Abstract

This study aims to explore and evaluate the assistance program for eradicating Quranic illiteracy in Bulangan Haji Village, Pegantenan, Pamekasan. The program was initiated in response to the high level of Quranic illiteracy among the village community. The methods used in this study include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Participants in this program come from various demographics, including children, teenagers, and adults. The research findings indicate that this assistance program successfully improved the participants' ability to read and write the Quran. Additionally, the program significantly enhanced religious awareness and learning enthusiasm within the community. Key factors contributing to the program's success include interactive teaching methods, community support, and the availability of adequate teaching materials. These findings highlight the importance of implementing similar programs in other areas with similar characteristics to broadly reduce Quranic illiteracy.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan bagi peserta didik agar memiliki pemahaman terhadap sesuatu dan menjadikan mereka pribadi yang kritis dalam berpikir dan bertindak. Pendidikan juga merupakan upaya penyadaran yang dilakukan secara sistematis dalam menciptakan suasana belajar mengajar agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Dengan pendidikan, seseorang dapat memiliki kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, kepribadian, kekuatan spiritual, serta keterampilan yang bermanfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat. Untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang bermutu diperlukan manajemen mutu yang terpadu sehingga mampu mengatur dengan baik penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara tertib, sistematis dan logis. Manajemen kualitas adalah sebuah fenomena. Budaya yang berkembang yang mendukung seni dan kerajinan memungkinkan pembeli untuk memilih barang dengan standar kualitas yang lebih tinggi dari barang biasa.

Abstract

The application of tourism health, such as food safety, is an important matter to pay attention to. Based on the annual report (BPOM, 2019), there are 373 cases of food poisoning in Bali, so Bali ranks fourth with the highest cases of food poisoning in Indonesia. The type of research used is observational. This research was conducted by testing samples to determine microbial contamination on pork satay as well as observing and recording food safety scores where pork satay is sold. The design used was cross-sectional because all research subjects were observed at one time. Food safety scores were tested, and TPC, MPN, and E. coli were tested so that 9 samples (56.25%) were categorized as vulnerable to safe consumption. 16 samples of pork satay met the minimum requirements for microbial contamination, ranging from 20/g to 60,000/g. 1 sample of pork satay (6.25%) with the amount of coliform contamination exceeding the standard, namely 438/gr. There were 6 samples of pork satay (37.5%) positive for E. coli. Based on the results of the Kruskal-Wallis test for total microbial contamination based on the food safety score, the results showed that there was a difference in the results of the microbial contamination test and E. coli with a food safety score. Coliform bacteria contamination based on the food safety score showed that there was no difference from the results of the MPN test with the food safety score based on the Asymp.sig value 0.05. Even so, there are still many traders who have not implemented personal hygiene, so it is necessary to carry out food safety training, monitoring, and developing food quality on a regular basis.

Abstract

Selain berfungsi sebagai pedoman atau tolak ukur pencapaian tujuan suatu pendidikan, kurikulum juga berfungsi sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar pada berbagai tingkat kelas dan jenis lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Model Konsep Subjek Kurikulum Subjek Akademik, Landasan Filosofis, Teori Belajar, Model Pembelajaran, Kedudukan Siswa Dan Guru, Serta Isi Kurikulum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis konten. Hasil peneliitian menunjukkan bahwa Model konsep subjek kurikulum subjek akademik merupakan landasan teoritis yang esensial dalam perancangan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum di lingkungan pendidikan. Model ini memainkan peran integral dalam memastikan efektivitas serta keberhasilan proses belajar-mengajar. Dengan memahami secara mendalam elemen-elemen yang terkandung dalam model ini, guru dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan lainnya dapat mengembangkan kurikulum yang memenuhi standar kualitas tinggi serta memperhitungkan beragam kebutuhan dan konteks pendidikan

Abstract

Leadership in the organization is necessary. The leadership of a person who has a leadership spirit allows the direction and goals of the organization to be oriented in accordance with the vision and mission. Leadership in the integrated pesantren variant is no exception. The spirit of leadership today in social organizations and educational institutions expects leadership that can provide feedback or a positive impact on the pattern of organizational development, especially in educational institutions. As reflected in the variant of the integrated pesantren, namely Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember. This research is to reveal how the perspective of Quranic leadership in the variant of integrated pesantren. The focus of the research uses the analytical knife of Cn Cooley's theory as well as several relevant theories. This type of research uses case studies. Data mining through observation, interviews, and documentation was then analyzed using the steps as presented by Miles and Huberman, namely condensation, display, conclusion, and verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the Qur'anic leadership perspective in the integrated pesantren variant implements the values ​​in the Qur'an and Hadith. These values ​​are categorized under the principles of Amanah, Khidmah, and Barokah.

Abstract

The presence of E-Commerce makes it easier to export and import goods without geographical boundaries, but it also gives rise to allegations of Predatory Pricing practices which are detrimental to other business actors and consumers. Predatory Pricing is a strategy of temporarily setting product prices below production costs or market prices in order to reduce competitors and gain market share. This suspicion arose because imported products were sold much cheaper than local products, as was the case at Fistyle and Biu.costore stores. However, this action needs to be proven by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). Problem Formulation 1) What are the indications of the implementation of Predatory Pricing by Fistyle and Biu.costore stores. 2) How is the legal review of Predatory Pricing practices by Fistyle stores and Biu.costore according to the Business Competition Law based on Law no. 5 of 1999. 3) What is the legal review of Predatory Pricing practices by Fistyle stores and Biu.costore according to Fiqh Muamalah. This article is empirical juridical research and the approach is statutory and conceptual. The data sources used are primary and secondary, data collection through interviews and observations and analysis using source and technical triangulation techniques. The research results show that the practice of Predatory Pricing is prohibited according to Article 20 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. This action is considered a violation if it meets the elements in Article 20. However, the Fistyle and Biu.costore stores were not proven to have violated this Article because they did not carry out Predatory Pricing. In Muamalah Fiqh, pricing in the market is expected not to exceed the prevailing market price, to maintain fairness and balance. The practices carried out by Fistyle stores include Siyasah al-Ighraq, because they cause losses to other business actors and consumers, such as selling defective goods and destroying market prices. Meanwhile, Biu.costore cannot yet be categorized as Siyasah al-Ighraq because it has just been established and there have been no complaints. Although both stores offer very low prices, not all actions considered Predatory Pricing are prohibited; Low prices can come from efficient and innovative business operations.

