Abstract

This work presents the application of the Decision Tree algorithm in the classification of obesity status using a machine learning approach. Indonesia is faced with three nutrition problems at once: stunting, wasting, and obesity or overnutrition. Obesity is a condition with excessive accumulation of body fat, which can lead to diseases and reduce quality of life. This study uses a dataset of 500 respondents and aims to classify obesity status early using the Decision Tree algorithm. The findings show that the developed Decision Tree model has an accuracy of 82%, with high precision and recall values, demonstrating the effectiveness of the algorithm in classifying obesity status. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the significant potential of the Decision Tree algorithm in supporting the early detection of obesity and facilitating more focused health interventions.

Abstract

This village development program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of breeders in optimizing the utilization of the economic potential of goat livestock production in the Anggoeya Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. The implementation of the village development program uses a participatory method through several stages of activity, namely program socialization and FGD, demonstration of forage planting plots for livestock, feed processing, and composting using goat manure. The results of the implementation of the village development program show that goat breeders are very enthusiastic about participating in all stages of the activity and can feel the benefits of this community service program in the form of additional goat husbandry knowledge and technology. Goat farmers now have forage gardens using quality Odot grass seeds as a solution for providing the sustainable feed. In addition, goat breeders can provide goat feed by making silage using agricultural waste such as banana cobs and straw from other plants. Goat farmers can also produce compost using good quality goat manure which is useful for fertilizing forage crops, developed and or sold as a supplement to their income.

Abstract

Abstract

The Ministry of Agriculture designated South Konawe Regency as a source area for Balinese cattle through Minister of Agriculture Decree (Kepmentan) No. 803/Kpts/PK.030/12/2016 where one of the buffer areas is Palangga District. The main problem for breeders in Palangga District is the limited forage during the dry season. In the dry season, breeders only provide minimal feed without paying attention to the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the provision. The lack of awareness among breeders regarding the provision and utilization of quality HPT in sufficient quantities has caused the majority of breeders to provide forage of low quality to the livestock they keep. The aim of this activity is to help farmers produce optimal production by handling animal feed problems. The results that have been achieved in this Thematic KKN are increasing the knowledge and understanding of farmers raising livestock farmers' awareness of providing and utilizing quality HPT in sufficient quantities and ensuring its continuity throughout the year so that livestock productivity can be maintained and increased.

Abstract

This community service program aims to make a direct contribution to the community. The main focus is to enhance participants' understanding of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to support learning and earn income through micro-job services on various platforms. There were 40 participants in this activity, which was held in person on November 9, 2024 at Hangout Avenue, Sorong City. The methods used included the delivery of materials through lectures, question and answer sessions, and hands-on training in the use of AI applications and micro-job services. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in the use of digital technology to support the economy and education. This program has an important role in the empowerment of the Deaf community, students, and college students so that they can make the best use of emerging AI applications to complete microjobs on various platforms and increase their income

Abstract

Geographic Information System ia a geospatial software system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geo-referenced information, for example data that is identified by location. By using GIS, it is expected that it will be easier for prospective students and students to find out the location of boarding houses that are located around the campus of Mulawarman University. The system development method uses the waterfall method. While the system design method uses UML (Unified Modelling Language) to visualize, determine, develop and document a software system. The algorithm used in this study uses the haversine formula which will later help to find the nearest boarding house location around the campus of Mulawarman University, the haversine formula will produce the shortest distance between two points, for example on a ball taken from the longitude and latitude. The result of this study will disply detailed boarding location information, besides that on this geograpihic information system the user will later be able to see the details of boarding and admin data can change, add data to the boarding owner and be technically responsible for the running of the application, while the boarding owner is only responsible on managing boarding data on their respective users.

Abstract

Kota Kendari merupakan kawasan yang ditetapkan sebagai kawasan pusat kegiatan nasional (PKN) yang berorientasi pada kegiatan pariwisata, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia (perkebunan, pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan) dalam bentuk perdagangan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengembangan produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Peningkatan produksi di Kota Kendari menjadikan sektor peternakan sebagai salah satu bidang yang mempunyai peluang besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun disisi lain terdapat permasalahan yang menjadi penyebab utama rendahnya harga jual ditingkat peternakan, salah satunya adalah peternakan itik yang berada pada garis distribusi peternak itik. Selain pendistribusian kepada masyarakat secara langsung, peternak seharusnya bisa melihat peluang ke perusahaan-perusahaan besar atau lembaga-lembaga terkait yang bisa membantu pendistribusian produk ke pasar yang lebih besar sehingga pendapatan serta keuntungan bisa ikut meningkat. Disisi lain pemanfaatan teknologi dalam meningkatkan pemasaran hasil peternakan merupakan hal yang paling utama dalam memacu peningkatan penjualan yang tidak terlepas dari metode atau teknik yang akan diterapkan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok Usaha Ternak Kaseiseha yaitu masih rendahnya pengetahuan peternak itik tentang teknik pemasaran produk (daging dan telur) berbasis online, sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan melalui program kemitraan masyarakat internal (PKM-I) ini yaitu melakukan pelatihan tentang teknik pemasaran (daging dan telur) berbasis android (online), selanjutnya pendampingan teknis pembuatan akun marketplace facebook dan akun marketplace shopee, serta pembuatan halaman utama akun facebook shopee kelompok mitra. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk mewujudkan UMKM menghadapi era digital harus memiliki gerakan pemberdayaan melalui kegiatan e-commerce yang diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM menuju digitalisasi yaitu merangkul pelaku usaha mikro yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas, akses internet yang belum merata dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis Android guna mendiagnosis penyakit pada balita menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer dan penelusuran Forward Chaining. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai solusi terhadap pentingnya deteksi dini penyakit pada balita, mengingat masa usia dini merupakan fase pertumbuhan yang sangat krusial. Dengan memanfaatkan metode Dempster-Shafer, sistem mampu mengolah ketidakpastian data gejala dan menghasilkan diagnosis yang akurat, sementara Forward Chaining berperan dalam menelusuri aturan berbasis fakta yang tersedia. Hasil yang di dapat yakni 98% pilek berdasarkan deteksi penyakit dan pengujian dengan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai fungsinya dan hasil diagnosis konsisten dengan perhitungan manual. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam mendukung pelayanan kesehatan anak, serta membuka peluang pengembangan sistem pakar berbasis Android yang lebih luas di masa mendatang. Saran kedepan agar lebih di perdalam lagi dalam proses mengidentifikasi penyakit balita dengan metode lainnya.

Abstract

Pada era digital, penggunaan teknologi informasi di tingkat pemerintahan desa sangat diperlukan, terutama dalam pengelolaan administrasi yang melibatkan aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word dan Excel. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan aparat Kampung Saonek dalam menggunakan software tersebut, sehingga dapat mendukung tugas-tugas administratif seperti penyusunan dokumen dan pengelolaan data. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor Desa Saonek selama lima hari, dengan materi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Materi meliputi pengenalan antarmuka, pembuatan dokumen, pengaturan tabel, hingga penggunaan fungsi Excel untuk pengelolaan data. Peserta yang terdiri dari aparat desa dan pengurus kampung menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pengetahuan baru yang bermanfaat dalam mendukung tugas administratif dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat Kampung Saonek. Diharapkan keterampilan ini dapat terus diterapkan dalam kegiatan pemerintahan desa untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas yang lebih baik.
