Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin di capai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja Perusahaan Jasa Pelaksana Konstruksi Pada PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang desainnya bersifat umum serta fleksibel atau berkembang sesuai dengan situasi dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan PT. Dian Perdana Soroako. Populasi adalah suatu kumpulan menyeluruh dari suatu obyek yang merupakan perhatian peneliti. Populasi yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pada perspektif pelanggan adalah jumlah mitra dari PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. Sementara, besarnya populasi untuk perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah jumlah seluruh karyawan tetap maupun karyawan kontrak PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel yang dimana setiap elemen populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik ini digunakan karena mempertimbangkan jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil, jadi untuk ketepatan pengukuran (analisis) maka semua elemen populasi, dijadikan sampel penelitian. Jadi berdasarkan teknik penentuan sampel tersebut, maka jumlah responden penelitian ini yaitu 95 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Dian Perdana Soroako. Sedangkan berdasarkan sumbernya, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. sumber data yang digunakan, maka teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Balanced Scorecard terdiri dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, pelanggan/konsumen, proses internal bisnis, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dari perspektif keuangan PT Dian Perdana Sorowako dilihat dari rasio likuiditas dengan menggunakan pengukuran current ratio menunjukkan hasil yang kurang baik, jika dibandingkan dengan ukuran baku perindustrian. (2) Dari perspektif pelanggan PT Dian Perdana Sorowako dilihat dari indikator tangibles, reliability, responsiveness dan assurance dan empaty. (3) Dari perspektif proses bisnis internal PT Dian Perdana Sorowako dilihat dari indikator peralatan, sarana prasarana dan proses pada PT Dian Perdana Sorowako dari perspektif proses bisnis internal secara garis besar memiliki kinerja perusahaan yang cukup baik. (4) Dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan PT Dian Perdana Sorowako dilihat dari indikator kemampuan dan motivasi secara garis besar memiliki kinerja perusahaan yang cukup baik. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: to determine and analyze the Performance of Construction Service Companies at PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach whose design is general and flexible or develops according to the situation in the field. This research was conducted at PT. Dian Perdana Soroako. Population is a comprehensive collection of an object that is the attention of researchers. The population used to determine the sample from the customer perspective is the number of partners from PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. Meanwhile, the size of the population for the internal business process perspective and the learning and growth perspective is the total number of permanent employees and contract employees of PT Dian Perdana Sorowako. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample which is a sampling technique in which each element of the population is used as a sample. This technique is used because it considers a relatively small population, so for the accuracy of measurement (analysis), all elements of the population are used as research samples. So based on the technique of determining the sample, the number of respondents in this study were 95 people who were all employees of PT. Dian Perdana Soroako. Meanwhile, based on the source, the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. the data sources used, then the primary data collection techniques and secondary data. The analysis technique used to implement the Balanced Scorecard method consists of four perspectives, namely financial, customer/consumer perspectives, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The results showed that (1) From the financial perspective of PT Dian Perdana Sorowako seen from the liquidity ratio using the current ratio measurement, the results were not good, when compared to the standard industrial size. (2) From the perspective of PT Dian Perdana Sorowako's customers, it can be seen from the indicators of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance and empathy. (3) From the perspective of PT Dian Perdana Sorowako's internal business processes, seen from the indicators of equipment, infrastructure and processes at PT Dian Perdana Sorowako from the perspective of internal business processes, the company's overall performance is quite good. (4) From the perspective of learning and growth, PT Dian Perdana Sorowako seen from the indicators of ability and motivation, in general, the company's performance is quite good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi bauran pemasaran dan kualitas komitmen konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone android. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriftif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan wawancara beberapa koresponden. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan permasalahan sehubungan dengan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian handphone. Fluktuasi omzet terhadap beberapa counter handphone di Kota Makassar ditemukan beberapa strategi untuk menarikan konsumen baik sebagai pelanggan lama maupun pelanggan baru dengan melakukan bauran pemasaran terhadap unsur kualitas, harga dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya strategi tersebut, maka tingkat capain volume penjualan meningkat walaupun persentase kenaikan mengalami naik turun. Komitmen konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli handphone tipe android terdapat beberapa perilaku yang ditentukan oleh kriteria sehingga pihak penjual di beberapa lokasi dalam wilayah Kota Makassar mempunyai strategi pemasaran/menjual barang yang berbeda namun tetap menerapkan bauran pemasaran. Di antara unsur bauran dalam memasarkan handphone yang memberikan kontribusi meingkatkan omzet adalah unsur kualitas produk dan pelayanan konsumen lalu penetapan harga. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix and the quality of consumer commitment to the purchase decision of an android phone. This research method is descriptive. