Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi, publikasi dengan sitasi tertinggi, sebaran geografis publikasi, pola kolaborasi antarnegara, serta fokus dan kebaruan penelitian mengenai pembelajaran kolaboratif di sekolah menengah. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengolah 96 publikasi yang diperoleh dari database Scopus melalui tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, dan penilaian kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi selama 36 tahun terakhir, mencerminkan minat yang terus berkembang terhadap topik ini. Amerika Serikat teridentifikasi sebagai negara paling berpengaruh dengan kontribusi publikasi dan kolaborasi internasional yang kuat, terutama dengan Kanada dan Turki. Fokus penelitian mencakup tiga aspek utama: hubungan antara pembelajaran kolaboratif dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, peran faktor manusia seperti interaksi antar siswa, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif. Temuan ini memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran, kolaborasi lintas negara, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan menengah, sekaligus menjadi rujukan penting bagi penelitian masa depan.

Abstract

Indonesia’s Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) program aims to enhance digital workforce readiness but struggles with sustaining engagement and knowledge retention in online training. While gamification (e.g., badges, leaderboards) has shown promise in education, its effectiveness in professional training and across diverse regional contexts remains unclear. This study examines how gamification elements influence engagement and retention in DTS’s Cloud Computing course, while assessing regional variations in outcomes. A quasi-experimental design compared 1,200 participants (gamified vs. standard LMS groups) using pre/post-tests, ANOVA, and regression analyses. Data included engagement surveys, retention tests, and demographic questionnaires. Engagement levels were consistent across provinces, but retention varied significantly, with weak correlations between gamification elements and outcomes. Regional disparities suggested contextual factors (e.g., resources, culture) outweighed gamification’s direct impact. The study underscores the need for context-sensitive gamification strategies tailored to regional and cultural differences, challenging one-size-fits-all approaches. It calls for future research on longitudinal effects, qualitative insights, and narrative-driven gamification to optimize professional training.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a process of creating a product that has uniqueness or benefits by optimizing the resources used. Nowadays, the implementation of entrepreneurial values has been carried out by pesantren, which not only focuses on the social and educational pillars. On one hand, as an effort for pesantren individuals to continuously adapt to the challenges of the times related to education and entrepreneurship, optimal utilization and application of Islamic Human Resource Management (HRM) is required. Currently, pesantren face challenges such as the lack of integration between educational and entrepreneurial curricula, the suboptimal role of pesantren leadership, and the limited use of appropriate technology. This research aims to examine strategies to enhance the role of entrepreneurship education in pesantren. The study employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews with 12 pesantren leaders and direct observations at pesantren in the Sukabumi and Cianjur regions. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT Matrix, analyzed thematically to develop appropriate strategic patterns. The results indicate that with the right strategy, pesantren can become a role model in the development of Islamic economic and financial sectors as well as the implementation of Islamic HRM. This aligns with the goals of education, which are to shape individuals who are not only intelligent but also independent, productive, and possess social and spiritual sensitivity, ultimately supporting the economic independence of pesantren and contributing to society

Abstract

Modern education increasingly requires an approach that prioritizes the holistic development of individuals. Education systems focused on outcomes have often been criticized for neglecting human aspects, such as mental well-being and self-development. Humanism emerges as a response to the need to honor students' dignity, potential, and freedom in their learning. The study aims to examine the application of humanistic principles in the teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education at Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung. Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations with several teachers and students, while secondary data were gathered from the school's website content. The findings indicate that this humanistic approach enables students to: appreciate individuality and the potential of learners, develop emotional intelligence, create a positive learning environment, encourage meaningful learning, foster a critical and creative attitude and support holistic development. Keywords: Humanistic Approach; Education; Freedom to Learn; Humanizing Humans

Abstract

The curriculum is a guideline for implementing education. Indonesia has experienced 11 curriculum changes. This study uses bibliometric analysis to examine the trends and characteristics of curriculum development in Indonesia. This bibliometric analysis method is carried out by collecting articles in the Dimensions database, which are processed using VOSviewer. The number of articles collected was 431, which were then filtered into 426 articles. This bibliometric analysis uses two approaches: performance analysis (journals, publication institutions, and educational organizations) and science mapping (citations, co-citations, bibliographic merging, and keywords). The results found that the number of curriculum development publications in Indonesia from 2014 to 2024 tended to increase. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Padang, and Universitas Sebelas Maret have the highest publications on curriculum development. The keyword Development gets the highest occurrence value of 94. 2020 is the year with many keywords appearing, namely 24 keywords. This research is expected to encourage and increase innovation in curriculum development research in Indonesia

Abstract

The current generation, who are living and familiar with information technology in their daily lives, including but not limited to learning purposes, Society 5.0 can also adopt artificial intelligence (AI) technology as their learning tool. Meanwhile, they face the challenge of acquiring 21st century skills that require higher order thinking (HOTS). Their reliance on the ease of AI makes students dependent, which of course has an impact on reducing students' critical thinking skills. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of AI on students' critical thinking skills. This research uses quantitative methods with research instruments in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted on students of the faculty of economics and business, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The research results show that AI has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills by 11.2%. Then the appropriate use of AI can be a medium to improve students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital filing system at the Ganesha Mocktail café in Bandung, West Java. This is intended to improve the existing archive storage system at the Ganesha Mocktail café so that the documents that are owned are stored properly. This type of research and development uses a Research and Development (RnD) design developed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model. The research stages start from system planning, system analysis, system design/development, to system implementation. This research produces a digital archive information system application for Café Ganesha Mocktail based on Microsoft Office Access. Through this application, Café Ganesha Mocktail can store files safely and easily find the documents needed.

Abstract

Kebijakan Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) merupakan strategi kerja yang lebih fleksibel dimana karyawan dapat bekerja di luar kantor dan dapat  memberikan kemudahan serta fleksibilitas bagi karyawan dalam menentukan lokasi dan waktu kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak penerapan FWA terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan efektivitas operasional di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Internasional (TELIN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FWA dapat mengurangi waktu perjalanan, meningkatkan fokus karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan memberikan fleksibilitas alokasi waktu kerja. Selain itu, penghematan biaya operasional seperti transportasi dan makan siang turut mendorong efisiensi kerja. Dukungan teknologi mempermudah komunikasi dan koordinasi tim sehingga kinerja lebih optimal. Dengan demikian, kebijakan FWA memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih fleksibel dan berkelanjutan, serta mendorong peningkatan performansi perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

MSMEs are indispensable in the economic landscape of both developing and developed countries. Their ability to innovate, generate employment, and contribute to regional development makes them crucial for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Addressing the challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly in accessing finance, skilled manpower, and technology, is crucial to maximizing their potential. This study aims to analyze the influence of agile leadership and innovative behavior on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang. Research methodology this research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Sample in this study was 100 MSMEs in the home industry who have been running their businesses for 3 years or more. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The findings show that there is a positive influence between agile leadership and innovative behavior variables on MSMEs performance. The partial relationship between agile leadership on MSMEs performance is 9.3%. Then the partial relationship between innovative behavior on MSMEs performance is 26.9%. In addition, the results of the simultaneous relationship between agile leadership and innovative behavior are 70.9%, while the other 29.1% is influenced by other variables not studied. The study concluded that innovative behavior has a more dominant influence than agile leadership. The results of this study underscore the importance of fostering agile leadership and innovative behavior to improve the performance of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.
