Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Artificial Intelligence-Based Learning Media Development Program (P3MP-AI) in enhancing teachers’ technological and pedagogical competencies at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. The program employed a descriptive approach using both quantitative and qualitative methods, including pre-test and post-test assessments, as well as direct observation of the training process. A total of 30 teachers from various disciplines actively participated in the program conducted on August 12, 2025. The evaluation results revealed an increase in the participants’ average scores from 100 to 130 out of a maximum of 150, indicating a significant improvement in their understanding of AI concepts and applications in education. Beyond competency enhancement, the training also fostered teachers’ confidence, creativity, and ability to integrate AI-based tools into interactive learning media. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited technological resources and time constraints in classroom implementation. Overall, this program has made a tangible contribution to strengthening teachers’ digital literacy and can serve as a replicable professional development model for other vocational schools seeking to advance AI-based educational transformation.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi agenda strategis PT Telkom Indonesia dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan persaingan industri. Keberhasilan transformasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kesiapan teknologi, tetapi terutama oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam menyesuaikan diri terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana manajemen perubahan SDM diterapkan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di Telkom, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesiapan SDM, serta meninjau peran budaya organisasi digital dalam proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari jurnal, laporan perusahaan, dan teori relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perubahan SDM Telkom mencakup pengembangan kompetensi digital, penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional, integrasi sistem e-HR, serta komunikasi perubahan yang berkelanjutan. Hambatan yang masih muncul meliputi kesenjangan kompetensi, resistensi budaya kerja lama, dan belum optimalnya sinkronisasi antar-unit. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital hanya dapat berhasil apabila perubahan SDM dikelola secara terarah, konsisten, dan didukung kuat oleh budaya digital yang adaptif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, SDM menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan keberlanjutan transformasi digital perusahaan.

Abstract

Leadership is a strategic factor in improving organizational effectiveness, particularly in public sector institutions where service quality and employee performance are closely linked to leadership practices. One leadership style often encountered in government organizations is laissez-faire leadership, which is characterized by minimal direct intervention from leaders and a high level of autonomy granted to employees in carrying out their tasks. While this leadership style may encourage independence and creativity, its effectiveness largely depends on the organizational context, especially the quality of the work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of laissez-faire leadership on the work environment and employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Education Office. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis focuses on examining both the direct and indirect relationships between leadership style, work environment, and employee performance. The results indicate that laissez-faire leadership has a significant influence on the work environment, particularly in terms of flexibility, interpersonal relationships, and perceived autonomy. Furthermore, the work environment is found to have a significant effect on employee performance. However, the direct impact of laissez-faire leadership on employee performance is relatively weak when not supported by a conducive work environment. Therefore, this study concludes that the work environment plays a crucial mediating role in strengthening the influence of laissez-faire leadership on employee performance in public sector organizations.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya aktivitas impor secara global, maka semakin tinggi intensitas kegiatan operasional di terminal. Namun, hal ini tidak menjamin bahwa keuntungan yang diterima terminal juga meningkat. Adanya hari bebas di terminal menarik pelanggan untuk menyimpan kontainer impor secara gratis untuk 1 hari sehingga menghambat aliran fisik kontainer baru dan aktivitas di terminal. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan rancangan tarif penyimpanan kontainer impor baru yang dapat memaksimasi keuntungan terminal dengan menggunakan data dan kondisi yang dimiliki oleh salah satu terminal peti kemas di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Indonesia. Pencarian solusi dari permasalahan ini dilakukan dengan pemodelan matematis menggunakan model optimisasi tak berpembatas. Penyelesaian unconstrained optimization ini dilakukan dengan metode line search. Variabel keputusan dalam penelitian ini adalah tarif penyimpanan kontainer dan durasi hari bebas atau free-time period. Parameter yang dipertimbangkan di antaranya adalah jumlah kontainer impor, jumlah ground slots di terminal, tumpukan kontainer, waktu penanganan kontainer menggunakan quay crane, serta biaya dan tarif penyimpanan kontainer di Gudang Lini II. Didapatkan nilai optimal dari tarif penyimpanan kontainer adalah Rp50.681/TEU-hari dengan hari bebas sebesar 0 hari atau tidak ada hari bebas. Untuk mengakomodasi rancangan tarif penyimpanan kontainer yang diusulkan, dibuat usulan alur penyimpanan kontainer berdasarkan kepada potensi perubahan perilaku terminal dan pemilik peti kemas. Validasi usulan kemudian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dikirimkan kepada stakeholder terminal peti kemas. Usulan rancangan yang dihasilkan pada penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah dan menjadi gagasan baru untuk terminal peti kemas secara umum.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review of counterproductive work behavior (CWB) using the PRISMA methodology to analyze research trends over the past decade (2014–2024). CWB encompasses negative actions performed by employees that may harm organizations, either directly or indirectly. This study identifies key factors influencing CWB, including personality traits such as narcissism, decision-making styles, perceived task legitimacy, and broader social and economic factors. The findings reveal that illegitimate tasks, job stress, and an unfavorable organizational environment are primary triggers of CWB. Additionally, leadership factors significantly contribute to the emergence of counterproductive behaviors in the workplace. Through an analysis of 11 selected journal articles from the Scopus database, this study highlights the trends in CWB research across various countries and industries, particularly at the managerial level. This research provides insights into the importance of organizational policies and managerial interventions in mitigating the negative impacts of CWB. It also identifies gaps in the literature, offering opportunities for further exploration, particularly in understanding the role of cultural and organizational policies in preventing CWB. By adopting a more holistic approach, organizations can foster a healthier and more productive work environment. Abstract

