Abstract

The Smart Action Training held at SMK Hafshawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo on November 27-28, 2023 aims to improve students' skills and competencies in facing the challenges of an increasingly competitive world of work. The program is designed as an effort to combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, so as to produce graduates who are ready to work and have high competitiveness. The training includes various modules covering the development of soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as the enhancement of hard skills relevant to each student's vocational field. The training methodology involves interactive lectures, simulations, group discussions, and practical projects directed by industry experts and practitioners. Evaluation of the training outcomes showed significant improvements in participants' technical and non-technical skills. In addition, feedback from students and instructors indicated that the program was very effective in motivating students to learn more vigorously and be solution-oriented. The conclusion of this training is that the integration of smart action in the vocational education curriculum can make a positive contribution to the development of students' competencies and their readiness to enter the workforce.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kualitas standar pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini. Analisis mengungkapkan beberapa akar masalah yang berkontribusi terhadap masalah ini. Pertama, fokus berlebihan pada penilaian dan penilaian numerik dalam pembelajaran bahasa mengurangi kualitas pendidikan bahasa Arab secara keseluruhan. Pendekatan seperti itu mengabaikan pengembangan komprehensif kompetensi bahasa Arab anak usia dini. Kedua, kurangnya kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini yang terstruktur atau terkoordinasi dengan baik menyebabkan ambiguitas dalam tujuan pembelajaran dan pemilihan materi yang relevan. Akibatnya, hal ini menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab anak usia dini dan menghasilkan hasil yang berkualitas buruk. Ketiga, penggunaan metode pengajaran anak usia dini yang ketinggalan zaman yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini menghambat pemahaman dan minat belajar siswa. Kurangnya metode pengajaran inovatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa berdampak buruk pada kualitas pendidikan bahasa Arab anak usia dini. Terakhir, kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru yang tidak memadai dalam linguistik bahasa Arab, baik modern maupun klasik, serta aspek budaya bahasa, secara signifikan mengganggu kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Kualitas pengajaran memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan standar pendidikan bahasa Arab. Kesimpulannya, mengatasi faktor-faktor tersebut sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas standar pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Abstract

اللغة العربية هي إحدى اللغات الأجنبية التي تُدرَّس بشكل واسع في المدارس الإسلامية في إندونيسيا. تتضمن اللغة العربية أربع مهارات رئيسية: القراءة، الكتابة، التحدث، والاستماع. يعد اكتساب المفردات أمرًا ضروريًا لتحسين هذه المهارات. تبين أن استخدام بطاقات الفلاش وطريقة التدريبات في تعلم اللغة العربية ليس فعالًا بشكل كافٍ في تحسين اكتساب المفردات. لذلك، هناك حاجة إلى بدائل أخرى، مثل استخدام لعبة سكرابل. تستخدم هذه الدراسة المنهج النوعي لفهم فعالية استخدام لعبة سكرابل في تحسين اكتساب المفردات في اللغة العربية بين طلاب المدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية. وفقًا لنظرية جان بياجيه، تعتبر لعبة سكرابل وسيلة تعليمية يمكن أن تدعم تعلم الطلاب، حيث تعتمد على استخدام لوحة بحجم 15 × 15 وعدة قطع من الحروف التي تُرتَّب لتكوين كلمات باللغة العربية. تستخدم لعبة سكرابل لتطوير المهارات اللغوية، وخاصة اكتساب المفردات. من فوائد هذه اللعبة أنها تساعد على زيادة رصيد المفردات، حيث يتعين على الطلاب ترتيب الحروف لتكوين كلمات، مما يسهم في تذكر المفردات بشكل أفضل.

Abstract

Penelitian hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang Demokratisasi Pemerintahan Desa menurut Undang Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa yang terjadi di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Cerme Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat analitis. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari sumber data yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tambahan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pelaksanaan pemerintahan yang lebih demokratis di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Cermee telah mengalami peningkatan kualitas daripada upaya demokratisasi pada periode sebelumnya karena telah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan sendiri, yakni Undang Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa.

Abstract

The application in the industrial world, the use of scrap machines by operators pay little attention to the surface roughness of objects produced. The roughness that occurs is influenced by machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed motion, and cutting thickness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cutting speed, feed motion and cutting thickness on the level of roughness of ST 37 steel surface in the scrap process. This type of research is an experimental method that determines the level of steel surface roughness from variations in cutting speed, feed motion, and cutting thickness to ST 37 steel surface roughness. The material used is 70 mm long, 25 mm wide, and 25 mm high. Data processing results from the level of roughness testing using the SPSS version 16.0 application. The results of data analysis showed (1) the significant effect of cutting speed on the level of surface roughness of 5.5%. (2) the significant effect of feeding on the level of surface roughness of 60.9%. (3) significant effect between cutting thickness on surface roughness level of 0.2% (4) significant influence between cutting speed, feed motion, and cutting thickness on the level of surface roughness with a 66.6% influence. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that cutting speed, feeding motion, cutting thickness are factors that influence the level of steel surface roughness of ST 37 in the scrap process. Abstract