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) by interviewing several correspondents. The results of this study found problems related to consumer decisions to buy cellphones. Turnover fluctuations on several cellphone counters in Makassar City found several strategies to attract consumers both as old customers and new customers by doing a marketing mix on the elements of quality, price and service. With this strategy, the level of achievement of sales volume increases even though the percentage increase has fluctuated. The consumer's commitment to decide to buy an android type cellphone has several behaviors that are determined by the criteria so that the seller in several locations within the Makassar City area has a different marketing/selling strategy, but still applies the marketing mix. Among the bounty elements in marketing cellphones that contribute to increasing turnover are the elements of product quality and customer service and pricing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis bagaimana penerapan kinerja pemerintahan yang baik dalam pelayanan publik pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar dan mengetahui Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM mediator hubungan industrial di Disnaker Kota Makassar dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawacara berdasarkan pedoman wawancara dari 3 informan dari masyarakat kota Makassar sebagai responden dala wawancara, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Mei s.d Juni 2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan industrial secara luas menekankan pada bagaimana individu, kelompok, organisasi, dan institusi membuat keputusan yang membentuk hubungan antara pengusaha dan karyawan. Hal ini mirip dengan bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan perilaku organisasional yang berfokus pada aspek-aspek hubungan kerja, Hubungan kekuasaan antara pengusaha dan karyawan dan serikat pekerja di lingkungan kerja, bagaimana bentuk dan kondisi hubungan dalam faktor politik, ekonomi, dan social merupakan hal yang penting dalam hubungan industrial, dimensi kunci dalam system hubungan industrial, yaitu manajemen konflik serta sikap dan perilaku individual.  This research aims to analyze how the implementation of good government performance in public services at the Makassar City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office and  find out the Development of Human Resources (HR mediator of industrial relations at the Makassar City Manpower Office in resolve industrial relations disputes. This study uses primary data through interviews based on interview guidelines from 3 informants from the Makassar city community as respondents in interviews, the survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely May to June 2022. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results show that industrial relations broadly emphasize how individuals, groups, organizations, and institutions make decisions that shape the relationship between employers and employees. This is similar to the field of human resource management and organizational behavior which focuses on aspects of employment relations, power relations between employers and employees and trade unions in the work environment, how the form and condition of relations in political, economic, and social factors are important issues. important in industrial relations, a key dimension in the industrial relations system, namely conflict management and individual attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja, menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi yang ada pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik Non probability sampling jenis sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien; 3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 5) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 6) Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 7) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 8) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja; 9) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja; 10) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work environment, compensation on work motivation, analyze the influence of competence, work environment, compensation, motivation on the performance of the employees of the Office of Community and Village Empowerment of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The total population in this study was 50 people. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling technique, the type of sampling is saturated or census. Data was obtained by using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive analysis, PLS analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation with coefficients; 3) Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation; 4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; 6) Compensation has no effect on employee performance; 7) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation; 9) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation; 10) Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meng-analisis pengaruh daya tarik wisatawan, citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik, citra destinasi dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kepuasan minat berkunjung, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik wisatawan dan citra destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung ulang melalui kepuasan wisatawan pada beberapa obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obser-vasi, interview, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (path analysis), pengujian hipotesis, analisis sobel test. Hasil analisis bahwa daya tarik wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, daya tarik wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang, citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang. Kemudian dari hasil uji sobel test maka ditemukan bahwa kepuasan wisatawan memediasi pengaruh daya tarik dan citra destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung ulang pada beberapa destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Pasangkayu This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of tourist attraction, destination image on tourist satisfaction, to determine and analyze the influence of attraction, destination image and tourist satisfaction on the satisfaction of visiting interest, as well as to determine and analyze the influence of tourist attraction and tourist satisfaction. the image of the destination on the interest in revisiting through tourist satisfaction at several tourist objects in Pasangkayu Regency. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, Sobel test analysis. The results of the analysis that tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, destination image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting, destination image has a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting, and satisfaction has an effect positive and significant to the intention to revisit. Then from the results of the Sobel test, it was found that tourist satisfaction mediates the influence of attractiveness and destination image on interest in revisiting several tourist destinations in Pasangkayu Regency.

