Abstract

The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak that is currently hitting educational institutions has made various strategies in continuing the learning process, especially in terms of learning the Qur'an. This is as attempted by the Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor to make a remote learning program of the Qur'an using the Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an methods. This distance learning Al-Qur'an program was created during the covid-19 outbreak and is still being used today in 2022. This study aims to describe how the distance learning method is tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an, distance learning tahsin and tahfidz of the Qur'an and their positive and negative impacts. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were 4 people. Data analysis was carried out using Miles Huberman's analysis with the first step being data collection followed by data reduction and data presentation, then ending with verification or conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the Tahsin Method (Tanbiqo Tanbiqu) uses a practical method. The Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor requires prospective students to memorize the Qur'an before continuing on the tahfidz process, they must go through the tahsin process first to avoid two mistakes, namely fatal errors (lahnul jali) and minor errors (lahnul khafi). The method used is a practical method with the basic discussion material makhorijul letters and their application to the Qur'an. The learning method of tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an used at SMA Terpadu Nurul Fikri is a very good method to use in learning tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The Tanbiqo Tanbiqu method and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method look very comprehensive with other Qur'anic tahsin and tahfidz learning methods. Learning materials using Tanbiqo Tanbiqu are given to new students for the first 3 months of admission, as a preparation to start memorizing the Qur'an and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method using the 1) Jama'i, 2) Juz'i, 3) Talqin, 4) methods Muroja'ah. Abstract

In the treasures of exegesis there are several known styles of interpretation, namely the fiqh style, the adab ijtima'i style, the Sufi style, the philosophical style, the Lughawi style, and the scientific style. The latter is a style that is widely considered controversial, is half-heartedly accepted among interpreters and has even been criticized by many scholars. In simple terms, the style of scientific interpretation can mean interpretation of the Koran using scientific methods or interpretation by presenting scientific facts in interpreting the Koran, scientific interpretation can also be in the form of exploring scientific phenomena in the Koran to produce new theories, or scientific interpretation as mentioned by Farmawi. is an interpretation that is present and used to support the interpretation of the Koran itself. All of these models of understanding scientific interpretation are considered to be able to degrade the verses of the Koran to become profane because they seem to be subject to limited scientific conceptions, moreover the authors of these scientific interpretations are mostly not considered religious experts so that the validity of their interpretations is doubtful. However, among the many criticisms, there is a scientist who refutes these criticisms in his scientific interpretation book, he is Prof. Zaghlul an-Najar a geologist from Egypt who also wrote scientific interpretations of Kauniyah's Verses. The method in this study is a qualitative-descriptive method which seeks to present an overview of Zaghlul's answers to the many criticisms of scientific interpretation, the approach taken is text analysis. The results of this study reveal Zaghlul an-Najjar's criticisms and answers on the rejection of scientific interpretation and states that scientific interpretation is one of many forms of interpretation. Abstract

Those adherents of liberalism and religious secularism should not enter into personal affairs, it should not be mixed with the study of science at all. People like Karl Mark, Durheim, and Weber became his reference, they all agreed to marginalize religion from modern life. The separation of religion and science seems to be a necessity that is currently inherited and applied in scientific life massively. But now, in today's civilization, the separation between religion and science is considered a mistake. They realize it even though they are still shy about admitting it, in Islam itself, there is no postulate that science is separated from religious science because for Islam the origin of the two is one, that is, the creator. This is what underlies some scientists to see religion with the effectiveness of science and vice versa. In Indonesia, especially some scientists with different backgrounds try to see the Quran from the perspective of scientists they have and try to present the Quran with a logical and rational view to grow and strengthen the faith. This research is qualitative research with analysis texts approach, the primary source of this study is the work of Indonesian scientists and their study of the Quran, and the data taken comes from literature reviews. The results of this study state that even the study of religion and science is not contradictory and appropriate in modern civilization today.

Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important element in various aspects of life, including Human Resource Management (HRM). AI offers great potential to increase efficiency and accuracy in employee recruitment and selection processes. This research aims to explore how AI can be implemented in recruitment and selection to increase the speed, effectiveness and fairness of the process. This research also evaluates the benefits and challenges faced in using AI in the HRM context, with a particular focus on the candidate screening process based on relevant criteria. The research approach used is a literature study, where data is collected from books, journal articles, industry reports, and other reliable sources. The literature review includes analysis of a variety of academic and practical sources relevant to this topic, to gain a comprehensive picture of the development and application of AI in recruitment and selection. The analysis process involves identifying key themes related to adaptive and flexible leadership and their implications for organizations . This method was chosen to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concepts discussed and their relevance in the context of digital transformation. The research results show that the use of AI in recruitment and selection can significantly increase the efficiency and speed of candidate screening. AI is able to automate the resume screening process, perform big data analysis, and use natural language processing to interact with candidates in a more personal way. AI systems are also able to reduce subjective bias, increase objectivity in decision making, and enable significant time and cost savings. Additionally, the study found that customization of screening criteria provided by AI allows companies to tailor the selection process to their specific needs, resulting in higher quality candidates. However, the research also identified several challenges, such as the need for accurate data, potential bias in algorithms, and the need for ongoing monitoring to ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment process. AI offers an effective solution to improve efficiency and accuracy in recruitment and selection, but successful implementation requires a deep understanding of the technology as well as a commitment to minimizing risk and ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Abstract

Sharia banking is an implementation of a larger sharia economic system. This research aims to find out whether the level of knowledge, location and sharia financial literacy influence people's decisions to use Bank Syariah Indonesia products at the Belitung Regency branch. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The techniques used in sampling are non-probability sampling and convenience sampling and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis using the t test illustrate that the level of knowledge influences people's interest with a t value of 4.461 which is greater than t table 1.991. Location has no influence on people's interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia products based on a tcount value of 6.797 which is greater than ttable 1.991. Meanwhile, sharia financial literacy influences people's interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia products with a tcount value of 6.797 which is greater than ttable 1.991. Furthermore, based on multiple linear regression testing, the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.641 or 64.1%, which means that the variables of level of knowledge, location and sharia financial literacy influence 64.1% of people's interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia products and the remaining 35.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in the research such as government policy and public demand.
