 artikel ditemukan dari database Pubmed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect dan Scopus setelah disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. 8 artikel yang telah dianalisis menunjukkan hasil bahwa mobile health application dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Efektivitas aplikasi mobile health dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung kualitas hidup ODHA yang meliputi kesehatan fisik, psikologi, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Intervensi ini mudah diterapkan pada pasien dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang berkembang pesat saat ini, mobile health application sebagai pilihan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Mobile health application masih terfokus pada level individu, sehingga kurang efektif pada komunitas dan masih sulit untuk melacak peserta benar-benar membaca atau tidak informasi yang tersedia. Namun dari semua hasil penelitian, penggunaan aplikasi mobile health efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Intervensi ini dapat dipromosikan sebagai strategi terapeutik di masa depan.

Abstract

Introduction: "Hidayah" ginger production during the Covid pandemic era has decreased. Instagram is currently a social media that influences product sales. The purpose of this community service is to increase the production of “Hidayah” ginger through Instagram branding with feed and reel updates about Hidayah ginger production and products. Methods: This community service uses pre and post-tests with a one-group design. The variable that is measured is knowledge which is measured through pre and post-tests. This community service training activity is aimed at students of SMA AL Hidayah Dlanggu Mojokerto. The population in this study amounted to 20 people. data analysis using SPSS 20 to see the frequency distribution. Results: The results achieved in this community service are that Dlanggu High School students can do product branding through Instagram, by creating product feeds and reels and production activities that can promote products so that product sales increase. In building ginger product branding, the ability that must be acquired and developed by students using Instagram is being able to create accounts, and interesting content about the production process and ginger products to increase product sales. Conclusion: Branding ginger Hidayah products through Instagram social media can increase sales of ginger Hidayah products and introduce ginger Hidayah to the wider community by creating an Instagram account as a media branding.

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia termasuk sebagai salah satu negara darurat perkawinan anak/pernikahan dini Pernikahan dini sudah menjadi perhatian Masyarakat internasional mengingat risiko yang timbul akibat pernikahan yang dipaksakan, hubungan seksual pada usia dini, kehamilan pada usia muda, dan infeksi penyakit menular seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif Retrospective Case Study, yang melibatkan 4 informan, kriteria yang melakukan pernikahan dibawah usia 19 tahun, dengan tekhnik purposif sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui indepth interview dan observasi langsung. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif, ada 4 tahap analisis yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan langkah terakhir penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Ada Tiga tema utama yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pernikahan merupakan bentuk ketaatan anak pada orang tua, Pernikahan usia muda dapat mencegah dosa dan pernikahan dini sesuai adat yang dianut masyarakat. Pernikahan adalah perjanjian perkawinan antara laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum dan ajaran agama. Pernikahan yang dilakukan pada usia yang belum matang akan memberikan dampak negatif baik untuk kesehatan, psikologis dan sosial. Perlu kerjasama semua pihak agar budaya pernikahan dini yang berkembang di Masyarakat dapat dikurangi.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi peran pasangan usia subur dalam menggunakan kontrasepsi, perilaku kesehatan yang masih rendah dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya penggunaan kontrasepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi berbasis teori Health Belief Model. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 14 juni -19 juni 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasangan usia subur di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kebomas Gresik yang berjumlah11.397.  Terdapat 60 responden sebagai sample penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Variabel independen adalah kerentanan yang dirasakan, keseriusan yang dirasakan, manfaat yang dirasakan, rintangan yang dirasakan, efikasi diri, dan faktor pendorong. Variabel dependen adalah penggunaan kontrasepsi. Data dikumpulkan memakai kuesioner serta analisisnya memakai chi-square dengan derajat kemaknaan ?<0,05 dan uji regresi logistik. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan jika variabel kerentanan yang dirasakan (p=0,031), keseriusan yang dirasakan (p=0,012), manfaat yang dirasakan (p=0,011), rintangan yang dirasakan (p=0,006), efikasi diri (p=0,022), dan faktor yang paling dominan dalam penggunaan kontrasepsi adalah keseriusan yang dirasakan. Kerentanan yang dirasakan, keseriusan yang dirasakan, manfaat yang dirasakan, rintangan yang dirasakan, efikasi diri, dan faktor pendorong menjadi faktor pendukung penggunaan kontrasepsi. Faktor paling dominan dalam menyebabkan peningkatan penggunaan kontrasepsi adalah keseriusan yang dirasakan.
