This study aims to analyze the impact of excellent administrative services on student satisfaction at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, the study found that excellent administrative services contributed 74.1% to student satisfaction, as indicated by a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.741. The correlation test revealed a very strong and significant relationship between excellent administrative services and student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.861 and a significance level of 0.000 (Sig. 2-tailed). These findings underscore the critical role of excellent services in improving student satisfaction, which also serves as an indicator of educational quality. Therefore, it is recommended that schools conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of their services to ensure sustained student satisfaction and continuous improvement in service quality.┬á┬á

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to various aspects of society, including the management of education. In light of this, this study aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of School-Based Management (SBM) during the Covid-19 pandemic at an Integrated Islamic Vocational School. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, employing field research methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants for this study were selected using Purposive Sampling, including key informants and supporting informants. The study's findings reveal that the Integrated Islamic Vocational School has successfully implemented school policies while prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness during the Covid-19 pandemic. The school has fostered effective teamwork to address challenges and navigate government policies, ensuring the continuity of the educational process and its acceptance by students. The implementation of SBM during this challenging period has demonstrated its efficacy in managing the school and optimizing available resources.┬á

Effective communication is widely recognized as a core driver of educational leadership, yet its direct impact on staff performance remains underexplored in vocational school settings. This study seeks to provide compelling empirical evidence on how principal communication effectiveness contributes to measurable improvements in educational staff performance at a Pharmacy Vocational High School in Indonesia. Using a quantitative design, simple linear regression was applied to data collected from all 73 educational staff through a total sampling approach. The analysis examined the predictive power of principal communication effectiveness on staff performance outcomes. The results reveal a strong, statistically significant effect, with principal communication accounting for 71.4% of the variance in staff performance (R² = 0.714). A robust positive correlation was also observed (r = 0.845, p = 0.005), indicating that staff performance tends to increase substantially when leadership communication improves. The findings underscore the strategic importance of communication-centered leadership in strengthening school performance. By showing that a single leadership variable decisively contributes to staff effectiveness, this study highlights the need for educational institutions—especially vocational schools—to invest in sustained capacity-building in communication for school leaders. Future research is encouraged to explore complementary leadership factors that can further optimize performance outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial management at the Tahfizul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Sungai Pinang. The methods used are direct observation and literature study. Observations are conducted to understand real financial management practices, while literature studies are used to support theoretical analysis. The stages of data collection are carried out through field visits, interviews with Islamic boarding school administrators, and documentation of financial reports and applicable internal regulations. The data collected are then analyzed qualitatively with a descriptive approach, namely comparing financial management theory with existing practices in Islamic boarding schools. The analysis focuses on the planning system, funding sources, budget allocation, accounting, reporting, supervision, and risk management. The results of the study indicate that financial management at the Tahfizul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Sungai Pinang has been managed systematically through three main functions, namely fundraising, fund allocation, and asset management, with various diversified funding sources, including SPP, BOS funds, ZIS, alumni donations, and independent business results. The financial management system implemented includes planning, accounting, reporting, supervision, and risk management in a transparent, accountable manner, and in accordance with sharia principles, thus supporting operational continuity, improving the quality of education, and the social responsibility of the Islamic boarding school towards underprivileged students.

Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Kompetensi (ANBK) is a change from the Ujian Nasional Berbasis Kompetensi (UNBK) which is an assessment program carried out on the quality of schools or educational units. The purpose of this training is to provide training related to understanding and knowledge while at the same time compiling national exam questions for mathematics teachers at SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah in Klaten regarding the preparation of UNBK questions containing HOTS. The method used in this training is an interactive method between the facilitator and the teacher so that the teacher can understand and ask questions directly about the preparation of the UN questions. The training provided is able to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in preparing exam questions directly by implementing HOTS questions.

Analisis mekanisme pelaksanaan dan konsistensi kurikulum di MA Al Kifayah mengungkapkan tantangan dan strategi dalam mengintegrasikan Kurikulum Merdeka, Kurikulum 2013, dan kurikulum Kementerian Agama. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sekolah menjaga keseimbangan antara nilai-nilai tradisional pondok pesantren dan inovasi pendidikan modern. Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan pihak kurikulum, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses perencanaan, pengembangan, dan implementasi kurikulum. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat dua kurikulum yang diterapkan, sekolah berupaya memastikan bahwa pendidikan yang diberikan tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan perkembangan zaman, serta tetap mempertahankan kekayaan tradisi keagamaan yang menjadi ciri khas institusi tersebut.

Previous ethnomathematics studies on Indonesian batik have largely concentrated on widely recognized motifs, resulting in limited scholarly attention to several classical motifs that possess distinctive visual and philosophical characteristics. Batik Slobog Solo is one such motif that remains underexplored from a mathematical perspective. This study aims to investigate and describe the mathematical concepts embedded within the Batik Slobog Solo motif as a foundation for developing culturally contextualized mathematics learning. The research adopts a qualitative design employing an ethnographic approach, with data collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation at the Danar Hadi Batik Museum in Surakarta. The exploration process follows four guiding questions: “Where do I start looking?”, “How do I find it?”, “How do I know that I have found something significant?”, and “How to understand it?”. The findings indicate that Batik Slobog Solo embodies various mathematical concepts, including plane geometry and transformational geometry, arithmetic patterns represented through square numbers and arithmetic sequences, as well as discrete mathematics concepts involving tiling and graph theory. These concepts are reflected in the repetition, regularity, spatial relationships, and systematic arrangement of motif elements. The results demonstrate that Batik Slobog Solo has substantial potential as a culturally grounded instructional resource that supports meaningful mathematics learning. This study contributes to ethnomathematics literature by expanding the scope of mathematical analysis on less-explored batik motifs and emphasizes the importance of integrating local cultural heritage into mathematics education to enhance conceptual understanding while promoting cultural preservation.

This research examines the strategy of madrasah heads in managing educational staff conflicts at the Nurul Hidayah Sungai Salak Private Aaliyah Madrasah, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The aim is to describe conflict management strategies to increase work productivity and identify the obstacles faced. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, through descriptive observation and interviews. The research results show that the madrasa head's strategy is influenced by the human relations paradigm, using avoidance, accommodation and compromise strategies, but the impact of conflict is not always positive because there is no effort to maintain optimal conflict levels. Obstacles include a lack of openness, silent conflicts, egoism, prestige, and feeling right. The recommended solution is to increase conceptual knowledge, develop competencies, and attend training.
