Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of legal awareness among road users and the factors contributing to traffic violations in Sukoharjo Regency. Legal awareness is examined through four indicators proposed by Soerjono Soekanto, namely legal knowledge, legal understanding, legal attitude, and legal behavior. This research employs a qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation, supported by an interactive data analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The findings show that although road users possess adequate knowledge and understanding of traffic regulations, such awareness is not fully reflected in their actual driving behavior. Violations remain prevalent, particularly not wearing helmets, running red lights, failing to use license plates, and using modified exhausts. These violations are influenced by low self-awareness, environmental and social factors, limited supervision, and insufficient enforcement facilities such as ETLE. Efforts to address these issues—such as education, socialization, law enforcement, infrastructure improvement, and routine police monitoring—have been implemented but have not yet produced optimal results. The study concludes that increasing legal awareness requires a comprehensive strategy combining consistent education, strengthened enforcement, and the development of a culture of traffic discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aktualisasi keteladanan guru sebagai upaya mewujudkan pendidikan berkarakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pucangan 3 Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo.  Subjek penelitiannya : guru dan siswa SD Negeri pucangan 3, objeknya keteladanan guru dan pendidikan berkarakter. Jenis penelitian ini , penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan datanya: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Guna mengetahui validitas data digunakan triangulasi data dan metode. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif mengalir yang terdiri dari 3 langkah yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian : berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara ditemukan bahwa sikap, perilaku, dan perbuatan nyata guru menjadi contoh bagi para siswa di SD negeri pucangan 3. Karena itu guru diharuskan untuk bersikap, berperilaku dan berbuat yang baik terlebih dahulu sebelum memberikan saran dan nasehat bagi para siswa dalam bersikap, berperilaku dan berbuat baik di lingkungan sekolah, masyarakat maupun lingkungan keluarga. Khusus dalam lingkungan sekolah sikap, perilaku dan perbuatan guru harus dapat dicontoh oleh para siswa, misalnya cara berpakaian, cara minum, cara bicara/berkomunikasi, cara makan, dan lain-lain. Kesimpulannya bahwa keteladanan guru memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan berkarakter di SD negeri Pucangan 3, Kecamatan Kartasura, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Kata- Kunci: Aktualisasi Keteladanan  Guru dan Pendidikan Berkarakter

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan karang taruna dalampembentukan civic responsibility di Dukuh Ngombol Sari Desa Palur Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo, mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi karang taruna dalam pembentukan civic responsibility di Dukuh Ngombol Sari Desa Palur Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik sampling kepada Karang Taruna Saras Muda yang dilaksanakan di Dukuh Ngombol Sari, Desa Palur, Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan karang taruna dalam pembentukan civic responsibility yaitu mampu membentuk anggotanya agar mampu bekerja sesuai dengan hak dan kewajibannya, bekerja secara tulus dan ikhlas, dapat mengemban kepercayaan dari orang lain, mengakui kesalahan diri sendiri, dan mampu mengakui kelebihan orang lain. Kendala yang dihadapi karang taruna terdapat kendala eksternal dan internal, kendala eksternal yaitu terbatasnya biaya anggaran atau dari pemerintah desa untuk melaksanakan program kerja, sedangkan kendala internal yaitu kurangnya kesadaran remaja terhadap tanggung jawab atau kewajibannya yang berupa melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan, menyelenggarakan usaha-usaha kesejahteraan sosial, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, sikap pasif remaja dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Karang Taruna Saras Muda, misalnya tidak mengikuti kegiatan “nyinom”, kerja bakti, bakti sosial, dan sikap tidak acuh remaja terhadap tanggung jawab atau tugas yang diberikan seperti tidak menaati peraturan dalam organisasi, tidak mengikuti perkataan ketua karang taruna, dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Peranan, Karang Taruna, Civic Responsibility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran PPPKn melalui pendekatan pembelajaran Aktif, , Bahagia, Asyik, Humanis,  Kreatif dan Unik (ABAHKU). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PPPKn Kelas VIIII  dan siswa Kelas VIIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Boyolali, dan objeknya Mutu Pembelajaran PPPKn dan Pendekatan Pembelajaran ABAHKU. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuaitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus. Metode pengumpulan datanya: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui kevalidian data digunakan triangulasi data dan metode. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif mengalir yang terdiri dari dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dari guru maupun siswa ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut; sebelum guru menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran ABAHKU proses pembelajaran PPPKn terkesan tegang. Pembelajaran lebih didominasi guru, siswa kurang bergairah, pembelajaran berkesan monoton, siswa kurang berpartisipasi. Daya serap siswa kurang maksimal hal ini dibuktikan hasil tes formatif dari 35 siswa yang memenuhi KKM hanya 12 siswa dengan KKM 8,0 dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 7,85. Setelah guru menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran ABAHKU terjadi perubahan yang signifikan baik kegiatan guru maupun siswa serta daya serap siswa. Dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara yang peneliti lakukan ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut: proses pembelajaran  PPPKn menarik dan menyenangkan, partisipasi siswa sangat aktif, keberanian siswa menyampaikan pendapat cukup tinggi, kegairahan belajar siswa tinggi dan daya serap siswa tinggi hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil tes formatif dari 35 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM ada 33 siswa dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 8,3. Kesimpulannya pendekatan pembelajaran ABAHKU dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran PPPKn siswa Kelas VIIIIB SMP Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 Kata-Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran PPPKn dan Pendekatan Pembelajaran ABAHKU

