Abstract

Assessment is an access used to determine the abilities, difficulties and needs of a child which is then used as a reference to develop an appropriate learning program. A teacher, especially a teacher who handles children with special needs, is required to be able to compile assessment instruments that are suitable for the children he handles. The purpose of this study was to develop a non-locomotor basic motion assessment instrument for class III moderate mental retardation child at SDLB SLB Negeri Luragung. Non-locomotor basic movements are used in learning activities usually in warming up or cooling down during sports that contain motion patterns such as bending, twisting, swinging and bending. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, FGDs, and validation. The results of observations made by research to three grade III moderate mental retardation child show that children experience obstacles in gross motor non-locomotor basic movements such as in sports lessons during warm-ups the child looks stiff and less able to maintain body balance so as not to fall, while in daily activities maintaining body balance while doing activities in place is very necessary. Therefore, researchers are interested in compiling a non-locomotor basic motion assessment instrument for grade III moderate disability children to find out more about what the child's difficulties are in basic non-locomotor movements, then the results of the assessment instruments that have been prepared are validated to determine readability and applicability.

Abstract

The study focuses on understanding the challenges, capabilities, and requirements of students with mild intellectual disabilities in marketing skills related to vegetable gardening. It aims to create a suitable learning assessment tool for these students. The researcher observed that teachers lacked a specific assessment instrument for evaluating the marketing of garden products. Consequently, a teacher improvised a self-made assessment. The research methodology employed a descriptive approach within a qualitative framework. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, documentation analysis, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and validation. Validation involved multiple stakeholders: a class teacher, a vice head of curriculum, a vocational teacher, and two students with mild intellectual disabilities. The assessment instrument, tailored for mild intellectual disability students, focused on three main aspects: self-development, language and mathematics abilities, and marketing theories. Two validators validated this instrument. The study anticipates several implications: students may enhance their skills and insights, teachers can improve teaching quality, school principals can better address learning needs, and parents gain insights into their children's interests and talents. The research addresses the dearth of appropriate assessment tools for marketing gardening products to students with mild intellectual disability. Its findings are poised to benefit various stakeholders, including students, teachers, school administrators, and parents, by fostering skill development, enhancing teaching quality, and facilitating a better understanding of students' needs and abilities.

Abstract

Abstrak Anak tunagrahita merupakan salah satu peserta didik yang mengalami hambatan dalam intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan masih ada peserta didik yang belum mampu membaca permulaan padahal usianya sudah 15-16 tahun, sedangkan guru masih menggunakan media cetak abjad menjadikan anak kurang berminat pada pembelajaran membaca, maka dari itu peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru mengembangkan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media papan kata untuk mempermudah anak mengenal huruf dan kata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran membaca permulaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan FGD. Hasilnya dianalisis secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Kemampuan salah satu anak sangat kurang, hal itu di tunjukan dengan belum mengenalnya huruf abjad konsonan dengan baik; 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi kemudian asesmen dan menyusun program pembelajaran. Pada proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan di awali dengan mengabsen proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Pada kegiatan akhir guru menyimpulkan pembelajaran dan mengevaluasi. Jika anak belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran maka akan di lakukan tindak lanjut pengulangan; 3). Media saat ini berupa media cetak abjad; 4). Bentuk media yang dikembangkan berupa papan kata. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media penunjang pembelajaran belum memadai mengingat pentingnya pengaruh media dalam proses pembelajaran yang efektif, kreatif dan menarik bagi peserta didik demi meningkatkan pemahaman yang lebih cepat diterima oleh peserta didik maka perlunya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajarannya dengan senantiasa memperhatikan media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan supervisi akademik berbasis layanan prima di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Supervisi akademik, dengan pendekatan layanan prima, menekankan fleksibilitas, dukungan personal, dan komunikasi dua arah sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional guru. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket atau kuesioner dengan subjek kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola terkait implementasi supervisi berbasis layanan prima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik di SDIT Santiniketan Baleendah dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan program yang disusun di awal tahun ajaran dan dijabarkan ke dalam rencana semester. Pengorganisasian supervisi melibatkan pembagian tugas yang jelas dan koordinasi yang baik antar bagian sekolah, sehingga supervisi berjalan secara teratur. Pelaksanaan supervisi bersifat fleksibel, di mana supervisi dapat dilakukan di luar jadwal jika terdapat kebutuhan mendesak. Pengawasan supervisi juga dilakukan secara responsif, dengan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pengawas utama yang memastikan proses supervisi berjalan sesuai rencana. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pelaksanaan supervisi adalah kepemimpinan yang visioner dan komunikasi yang terbuka, sedangkan hambatan yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas.

