Abstract

The problem behind this research begins with 63% of students not having reached the KKM and learning not being fully focused on students. This research aims to describe the use of the PjBL model assisted by the Wordwall application to improve student learning outcomes. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) in one of the State Elementary Schools in South City, Gorontalo City. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and tests with research subjects consisting of students of Class VI at SDN No. 25 Kota Selatan. The results showed that out of a total of 16 students, 6 students (37%) achieved the passing grade, while 10 students (63%) did not achieve the passing grade. In Cycle I, the number of students who achieved the passing grade increased to 9 (56%), while the number of students who did not achieve the passing grade decreased to 7 (44%). Moreover, in the second cycle of the action, there was a significant increase, with 15 students or 94% achieving the passing grade, while 1 student or 6% did not achieve the passing grade. The research results showed that there was a change, namely from 63% to 94% of students who were declared to have achieved the KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the PiBL (Project-Based Learning) model, assisted by the Wordwall application, bas the potential to improve students' learning outcomes on solar system topic in Class VI SDN No. 25 Kota Selatan.

Abstract

Improving clean and healthy living behaviour is very important to improve SDG’s of a healthy and prosperous village. Besides that, giving PHBS concepts to students at the elementary school level needs to be done early. The purpose of public service was to educate students of an elementary school in Sukamakmur Village, Tolangohula District, Gorontalo Province to improve PHBS and other activities during KKN Tematik activities. The program was done from 7th October to 23rd November 2022. The total number of students who followed in this activity was 78 from SDN 3 Tolangohula and 64 from SDN 6 Tolangohula. The method used in this activity was outreach to the community, especially students at SDN 3 and 6 Tolangohula. It can be concluded that the KKN Tematik program was well implemented and has been done some programs below: (1). Socialization of the PHBS program at SDN 3 involving 57 students and at SDN 6 Tolangohula involving 54 students, (2) Additional programs such as blood donation activities, sports activities, artistic and Fashion Show in the "Sukamakmur Festival" activities, and involved in religious activities with the community.

Abstract

Gunung Merapi adalah gunung berapi aktif di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Letusan gunung Merapi berdampak luas pada beberapa kabupaten, menyebabkan korban jiwa, serta kerugian finansial yang besar. Oleh karena itu harus dilakukan mitigasi yang tepat. Mitigasi bencana adalah isu kritis karena komunitas di area rawan bencana setiap hari berhadapan bahaya vulkanik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mitigasi bencana erupsi gunung Merapi pada komunitas terpilih di area rawan bencana erupsi gunung Merapi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, melibatkan 170 kepala keluarga sebagai responden. Nilai rata-rata interpretasi deskriptif mitigasi bencana di komunitas terpilih di gunung Merapi di Yogyakarta, dalam hal mitigasi struktural adalah sangat tinggi (4,75), dan nilai mean mitigasi non-struktural juga sangat tinggi (4, 77). Sehingga nilai rata-rata mitigasi bencana di beberapa komunitas terpilih di sekitar Merapi adalah sangat tinggi (mean 4,76). Dalam perspektif peneliti, secara keseluruhan nilai rata-rata yang sangat tinggi dalam interpretasi deskriptif mitigasi bencana di masyarakat terpilih di sekitar Merapi mengindikasikan adanya konsensus yang kuat mengenai keefektifan langkah-langkah mitigasi struktural dan non-struktural. Kesimpulannya adalah nilai rata-rata yang sangat tinggi menunjukkan bahwa anggota masyarakat mengakui pentingnya strategi mitigasi struktural dan non-struktural dalam mengurangi risiko yang terkait dengan letusan gunung berapi. Masyarak terus menjaga kualitas mitigasi bencana dalam level tinggi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop Mystequest learning media that meets the criteria for feasibility, practicality and effectiveness in science and science learning in order to improve student learning outcomes on Metamorphosis of Living Creatures material in class III at SDN No. 62 Kota Timur. This research is a research method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development research model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, Implement, and Evaluate. Based on validation results from experts and users, Mystequest media obtained an average score of 96.25%, which is considered very suitable for use by teachers and students in elementary schools. To test practicality, researchers used teacher observation sheets, which showed a total score of 47 out of a maximum score of 48, thus reaching an average of 97.91% which is considered very practical. In the aspect of effectiveness, the application of media in class III of SDN No. 62 Kota Timur was measured through pretest and posttest. As a result, the total pretest score was 31.88 which increased to 81.88 in the posttest. The N-Gain calculation shows a score of 0.72, which is in the “medium” category. In conclusion, Mystequest media effectively improves student learning outcomes and is suitable for use in elementary schools.