Green banking has become a strategic imperative for financial institutions worldwide, but emerging markets face a unique challenge: balancing sustainability commitments with customer trust in data security. This study examines how privacy protection strengthens the relationship between green banking practices and customer satisfaction in Indonesia's digital banking sector. Using structural equation modeling with 313 users of green banking services in state-owned banks, the study found that privacy acts as a critical mediating factor, amplifying customer satisfaction, which in turn drives customer trust, loyalty, and continued adoption of green financial services. The implications go beyond regulatory compliance to reveal how banks can differentiate themselves competitively through integrated sustainability and privacy governance. This "trust-based" model is increasingly essential for emerging markets facing digital transformation alongside environmental commitments. Our findings suggest that customer satisfaction serves as a key driver of long-term behavioural change towards green finance adoption, indicating that business profitability and societal environmental goals are complementary rather than contradictory objectives for banks in emerging markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) terhadap kinerja karyawan (employee performance) dengan melibatkan job satisfaction dan organizational trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dan dianalisis melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk, uji statistik deskriptif, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai outer loading, AVE, dan Composite Reliability berada di atas batas minimum. E-HRM terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational trust. Kedua variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, job satisfaction dan organizational trust terbukti memediasi hubungan antara E-HRM dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi E-HRM tidak hanya memberikan dampak langsung pada peningkatan kinerja, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan serta kepercayaan karyawan yang pada akhirnya memperkuat performa mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model E-HRM serta implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan SDM berbasis digital.

Abstract

Anggaran bahan baku memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran proses produksi serta pengendalian biaya pada perusahaan manufaktur. PT ISM sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri makanan dan minuman dengan skala produksi besar sangat bergantung pada ketepatan penyusunan dan realisasi anggaran bahan baku agar kegiatan operasional berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penyusunan anggaran bahan baku di PT ISM, membandingkan antara anggaran dengan realisasi pemakaian bahan baku, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya selisih, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan anggaran bahan baku dalam mendukung efisiensi produksi dan pengendalian biaya perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif ringan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan, laporan persediaan bahan baku, serta publikasi resmi PT ISM yang relevan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan pemakaian bahan baku, perbandingan antara anggaran dan realisasi, serta analisis selisih yang mencakup selisih harga dan selisih kuantitas bahan baku. Dengan metode tersebut, penelitian dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkat ketepatan penyusunan anggaran dan sejauh mana realisasi pemakaian bahan baku sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat selisih antara anggaran dan realisasi bahan baku, baik selisih yang bersifat menguntungkan (favorable) maupun selisih yang bersifat tidak menguntungkan (unfavorable). Selisih tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh perbedaan kuantitas pemakaian bahan baku dalam proses produksi, perubahan kebutuhan produksi, serta faktor efisiensi yang terjadi selama kegiatan operasional berlangsung.

Abstract

Background: Palm oil industry supports growth but faces environmental scrutiny; green employee engagement’s role in sustainability and operational excellence remains underexplored. Objective: To develop a conceptualization of green employee engagement and to examine the contribution of green employee engagement to environmental sustainability and to the operational performance of palm oil mills, through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Methods: PRISMA review of 19 articles (2019–2025), retrieved through Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Emerald, MDPI, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria included peer-reviewed articles published only in English or Bahasa Indonesia; articles published in Q1–Q4 or SINTA 1–3 journals focused specifically on Green HRM (or its constructs) and environmental/operational performance. Results: Employees are now at the center of the green agenda, and this has become one of the strategic drivers of organizational transformation. HR drives systemic change through Green HRM, a powerful mediating system, by investing in operational innovation, strong green culture, efficient green training, sustainable talent development, and green recruitment. This directly assists HR managers and policymakers when designing work systems that improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and increase compliance. Conclusion: Green employee engagement is a tool in this regard, more than a management practice; it goes straight to the core of shifting the industry. This synthesis reveals three prominent patterns: (1) GHRM integration facilitates green culture, (2) the role of HR as a strategic enabler in systemic implementation, and (3) green employee engagement as a driver of operational efficiency and competitiveness in the palm oil industry.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of junior high school students’ understanding of three-dimensional geometry (solid shapes) and the need for a theoretical framework capable of explaining the dynamics of conceptual development more comprehensively. This research aims to analyze learning obstacles and the growth trajectory of students’ understanding using the Pirie–Kieren theory. The study employed a qualitative approach involving diagnostic tests, clinical interviews, observations, and analyses of student learning artifacts, validated through source triangulation, methodological triangulation, and expert confirmation. The findings show that students’ understanding develops non-linearly, with most students remaining at the Property Noticing level, characterized by difficulties in 2D–3D visualizations, conceptual reasoning, and multimodal coordination. The phenomenon of folding back consistently appears as a mechanism for reconstructing understanding when students encounter representational or conceptual conflicts. The analysis indicates the predominance of representational, epistemological, and didactic obstacles that hinder students’ transition toward formal understanding. In conclusion, the Pirie–Kieren theory effectively maps the development of students’ understanding and reveals the root causes of learning barriers in geometry. The study’s implications highlight the importance of representation-based learning design, reasoning scaffolding, and facilitating productive folding back to support deeper geometric understanding.