Abstract

Guru memiliki kedudukan dan peran sangat penting dalam meningkatkan potensi peserta didik. Sebagaimana guru-guru di SD Khairunnas Surabaya mempunyai peran penting dalam peningkatan potensi peserta didik di lembaganya. Namun, dari hasil Training Need Analysis (TNA) diperoleh data bahwa masih terdapat beberapa guru muda yang belum linier dan minim pengalaman dalam mengajar. Selain itu, semangat dalam bekerja dan motivasi berprestasi guru-guru di SD Khairunnas ini masih perlu ditingkatkan. Cara atau metode untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan konsep diri dengan moda IN-ON-IN bagi guru di SD Khairunnas. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep diri, sehingga dengan pemahaman akan konsep diri tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi guru-guru di SD Khairunnas Surabaya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman tentang konsep diri setelah diberikan materi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan seluruh nilai post peserta yang lebih tinggi dari nilai pretest. Selain itu, ada peningkatan motivasi berprestasi guru SD Khairunnas setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan 50% lebih tidak ada guru yang terlambat ketika hadir ke sekolah

Abstract

Di Era globalisasi saat ini tentunya terdapat sebuah persaingan yang sangat luar biasa dalam mendapatkan peserta didik dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anaknya ke lembaga tertentu, maka dari itu sangat penting sebuah lembaga pendidikan melakukan sebuah pemasaran dalam mempromosikan lembaga pendidikannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka, Skripsi ini membahas tentang Strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama dalam meningkatkan minat peserta didik di MAN Sampang. ada tiga fokus penelitian yang menjadi kajian pokok dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, Bagaimana perencanaan strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama dalam meningkatkan minat peserta didik di MAN sampang.. Kedua:Bagaimana implementasi strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama dalam meningkatkan minat peserta didik di MAN sampang..ketiga: bagaimana evaluasi strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama dalam meningkatkan minat peserta didik di MAN sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriftif. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.informannya adalah kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, kependidikan dan peserta didik. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan pengamtan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama dapat meningkatkan minat peserta didik dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya peserta didik dari tahun kemarin, dapat diketahui perencanaan strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama yakni menampung terlebih dahulu sebuah keinginan peserta didik dan masyarakat kemudian mengadakan rapat untuk membahas tentang strategi pemasaran sekolah, dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan semua stack holder madrasah, kemudian mengelompokkan dan memberikan tugas-tugas dan tanggung jawab terhadap masing masing stack holder. Implementasi pemasaran sekolah berasrama di MAN Sampang yaitu menggunakan bauran pemasaran product (sekolah berasrama/Ma’had), price (Harga), Place, (tempat), promotion, (media sosial , brosur, pamphlet dan sosialisasi langsung kemasyarakat dan lembaga pendidikan di kabupaten sampang), people (orang/SDM), physical evidence (sarana dan prasarana), process, (proses). Evaluasi strategi pemasaran sekolah berasrama yakni mengadakan rapat setelah melaksanakan kegiatan untuk mengetahui hasil yang telah dicapai mulai dari meningkatnya minat peserta didik dan berjalannya program sekolah berasrama.

Abstract

This present study aimed at describing the students’ perception towards Madurese traditional culinary based teaching materials of English in higher education level in Sumenep Madura. This is a survey research which is triangulated with three instruments used in collecting data namely: observation field notes, questionnaire, and interview. The result showed that the English learning material which was equipped with Madurese traditional culinary got a positive perception and higher appreciation from the students in terms of materials’ attraction, materials’ usefulness, materials’ difficulty, materials’ variety, materials’ authenticity, and proportion of the four language skills. Further, the students can happily and enthusiastically join the English language learning. They said that they could recognize the madurese culinary deeper than before. In addition, traditional culinary can be used as the identity that can promote the region to overseas. Moreover, in terms of English language teaching, the traditional culinary can be used as valuable materials which can help to promote and maintain local wisdom.

Abstract

Choux Pastry is type of pastry that has a soft texture, also can be filled with some filling inside. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the composition of wheat flour and moringa leaf flour on the organoleptic quality, iron, fiber and antioxidant capacity of choux pastry. The type of research is Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 types of treatment, there are P1 (3% moringa leaf flour: 97% wheat flour), P2 (5% moringa leaf powder: 95% wheat flour), P3 (7% moringa leaf flour % : 93% wheat flour), P4 (9% moringa leaf flour : 91% wheat flour), P5 (11% moringa leaf flour : 89% wheat flour) with 3 repetitions. Choux Pastry with different wheat flour and moringa leaf flour substitutions had a significant effect on organoleptic tests and chemical quality including color, scent, texture, taste, overall acceptability, color quality, taste quality, Fe, and antioxidant, but has no significant effect on fiber. The best treatment of Choux Pastry is with 3% moringa leaf flour substitution treatment : 97% wheat flour (P1) was most preferred in terms of taste, texture, scent, color, overall acceptability, taste quality, color quality, Fe of 0,82mg/100g, antioxidant of 0.010%, and fiber of 3.487%.
