Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja penyuluh dan dana alokasi anggaran terhadap kelembagaan petani dan produktivitas petani padi, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelembagaan petani terhadap produktivitas, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja penyuluh dan dana alokasi anggaran terhadap produktivitas petani padi melalui kelembagaan petani pada Kecamatan Tomoni Timur Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja penyuluh dan dana alokasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelem-bagaan petani, kinerja penyuluh dan dana alokasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas petani padi, kelembagaan petani berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas petani padi, serta kelembagaan petani dapat memediasi pengaruh kinerja penyuluh dan dana alokasi anggaran terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Kecamatan Tomoni Timur Kabupaten Luwu Timur. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the performance of extension workers and budget allocation funds on farmer institutions and farmer productivity, to analyze the effect of farmer institutions on productivity, as well as to analyze the effect of the performance of extension workers and budget allocation funds on rice farmer productivity through farmer institutions in East Tomini District. East Luwu Regency. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques through questionnaires were used with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study found that the performance of extension workers and budget allocation funds had a positive and significant effect on farmer institutions, the performance of extension workers and budget allocation funds had a positive and significant effect on farmer productivity, farmer institutions had an effect on farmer productivity, and farmer institutions could mediate the effect of extension workers' performance and allocation funds. budget on farmer productivity in East Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee Engagement dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pembantu Pabaeng-baeng di Makassar. Untuk mengimplementasi-kan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpu-lan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (path analysis), serta analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian bahwa employee engagement dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, employee engagement dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji mediasi bahwa komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pabaeng-Baeng di Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee engagement, transformational leadership style on organizational commitment and employee performance. To analyze the effect of organi-zational commitment on employee performance, as well as to analyze the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership style on employee perfor-mance through organizational commitment. To imple-ment these objectives, data collection techniques were used through observation, documentation and questi-onnaires, while the data analysis techniques used research instrument tests, path analysis, and Sobel test analysis. The results showed that employee engagement and transforma-tional leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, emplo-yee engagement and transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee perfor-mance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the mediation test that organizational commit-ment can mediate of employee engagement and trans-formational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untukmenganaliisis pengaruh langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap pelayanan public, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung kapasitas kerja, dan kompetesi kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 62 pegawai sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah Pegawai sebanyak 74 orang, survei dilakukan selama 3 (Tiga) bulan yaitu April s.d Juli 2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Smart melalui pelayanan public,                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kapasitas Kerja, dan Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kapasitas Kerja, dan Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pelayanan publik. This research aims to: (1) analyze the direct effect of work capacity, and work competence on performance, (2) analyze the direct effect of work capacity, and work competence on public services, (3) analyze the indirect effect of work capacity, and work competence. on performance. This study uses primary data through a survey of 62 employees as a sample of the total number of employees as many as 74 people, the survey was conducted for 3 (there) months, from april to July 2022. The data were analyzed using the Smart program through public services. The results of the study show that work Capacity and Work Competency have a direct effect on employee performance. Work Capacity, and Work Competence have an indirect effect on employee performance through public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 135 orang, dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS ver. 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; b) tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan c) pelatihan dan tambahan pennghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and additional employee income on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The research population consisted of 135 employees, using a total sampling technique to include the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis was multiple linear regression with the SPSS ver. 22 analysis tool. The results showed that a) training had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of the employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province; b) additional employee income has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Board of South Sulawesi Province; and c) employee training and additional income have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap prestasi siswa pada SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. Aspek kesiapan tenaga pendidik dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar berdasarkan kompetensi, inovasi kreativitas dan etos kerja merupakan faktor pendorong prestasi siswa pada SMP Negeri 1 Makassar lebih meningkat. Dari keempat aspek tersebut mendukung strategi dan model pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara sejumlah informan yaitu guru SMP Negeri 1 Makassar yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya implementasi kurikulum Merdeka belajar yang optimal yang mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa, dan ditemukan juga adanya hambatan yaitu budaya belajar. Kunci suksesnya pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar yaitu guru dan siswa meningkatkan mindset ingin melakukan terobosan baru agar hasil yang dicapai dapat maksimal. Semenjak pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar pada dua tahun terakhir di SMP Negeri 1 Makassar guru melakukan perubahan pola pikir demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara efektif, membuat strategi dan didukung dengan penerapan kompetensi pada guru. Terlihat prestasi siswa ada peningkatan, kurikulum merdeka belajar ikut andil dalam peningkatan prestasi siswa karena pada kurikulum merdeka belajar modul yang dibuat ditentukan sesuai dengan minat dan gaya belajar siswa agar semua siswa bisa berprestasi. Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila merupakan program kurikulum merdeka yang tidak ada pada kurikulum sebelumnya untuk menguatkan berbagai kompetensi dalam profil pelajar pancasila. Hal inilah yang saling berkaitan dan menjadi faktor pendukung peningkatan prestasi siswa pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. This research aims to examine, analyze and interpret the description of the implementation of the Independent Learning curriculum on student achievement at the Junior High School of 1 Makassar. The readiness aspect of educators in implementing the Independent Learning curriculum based on competence, innovation, creativity, and work ethic are supporting factors to increase student achievement at Junior High School of 1 Makassar. These four aspects can support effective learning strategies and models. This research is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. The data were obtained from interviews with several informants, including the teachers at Junior High School of 1 Makassar who implemented the independent learning curriculum. The results showed an optimal implementation of the Independent Learning curriculum, which improved student achievement. They found that there were also obstacles, namely the learning culture. The key to the success of implementing the independent learning curriculum is that teachers and students increase the mindset of wanting to make breakthroughs so that the results achieved can be maximized. Since implementing the Independent Learning curriculum in the last two years at Junior High School of 1 Makassar, teachers have changed their mindset to achieve educational goals effectively, create strategies, and be supported by applying teachers' competencies. It can be seen that student achievement has increased; the Independent Learning curriculum has contributed to improving student achievement because, in the Independent Learning curriculum, modules are done according to students' interests and learning styles so that all the students can excel. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is an independent curriculum program that did not exist in the previous curriculum to strengthen various competencies in the Pancasila Student Profile. These things are interrelated and become a supporting factor in increasing the student achievement of the Independent Learning curriculum at Junior High School of 1 Makassar.

