This research is motivated by educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation, namely the low quality of educational education at every level and educational unit. An education unit can be said to be of quality if it can deliver students in developing abilities and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life in accordance with the objectives of national education as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system (Sisdiknas) article 3. Strategic management is an important thing to do to improve the quality of education by analyzing internal and external factors through SWOT analysis. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the Implementation of Strategic Management in Improving the Quality of Education. This research uses a qualitative approach with Descriptive Analytical method at SMK YP79 Majalaya, Bandung Regency. Strategic Implementation at SMK YP79 Majalaya implements Edward Deming's management function, namely the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check. Act). The results of the study are: 1) SMK YP79 Majalaya applies strategic management according to the National Education Standard (SNP) in accordance with the characteristics of effective and quality-oriented schools, 2) In designing strategic education at SMK YP79 Majalaya is carried out by identifying the internal and external environment of the school using the SWOT analysis method, 3) SMK YP79 Majalaya involves all stakeholders both the role of the principal, teachers, and committees.

Data shows that efforts to fulfill educational rights for people with disabilities are still not optimal. This can be seen from statistical data published by the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture in June 2022, the number of people with disabilities among children aged 5-19 years reached around 3.3%. According to data from the Bandung City Social Service, it shows that in Bandung City there are more than 8,600 people with disabilities. If we refer to the Ministry of Education and Culture's data that only 12.26% of people with disabilities have received education, then only around 1,032 people with disabilities have received their right to education. The aim of this research is to determine the fulfillment of educational needs for people with disabilities in Bandung City and to determine the implementation of the policy for fulfilling education for people with disabilities in education units. The method applied in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The research location is at the Bandung City Education Office, Jl. A. Yani No. 239, Merdeka, Kec. Sumur Bandung, Bandung City, West Java 40113 and Al-Biruni Science Elementary School, Komp. Bumi Panyileukan Jl. Raya Panyileukan No.11, Cipadung Kidul, Kec. Panyileukan, Bandung City, West Java 40614. The conclusions of this research are (1) the Education Office has issued a policy regarding meeting the educational needs of people with disabilities in Bandung City and (2) the education unit has implemented this policy by accommodating the acceptance of students with special needs (PDBK).

People in the suburbs have the same opportunities as city people. The emergence of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) as a non-formal education institution that is proactive in responding to community learning needs. By empowering community potential, PKBM is expected to become an instrument that encourages educational progress. The aim of this research is to find out all the learning processes at PKBM Hidayah which include: Planning, Organizing, Implementing, Evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts to improve. The research method uses qualitative descriptive research because the author wants to thoroughly understand the role of PKBM in improving the quality of education in the suburbs. The results of this research are described as follows: 1. Planning can be seen from the major programs taken, namely reducing illiteracy and providing skills to students. 2. Organizing, seen from the division of tasks starting from the head of the foundation who appoints the person in charge of each program, followed by appointing assistant teachers in each program by synchronizing each activity to suit the needs of the community. 3. Implementation, as evidenced by the number of Package C graduates who got jobs in the Bojongsoang sub-district government, 4. Evaluation has been ongoing, as seen by the increase in the Bojongsoang sub-district community graduate index. 5. Supporting and inhibiting factors, obstacles related to expert professional teaching staff are still few, 6. Efforts are focused on two things, namely eradicating illiteracy and providing skills.

Humas' strategic communication management plays a crucial role in enhancing the positive image of the Bandung Employment Service. First of all, there is a need for a deep understanding of the external and internal environments that can affect the image of the service. This research is to describe and analyse about Strategic Management of Human Communication in Improving the Positive Image of Employment Services, covering formulation, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach in which this research aims to analyze issues of strategic management of communication in enhancing a positive image. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods. The location that will be the object of this research is the Government Intension located in Bandung City. The location of this research is located at the Bengal City Employment Service, located at R.A. A. Marta State No.4, Turangga, Lengkong District, Bandung City, West Java 40264. Integrating well-planned communication, this strategy is able to create message alignment across communication channels, forming a more positive public perception of the role and contribution of the Labour Service. The strategic role of communication proved to be a major driver, linking communication activities with the long-term vision of the institution and building a strong reputation. Responsiveness to the needs of the community, supported by the use of modern communication technologies, provides the ability to engage more effectively and respond quickly to emerging issues.

The background of this research is based on the need to understand the influence and implications of utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning processes of 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Banjaran. The implementation of technology in the educational context has become an integral part of enhancing learning quality and influencing students' motivation to learn. A qualitative method was employed. Data were gathered in the field through in-depth, structured interviews, and from literature sources. Findings from the literature review and field study are presented as research outcomes. The presented data are then abstracted with the objective of showcasing facts. In the subsequent stage, this data is interpreted to produce information or knowledge. The study concludes that the use of ICT at SMAN 1 Banjaran, especially by 10th-grade students, has a significant impact on the learning context. Although the majority of students actively use the internet for learning, challenges such as unstable connections and inadequate devices remain barriers. The majority of students show good learning motivation, but there is a small group that is less motivated, emphasizing the importance of a more inclusive learning approach. Nonetheless, the use of technology contributes positively to student engagement. Despite challenges such as access difficulties and technological limitations, more effective utilization of ICT is expected to enhance the overall learning motivation of students at SMAN 1 Banjaran

The National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya determines the quality of education in designing strategies and policies, especially in data-based planning. This research is to find out whether there is implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) in Improving the Quality of Education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya, and to illustrate how much the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Education Data has increased in improving the Quality of Education, the research method used by the author is a qualitative approach research method, the research findings are Planning (planning function) technical planning starts from data collection on Basic Education Data (Dapodik) where the technical provisions stipulate that educational report cards and basic educational data are taken from the results of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data, Organizing (organizing) forms a team implementing activities by arranging committees according to their main tasks, Implementing (Actuating) this National Assessment is actually the teacher preparing the equipment in the form of modules including physical teaching materials as student reading material in facing the National Assessment, Supervision (Controlling), carried out by KCD Region VIII and the West Java Provincial Education Office with the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik), it can be concluded that the unit portrait Education can be described comprehensively according to actual conditions.