This research aims to describe the reasons why teenagers have consumptive behavior related to discounts on Shopee e-commerce as motivation for online shopping, describe the factors that influence teenagers to behave consumptively related to discounts on Shopee e-commerce as online shopping motivation and describe ways to reduce teenagers' consumptive behavior. regarding discounts on E-Commerce Shopee as motivation for online shopping. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study design. The subjects in this research focused on teenagers in Seneng Village. The location of this research was in Seneng Village, Krucil District. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the reasons for adolescent consumptive behavior related to discounts on the E-Commerce Shoppe as motivation for online shopping include: personal needs and the influence of friends, factors that influence adolescent consumptive behavior related to discounts on the E-Commerce Shoppe as motivation for online shopping are influenced by: flash sales Big discounts or twin dates and free shipping vouchers, the way to reduce teenagers' consumptive behavior regarding discounts on Shopee E-Commerce as a motivation for online shopping is by having the intention to save money and prioritizing spending.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka sudah mulai diterapkan pada sebagian besar Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Pembelajaran dengan model berbasis proyek, juga dikenal sebagai pembelajaran dengan Project Based Learning yang termasuk salah satu yang menjadi pilar utama dari pada kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan elemen manajemen yang terjadi dalam model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada  kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan data nyata, dengan cara melakukan wawancara terhadap kepala yayasan, waka kurikulum, 2 guru kelas, dan 2 guru mapel.. Langkah pertama penelitian adalah mempelajari literatur tentang kualitas lembaga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, khususnya tentang cara manajemen pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan di lembaga tersebut. Selanjutnya, peneliti akan menganalisis elemen yang diharapkan untuk mengidentifikasi fitur secara menyeluruh dan menemukan masalah tentang pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan yakni pada bulan Juni-Juli 2024. Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Leces melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada kurikulum merdeka selama satu tahun dengan cukup baik. Ini terbukti baik dalam hal perencanaan dan pelaksanaan.

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to examine the application of Islamic values in online learning and compare the principles of online learning from the perspectives of Western Education Theory and Islamic Education Philosophy. This qualitative research employs a literature review methodology. The findings indicate that integrating Islamic values into online learning is essential without compromising these values. The research contrasts practical online learning principles as viewed by Western educational theories and classical Islamic scholarship. A significant difference identified is that Islamic education incorporates worship values, whereas Western educational philosophy focuses solely on the humanitarian process without the worship aspect.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran daring dan membandingkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran daring dari perspektif Teori Pendidikan Barat dan Filosofi Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran daring adalah penting tanpa mengkompromikan nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini membandingkan prinsip-prinsip praktis pembelajaran daring menurut teori pendidikan Barat dan karya-karya cendekiawan Islam klasik. Abstract

This article discusses government policies to strengthen education quality assurance in Islamic educational institutions. This is library research, with documentary data collection methods analysis using content or content analysis. The results showed that the education quality policy refers to eight SNP: Content Standards, Process Standards, Graduate Competency Standards, Educator and Education Personnel Standards, Management Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Financing Standards, and Assessment Standards. Of the eight National Education Standards, each has its policy. To measure the implementation of quality standardization nationally, which includes 8 (eight) national standards of education, measuring the achievement of reference standards and evaluating the quality of education is carried out on educational units/programs through 1). Education Unit/Program Self Evaluation (EDS); 2). Monitoring of Education Units/Programs by Local Government (MSPD); 3). Accreditation; 4). Certification; 5). National Examination; and 6). Database and Information Data Collection. The conclusion of the quality assurance system policy is divided into SPMI and SPME. The internal campus carries out SPMI, while SPME is external if the school is BAN SM and the college is BAN-PT and LAM.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe linguistic interpretation (tafsir lughawi) as a tool in understanding the language of the Koran and sources that can be used as references in the interpretation of the Koran. The types of linguistic interpretations obtained are interpretations with the i'rab Al-Quran approach, nahwu, morphology, sharaf, allegory (amtsal), munasabah, qira'ah. Linguistic interpretation can affect the theological, Sufistic, philosophical, and scientific sides. Linguistic interpretation is also not just understanding the verses of the Koran literally, and of course it can touch social and other aspects, so that the meaning of the verses of the Koran can be fully understood. The interpreter's linguistic ability has an important role in interpreting the Qur'an. The consequence of the inclusion of Arabic as the language of the Koran causes variations in understanding in linguistic interpretation. Methods and linguistic analysis cannot be separated from the tendency of the interpreter, and this is a separate place for the reader