Abstract

Effective management decision-making is a key element in organisational success. In the ever-evolving digital age, human interaction with computer systems is increasingly complex and diverse. One increasingly popular form of interaction is the use of Chatbots that are based on artificial intelligence technology. Chatbots trained using language models, such as ChatGPT, have demonstrated their ability to communicate with humans naturally and can be used in a variety of applications, including in management contexts. This research aims to fill this knowledge gap by proposing and implementing a customised ChatGPT model for understanding sentiment and emotion in the context of management decision-making. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that understanding sentiment and emotion through ChatGPT is an important innovation that can support emotion-based management decision-making in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing business environment. By analysing and recognising feelings, views and attitudes in text, ChatGPT provides valuable insights for managers to respond to market changes, understand customer and employee views, enhance brand and reputation, and create a healthier and more productive work environment.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dan adakah hubungan penerapan mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dalam mengoptimalkan minat belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan manejemen mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik dalam bidang kualifikasi pendidikan dan kapasitas pendidikan sangat penting sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang professional. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply quality management of educators at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu and is there a relationship between the implementation of the quality of educators on students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu. This study aims to determine the application of teacher quality management in optimizing student interest in learning and to find out the relationship between the application of teacher quality management towards students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, East Luwu Regency.       This type of research was qualitative research. The research was located in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicated that the quality management carried out at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang as a form of improving the quality of teachers in the field of educational qualifications and educational capacity. It is essential as a form of improving the quality of professional teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana gambaran Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi untuk aspek perencanaan pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Burau, (2) gambaran Pelayanan Administrasi untuk aspek pengorganisasian pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Burau, (3) Gambaran Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi untuk aspek pelaksananaan pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Burau, dan (4) gambaran Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi untuk aspek pengawasan pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Burau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penyelenggaraan SPM pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Burau dengan membandingkan SPM yang telah ditetapkan dengan mengukur efektifitas penyelenggaran sesuai dengan indikator-indikator SPM yaitu: kurikulum, peserta didik, ketenagaan, sarana dan prasarana, organisasi, pembiayaan, rencana pengembangan sekolah, peranserta masyarakat. Sumber data utama adalah: kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai administrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah aspek perencanaan pengelolaan pendidikan terlaksana cukup baik yang mencakup: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Negeri di Kecamatan Burau, sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Pelayanan Administrasi, guna pencapaian tujuan masing-masing sekolah yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya baik pencapaian visi, misi, dan sasaran yang dikehendaki.. This research aims to find out how is: (1) the description of the implementation of administrative services for planning aspects at junior high schools in Burau district, (2) the description of administrative services for organizing aspects at public junior high schools in Buraudistrict, (3) the description of administrative services implementation for implementation aspects at junior high school in Buraudistrict, and (4) the description of the implementation of administrative services for supervision aspects at junior high school in Burau district. This research used descriptive method. The focus of this research was the implementation of SPM at junior high schools in Burau District by comparing the established SPM by measuring the effectiveness of the implementation according to the SPM indicators, namely: curriculum, students, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, organization, financing, school development plans, and public participation. The main data sources were principals, teachers, administrative staffs. The data collection techniques were interviews, documentation and observation. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research obtained the planning aspect of education management was carried out quite well, included: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the management of education in public secondary schools in Burau District, as stated in the Administrative Service, to achieve the goals of each school that has been set, both the achievement of the desired vision, mission, and goals

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locally-generated revenue, HDI and inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang and also to test whether locally-generated revenue and HDI mediate the effect of inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang. The data used in this research is secondary data. The variable of this research consists of inflation as the independent variable. economic growth as the dependent variable and locally-generated revenue, HDI as a mediating variable. The analytical method uses the path analysis method. The results of the analysis show that inflation has a negative effect on locally-generated revenue, HDI and economic growth. locally-generated revenue and HDI have a positive influence on economic growth. locally-generated revenue and HDI are mediating variables proven to be able to mediate the effect of inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UKM) memainkan peran integral dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Indonesia. Dalam upaya mendukung perkembangan UKM, potensi kerupuk amplang ikan bandeng sebagai produk khas di Kabupaten Barru perlu dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala produksi dan pemasaran yang dihadapi oleh UKM kerupuk amplang di Kelurahan Takkalasi, Kabupaten Barru. Melalui Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM), pendekatan optimalisasi produksi akan membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk, sementara pendekatan pemasaran akan mendukung pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memperluas akses pasar. Hasil dari pendekatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing UKM, memberikan dampak ekonomi yang lebih besar, serta menjaga dan memperkuat warisan budaya kuliner lokal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan mengangkat citra Kabupaten Barru dalam konteks industri kuliner.