Abstract

Global competition is getting tougher, forcing companies to continue to improve the quality of the products or services they produce and improve company performance to compete well in the global market. In the property business, companies must pay attention to the quality of project development, after-sales service, and building aquality and maintain a good company reputation (Caby et al., 2020). Global competition is getting tougher, forcing the Indonesian government to improve its infrastructure to attract foreign companies and investment. Good infrastructure development can improve people's quality of life and provide better job opportunities, which can help economic growth (Amoako-Gyampah et al., 2019). Good infrastructure development can also increase the demand for property because the demand for residential and commercial property will increase along with the increase in population and the need for business development. Pro-business government policies and the tax amnesty program offered by the government can also improve public interest in investing in the property sector, thereby increasing the sector's growth.

Abstract

Conflicts within a company that are handled quickly and precisely will result in new ideas, changes, and better working relationships. This research was conducted to analyze how conflicts that occur in companies can be mediated using the knowledge management approach. The analysis technique used in this study is qualitative, using the interview method addressed to dispute mediators at the Makassar City Manpower Office and the Chairperson of the Labor Union. The results of the study show that good knowledge management, owned by mediators, is able to handle conflicts more quickly and precisely. Furthermore, tacit knowledge is knowledge in the form of experience and expertise possessed by each mediator that is most needed to unravel corporate conflicts in Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris nilai guna bagi pengguna fintech e–wallet DANA dan untuk menganalisis secara empiris nilai manfaat bagi pengguna fintech e-wallet DANA. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data peneliti peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui nilai guna dan manfaat yang didapatkan oleh para informan sebagai pengguna dompet digital DANA yaitu (1) Kemudahan Bertransaksi, (2) Banyak diterima di merchant-merchant, (3) Keamanan dan (4) Promo potongan Harga. This study aims to (1) find out and analyze empirically the use value for DANA e-wallet fintech users, (2) To find out and empirically analyze the value of benefits for DANA e-wallet fintech users. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data researchers obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate the use values and benefits obtained by informants as users of the DANA digital wallet, namely (1) Ease of Transactions, (2) Widely accepted at merchants, (3) Security and (4) Discount promos.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja merupakan iklim di mana perwakilan melakukan pekerjaan mereka sehari-hari. Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan akan benar-benar ingin membuat kegembiraan dan energi untuk bekerja. Eksplorasi ini merupakan semacam penelitian tinjauan dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Penduduk adalah keseluruhan dari setiap nilai yang dapat dibayangkan, baik akibat dari penghitungan atau perkiraan, kuantitatif atau subjektif dari kualitas-kualitas tertentu sehubungan dengan susunan yang total dan jelas dari barang-barang yang sifat-sifatnya perlu diperiksa. Contoh dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh perwakilan di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Kantor Cabang Panakkukang Kota Makassar sebanyak 102 pekerja, sehingga analis mengambil contoh yang relatif tidak teratur (sesuai pemeriksaan sewenang-wenang). Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei, persepsi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tempat kerja berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi kerja perwakilan di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Diketahui bahwa semakin banyak tempat kerja perwakilan maka semakin efisien kerja perwakilan tersebut. The work environment is the climate in which representatives do their day-to-day work. A pleasant work environment will really want to create excitement and energy to work. The motivation behind this research is to determine the workspace at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Panakkukang Branch Office Makassar City. This exploration is a kind of review research using a quantitative methodology. Population is the sum total of every imaginable value, whether the result of calculation or estimation, quantitative or subjective of certain qualities with respect to the total and clear composition of the goods whose properties need to be examined. The example in this study is the total number of representatives at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Panakkukang Branch Office Makassar City as many as 102 workers, so that analysts take relatively irregular samples (according to arbitrary inspections). Information collection procedures used in this test are surveys, perceptions and documentation. The results showed that the workplace had an effect on the work efficiency of representatives at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Panakkukang Makassar Branch Office. It is known that the more representative workplaces, the more efficient the representative's work will be.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganallisis pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan pada terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Bauran pemasaran dan Kualitas Pelayanan pada terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 35 orang karyawan dan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial Bauran Pemasaran berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Maksssar dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Maksssar. Secara simultan diperoleh bahwa Bauran Pemasaran dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, (2) to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, (3) to find out and analyze the influence of the marketing mix and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The total population is 35 employees and the sample uses the saturated sample method using the entire population. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study showed that partially the Marketing Mix had a positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Maksssar and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Maksssar. Simultaneously, it was obtained that the Marketing Mix and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar.
