Abstract

The vocational Forecasting process is an important thing for the Forecasting process to determine new students to obtain data and information on the number of prospective new students who will register. Darussalam Islamic Vocational School does not yet have a Forecasting application so predicting the number of students is still conventional which causes school to be unable to plan for future needs. Therefore the Forecasting applications are needed. The purpose of this study is to produce an application to make it easier for schools to predict the number of new students in the future. This research method uses the Single Exponential Smoothing method, while the development method uses the Waterfall. method. In this study, Testing. will be carried out using a Black-Box involving users, namely the principal and of school study program. The test consists of 4 aspects of Testing, namely the login process, the import process, the process of adding data, the process of Forecasting the number of new students. With the Forecasting application. the number of new students that have been MAD can predict the number of students who will register in the following year based on previous data.

Abstract

This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period with the aim of knowing the effect of liquidity and capital structure on profitability. The research population carried out by researchers is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method, and a sample of 32 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data. Secondary data is data in the form of annual reports obtained from the IDX Website, namely www.idx.co.id during the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, with the classical assumption tests used are data normality tests, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Descriptive statistics are used to see the profile of the research and provide an overview of the object to be studied through sample data and make generally accepted conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the t test (partial test) of liquidity has an effect on profitability. While the capital structure has no effect on profitability. The f test (simultaneous test) can be concluded that the variables of liquidity and capital structure simultaneously affect profitability.

Abstract

The post-COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various sectors, one of which is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), also causing a decline in the national economy. This research aims to empirically determine and test the influence of Business Turnover, Business Duration, Information Technology Utilization, and Accounting Comprehension on the Perception of MSME Entrepreneurs in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sample of this study consists of 37 MSMEs in the small and medium industry sector in Tembilahan City District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that Business Turnover does not affect the Perception of MSME Entrepreneurs, while Business Duration, Information Technology Utilization, and Accounting Comprehension do affect the Perception of MSME Entrepreneurs about financial reports based on SAK ETAP in Indragiri Hilir Regency

Abstract

The objective of the research conducted is to assess the financial performance of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk based on the analysis of cash flow ratios for the years 2021-2023. The tools used for analysis are the cash flow ratios, which consist of the operating cash flow ratio, the cash coverage ratio against interest, the capital expenditure ratio, the operating cash flow ratio against total debt, and the cash coverage ratio against net income.. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the operating cash flow ratio and the operating cash flow ratio against total debt have performed poorly in meeting the company's obligations during the years 2021-2023. The cash coverage ratio against interest and the capital expenditure cash flow ratio show good results during the years 2021-2023, indicating that the company has sufficient cash flow to cover interest expenses and taxes and to repay the principal debt. Meanwhile, the cash coverage ratio against net income shows good results in 2021-2022, where net income is supported by a larger operating cash flow, indicating good earnings quality; however, in 2023, it shows a poorer result

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a determinant of long-term success and survival in the health care industry and has attracted the attention of service providers in today's competitive conditions. Patient satisfaction refers to the extent to which a patient's expectations, goals, and preferences are met by a healthcare provider. This research aims to analyze the influence of customer perceived value on general patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. The type of research carried out was quantitative research using an observational study with a cross sectional study design, with a sample of 400 inpatients at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. The results of the research show that patient satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital is 47.5% with the most influential dimension on patient satisfaction from the customer perceived value variable, namely emotional value with a sig value of 0.001. The conclusion is that customer perceived value is 0.001<0.05 with a value of 43.6% which has a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

Jatropha or Jatropha curcas L. is a plant of the Euphorbiaceae family with medicinal and non-medical uses, including oral contraceptives. The part of Jatropha that is often used is the seed. However, Jatropha seed also contains saponins, phorbol esters, currants, tannins which can cause organ poisoning. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Jatropha seed extract on liver histopathology and SGPT levels in Rattus Norvegicus rats, using a completely randomized design method. Experimental animals were divided into four groups, and each group consisted of five female rats. The groups were the control group without treatment and those treated with Jatropha seed extract orally at doses of 10, 50, and 100 mg/kg BW. The induction process was carried out every day for 14 days, on the 15th day, a necropsy was performed. Livers were taken for histological analysis, and blood samples were taken to measure SGPT levels. Results showed that the administration of Jatropha seed extract could increase SGPT levels. The administration of Jatropha seed extract at a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight induced the most severe damage of hepatocytes among the treatment groups.

