Abstract

Penyuluhan hukum tentang pengurusan izin usaha bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 5 Tahun 2019. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki izin usaha resmi, sehingga berisiko menghadapi masalah hukum dan kesulitan dalam mengakses bantuan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi UMKM dalam pengurusan izin usaha dan menawarkan solusi yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pengurusan izin usaha masih rendah, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan informasi yang tepat. Penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memenuhi persyaratan izin usaha, sehingga dapat beroperasi secara legal dan mengurangi risiko hukum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi dan promosi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen terhadap produk Sempol Celub’ba sebagai salah satu usaha kuliner kreatif lokal. Dalam konteks persaingan industri makanan ringan yang semakin ketat, inovasi produk dan strategi promosi yang tepat menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku usaha serta konsumen Sempol Celub’ba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dilakukan melalui pengembangan variasi rasa, bentuk penyajian yang modern, dan pemanfaatan bahan lokal berkualitas yang mampu meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Strategi promosi digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok terbukti efektif dalam menjangkau target pasar usia muda. Selain itu, penerapan branding konsisten, desain kemasan menarik, serta promosi berbasis konten kreatif memperkuat citra produk di mata konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi

Abstract

The culinary industry in the modern era is characterized by hyper-competition, often leading business practitioners to prioritize short-term profitability over ethical considerations, which results in deceptive marketing practices. This study aims to analyze the dialectical relationship between profitability and business morality by examining the marketing strategies of the Pagi Sore eatery in Talang Babat from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Employing a descriptive-qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation studies, subsequently analyzed using an interactive model of data reduction and inductive reasoning. The results demonstrate that the eatery successfully internalizes prophetic values shiddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), fathanah (wisdom), and tabligh (advocacy) into its marketing mix, particularly through halalan thoyyiban product assurance and transparent pricing. Crucially, the findings reveal a "Location Paradox," where the consistent application of Sharia principles serves as a potent moderating variable that neutralizes geographical disadvantages and fosters organic consumer loyalty through integrity-based competitive advantage. This study concludes that Islamic business ethics is not merely a normative religious obligation but a sophisticated strategic asset that ensures long-term business resilience and profitability. By transforming locational challenges into market strengths, this research provides a replicable framework for small-scale enterprises to harmonize ethical integrity with commercial success in a saturated market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the responsibility of financial institutions for protecting customer funds from an Islamic economic perspective, using Bank Jambi as a case study. The Bank Jambi case is relevant because, on February 22, 2026, a digital service system disruption occurred alongside customer reports of missing balances. The incident was followed by a forensic audit, reporting to the Jambi Regional Police, coordination with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and a commitment to compensate affected customers. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method through a case-study approach and normative Islamic economic analysis. Data were obtained through literature review and documentation of public sources and Islamic economic literature. The findings indicate that, from an Islamic economic perspective, the responsibility of financial institutions does not stop at collecting and managing funds. It also includes the obligation to uphold trust (amanah), protect customer wealth, provide transparency, offer complaint mechanisms, and restore losses fairly. The handling of the Bank Jambi case shows institutional accountability through audit, legal reporting, and fund compensation. However, the Islamic economic perspective also requires stronger prevention, accountability, and systemic protection so that public trust can be maintained.