Assessment is an access used to determine the abilities, difficulties and needs of a child which is then used as a reference to develop an appropriate learning program. A teacher, especially a teacher who handles children with special needs, is required to be able to compile assessment instruments that are suitable for the children he handles. The purpose of this study was to develop a non-locomotor basic motion assessment instrument for class III moderate mental retardation child at SDLB SLB Negeri Luragung. Non-locomotor basic movements are used in learning activities usually in warming up or cooling down during sports that contain motion patterns such as bending, twisting, swinging and bending. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, FGDs, and validation. The results of observations made by research to three grade III moderate mental retardation child show that children experience obstacles in gross motor non-locomotor basic movements such as in sports lessons during warm-ups the child looks stiff and less able to maintain body balance so as not to fall, while in daily activities maintaining body balance while doing activities in place is very necessary. Therefore, researchers are interested in compiling a non-locomotor basic motion assessment instrument for grade III moderate disability children to find out more about what the child's difficulties are in basic non-locomotor movements, then the results of the assessment instruments that have been prepared are validated to determine readability and applicability.

The study focuses on understanding the challenges, capabilities, and requirements of students with mild intellectual disabilities in marketing skills related to vegetable gardening. It aims to create a suitable learning assessment tool for these students. The researcher observed that teachers lacked a specific assessment instrument for evaluating the marketing of garden products. Consequently, a teacher improvised a self-made assessment. The research methodology employed a descriptive approach within a qualitative framework. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, documentation analysis, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and validation. Validation involved multiple stakeholders: a class teacher, a vice head of curriculum, a vocational teacher, and two students with mild intellectual disabilities. The assessment instrument, tailored for mild intellectual disability students, focused on three main aspects: self-development, language and mathematics abilities, and marketing theories. Two validators validated this instrument. The study anticipates several implications: students may enhance their skills and insights, teachers can improve teaching quality, school principals can better address learning needs, and parents gain insights into their children's interests and talents. The research addresses the dearth of appropriate assessment tools for marketing gardening products to students with mild intellectual disability. Its findings are poised to benefit various stakeholders, including students, teachers, school administrators, and parents, by fostering skill development, enhancing teaching quality, and facilitating a better understanding of students' needs and abilities.

Abstrak Anak tunagrahita merupakan salah satu peserta didik yang mengalami hambatan dalam intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan masih ada peserta didik yang belum mampu membaca permulaan padahal usianya sudah 15-16 tahun, sedangkan guru masih menggunakan media cetak abjad menjadikan anak kurang berminat pada pembelajaran membaca, maka dari itu peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru mengembangkan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media papan kata untuk mempermudah anak mengenal huruf dan kata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran membaca permulaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan FGD. Hasilnya dianalisis secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Kemampuan salah satu anak sangat kurang, hal itu di tunjukan dengan belum mengenalnya huruf abjad konsonan dengan baik; 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi kemudian asesmen dan menyusun program pembelajaran. Pada proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan di awali dengan mengabsen proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Pada kegiatan akhir guru menyimpulkan pembelajaran dan mengevaluasi. Jika anak belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran maka akan di lakukan tindak lanjut pengulangan; 3). Media saat ini berupa media cetak abjad; 4). Bentuk media yang dikembangkan berupa papan kata. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media penunjang pembelajaran belum memadai mengingat pentingnya pengaruh media dalam proses pembelajaran yang efektif, kreatif dan menarik bagi peserta didik demi meningkatkan pemahaman yang lebih cepat diterima oleh peserta didik maka perlunya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajarannya dengan senantiasa memperhatikan media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Penelitian ini menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan supervisi akademik berbasis layanan prima di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Supervisi akademik, dengan pendekatan layanan prima, menekankan fleksibilitas, dukungan personal, dan komunikasi dua arah sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional guru. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket atau kuesioner dengan subjek kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola terkait implementasi supervisi berbasis layanan prima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan program yang disusun di awal tahun ajaran dan dijabarkan ke dalam rencana semester. Pengorganisasian supervisi melibatkan pembagian tugas yang jelas dan koordinasi yang baik antar bagian sekolah, sehingga supervisi berjalan secara teratur. Pelaksanaan supervisi bersifat fleksibel, di mana supervisi dapat dilakukan di luar jadwal jika terdapat kebutuhan mendesak. Pengawasan supervisi juga dilakukan secara responsif, dengan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pengawas utama yang memastikan proses supervisi berjalan sesuai rencana. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pelaksanaan supervisi adalah kepemimpinan yang visioner dan komunikasi yang terbuka, sedangkan hambatan yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas.
