Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee performance through training and work discipline, with motivation as an intervening variable, at PT Mentari Books Indonesia, particularly in the context of intense competition in the publishing and education industries in Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research is a saturated sampling technique or census, in which all 58 marketing employees at PT Mentari Books Indonesia were included as the study sample. This study employs a quantitative research method, with data analysis conducted using path analysis. The results indicate that training and motivation do not have a significant direct effect on the performance of marketing employees at PT Mentari Books Indonesia. However, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance. Furthermore, motivation is found to mediate the relationship between training and work discipline on employee performance. The theoretical implication of these findings contributes to the strengthening of work motivation theory, particularly within the framework of organizational variable relationships. From a practical standpoint, the company should evaluate the effectiveness of its existing programs to enhance employee performance outcomes.

Abstract

Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat, as an educational institution, has experienced a decline in teacher performance over the past few years. The phenomenon underlying this research includes the high workload of teachers exceeding the standard classroom hours, an organizational culture that tends to maintain traditional practices, and a non-physical work environment demanding intensive communication outside working hours, all of which contribute to decreased performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment on teacher performance at Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and sampling conducted using a purposive sampling technique, involving 40 teachers of written subjects at Ichthus School West, covering elementary and secondary (junior and senior high school) levels. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis and tested through instrument tests, classical assumption tests, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results reveal that workload has a negative and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant impact, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Collectively, workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This review plans to dissect the Vital's Authority and Islamic Live-in School Culture on Educator Work Inspiration at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Middle School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This sort of examination is a quantitative exploration. In this review, essential information was utilized and completed by perception and polls at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Center School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents utilized in this study were the educators and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, adding up to 47 individuals. The testing method utilized is a soaked inspecting strategy. Abstract

Good human resource management will produce reliable employees with optimal performance which will support the company goals achievement. Employee performance needs to get absolute attention by company management because performance will affect the company's development and ability to survive in dynamic global competition. PT. ASTA Ilmu is a company established with a vision and mission to build high quality Indonesian human resources (HR) through education. This research is done to determine the effect of WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu through motivation as an intervening variable. The sampling method is saturated sampling method, in which a total of 33 administrative employees at PT. ASTA Ilmu was used as a sample in this study. The research results show that the variables of work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu, the WFH variable has no effect on performance and motivation, the motivation variable is able to mediate the WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu

Abstract

Miopia di Indonesia pada masa pandemi cenderung meningkat karena gaya hidup atau penyakit mata, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan memperburuk kondisi mata dan dapat berujung pada kebutaan. VIO Optical Clinic sebagai Pusat Terapi Mata di tahun 2021 menjangkau lebih banyak masyarakat dengan masalah mata dan menawarkan berbagai solusi kesehatan mata sehingga akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam pengaruh hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan perceived value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan di VIO Optical Clinic Harapan Indah Bekasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan VIO Optical Clinic Harapan Indah Bekasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan untuk dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kualitas pelayanan dan perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan, perceived value dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan telah mampu memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan perceived value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Manajemen VIO Optical Clinic dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya dengan menyediakan tempat yang nyaman dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan pelanggan yang akan memberikan kepuasan dan terciptanya loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

PT. Samudera Express Indonesia Logistik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik pengirim barang dalam kontainer dalam wilayah seluruh Indonesia. Penurunan kinerja karyawan terjadi di 4 tahun belakangan ini sehingga dilakukannya penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Samudera Express Indonesia Logistik sebanyak 50 orang di kantor pusat. Penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur linier regresi berganda, dengan software olah data SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh Signifikan Positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 4. Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. 5. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. 6. Motivasi Ekstrintik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. 7. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat  dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan potensi daerah melalui pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya lokal. Pendekatan One Village One Product (OVOP) yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keunggulan potensi desa, diharapkan mempercepat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Produk kerajinan bordir merupakan salah satu produk lokal unggulan  daerah yang memiliki potensi berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi permasalahan untuk menemukan rumusan model pengembangan usaha dengan pendekatan OVOP pada produk kerajinan bordir di Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama adalah keterbatasan modal, faktor pengetahuan sumber daya manusia, wawasan  manajerial dan pemasaran serta relasi bisnis. Pendekatan OVOP pada usulan prototype model pengembangan usaha ini diperlukan pengamatan awal pada ‘need assessment’ untuk  memberikan pembinaan lebih lanjut pada segi manajerial, teknis dan softskill dari pihak pemerintah, akademisi dan praktisi atau pakar yang relevan dengan kebutuhan materi pelatihan.

Abstract

The persistent health problems in Indonesia have forced the government to act so that the public can still feel justice and obtain their rights. Since the government regulation regarding the tiered referral system was implemented, there has been an increase in referrals to D-type and C-type hospitals because of their position as the first-level referral facility in the BPJS health service program. In the healthcare industry, nurses play a crucial role as essential human resources in hospitals, responsible for monitoring patient health and providing care. However, hospitals continue to grapple with the serious issue of employees intending to leave their jobs. The data collection technique in this study was to use questionnaires distributed directly and randomly through Google Forms to 100 respondents from C-type hospital nurses in Malang City. The data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The research findings conclude that turnover intention is directly influenced by job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction, and that the job stress variable has a positive effect on burnout and job satisfaction. Additionally, Burnout and Job Satisfaction mediate the influence of Job Stress on turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan serta motivasi kerja di CV Dragon Berjaya. Untuk penelitian ini menggunakan loyalitas kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Perangkat lunak SPSS 26, metodologi penelitian ini menerapkan teknik penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan populasi sebanyak 80 orang, dilakukan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi berganda dengan analisis jalur menerapkan uji-t, koefisien determinasi (R-square) dan uji Sobel adalah uji analisis yang digunakan. Dengan nilai t masing-masing 3,736 dan 0,664, hasil penelitian mengindikasikan loyalitas kerja karyawan (Y) secara langsung dipengaruhi kuat oleh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dibandingkan dengan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Demikian pula, nilai t sebesar 3,319 dan 4,777 untuk motivasi kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang substansial terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan (Z) dan kinerja (Y). Terdapat dampak kecil pada Loyalitas kerja karyawan (Z) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sehingga dampak motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui loyalitas kerja karyawan (Z) dan dampak gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui loyalitas kerja karyawan (Z) sebagai variabel intervening tidak signifikan. Studi ini menonjol karena analisis jalur yang luas mengenai dampak gaya kepemimpinan serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