Abstract

The rapid growth of trademark registrations in Indonesia has increased the demand for efficient and accurate classification into the internationally recognized NICE system. Manual assignment of classes remains time-consuming and prone to human error, motivating the need for an automated approach. This study investigates the application of Transformer-based language models for trademark class identification based solely on product and service descriptions. Two models were evaluated: the Multilingual BERT (mBERT) and the monolingual IndoBERT, both fine-tuned for sequence classification across 45 NICE classes using 59,948 trademark entries collected from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) database. The research methodology encompassed data preprocessing, stratified train-test splitting (80:20), and tokenization with a maximum sequence length of 64 tokens. Both models were trained for two epochs using the AdamW optimizer, and evaluated with accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and per-class accuracy (one-vs-all). Experimental results reveal that IndoBERT significantly outperforms mBERT, achieving an overall accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.90, compared to 0.85 for mBERT. IndoBERT demonstrated particularly robust performance in low-support classes, indicating its superior ability to capture domain-specific linguistic nuances in Indonesian trademark descriptions. The findings underscore the potential of monolingual Transformer models for automating trademark classification in national intellectual property systems. The integration of such models can accelerate trademark registration, reduce examiner workload, and enhance consistency in class assignment. These results contribute to advancing the deployment of AI in legal and administrative contexts, while providing a foundation for future work involving multimodal features and explainable AI for comprehensive trademark management solutions.

Abstract

This study introduces a novel framework for trademark similarity analysis that integrates large language models (LLMs) to assess lexical, phonetic, and semantic relationships between trademark names without reliance on large precompiled databases or retraining. The primary motivation is to address the growing need for efficient and transparent preliminary trademark screening, which is often constrained by the limitations of traditional rule-based or string-matching approaches. To achieve this, a web-based system was developed using the Gemini API, allowing users to input trademark pairs for automated analysis. The workflow includes text normalization, phonetic conversion, multi-dimensional similarity computation, and the generation of interpretative explanations for each pair. A test dataset of ten diverse trademark name pairs was designed to capture variations in lexical overlap, phonetic similarity, and semantic association. The system’s outputs were evaluated both in terms of processing efficiency and expert assessment. Quantitative results show that the system can process a pair in under a second on average, handling 3,229 tokens across ten pairs with minimal computational overhead. Qualitative evaluation by five trademark and intellectual property experts using a 5-point Likert scale yielded mean scores of 4.4 for relevance, 3.8 for explanation quality, and 4.2 for practical usefulness, confirming strong alignment between the LLM outputs and expert intuition. The novelty of this research lies in demonstrating that LLMs can provide not only accurate similarity assessments but also human-readable interpretative reasoning, bridging the gap between automation and expert judgment in trademark evaluation. This approach offers a transparent and scalable solution for early-stage brand screening, significantly reducing the reliance on extensive databases and manual effort. The findings indicate a clear potential for integration into industrial-scale trademark examination workflows, paving the way for future developments in batch processing, recommendation systems, and enhanced interpretability in AI-assisted intellectual property management.

