Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) to determine the process of developing E-Handout teaching materials for Indonesian subjects, (2) to determine the level of effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials in the learning process, (3) to determine the validity and reliability of the effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials Handout, (4) knowing the level of students' motivation in learning. This research is Development Research (R&D). After the teaching materials were prepared by the researcher, several steps were carried out, including: Testing the validity of the material, the validity of the language, and the validity of the design. Based on the research findings, product trials involving subject matter experts yielded an average score of 91% with Very Eligible criteria, while trials involving linguists produced an average score of 98.8% with Very Eligible criteria. Product trials involving design expert validators also resulted in an average score of 98.8% with Very Eligible criteria. Then the results of testing the effectiveness of the E-Handout teaching materials to students were 32 students with a percentage of 96.01% with the criteria, and based on the test results using the SPSS 17.0 For Windows application, all statement items are valid, which means r count > r-table with probability Bartlents test sig 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) and questionnaire reliability test on the effectiveness of E-Handout teaching materials with SPSS 17.0 For Windows in the Reliability Statistics column with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.763 (0.763> 0.6), thus it can be concluded that Material Development Teaching Indonesian E-Handout to Increase Student Learning Motivation in Schools is very practical and feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the role of teacher interaction in increasing student motivation; (2) identify the teacher's challenges in increasing student motivation; and (3) providing new knowledge and perspectives to educators about the teacher's role in increasing student learning motivation. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this study to collect data through observation, interviews, and record keeping. The theoretical basis that is used as a research guide is in accordance with the reality in the regions included in the results and discussion. Grade VIII students and one of the teacher were used as research participants for learning at SMP Negeri 1 Moro'o. The problem of this research is motivation increases student learning through the role of the teacher. The research findings show that teachers have succeeded in improving their roles as mentors, instructors, and class leaders as well as motivating students to learn.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of innovation in the learning process so that students can receive the material well. Technological developments in this modern era are increasingly rapid. As time goes by, the technology produced also becomes more sophisticated. In this research, researchers used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research can have implications for class VIII middle school students regarding the influence or impact of current use of social media. In this era of modernization, developments at the level of slang language are very rapid and even now this slang language is used as fun and enjoyable material. By using social media, you can see and pay attention to student learning outcomes. Because in the daily life of junior high school students you can see the way they learn with the help of using social media. Students can be observed from studying in class, sometimes using slang to tell stories to their friends, one of which is "Lighting My Brother and Anjay". Slang is a group of words or phrases that have a specific, special, unconventional meaning, or even contradict the general use by individuals in a particular subculture
