Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of credit, level of member satisfaction, and credit services to increasing business income through credit services for members of the Karya Cipta Mandiri Cooperative in Sendangwaru Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java. Using a quantitative approach and SPSS statistical tools, research was conducted on 150 cooperative members who used credit for productive activities. According to the results of descriptive statistical data analysis, member satisfaction levels, credit services, credit contributions, and income increases are all average variables. Classic assumptions such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation were tested to verify the multiple linear regression model used in the research. According to multiple linear regression analysis, credit contribution and member satisfaction levels have a positive and significant effect on increasing members' business income. In contrast, credit services are not proven to have a significant effect on increasing income. Simultaneous and partial tests show that the three independent variables influence the dependent variable simultaneously.

Abstract

Financial planning is a crucial stage in business management that enables efficient fund allocation to achieve company goals. The significance of financial planning in preparing for the future of a business cannot be underestimated, as business success heavily relies on sound financial strategies. In this context, the analysis of differential costs becomes a crucial tool in business decision-making, especially when choosing between purchasing new items or reproducing old ones. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to describe and understand the cost comparison phenomenon between the purchase of new items and the reproduction of old items at Kost Putri Candra Dewi. Through cost analysis, it was found that purchasing new items has a higher price margin compared to reproducing old items, even though maintenance costs for old items tend to be higher. In conclusion, while purchasing new items may require a larger initial investment, in the long run, it can generate higher and more financially and operationally profitable margins.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing employee awareness and participation in eco-friendly tourism management in Semarang Regency. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research analyzes the implementation of GHRM practices, evaluates the level of employee awareness and participation, tests the influence of GHRM on employee awareness and participation, and identifies factors affecting GHRM effectiveness. The results show that GHRM practices, especially green training and development and green employee involvement, significantly predict employee awareness and participation levels in environmentally friendly practices. However, the implementation of GHRM in the Semarang Regency tourism industry is still not optimal and faces various challenges. A more contextual, participatory, and integrated approach is needed to optimize the role of GHRM in supporting sustainable tourism. Practical implications of this research include the need to integrate sustainability principles into all HR functions, design relevant training programs, involve employees in GHRM initiatives, align reward systems with sustainability goals, and develop an organizational culture that supports sustainability. This study provides valuable insights into the role of GHRM in realizing sustainable tourism and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide solutions for partners in dealing with Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) problems in tourist villages. Jembrak Village is a village in the Pabelan sub-district, Semarang, Central Java. The characteristics of this village are advanced and the beautiful environment is still there. Jembrak Village is about management and marketing. The management itself is how to manage Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) themselves in terms of the lack of community interest, ignorance of finance, management systems, and marketing. The remarketing is online marketing, where most of the owners of Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) find it difficult to use applications and online marketplaces, methods of proper promotion, and to administrative issues related to the use of social media to market their products. For this reason, the PKK Community Service team carried out activities including: 1) Observing Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) targets, 2) Conducting outreach about the Product Management and Marketing, 3) Provide a direct training on Product Management and Marketing, 4) Monitor and evaluate UMKM Pioneers in Jembrak Tourism Village. The implementation of this community service activity has gone well. Thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things that were noted after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed ongoing assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to manage UMKM.
