Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This study design is a descriptive study employed by quantitative analysis using SPSS version 17.0 for the Windows application. This study investigates the relationships between three independent effects — compensation (X1), facilities (X2), and work environment (X3) — and one dependent variable — job satisfaction (Y) with Approximately 114 Kendal Regency Environmental employees asministrated by the questionnaire to the respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees. The work environment is the variable that most dominantly influences the increase in job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees because it has the highest beta value.

Abstract

The ecotourism potential in Senjoyo Village, Salatiga, lies in its beautiful natural landscapes and enjoyable water activities, supported by adequate infrastructure and facilities. Accessibility to Senjoyo Salatiga is convenient, with a friendly local community. The ecotourism management strategy in Senjoyo Salatiga focuses on maximizing promotion, improving road access, enhancing and supplementing ecotourism activity facilities, fostering the local community as ecotourism guides, and implementing training on tourism awareness and the importance of preserving the ecotourism site in Senjoyo Salatiga.

Abstract

The development strategy derived from the SWOT analysis of Senjoyo Springs highlights the utilization of its internal strengths, especially the potential of natural conditions, to improve the quality and attractiveness of tourist attractions. Exploiting open markets and product diversification is an effective strategy for optimizing external opportunities. To overcome internal weaknesses, such as limited capital, as well as anticipate external threats, such as weather changes, actions are needed to strengthen the position of Senjoyo Springs in the natural tourism market. The contribution of Senjoyo Springs Nature Tourism to local community income is around 30.97%, showing a positive impact on the local economy, in line with previous findings regarding the economic benefits of nature tourism. Development recommendations include more intensive environmental management efforts, aggressive promotion, and close collaboration between the government, tourism managers and the community. Focusing on human resource management and increasing community knowledge regarding sustainable practices through training and education is critical. In the long term, regular monitoring of strategy implementation and its impact is essential to maintain the sustainability of Senjoyo Springs as a tourist attraction that provides sustainable economic, social and environmental benefits.

Abstract

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants. The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the vital sectors in the economic development of a region. To ensure the sustainability and development of tourism destination products, effective assistance in basic tourism management is necessary. This study aims to describe the mentoring process and analyze its impact on the sustainability and development of tourism destination products. This community service focuses on assisting the management of tourism fundamentals, emphasizing managerial capacity building, strengthening community involvement, and developing sustainable tourism destination products. This assistance has successfully increased understanding and skills in basic tourism management among stakeholders. The involvement of local communities in tourism-related decision-making has also increased, ensuring active participation and shared responsibility in managing tourism destinations. Furthermore, this mentoring encourages innovation in the development of sustainable and competitive tourism products. Thus, assistance in basic tourism management not only has a positive impact on sustainability but also serves as a catalyst for the development of tourism destination products that provide significant added value to the local economy and community welfare. Practical implications and recommendations for policies are also discussed to strengthen efforts in developing sustainable tourism

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of the availability of Islamic financing on the economic growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi. A sample of 197 MSMEs participated in the study, providing data on Islamic financing utilization, financial performance indicators, and other relevant variables. The analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between these variables. The results reveal a significant and positive relationship between the availability of Islamic financing and the economic growth of MSMEs. Additionally, the study uncovers the mediating role of financial performance indicators, indicating that improved financial performance acts as a mechanism through which Islamic financing positively influences economic growth. Furthermore, the moderation analysis highlights the varying impact across different enterprise sizes, with medium-sized enterprises experiencing a more pronounced positive effect. The practical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of policy, financial institutions, and MSME owners. Policymakers can use the results to design targeted policies, financial institutions can refine their strategies, and MSME owners gain insights into the benefits of utilizing Islamic financing.

Abstract

Within the context of the manufacturing sector in Banten, this research explores the impact that the integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), conflict management, and work flexibility have on the work-life balance of employees operating in that sector. Through the use of a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a total of 160 samples by means of a structured questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale that ranged from 1 to 5. Through the utilization of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), the data were examined in order to determine the links that exist between the variables. According to the findings, high-resolution information system (HRIS) integration considerably improves work-life balance by optimizing human resource operations and increasing employee access to information. Effective conflict management practices are shown to mitigate workplace tensions, further contributing to a better work-life balance. Additionally, work flexibility is found to be a crucial factor in allowing employees to manage their professional and personal responsibilities more effectively. The study underscores the importance of integrating advanced HR systems, adopting robust conflict management strategies, and promoting flexible work arrangements to enhance the work-life balance of employees in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. Untuk pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. Untuk mengetahui Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical yang diolah dengan metode statistika dengan membuat angket pada responden. Data yang digunakan ada dua jenis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pustaka, metode kuisioner yang kemudian diolah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian merupakan responden sebanyak 58 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis yang diajukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, hal ini juga didukung dengan persamaan regresi Y = -2,876 + 0,377 X1 + 0,658 X2 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan (X1) terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan (Y). Begitupula kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kesimpulannya, Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi karyawan pada Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel horizon pekalongan, dengan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh motivasi, terhadap kinerja, (2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, (3) pengaruh motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 orang yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, kemudian hasil yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpegaruh poisitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan secara parsial motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Hotel Horizon Pekalongan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on travel decisions in Demak Regency and to determine the effect of brand image on decision making traveling in Demak Regency. This type of research is qualitative and the research design aims to test hypotheses or explain the influence between variables (Indriantoro, et al., 2002:89). The population of this research is all consumers who travel in Demak Regency. Sampling was done by convenience sampling technique, namely collecting information from members of the population who are happy to provide information. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Brand Labeling has a positive contribution to Tourism Decisions in Demak Regency. Brand Image contributes positively to tourism decisions in Demak district.
