Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the Distribution Management in Baznas of Enrekang Regency became the best distribution management in South Sulawesi. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, it provided an overview of the Management of Zakat Distribution at the National Zakat Agency in Enrekang Regency where the researcher interviewed 4 informants. Data sources consisted of primary data obtained through interviews while secondary data was obtained from official documents, records, reports and files that could be supported by complete primary data. According to The National Amil Zakat Agency; Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) of Enrekang Regency stated  there were criterias  in distribution management namely: Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing and Supervising. Based on the results of this study showed that the management of the zakat distribution in the National Enrekang Regency was running very well because the National Enrekang Regency did distribution according to the existing regulations in the central Baznas and according to religious provisions.Keywords: Distribution, Management, ZakatABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, bagaimana Manajemen Pendistribusian di Baznas Kabupaten Enrekang Sehingga menjadi yang terbaik manajemen Pendistribisiannya  di Sulawesi selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti bermaksut untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai Manajemen Pendistribusian Zakat Pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional di Kabupaten Enrekang dimana penulis mewawancarai 4 orang . sumber data terdiri dari data primer yang di peroleh  melalui wawancara sedangkan data sekunder di peroleh dari dokumen-dokumen, catatan-catatan, laporan maupun arsif resmi yang dapat didukung dengan kelengkapan data primer.  Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Enrekang. Dalam manajemen pendistribusian terdapat kriteria yaitu : Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan, dan Pengawasan. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pendistribusian zakat di baznas Kabupaten Enrekang berjalan dengan sangat baik karna baznas Kabupaten Enrekang Melakukan Pendistribusian Sesuai aturan-aturan yang ada di Baznas pusat dan sesuai ketentuan agama. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pendistribusian

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine taxpayer compliance, increase in tax revenue  and the effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at Samsat Office of  Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative. The number of samples was 99 taxpayers registered at Samsat Office of  Mamuju Regenc. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires  and documentation. The type of research used quantitative research. The results showed that there was a direct effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship so there was an effect of tax compliance (x) on an increase in motor vehicle tax revenue (y) in the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency by 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. From the results of this study known that there were still several important indicators that still needed more attention to increase tax revenue in Mamuju Regency.Keywords: Taxpayer compliance, Increased tax revenue

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain the performance of outsourcing employees in the office of PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar City. The informants in this research consisted of 8 people. The type of research used was phenomenology and data analysis used was a qualitative description by selecting certain people who are considered capable of providing information related to employee performance in the office PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar City. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the research showed that there are five factors that become the basis for managing the performance of the outsourcing employee. The five factors are quality of work, timeliness, initiative, ability and communication in PT. Telkom as a measure of performance for all employees. Based on the results of research at the office of PT. Telkom City Access Makassar regarding employee performance is still good seen from the work of each employee based on the procedures that have been set by the company. Keywords : Performance, Outsourcing Employees, PT. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan memilih orang tertentu yang dianggap mampu memberikan informasi terkait kinerja pegawai di kantor PT. Telkom Divre VII Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat lima faktor yang menjadi dasar dalam manajemen kinerja pegawai outsourcing. Kelima faktor tersebut adalah kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, inisiatif, kemampuan dan komunikasi yang ada di kantor PT. Telkom tersebut sebagai alat ukur kinerja seluruh pegawai yang ada terkhusus pegawai outsourcing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Kantor PT. Telkom Akses Divre VII Kota Makassar mengenai kinerja pegawai masih baik di lihat dari hasil kerja setiap pegawai berdasarkan prosedur yang sudah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pegawai Outsourcing, PT.
