Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of celebrity endorsement on consumer purchase intention in the TikTok Shop platform, with brand image as a mediating variable. The background of this research is driven by the growing popularity of social commerce, which encourages businesses to utilize digital marketing strategies through celebrity endorsements to build consumer trust and strengthen brand perception. The research employed a quantitative approach using an online survey of 120 active TikTok Shop users who had purchased skincare products. The instrument measured three main variables, namely celebrity endorsement, brand image, and purchase intention, using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test validity, reliability, and the relationships among variables. The results indicate that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on both brand image and purchase intention. Furthermore, brand image positively influences purchase intention and mediates the relationship between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of selecting credible and relevant endorsers and maintaining a strong brand image so that digital marketing strategies on TikTok Shop can be more effective in enhancing consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Bank Dunia merilis laporan hasil survei terkait dengan kinerja logistik 160 negara dengan tujuan agar negara-negara tersebut dapat melihat peluang dan tantangan yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja negara-negara tersebut terutama dalam bidang logistik. Indonesia berada pada peringkat 56 dari 167 negara dengan skor 3.15 poin yang masih di bawah beberapa negara ASEAN. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan ongkos logistik nasional tertinggi di negara Asia dengan persentase 24% dari PDB. Penelitian ini akan mengungkapkan bagaimana cara dan peran Pelabuhan Indonesia menyikapi tantangan ini agar isu di atas, terutama yang berkaitan dan ada dalam pengaruh Pelabuhan Indonesia tersebut dapat diatasi dengan baik sehingga Pelabuhan Indonesia dapat ikut berkontribusi menurunkan biaya logistik nasional. Pada penelitian kali ini, metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan atau studi literatur, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan berbagai referensi baik dari jurnal, buku referensi, bahan presentasi, dan materi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik yang sedang dibahas. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut; 1) pengumpulan data berupa textbook, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan literature review yang terkait dengan topik yang sedang diteliti; 2) analisis berupa melihat materi yang paling relevan, kemudian membaca abstrak dari setiap penelitian yang termuat dalam jurnal sampai dengan membuat catatan dari semua yang telah dibaca kemudian ditulis sebagai referensi dari objek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi Pelabuhan Indonesia terhadap penurunan biaya logistik nasional adalah menerapkan strategi memperpendek Port Stay dan memangkas Cargo Stay dengan menerapkan standar kinerja pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Strategi yang diterapkan Pelabuhan Indonesia ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan biaya logistik nasional sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia kedepannya.

Abstract

Changes in the development of technology to digital, forcing companies to make adjustments to the technology itself. Digital competence is a need for companies today to be able to fulfill their functional responsibilities, without closing the possibility of obstacles from some parties who cannot keep up with this development quickly. This study aims to analyze the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MyDAMRI applications as a support system for the DAMRI Public Company (Perum) staffing database. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using 2 (two) ways, namely: 1) observation and 2) data collection in the form of images and writings. The results of this study show that this data-based application provides many benefits for employees and companies and facilitates work for the human resources division in the company

Abstract

UMKM activities are a very strategic practice to encourage people to use the digital economy, but this cannot be implemented properly because it still requires the use and understanding of technology, then regulations are also needed that can reach the problems of the smallest UMKM sector, where the existing PADG must equipped and even refurbished. The implementation of QRIS based on existing regulations through PADG is not optimal and comprehensive, so further regulations are needed to regulate digital economic innovation issues that can reach QRIS users down to even the smallest sectors, such as PBI. Thus, UMKM can play a role in encouraging the development of the digital economy in Indonesia

Abstract

The research objective was ro determine the effect of work motivation and motivation on employee performance at PT BFI Finance. This type of research is quantitative. The sample involved in the study was 30 employees, and the sample used was simple random sampling. In collecting data, researchers used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, correlation, and simple regression. Based on simple correlation and regression, the research results show that work motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT BFI. Work motivation and compensation variables have an influence and relationship with employee performance variables