Abstract

Online learning has been running in Indonesian universities due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Online learning has become a challenge to both parties, lecturers, and students with special needs. The use of several online platforms for learning has not provided accessibility for students who are blind and deaf. To pursue friendly learning in inclusive classrooms for blind and deaf students, then we need a facility that supports learning for blind and deaf students. The purpose of the study is to develop a learning model that can be used for online learning using an interactive website. The interactive Web-Based Learning Model is an innovative learning model which is designed for special needs students to access online learning more effectively. The procedure used in this interactive web-based learning model is that every blind and deaf student can access learning through various devices connected to their cell phone or laptop to make the learning process two-way and effective. The research was conducted using the research & development method which consists of the stages of producing a model product and then validating and testing the model. The result of this study is an online learning model using a website that can present learning material from lecturers in the form of pages that all the menus can be read directly by blind students through a screen reader on their devices (user friendly) and they can send assignments via voice note options. The website is equipped with videos accompanied by subtitles so that it has accessibility to deaf students. This model consists of the following stages: 1) Planning which includes needs analysis and content analysis, 2) The learning process through an interactive website containing structured learning material, interactive learning through video and discussion features, 3) Evaluation includes test and non-test in the form of process and result in analysis.

Abstract

Belum maksimalnya pembangunan layanan pendidikan salah satunya adalah belum meratanya Kartu Indonesia Pintar yang tepat sasaran secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan memperoleh gambaran tentang kebijakan terkait dengan program Kartu Indonesia Pintar dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pendidikan di SMP Negeri Kota Bandung yang dikaji berdasarkan sudut pandang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan  faktor penghambat, serta solusi perbaikan kedepan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kebijakan Kartu Indonesia Pintar dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pendidikan di SMP Negeri Kota Bandung telah dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, namun belum maksimal melakukan pemerataan pendidikan dengan memberikan bantuan kepada siswa yang kurang mampu sesuai tujuan diharapkan ditinjau dari masih terdapatnya siswa yang putus sekolah karena kekurangan biaya, sering terlambatnya pencairan dana, dan kurangnya kerjasama sekolah dan pemerintah melakukan pengelolaan dan pengendalian Kartu Indonesia Pintar

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) policy in junior high schools in Bandung City to understand its effectiveness in promoting educational equality. The purpose of the study was to identify supporting and inhibiting factors for this policy, and to offer solutions for improvement. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the KIP distribution mechanism has been running, but socialization and targeting accuracy are still less than optimal. Some students in need do not receive benefits, while students from well-off families do. Supporting factors include ease of access to information, while inhibiting factors include administrative constraints and data synchronization. Recommendations include giving schools more authority in making decisions related to KIP, intensifying supervision, and awareness from the community who are already well-off to stop assistance.

Abstract

Pendidikan hukum memainkan peran penting dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam menghadapi permasalahan hukum yang semakin kompleks. Salah satu mata kuliah kunci dalam pendidikan hukum adalah Hukum Acara Perdata, yang memberikan keterampilan praktis kepada mahasiswa. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia pendidikan menuntut pergeseran metode pembelajaran dari luring ke daring, menimbulkan tantangan dalam mengajarkan materi yang memerlukan simulasi praktis, seperti dalam hukum acara perdata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan strategik capaian perkuliahan mata kuliah hukum acara perdata melalui pendekatan hybrid atau blended learning oleh dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Nusantara, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam implementasi pendekatan hybrid (blended learning) pada perkuliahan mata kuliah Hukum Acara Perdata di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Nusantara. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid (blended learning) dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas pembelajaran, namun menghadapi tantangan terkait akses teknologi dan kesiapan dosen. Meskipun teknologi memiliki potensi besar, penguatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan dosen sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin keberhasilan implementasi pendekatan ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan hukum di Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan teori dan praktik melalui teknologi.

Abstract

his study analyzes the management of teaching factory programs in the hospitality sector to improve the quality of vocational high school graduates, which has not been optimal across planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Using George R. Terry’s management theory and a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal: (1) Planning has been well-executed, focusing on goal setting, competency strategies, teaching module preparation, and facility analysis; (2) Organizing involves systematic determination of personnel, infrastructure, and student roles, aligned with industrial needs and school regulations; (3) Implementation follows established standard operating procedures to ensure competency-based training; and (4) Supervision includes ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure alignment with plans and promote continuous improvement. Overall, teaching factory management has contributed to graduate competency development aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) and industry demands. Key supporting factors include professional human resources, adequate facilities, student involvement, and support from the government and industry sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi layanan bimbingan sosial dalam meningkatkan keterampilan interaksi sosial anak usia dini di TK Wanaba Plus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas tiga guru perempuan berusia 25–40 tahun, dua konselor sekolah, lima orang tua (tiga ibu dan dua ayah), serta sepuluh anak berusia 4–6 tahun dari keluarga dengan latar belakang sosial ekonomi menengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif selama enam minggu (Januari–Februari 2025), serta dokumentasi program bimbingan sosial dan catatan perkembangan anak. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola peningkatan interaksi sosial anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan sosial yang diimplementasikan melalui terapi bermain kelompok, konseling individual, dan kolaborasi aktif dengan orang tua berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak. Peningkatan terlihat pada aspek komunikasi (partisipasi meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85%), empati, regulasi emosi, dan kerja sama. Pelaksanaan layanan yang konsisten dua kali dalam seminggu dan dukungan positif dari keluarga menjadi faktor penting dalam perkembangan interaksi sosial anak. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan berupa keterbatasan jumlah guru (rasio guru dan anak 1:15) serta keterlibatan orang tua yang belum optimal dalam mendampingi latihan keterampilan sosial di rumah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi layanan bimbingan sosial dalam kegiatan harian dan penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan sosial anak usia dini.