Abstract

With the mining company C PT. Sirtukarya Utama has an impact on the welfare of the people of Buluri Village. Based on this, the researcher is interested in raising this issue in the form of a thesis with the title "The Impact of the Existence of Quarrying Company C PT. Main Situkarya in Improving Community Welfare in Buluri Sub-district”. The research method used is using a qualitative descriptive approach, through primary data sources and secondary data, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that: The impact of the mining company C PT. Main Sirtukarya to the Buluri Village community, namely: 1). Income, creating jobs. 2). Housing, people can build permanent houses. 3). Education, people can send their children to a higher level. 4). Health, people can meet the protein intake needed by the body. Meanwhile, the impact of Galian C PT. Main Sirtukarya Islamic economic perspective, namely: 1). Please Help, PT Sirtukarya Utama provides jobs so that people can meet their daily needs. 2). Responsibility, the company does not cause damage to nature and ecosystems in the Buluri sub-district. 3). Fair, companies provide salaries in accordance with the field or job.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan konsumen adalah respon konsumen terhadap evaluasi ketidaksesuaian yang dirasakan antara ekspektasi sebelumnya dan kinerja aktual dari produk atau jasa setelah konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi patient experience terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap tahun 2023 yaitu 5.971 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jenis proportional random sampling sebanyak 361 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data primer berupa kuesioner. Analisi data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat (chi square).Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dimensi patient experience yang terdiri dari pendaftaran, lingkungan, perawatan, prosedur tindakan, pegawai dan ketika meninggalkan RS berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai P sebesar (0,000).Kesimpulan: Dimensi patient experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien yang berarti bahwa harapan pasien juga akan terpenuhi ketika tercipta pengalaman yang baik yang akan berdampak pada pembentukan perilaku loyal melalui perasaan puas yang dirasakan oleh pasien.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kajian mengenai Islamic fintech semakin berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan fintech. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tren perkembangan kajian Islamic fintech yang telah diterbitkan dalam jurnal yang terindeks Scopus dengan menggunakan kata kunci yaitu islamic fintech, islamic financial technology, sharia fintech, dan sharia financial technology. Analisis dilakukan terhadap karakteristik dan tren kata, serta abstrak, penulis, dan jurnal. Data yang dianalisis meliputi 95 artikel yang ditulis oleh 251 penulis dan terpublikasi dalam 56 jurnal. Metode analisis bibliometrik digunakan dengan menggunakan R Biblioshiny untuk menghasilkan peta bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi tentang Islamic fintech. Dalam analisis bibliometrik, ditemukan bahwa para penulis cenderung mengkaji isu-isu terkait pengguna Islamic fintech dengan menggunakan beberapa teori penerimaan aplikasi, sehingga pendekatan kuantitatif lebih dominan. Beberapa tema penelitian yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang di masa depan meliputi isu pengguna, layanan keuangan sosial Islam, dan dampak terhadap performa dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi penelitian masa depan serta memberikan pembaruan ilmiah dalam penilaian publikasi Islamic fintech yang memiliki pentingnya baik dari segi praktis maupun teoritis bagi kalangan akademisi. Kata kunci: Bibliometrik, Tren penelitian, Teknologi keuangan Islam Abstract: Studies on Islamic fintech are growing with advances in technology and fintech The purpose of this study is to examine the development trend of Islamic fintech studies that have been published in Scopus indexed journals using the keywords islamic fintech, islamic financial technology, sharia fintech, and sharia financial technology. The characteristics and trends of words, abstracts, authors, and journals were analyzed. The data analyzed included 95 articles written by 251 authors and published in 56 journals. The bibliometric analysis method was used in R Biblioshiny to produce bibliometric maps. The results indicate a significant increase in the number of publications on Islamic fintech. The results of the bibliometric analysis found that the authors tend to examine issues related to Islamic fintech users using several theories of application acceptance, so that the quantitative approach is more dominant. Several research themes that have the potential to develop in the future include user issues, Islamic social financial services, and their impact on economic performance and growth. This study contributes to future research and provides scientific updates in the assessment of Islamic fintech publications, which have both practical and theoretical importance for academics. Abstract

Program pendampingan edu-aksi mitigasi bencana pada anak usia dini di Kecamatan Kasemen bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan sebagai kader Posyandu dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana di komunitas mereka. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif, penyuluhan edukatif, dan simulasi bencana yang dirancang untuk memperkuat pengetahuan dan keterampilan para kader dalam menghadapi berbagai jenis bencana. Fokus utama program adalah mengedukasi anak usia dini dan masyarakat tentang langkah-langkah mitigasi bencana melalui pendekatan yang partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kesiapsiagaan para kader, serta terbentuknya jaringan kerja sama yang lebih kuat antara kader, masyarakat, dan lembaga terkait. Selain itu, program ini berhasil menanamkan kesadaran akan pentingnya peran perempuan dalam melindungi kelompok rentan, terutama anak-anak, dari risiko bencana. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat peran strategis perempuan dalam mitigasi bencana, tetapi juga menciptakan fondasi yang lebih kokoh bagi komunitas Kecamatan Kasemen dalam membangun ketangguhan dan kesiapsiagaan yang berkelanjutan terhadap berbagai potensi bencana di masa depan. Disaster mitigation education-action assistance program for early childhood in Kasemen District aims to empower women as posyandu cadres in improving disaster preparedness in their communities. This program involves intensive training, educational outreach, and disaster simulations designed to strengthen cadres' knowledge and skills in dealing with various types of disasters. The main focus of the program is to educate young children and the community about disaster mitigation measures through a participatory and collaborative approach. The results of this program show a significant increase in the understanding and preparedness of cadres, as well as the formation of a stronger collaborative network between cadres, the community and related institutions. In addition, this program has succeeded in instilling awareness of the important role of women in protecting vulnerable groups, especially children, from disaster risks. Thus, this program not only strengthens the strategic role of women in disaster mitigation, but also creates a stronger foundation for the Kasemen District community in building resilience and sustainable preparedness for various potential disasters in the future.