Abstract

 Introduction: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of virus. There are two types of corona viruses that can cause diseases with severe symptoms such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Data according to WHO 2020 has confirmed the number of deaths on September 27, 2020 that cases of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in the world have reached 32,730,945 cases. And it has been confirmed that the number of deaths due to the corona virus has reached 991.22 patients. Ulcerative lesions were reported in patients diagnosed with the novel coronavirus disease. This is due to the ACE2 receptor which is a cell membrane protein that is the site of attachment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the salivary glands. Objective: To find out the clinical picture in the oral cavity in COVID-19 patients. Methods: using literature review obtained from 3 databases, namely Pubmed, Willey Online Library, DOAJ. Results: there are several clinical features in the oral cavity in COVID-19 patients such as oral cavity lesions, erythematous, enanthem, multiple erythematous lesions, xerostomia and periodontal disease. Conclusion: The clinical picture in the oral cavity in COVID-19 patients can be seen that, COVID-19 can affect the condition of the patient's oral cavity such as oral cavity lesions, xerostomia, enanthem, erythematous, multiple erythematous lesions and necrotizing periodontal disease. Tujuan: mengetahui gambaran klinis di rongga mulut pada pasien COVID-19. Metode: menggunakan literature review yang diperoleh dari 3 database yaitu Pubmed, Willey Online Library, DOAJ. Hasil: terdapat beberapa gambaran klinis di rongga mulut pada pasien COVID-19 seperti Lesi rongga mulut, Erimatosa, Enanthem, Lesi eritema multiple, Xerostomia dan Penyakit periodontal. Kesimpulan: Gambaran klinis di rongga mulut pada pasien COVID-19 dapat diketahui bahwa, COVID-19 dapat mempengaruhi kondisi rongga mulut pasien seperti lesi rongga mulut, xerostomia, enanthem, eritematosa, lesi eritema multiple dan penyakit nekrosis periodontal. Kondisi ini terjadi pada pasien COVID-19 yang didukung dengan berbagai fakto dan kondisi pasien.Kata kunci: rongga mulut; manifestasi klinik; COVID-19

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an integral part of the curriculum in several schools, including SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. One of the subjects taught using a differentiated approach at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City is Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade 4. Based on this, the researcher intends to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning in the subject of IPAS at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. This study focuses on the description of differentiated learning in the subject of IPAS for grade 4 at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the aspect of learning planning, a percentage of 70% was obtained (Good category), which indicates the need for improvement in designing learning strategies that are in accordance with student needs. Solutions that can be applied include teacher training and the provision of teaching materials that support differentiation. Meanwhile, the aspect of learning implementation obtained a percentage of 82.2% (Very Good category), indicating that the implementation has been running effectively. However, to be more optimal and sustainable, implementation needs to supported by more mature and systematic planning. ABSTRAKPembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan bagian integral dari kurikulum dibeberapa sekolah, termasuk di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang diampu menggunakan pendekatan berdiferensiasi di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo adalah Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) pada kelas 4. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini berfokus pada deskripsi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas 4 di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh persentase sebesar 70% (kategori Baik), yang mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan antara lain pelatihan guru dan penyediaan perangkat ajar yang mendukung diferensiasi. Sementara itu, aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh persentase sebesar 82,2% (kategori Sangat Baik), menandakan pelaksanaan sudah berjalan efektif. Namun, agar lebih optimal dan berkesinambungan, pelaksanaan perlu didukung oleh perencanaan yang lebih matang dan sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media called. Pencerdas to improve the understanding of fifth grade elementary school students on the human digestive system material. This development research adopts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which involves five systematic stages: needs analysis, media concept design, prototype development, classroom implementation, and final evaluation. The subjects of the study were 24 fifth grade students of SDN 1 Tilango. At the analysis stage, the researcher identified learning gaps, such as the lack of visual and interactive media, which were then used as the basis for designing media based on images, animations, and interactive quizzes. The validation results by media experts, material experts, and teachers showed a media feasibility level of 93.71% (very feasible category), with the highest assessment in the aspects of novelty, ease of use, and content suitability. The practicality test by students obtained a score of 91.66%, while the teacher gave a score of 90%, indicating that the media is easy to integrate into daily learning. Furthermore, the effectiveness test through a comparison of the pretest (average 52.4) and posttest (average 89.6) produced an N-Gain of 0.75 (high category), proving a significant increase in student understanding. This finding shows that Pencerdas not only meets the theoretical feasibility criteria, but is also applicable and has a positive impact on learning outcomes. This media has the potential to be an innovative solution to overcome the challenges of learning complex material at the elementary level, while supporting the realization of fun and meaningful learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif bernama. Pencerdas untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas V SD pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang melibatkan lima tahap sistematis: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan konsep media, pengembangan prototipe, implementasi di kelas, dan evaluasi akhir. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa kelas V SDN 1 Tilango. Pada tahap analisis, peneliti mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pembelajaran, seperti kurangnya media visual dan interaktif, yang kemudian dijadikan dasar perancangan media berbasis gambar, animasi, dan kuis interaktif. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan guru menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan media sebesar 93,71% (kategori sangat layak), dengan penilaian tertinggi pada aspek kebaruan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kesesuaian konten. Uji kepraktisan oleh siswa memperoleh skor 91,66%, sementara guru memberikan skor 90%, yang mengindikasikan media mudah diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Selanjutnya, uji efektivitas melalui perbandingan pretest (rata-rata 52,4) dan posttest (rata-rata 89,6) menghasilkan N-Gain 0,75 (kategori tinggi), membuktikan peningkatan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Pencerdas tidak hanya memenuhi kriteria kelayakan teoritis, tetapi juga aplikatif dan berdampak positif pada hasil belajar. Media ini berpotensi menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran materi kompleks di tingkat dasar, sekaligus mendukung terwujudnya pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan edukatif bernama Clever Zone, serta menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS topik Sistem Pencernaan Pada Manusia di kelas V SDN 2 Bulango timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Bulango Timur dengan jumlah siswa 14 orang yang terdiri dari 4 orang laki-laki dan 10 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangam ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi ahli media, ahli materi, ahli praktisi/pengguna, dan angket respon guru, serta tes hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