Abstract

The port is the gateway to a country's economy, so the port must be clean from fraud. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy developed by Pelabuhan Indonesia to prevent fraud. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a case study approach. The results and conclusions of this study are many studies on fraud prevention in the Indonesian port environment, even though Indonesian ports are one of the entry points for global trade. Therefore, Indonesian ports need an efficient fraud prevention system. The study findings show that Indonesian ports have implemented two fraud prevention strategies. The first strategy is strengthening governance within Pelindo, which includes: a) ratifying GCG guidelines; b) carrying out the signing of an integrity pact; c) gratuity control; d) a violation reporting system called "Pelindo Bersih"; e) socializing the implementation of corporate governance; and f) strengtheningPelindo'ss SMAP. The second strategy involves digitizing services such as Vessel Management System (VMS) and Vessel Traffic Service (VTS), as well as land ones such as Terminal Operating System (TOS), Multipurpose Terminal Operating System (MP-TOS), Car Terminal Operating System (CTOS), Autogate System, Single Truck Identification Data System (STID), Behandle Management System (BMS), and from the customer side such as e-Service developed into i-Hub to minimize national logistics costs, Lower the risk of fraud, and compete on a global scale.

Abstract

The State Ministry/Institutions receiving the grant is required to administer the grant management to the Ministry of Finance as the State General Treasurer. Central government grant management administration is carried out through several stages, from the registration process to the accountability process. Grant registration stages are carried out manually by sending registration application documents to the Ministry of Finance via expedition services. In addition, each administrative stage of grant management uses several different applications managed by each authorized echelon I unit in the Ministry of Finance. This causes the administrative process of grant management to take a long time, is inefficient, and affects the accountability of financial reports due to differences in data/information generated by each application. To overcome this, digitization of the grant registration business process is needed, and integration of grant data/information from several applications used. The application development method uses the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Oracle database. The framework used is .NET (dotnet) Core as the back end (C# language), and Angular as the front end (typescript language). The system development design using the intended method can produce an application that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the grant registration process, and integrate data/information from several applications in order to realize good governance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memudahkan manusia dalam menjalankan beragam aktivitasnya, salah satu hasil nyatanya yaitu aplikasi atau web yang memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan pertemuan dalam jaringan diantaranya yakni Zoom, Google Meet, dan Microsoft Teams. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pertemuan dalam jaringan menggunakan Zoom, Google Meet, dan Microsoft Teams untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengeksplorasi jurnal, buku dan informasi lain yang relevan dengan kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Zoom, Google Meet, dan Microsoft Teams dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan karena fleksibel, efisien, memudahkan koordinasi, pemantauan dan evaluasi kerja yang dinilai dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas, kemandirian karyawan.

Abstract

The 84% dissatisfaction rate of e-commerce customers in Indonesia is an important indicator for e-commerce managers to improve service performance and build lasting relationships with online consumers. Various methods can be used by companies to evaluate service quality, and one of the popular ones is E-SERVQUAL. This research uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature review, it is hoped that business practitioners can gain insight into the factors that affect Servqual reliability and customer satisfaction in e-commerce. This research uses the Google Scholar platform to obtain literature, resulting in 7 relevant scientific articles. Converging literature findings over the past five years confirm that improvements in e-service quality consistently result in increased levels of consumer satisfaction with different e-commerce platforms. Online business has played an important role in digital marketing, yet many companies have yet to maximise its potential. With the continuous development in the competitive e-commerce industry, service quality is the key to winning over customers. Companies must be responsive to digital trends and utilise new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Although this study has provided an overview of e-servqual and customer satisfaction in Indonesian e-commerce, future quantitative research would be beneficial to complement the findings and provide deeper insights with quantitative research with methods such as surveys or experiments recommended to examine cause-and-effect relationships and measure variables numerically. Future research could explore less common e-commerce business models, such as crowdfunding platforms, social e-commerce, or specialised online marketplaces.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policy, and work unit location on the level of realization of budget absorption, as well as to determine the joint influence of the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policy, and location of work units on the level of realization of absorption. budget during the Covid-19 pandemic in Work Units within the Directorate General of State Assets. This research uses the linear regression method. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from the DJKN Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2020 which has been audited by the BPK with a sample of all work units under DJKN consisting of 1 Head Office, 17 Regional Offices and 72 Service Offices (90 units). The results of this research show that the proportion of types of expenditure and location of work units have a positive effect on the realization of budget absorption, while the budget revision policy has no effect on the level of realization of budget absorption during the Covid pandemic in Work Units within the DJKN scope. In this research, it is also known that the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policies, and the location of work units together influence the level of realization of budget absorption during the Covid-19 pandemic in Work Units within the Directorate General of State Assets.