Abstract

Trademark infringement detection is essential to prevent consumer confusion, particularly in the digital era where visually similar logos are widespread. This study proposes a similarity threshold determination framework using Siamese Neural Networks (SNN) combined with Bayesian Optimization to improve the accuracy of trademark similarity assessment. Logo images were collected from the Indonesian intellectual property database, preprocessed into a uniform format, and trained using a triplet loss approach. Bayesian Optimization was applied to determine the optimal similarity threshold, minimizing false positive and false negative classifications. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 92.23%, with precision of 93.34%, recall of 91.44%, and an F1-score of 92.39%. The optimal threshold (0.200149) effectively balanced sensitivity and specificity, resulting in low misclassification rates. These findings demonstrate that integrating SNN with Bayesian Optimization provides a robust and legally relevant framework for trademark infringement detection, offering practical implications for strengthening intellectual property protection.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence in digital services has increased the relevance of chatbot technology in customer service and digital branding contexts. However, vocational students often receive training that emphasizes technical functionality without sufficient attention to communication consistency and branding strategy. This community engagement program aimed to enhance vocational students’ competencies by integrating Dialogflow-based chatbot development with consistent communication style design to support digital branding. The program employed a practice-oriented training approach consisting of conceptual instruction, hands-on development, and reflective evaluation, involving vocational high school students as participants. The results indicate that participants demonstrated improved understanding of chatbot concepts, acquired foundational technical skills in Dialogflow, and developed greater awareness of communication consistency and brand voice in chatbot interactions. The integration of technical and communicative aspects contributed to more coherent and user-oriented chatbot designs. These findings suggest that community-based training models combining applied artificial intelligence and digital communication strategy can effectively support holistic competency development in vocational education and strengthen students’ readiness for contemporary digital service environments.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the digital ecosystem, particularly in the fields of education and information systems. While AI provides various benefits in supporting learning processes and digital services, it also introduces new challenges related to information security. The increasing use of AI-driven technologies has expanded the risk of cyber threats, including data breaches, phishing, malware attacks, and unauthorized access to personal and academic information. Students, as active users of digital platforms and AI-based applications, are among the most vulnerable groups facing these emerging risks. This community service activity aims to strengthen the role of cyber security for students in addressing information security threats in the era of Artificial Intelligence. The activity was conducted using a hybrid seminar model involving 48 students from Universitas Sugeng Hartono. The on-site session took place in Room 15 of Universitas Sugeng Hartono, Solo Baru, Sukoharjo, Central Java, while the speaker delivered the material online through Zoom on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The seminar focused on introducing fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence, emerging cyber threats, and the importance of cyber security awareness in digital environments. The results of the activity indicate a positive impact on students’ understanding and awareness of information security issues. Participants demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm, actively engaged in discussions, and raised critical questions related to the safe use of AI technologies and cyber security practices. Overall, this activity contributed to enhancing students’ digital literacy and emphasized the importance of cyber security as a key component in mitigating information security risks in the era of Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship courses can become overly centered on concepts and business plans when students have limited contact with customers and market uncertainty. This article describes the implementation of a practice-based entrepreneurship training program for 24 students at Universitas Sugeng Hartono from May 14 to June 25, 2026. The program combined entrepreneurial-mindset orientation, business proposal development, preparation of marketing materials, direct market practice, weekly progress reporting, mentoring, and final reflection. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to organize evidence from proposals, progress reports, classroom observations, supporting documentation, and student reflections. The implementation produced a structured learning sequence that moved from opportunity identification to customer contact, feedback, and strategy revision. Market validation and minimum viable product concepts gave students a practical basis for testing assumptions before expanding a business idea. Weekly reports made activity, obstacles, and follow-up decisions visible, while mentoring sessions converted individual difficulties into shared problem-solving material. Because participant records were heterogeneous and did not provide a complete standardized outcome dataset, the program cannot support claims about causal effects, average revenue gains, or changes in entrepreneurial intention. Its contribution is an implementable model for connecting entrepreneurship concepts with customer-facing action and reflective mentoring. Future delivery should retain the practice cycle while adding common indicators, baseline and endline measures, and systematic reflection records