Kehilangan seseorang dapat menyebabkan berbagai perasaan, seperti kebingungan, kesedihan, dan kemarahan. Untuk membantu orang menjalani proses berduka, dukungan kedukaan dapat memberikan bantuan emosional dan kerangka pemulihan yang terstruktur dengan baik. Tenaga kesehatan mempunyai andil besar dalam pelaksanaannya melalui program edukasi, yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang proses berduka, mengurangi stigma sosial, dan mendorong orang untuk mendapatkan bantuan dan perawatan medis. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi konsep bereavement support dan berca.my.id melalui berbagai pertemuan himpunan, khususnya di himpunan perawat paliatif, atau perawat secara umum. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan kerja sama antara Tim BerCa dan himpunan perawat paliatif, rumah sakit, dan penyelenggara webinar melakukan program seminar atau webinar yang meningkatkan pemahaman peserta. Seminar ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan dan pengawasan yang berkelanjutan selama proses berduka, dan peran perawat dalam membantu mengurangi risiko kesehatan mental yang terkait dengan kedukaan yang berkepanjangan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2025, secara online maupun offline. Dari pelaksanaan dua webinar dan satu seminar tentang bereavement care ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang dukungan berduka masih terbatas di kalangan tenaga kesehatan, terutama perawat dan bahkan dosen keperawatan. Sosialisasi berkesinambungan perlu untuk terus dilakukan sehingga perhatian terhadap bereavement care dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of student learning activity in the Science and Social Studies (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial, IPAS) subject among third-grade students at SDN 4 Tomilito, as indicated by limited participation in classroom activities, low enthusiasm in discussions, and minimal involvement in group work. The purpose of this research was to enhance students’ learning activity through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model combined with Interactive Learning Multimedia (ILM), selected for its potential to present learning materials in a more engaging, visual, and contextual manner. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Student activity was measured through five indicators: observing, questioning, collecting information, processing information, and communicating. The results showed a marked improvement, with the average percentage rising from 47.37% in the first cycle to 84.21% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that PBL supported by ILM is effective in fostering active, critical, and participatory learning, and can serve as an innovative approach for improving classroom engagement in similar educational settings. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas III SDN 4 Tomilito, yang terlihat dari rendahnya partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kurangnya antusiasme dalam diskusi, serta minimnya keterlibatan dalam kerja kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dipadukan dengan Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI). Model PBL dipilih karena mampu menyajikan permasalahan kontekstual yang mendorong siswa berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah, sedangkan MPI memberikan dukungan visual dan interaktif sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Aktivitas belajar diukur melalui lima indikator, yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengolah informasi, dan mengomunikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dari 47,37% pada siklus I menjadi 84,21% pada siklus II. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan PBL berbantuan MPI efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kritis, partisipatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di kelas.
